You couldn't ask for a better location.Conveniently located:4 min to 9th & 9th7 min to the mountains8 min to DowntownSki resorts from 23 miles outExterior:Built in 1896 , just 50 years after the founding of SLC, this quaint property is truly an original Salt Lake City home (it has sense been renovated). This upper level apartment has its own private entrance in the back of the house on the upper deck. You don’t want to miss the sunset from the deck! There street parking along the south and east side of the house. The backyard is fully enclosed and is shared with the downstairs tenants. Keep in mind, you must go up a flight of stairs to get to the front door of the unit and there is a small step right inside the door. please be cautious when entering and watch your step.Interior:There is a bedroom with a plush, luxury mattress pad, pillows, and sheets. Both rooms have full-sized closets with plenty of hangers. The couch is a futon with extra sheets and blankets provided for additional guests. The second bedroom has been converted into a large office, perfect for guests working remotely.The bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and of course fresh towels, hand towels, and rags. Other bathroom necessities like extra toothbrushes, toothpaste, floss, and more are provided for our guests' convenience.The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you would need to cook a full meal. If anything is missing, we encourage guest to reach out so that we can add the missing item to our inventory for their convenience and to improve the stay of all future guests. Basic cooking oils and spices are regularly stocked as well. This unit is for coffee lovers – are 3 different coffee machines (including standard drip coffee)- we also provide coffee and sugar.The living area has a 48" Smart TV so you can cast your favorite streaming services/shows. Guest will need to login to their own accounts for steaming. If you book for an extended stay, there is plenty of storage space throughout the living area.The guest has access to a private laundry room in the unit. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are regularly stocked.Guest access:There is a smart lock on the door. You will have full access to the upper unit and backyard. Zunächst einmal die wunderschöne Landschaft des University Parks in Utah, die man auf den Fotos vor dem Hotelfenster sehen kann, relativ ruhig. Aber die Einrichtungen sind etwas alt, die Dusche ist nicht sehr gut, das Wasser ist sehr klein und es dauert lange, bis es tropft. Das Servicepersonal war sehr freundlich, machte aber einen Fehler, gab mir eine 5-Messer-Barrechnung und konnte den Verbrauch nicht feststellen. Als ich fragte, sagte ich, dass ich mit der Hotelmanagerin kommuniziert habe, und sagte dann, dass es Highspeed-Internet sei, als ich sagte, dass sie wirklich nur das kostenlose Internet nutzte, und mir die Ausnahme erteilte. Ich habe mich noch daran erinnert, dass der Highspeed-Internetzugang kostenpflichtig ist. Der Check-out verlief natürlich reibungslos.

Keine Einrichtungen, genau wie der Service. Ich fuhr nach Huangshi, um in Salt Lake City ein Auto zu mieten. Ich blieb ungefähr zehn Tage. Es gibt auch einen Parkplatz. Der Preis ist angemessen, das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Hygiene ist kaum akzeptabel.

2 Nächte geblieben. Neu renoviert. Überrascht über die schönen Zimmer. Großer Fernseher. Hatte ein Südost-Gesichtszimmer und hatte einen Blick auf Schneebedeckte Berge. Sauber hell weiße Linen. Handtücher waren nicht so neu, aber waren sauber. Alles sieht ganz neu in der Innenstadt aus. Nur etwas, das ein paar Jahre gekommen ist, sind die Türen und Badewanne. Räumliches Zimmer. Großes Essen und Trinken und das Restaurant und die Bar. Parkplatz war steif ($25/n). Gesamt großartig Aufenthalt und würde sicherlich hier wieder reservieren.

Die Lage ist sehr praktisch und man kann in zwei Schritten überall essen. Es ist auch einfach, zu Sehenswürdigkeiten zu gelangen. Da es 2018 neu eröffnet wurde, ist die gesamte Dekoration und Ausstattung sehr neu. Es ist Samsung im Land. Es geht um vier Sterne. Die Einrichtungen sind sehr neu, aber die Zimmergröße ist relativ klein und der Einrichtungsstil ist insgesamt gut. Der Hauspreis war an diesem Tag innerhalb von 1000 akzeptabel. Als ich später sah, dass das Mid-Autumn Festival auf über 3.000 angestiegen war, fand ich es zu teuer. Das Parken befindet sich auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite und erfordert eine kostenlose Türkarte.

The double tree was very convenient to the airport and the customer service was excellent. We had an early flight and they provided a shuttle for us. The desk person was very accommodating when we arrived and helped me find a place to get an item I forgot for travel. Very clean and the rooms was very large. The bed wasn’t as comfortable as other places I have stayed, but it was ok. I liked that the air conditioner was not right next to the bed and there was a refrigerator and microwave. Also it was great to be able to get a cup of tea in the afternoon. Breakfast was great and everything was at the right temperature. The little store part was great too. I forgot a razor and was able to buy one.
