A basic hotel with no frills despite its supposed 4-star rating. Firstly, it is very difficult to find if arriving via Assago Milanofiori Nord station. There are no signs and the mapper apps try to direct you via roads and roundabouts that don’t seem to exist given that you arrive above ground level and a multi-storey car park. The reality is that you should just keep walking through the pedestrianised mall of (mostly closed) shops and you will eventually find the hotel. Check-in time is 14.00. The receptionists were actively answering the phones while checking customers in which, in plain terms, is just rude. The room was very dark and basic. It featured a large wardrobe with safe, a large bathroom with shower, and plenty of storage with a mini-bar you can use as a fridge for anything else you buy. I was given a room with two single beds despite booking a double room on *********** When I arrived, the room was very warm and, despite trying to use the wall-mounted console to lower the temperature, it would not seem to work. I called reception and they told me that there was no cold air throughout the hotel and that, if I was warm, I could open the window. Thankfully, it was freezing cold outside and the window opened widely, so the temperature dropped quickly. There are no irons or ironing boards available. I had already read about this from prior reviews so brought a travel iron with me but, nevertheless, a bizarre decision for a hotel to take. I have literally never stayed in another hotel that wouldn’t at least provide an iron upon request. Access to the Mediolanum Forum is similarly not signposted well. Upon exiting the hotel, you cross ahead towards the gym, then turn left and go down a large ramp with a McDonald’s at the bottom. Turn left at the McDonal’s and use the pedestrian crossings to get to a retail park with a long row of shops and use the walkway to head towards the NH Congress Hotel. Once there, turn right and walk up a staircase to a covered walkway leading across the Assago Milanofiori Forum station and the Forum building itself. It was a good 15-20 minute walk door-to-door. There was a good £130 difference between the price of the NH Congress and the H2C Hotel when I stayed here. It is ultimately up to you to decide whether or not you consider the above to be worth the saving.

Das NH Milano liegt weit ausserhalb der Stadt in einen Businesspark Komplex. In nur 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreicht man ein grosses Einkaufszentrum. Die Parkplätze sind kostenlos aber unbewacht. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer eher klein aber alles vorhanden was man braucht. Das Bett ist gross und bequem und das W-Lan funktioniert einwandfrei. Wenn jemand an der Türe vorbeiläuft hlrt man es sehr gut. Das ganze Gebäude ist teilrenoviert und man sieht es an der einen oder anderen Stelle. Das Frühstück typisch italienisch aber ganz ok. Alles in allem ein gutes und günstigstes Hotel ausserhalb Mailands.

Zusammen mit meinen Freunden habe ich 2 Zimmer für meine Familie, eine für mich und meinen Mann und eine für meine Jugendliche gebucht. Ich bat um 2 Doppelbetten für meine Söhne, aber sie gab ein Doppelbett, ich bat nicht um Veränderung, da wir müde waren und brauchten, um schlecht zu ruhen, und sie können trotzdem passen, auch wenn sie bereits Erwachsenengrößen sind. Unser Zimmer an unserer ersten Nacht war sehr warm und meine Freunde sagten, dass es ihr Zimmer die Nacht vor uns war. Also am nächsten Morgen beschwerte ich mich und sie wollten es ändern, aber da wir uns sofort verlassen müssen und wir nach Mitternacht zurück zum Hotel kamen von unserer Tagesreise fragte ich mich nicht und sagte mir, weil es unsere letzte Nacht sein wird, wie auch immer wir werden. Aber zu unserer Überraschung war unser Zimmer überschwemmt, Wasser dreht aus der Decke, da es 2 Stockwerke über uns, sagte der Herr auf der Rezeption, weil es regnete. Sie gab uns das Zimmer neben der Tür und trotzdem ist es auch überschwemmt, Bettwäsche wurden bereits vom Wasser auf dem Boden gegossen. Ich bat um ein Zimmer auf dieser Seite, um ein anderes überschwemmtes Zimmer zu vermeiden, ja es war nicht überschwemmt, aber die Schranktür war fehlt und das Bettschirm war wirklich schwarz gefärbt aus dem Schmutz. Es war 2 Uhr und ich kann mich nicht mehr überprüfen. Das gute, was wir hatten, war das Essen, meine Kinder genossen sie viel, das Personal war aber nett. Eine Erfahrung zu erinnern auf unseren Urlaub. Oh übrigens, es gibt freie Fehler im Restaurant (es ist neben dem Garten jedenfalls :)

Sehr nettes nicht allzugrosses Hotel mit seit Jahren zuvorkommendem und sehr nettem Personal, schon fast familiär. Die Zimmer sind warm und schön, Preise sind für eine Stadt wie Mailand absolut korrekt. Gute Erreichbarkeit zum Stadtzentrum via Metro, Stazione Famagosta, welche sich ungef. 1 Km vom Hotel entfernt befindet. An der Stazione Famagosta befindet sich ein günstiges Parking (Parterre+4 Stockwerke) für den Umstieg auf die Metro. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet (Früchte, Brot, Cornflakes, Jogurt, Aufschnitt, usw.... usw...) und wenn was fehlen sollte, einfach an der Bar melden und es wird sehr freundlich nachgereicht. Man kann gratis vor dem Hotel parken oder gegenüber, es werden dort keine Parkgebühren erhoben und es ist immer Platz genug.

Sporco, mancanza del minimo necessario, assente scopa e paletta e straccio per le pulizie, pieno di batuffoli di polvere e fazzoletti per terra, le foto pubblicate non coincidono con la realtà, trovato una garza all'interno di un cassetto questo fa capire che pulizie vengono fatte, nel terrazzo mancavano le 4 sedie nuove ed il tavolo come da foto , terrazzo pieno di sporcizia e mai lavato, per cucinare avevano a disposizione un solo fornello elettrico consegnatoci sporco, mancanza di spugnetta e detersivo piatti, siamo rimasti senza acqua calda per un giorno, il condizionatore durante tutte le ore del giorno compreso la notte faceva un rumore assurdo come un risucchio d'aria che ti impediva di dormire fatto presente mai sistemato come tante altre cose gestione pessima , contatto responsabile via email non ho mai avuto risposta. Prese scoperte, fili scoperti Trovati ragni nel muro. Devo dire un vero disastro, un vero orrore. Sconsiglio vivamente di venirci

Sehr sauberes und schönes Hotel. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet mit großer Auswahl. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist etwas außerhalb des Zentrums gelegen, aber wenn man sich informiert, kann man es auch kostengünstig mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichen. Das einzige, was mich am Ende sehr gestört hat, waren die Kosten für die Wasserflaschen auf dem Zimmer, die wir trotz Nichtbenutzung dieser und ohne vernünftige Erklärung bezahlen mussten.

Great hotel if you manage to get it for the right price - reception gave us a lovely welcome and a cheery goodbye, even the maintenance guy we shared a lift with was lovely and chatty - once you get the metro stations sorted it’s a great base to Explore Milan and the lakes - 5 minute walk to the metro station and across the road is a lovely take away pizza place if your to tired to go back out again, the wifi worked brilliant the bed and room was comfortable and clean - lovely hot Shower - if ever I came to Milan I wouldn’t have to think twice about staying here.

Nach dem Lesen aller gemischten Bewertungen, werde ich nicht lügen, ich war nicht sicher, was zu erwarten. Die Bilder auf der Website sahen großartig, so dass ich optimistisch blieb. Wir landen in Bergamo und haben einen Trainertransfer nach Mailand Centrale, der etwa €60 betrug. Wir hatten 2 große Taschen, so haben wir ein privates Taxi zum Hotel, das etwa €20 war. Bereit zu machen viel zu gehen!! Wir Check-in um 2pm und bezahlten die lokale Steuer, und das Personal war wunderschön, alle Bar eine, die immer ein wenig grumpig war !! Das Personal war mehr als zu Hause und begrüßte uns so gut und eine der Damen gab meinen Kindern ein kleines Minions Aktivitätspaket, das sie alle liebten. Frühstück wurde in unserem Paket enthalten, das ich nicht realisierte- brillant! Die Auswahl war gut und ich wurde beeindruckt von der Zahl der Alternativmilch, die sie auch für diejenigen mit Intoleranzen/Allergenen hatten, d. h. einer glutenfreien Ernährung. (Ich empfehle jedoch, die glutenfreien Gegenstände weiter von den Gärten und Kuchen zu verhindern, um eine Kreuzkontamination zu verhindern, sowie ein separates Toaster) Frischsaft sowie eine gute Auswahl von Fruchtsalat, Kuchen, Paste und verschiedene Arten von Tee. Ich würde noch ein paar Optionen für diejenigen vorschlagen, die nicht Fleisch essen. Jedoch war das Frühstück groß - vor allem der Marmorkuchen!! Wir hatten den Pool und Fitness inbegriffen. Meine Kinder würden den ganzen Tag im Pool bleiben, wenn sie es tun könnten, aber es war großartig, in abkühlen, da es unglaublich heiß ist!! Der Herr auf dem Büro schlug vor, die 27-Bahn in das Stadtzentrum zu nehmen, und das ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Hotel entfernt. Es dauert ca. 20 Minuten bis zum Zentrum und läuft alle 10 Minuten, was groß ist. Wir haben eine Reisekarte (3 Tage und 2 Tage getrennt) für €12 und €8 gekauft, die Bus, Zug, Tram und U-Bahn umfasst. (Diese können in den Komfortgeschäften oder im U-Bahnhof gekauft werden). Kinder reisen auch kostenlos im öffentlichen Verkehr, soweit ich weiß. Die Zimmer waren groß genug für uns und waren an der Ankunft teuer. Wir brauchten nicht täglich Hauspflege, aber die Damen, die eintraten, machten einen tollen Job und störten nichts von unseren Artikeln. Diese Damen waren schön und lachen immer, als wir sie grüßten. Wir hatten Klimaanlage, die ein Gott senden war, da es sehr heiß war während unseres Besuchs- fast 40°C!! WiFi ist enthalten, aber Sie müssen täglich Codes erhalten, die etwas irritierend war, aber der Herr auf dem Büro gab uns genug, um die letzten Tage unserer Reise zu decken. Das Hotel war sauber und gemütlich sowie geräuchert schön - ich muss wissen, was in der Lobby gebraucht wird!! Das Personal war großartig und ich kann ihnen nicht genug für all ihre Hilfe während unseres Personals danken, sie sind ein Kredit für die Novotel-Kette. Ich bin wirklich entschuldigt, dass ich während unseres Aufenthalts keine Namen gefangen habe, aber ich kann dieses Hotel gerne meinen Freunden und Familie empfehlen! Arrivederci!!

Das Beste: Die Servicekräfte sind sympathisch, kompetent, sprechen auch Englosch, machen ihre Arbeit gründlich und gut. Wirklich saubere Zimmer. Bequemes Bett. Mittel, allerdings trotzdem gut: Spa-Bereich ist etwas veraltet und ziemlich chlorhaltig, aber trotzdem ein guter Ausgleich nach einem langen Tag auf den Beinen. Ein negativ: es ist leider sehr hellhörig, man hört alles vom Flur. Mit geschlossenen Fenstern hört man bisschen was von der Straße, aber mit offenem bebt es praktisch an Lärm. Im November nicht schlimm, denn die Fenster bleiben größtenteils zu.

Ich weiß nicht, ob die Verantwortung der Partei ist, dass es bei der Buchung des Zimmers eine Doppelbett gewählt wurde, zwei Frühstück, der Preis wurde bereits gezahlt, zwei frühe Betten, und in der Bemerkung steht ”Es muss ein Doppelbettzimmer sein”, aber beim Einkaufen ist das Hotel völlig unbekannt, informiert Sie, dass es keine Kundenbedürfnisse erhalten hat, Es dauert eine Weile, bis die Zimmerkollegen mit der Rezeption sprechen, um das Zimmer zu bekommen, und die Erfahrung mit dem Aufenthalt ist sehr enttäuscht.

Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte presso questa struttura, veramente a pochi passi dalla stazione ferroviaria e metropolitana di Lambrate.Essendo fine settimana, la zona era piuttosto tranquilla rispetto al caos della settimana lavorativa e abbiamo trovato parcheggio esattamente di fronte all’hotel, ma c’è la possibilità di avere a disposizione un parcheggio al coperto al costo di 30 €. La stanza e il bagno erano puliti, essenziali ma adatti per un soggiorno breve. La colazione è varia, sia dolce sia salata. Il prezzo era un po’ alto, forse per la settimana della moda milanese. Personale cordiale.

The apartment was very nice - modern and clean and a good amount of room for a family of 5. The location was great — within a short walking distance to the central train station as well as the metro. The area felt safe and there were a few low key restaurants near by. The lobby had a coffee/tea station as well a fridge full of water. I would like to say I never go out of my way to write a bad review, as I understand nowhere is perfect and often it’s just one or two minor things which aren’t good. But sadly I had to review this experience. Upon check-in the grumpy person behind the desk took photocopies of our passports. We were given a key with a chunky, dirty keyring and weren’t told how we could get to our room or given any sort of information as to what to expect on our stay here. We were given no leaflets or anything in our room about nearby attractions. When we entered our room we instantly noticed how dirty the room was. Overall the interior of both the hotel and the rooms are pleasant and seemingly lovely traditional Italian. Sadly it seems that the owner has given up with ensuring it is kept nice and clean as everything looks shabby and wilted. We aren’t even being picky, the standard things which you would expect to be clean were very dirty. The room looked like it hadn’t been hoovered, the surfaces looked unwiped, the shower head was filthy with limescale so had to request it to be cleaned as genuinely felt it was unsafe to shower under. The mattress was like sleeping on the floor and pillows were flat. We had to request more pillows several times. We were just given 1 sheet (which was thankfully the only thing in the room clean) to sleep with and no headboard. The drain in the shower smelt really bad when water from the shower drained into it - it smelt like the sewer. The only 2 working plug sockets in the whole of the room and bathroom were if you unplugged the TV and on the floor near the bathroom door with nowhere to rest anything on (e.g. a phone to charge). We found a mini fridge in our room under the desk but sadly no option of a mini bar where we could purchase waters or snacks. This could be a great opportunity for the hotel to make the guest experience better and also make money and yet something else which they don’t care about. The chair at the desk had also seen better days and looks like it’s been thrown around. Also, when the maid cleaned our room, they shoved our pyjamas almost in a ball nearly on top of the dirty phone in the room. We were disgusted. Sadly there is no restaurant on site or any options for food or drink which is extremely unusual. We found that the staff were overall quite rude but when we showed them our flat pillows and the shower head they seemed to understand where we were coming from and a little embarrassed. Nearby there seems to be a few transport links but we were given no information how to get into Milano Centrale or to attractions such as Duomo. Because of this and how confusing we found the transport system, we sadly spent an unnecessary amount on Uber’s because none of the staff would really help us. Unfortunately with it being August, all shops/restaurants/cafes/businesses within several miles are closed. They need the hotel inspector to visit.

Der schrecklichste Empfänger, den ich jemals in meinem Leben getroffen habe, arbeitet hier, und ich reise ziemlich viel. Es fühlt sich so an, als hätte diese asiatische Frau Menschen Hass. Das erste Mal dachte ich, es war meine Vorstellung, aber nein. Sie wird Ihnen nie Einnahmen für Zahlungen geben; vor ausländischen Sprechern bittet sie Sie in Italienisch, zusätzliche Geld für Dienstleistungen zu zahlen, die zum Beispiel im Frühstück enthalten sind. Sie inflammt die Preise, die von einem anderen Empfänger telefonisch angekündigt wurden, und setzt Sie in ein Zimmer, das eine andere Klasse ist als Ihre Reservierung. Sie verhält sich arrogant und spricht mit Verachtung. Vielleicht ist sie unterbezahlt? Es fühlt sich so an, als wäre sie im Leben völlig unzufrieden. Ich würde ihr raten, das Hotel zu einem höheren zu wechseln und ihnen zu erlauben, ihr zu lernen, mit regelmäßigen Kunden zu kommunizieren (Leider ist das in der Vergangenheit) wenn sie es kann. Ich hoffe, dass der Manager gegen diese Frau greifen und ihr das richtige Verhalten lehren, sonst muss das Hotel nur mit zufälligen Touristen arbeiten. und natürlich, beachten Sie den extremen Lärm aus der Straße, stolpern Lebensmittel für Frühstück, serviert ohne Hygienestandards, ein schrecklich funktionierender Klimaanlage - dies ist besonders empfindlich in der Sommersaison, Schmutz und Farben auf dem Bett, ein schlecht geluftes Schleim und die Kirsche auf dem oberen ist die Menge der fraglichen Charaktere auf dem Boden, Ich warte immer auf jemanden. Ich mache nie eine solche Art von Bewertungen, aber meine Geduld ist vorbei und leider, die Bequemlichkeit zum Bahnhof verdient nicht so viel Schlampe und Erniedrigung.

In Milan, I have also stayed at B&B Hotel Milano Cenisio Garibaldi, Hotel degli Arcimboldi, Lloyd Hotel, Hotel Pierre Milano, Hilton Milan & Mokinba Hotel King. My reviews, to compare, can be found on TripAdvisor. Pros: - Location: (Walking) Porta Nuova (6mins), Corso Como (8mins), Brera Art Gallery (15mins), Monumental Cemetery (17mins), The Fashion District (20mins). - Bathroom amenities: Soap bar, combined shampoo/body wash, shower cap, hairdryer. - Free in-room WiFi (average speed approx. 29Mbps). - Quiet at night. Cons: - Room design is rather impracticle: no chair with back if you need to work (only a pouf stool), small desk not deeper than a laptop, almost no storage spaces, very dimly lit, bright neon light for the keycard slot that you cannot disable during sleep, in-room safe not large enough for a tablet or laptop, no door on bathroom area (so if you travel with someone else, make sure you are comfortable seeing each other intimately). - Breakfast is quite odd and overpriced. Located in the reception area, you can see and overhear all the discussions with guests (or gossip among staff about guests, which we found rather unprofessional!). A set menu plate with no choice (so we had a lot of food wastage). No standard items, ie. no fruit yoghurt, no cereal, no pastries (only a mini donut and mini muffin), no fresh fruit, no hot food, savory items only a couple of slices of ham and cheese from a plastic supermarket packet. Same items every day, mainly bread-based. - Staff need more training for a 4-star hotel. Check-in was slow, used toiletries not replenished when cleaning rooms, unprofessional staff behaviour as mentioned above. - Quality of towels and toiletries very low (more suited to a 3-star hotel). - Many fire escape maps in the hallways are completely incorrect, wrong room numbers and wrong hallway designs. Unsure how these passed safety inspections.

酒店位於感恩聖母堂附近，大約一點幾公裏吧，然後酒店位於二樓，辦理入住的時候要按大門旁邊的通話叫他們開門，酒店在二樓（相當於國內3樓），辦理簡單，然後乘坐一個很小的電梯上樓入住。房間還可以，我買的時候不到900rmb一晚，高級單人間，房間不大，但是有個陽台，設施齊全，還有密碼箱，沒有熱水壺，冰箱裏的水不知道能不能免費喝，上邊標了價格，但是我喝了瓶純凈水後邊也沒收我錢。房間陽台很不錯，要是兩個人一起的話就更好了，可以坐着聊聊天看看街景。然後每天都會有人來打掃，被子啥的看着蠻幹凈的，注意他們馬桶旁邊有個小的類似洗手盆的，那是洗pg用的，但我們大部分人都沒這習慣吧😄。酒店交通還挺方便的，一百米轉彎處有10路有軌電車，走600多米可乘坐M1地鐵，建議大家如果玩耍幾天的話購買那個3天的通票，合算一些（我經常做錯站😂）。然後吃的話附近也有不少餐廳，走幾步路就到了，酒店的早餐我感覺挺豐盛的，就西餐的那些玩意，有不少點心，還有酸奶和水果，好評！。玩耍不用擔心，米蘭很小，半小時的公共交通基本可以到達大部分景點。基本上就這樣，說實話米蘭酒店挺貴的，退房的時候還要交4歐/天的稅，但前台服務很好，也會一點英語，各種打招呼。

Sehr freundliches und verfügbares Personal, hervorragende Reinigung und hervorragende Lage, nur 600 m vom U-Bahnhof entfernt. Leider ist unser Zimmer, die 306, die so heiß war, als sie sich beherbergt hatte, dass auch die Klimaanlage viel Zeit brauchte, um die Temperatur so gering wie möglich zu halten. Das ist nur im Zimmer, weil wir immer in der Toilette echte Sauna gemacht haben. Von dem Fenster kam nur so viel Lärm und so viel Schlamm, keine Luft, da gerade vor einem Meter entfernt ein Metallschachtel und eine riesige Menge von lauten Rohrleitungen (Foto), Nacht war es wirklich schwer zu ruhen... Die Oberfläche über dem Bett, ganz sicher sehr niedrig, hat nicht geholfen... Schlußfolgerung: Wenn wir zurückkehren, strikt nicht auf den dritten Stock und vor allem nie wieder in 306!

Andrea and Chantal were great and couldnt help us enough. although the rooms were basic, they were clean and everything worked. Highly recommend if on a budget and loved the staff

Dies war mein zweiter Aufenthalt im Hotel Milano Navigli. Mein erster Besuch im September 2019 hatte mir gefallen, also kam ich nach meiner Ankunft und vor meiner Abreise aus Italien im September für ein paar Nächte zurück. Das Hotel liegt eine bequeme 12-minütige Straßenbahnfahrt oder einen interessanten 20-minütigen Spaziergang südlich der Piazza Di Duomo. Das Hotel überblickt die Piazza Orta Ticinese und liegt am Anfang eines typischen Viertels, das Besucher aus anderen Teilen Mailands und Touristen fast ausschließlich aus anderen italienischen Städten anzieht. Die Navigli sind die letzten eines Kanalsystems, das unter anderem für den weißen Marmor entwickelt wurde, der die atemberaubende Fassade des Doms bildet. Die verbleibenden Kanäle haben Fußgängerwege und in diesem sehr warmen September erstrecken sich Café- und Restaurantterrassen auf die Straßen. Dieses Hotel hat interessante Wandmalereien entlang der Treppe. Die Rezeption ist der einzige öffentliche Bereich, abgesehen vom Raum für Prima Colazione. Die Piazza Porta Ticinese ist jedoch ein Wohnzimmer der Nachbarschaft. Die Zimmer sind modern gestaltet und sehr komfortabel. Nach meiner Rückkehr für die letzten beiden Nächte dieser Reise bekam ich ein Upgrade auf ein Zimmer im obersten Stockwerk mit eigener Terrasse mit Blick auf die Piazza Porta Ticinese und dem perfekten Ort, um den Sonnenuntergang zu beobachten. Das war ein unerwartetes Vergnügen. Das Personal an der Rezeption war bei beiden meiner Aufenthalte freundlich und hilfsbereit. Obwohl ich mich auf Italienisch unterhielt, weiß ich, dass sie Gästen bei Bedarf auch auf Englisch helfen können. Die solide Bauweise des Hotels bedeutet, dass trotz der belebten Straße unter der Piazza Porta Ticinese und der ratternden Straßenbahn auf der Querstraße nichts in die komfortablen Zimmer eindringt und ich wirklich sehr gut schlafe. Da ich hauptsächlich in der Romagna unterwegs sein werde, werde ich zu einem der Mailänder Flughäfen fliegen und meine Reise erneut in diesem Juwel beginnen und beenden.

Lovely 3* hotel conveniently close to the Santa Maria delle Grazie, where Leonardo Da Vinci's painting of The Last Supper is located. The hotel itself is positioned in the heart of historic Milan. Our hotel room was perfectly adequate, clean and serviceable. The very modern shower room was delightful and had shower gel and shampoo provided. Tea making facilities were also provided in our room. The TV worked perfectly and there was safe in the wardrobe. There is a lift to all floors. Breakfast was served in a delightful dining room with a lovely terrace outside for when the weather was warmer and fine. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. Our request for milk for tea in our room was readily fulfilled. We were able to leave our bags in reception on our day of departure and the hotel staff arranged a taxi for our onward journey to the train station. Recommended.

Wir können dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen, sehr enttäuschend. Schreckliche Betten. Zimmer 5, 1 Seite der Matratze wurde gebrochen/vollkommen gesunken in & nicht anwendbar. Zimmer 4, tiefe Depressionen auf beiden Seiten des Bettes. Muss um Toilettenpapier, frische Handtücher bitten. Der Aufzug brach. Wir waren 20 Minuten zwischen den Etagen gefangen, der Alarmklopf wurde nicht auf dem Vordertisch gehört. Glücklicherweise konnte die Frau am Arbeitsplatz uns rausholen oder wir hätten 30 Minuten länger warten müssen, bis jemand es beheben. Positive Bemerkung, Die Damen am Arbeitsplatz sind schön & Lage ist gut. Frühstück ist inbegriffen & war ok. Wenn Sie hier bleiben, stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie den Schlüssel mit der weißen Karte erhalten, um die Strom im Zimmer zu aktivieren, nicht jeder Schlüsselring für das Zimmer hat die Karte beigefügt.

Для меня, курильщика, было важно, где курить - есть место на улице со столиками. Пейте кофе с удовольствием))) И спасибо женщине с ресепшн (к сожалению не знаю имени), которая пыталась помощь найти кошелек, потерянный в Венеции. This hotel is perfectly located next to Cadorna station and Metro. You are unable to hear the trains from your room. The room was very modern and sparkling clean, the toiletries were high quality and the room was cleaned daily. The hotel is quite difficult to find as it is in a building behind huge doors. The reception is on the third floor and closes at midnight. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. A great hotel

In una gradevole e centralissima villa liberty a pochi passi dalla stazione centrale e dalla metro. Molto bello il piccolo giardino all' ingresso e l'atmosfera e abbastanza accogliente. ma haime ci sono molte pecche. Appena arrivato l'accoglienza è stata pessima visto che mi è stato chiesto il pagamento anticipato dell' intero soggiorno di 3 notti, ma nonostante avessi già lasciato al momento della prenotazione la carta di credito a garanzia, il ”simpaticissimo” portiere è stato irremovibile. La stanza singola che mi è stata data era minuscola, ma ben disribuita e funzionale, nel bagno era assente il bidet e al suo posto c'era una specie di doccino abbinato al vater, espediente salvaspazio a mio avviso sgradevole poco igienico. La finestra del bagno dava sul balcone della stanza vicina, di conseguenze era necessara tenere sempre le tende chiuse, il televisore era sempre da risintonizzare con grandi difficoltà e in ultimo il letto scricchilava. La sala della colazione e molto sottodimensionata e cìè il rischio di fare un po di attesa. Grande punto di forza dell' hotel e il parcheggio convenzionato a pochi metri che ho trovato molto comodo. A mio avviso sono piccole manchevolezze superabili, ma quello che mi ha dato fastidio è stata l'accoglienza all' arrivo dove mi è stato imposto il pagamento anticipato solo perchè a detta loro qualche giorno prima un cliente era scappato senza pagare. Personalmente non amo essere accolto come una potenziale malfattore solo perchè non siete stati capaci di tutelarvi. Spero possiate correggere almeno il punto riguardo l'accoglienza clienti. Grazie

3 nights booked via Groupon. Supposed to be 4*, but more 3*. The pool was closed and the gym available for an hour providing it is booked in advance. The room was basic. The lifts were unreliable with at least one out of order so we used the stairs. The safe in our room didn't work. Paper cups for limited tea, coffee and small sachets of milk. Restaurant open from 7pm for dinner, but expensive. Certainly would not recommend, The staff had limited English language therefore we were unable to ask for recommendations where to eat outside of hotel. Even when we went to explore, most bars don't open until 7pm but we weren't advised. Continental breakfast was on offer with some hot food. My daughter had scrambled egg during our first breakfast. Within half an hour was vomiting and sweating. Spent 30 euros from pharmacy to calm tummy and stop sickness, but it meant that our time was spent in hotel room instead of making most of the City. The hotel often smelt of cigarette smoke and inside stairwell smelt of urine. This is more of a business hotel.

We stayed here for 3 nights in August. The apartment offered a great view of Milan being situated on the 24th floor, it is totally worth asking for a high floor apartment! The kitchen was well equipped, complimentary coffeee was provided and also 2 bottles of water. Keep in mind that if you plan to stay longer you need shampoo and shower gel since only small toiletries are provided. The cleaning of the apartment each day and the change of towels comes at an extra cost, so be aware of that as well. The reception staff was very helpful and polite and we appreciated Them a lot. Overall it was a great stay for us, we would definitively come back here when visiting Milan.

Very good Budget Hotel. All the staff are lovely. The rooms are dated but solid with loads of extras like a hair dryier, kettle etc, The Breakfast options and room are good. The area is not central to Milan but your not paying Milan central prices. so bare this in mind when reading negative reviews. Also 10 min walk away is a lovely shopping centre, that has food hall that has options to suit all tastes and much cheaper then Milan central prices. Ideal for a few days exploring the area.

Sehr einladendes und charakteristisches Hotel im Norden Mailands. Das Dreibettzimmer, das ich nutzte, war in ausgezeichnetem Zustand, sehr sauber und mit allem Komfort ausgestattet, das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet (wirklich ausgezeichneter Cappuccino und Croissant mit Marmelade, aber vor allem die Michetta mit Salami, die meine Mutter für mich zubereitet hat, als ich ein Kind war). .. eine echte Proustian-Madeleine im Mailänder Stil! Matteo und Nicola sind sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, und der Innengarten, in dem sie Frühstück und Aperitifs servieren, ist ein besonderer Beweis für ihren Einfallsreichtum und ihre Originalität.
