Wir waren zum 6. Mal dort. Es ist jedesmal wie ”nach Hause” zu kommen. Das Personal ist freundlich und stets bemüht, dass der Aufenthalt in positiver Erinnerung bleibt. Der Hoteldirektor Brice hat sich persönlich vorgestellt und spontan bei der Lösung eines kleinen Problems geholfen. Sein Personal schwärmt über seine angenehme Art und die Stimmung im Team spiegelt genau das wider. Es wird viel gelacht und es wirkt als ginge alles leicht von der Hand und man spürt, dass der Gast im Mittelpunkt steht. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Auch Freunde von uns waren diesmal mit und waren ebenfalls begeistert. Die Hausdamen grüßen freundlich und fragen proaktiv nach, ob etwas fehlt. Vielen Dank dafür an Samia u Munira, sowie an Cyndie von der Rezeption, die Unmögliches möglich macht. Vielen Dank an Direktor Brice und sein Team

Planned a last minute trip to St. Tropez (booked Thursday, arriving next day) and the entire experience at Hotel de Paris was exceptional - top to bottom. I travel globally very often and I would put this experience at the top. The hotel - design, attention to detail, location - all first rate. And the staff - incredibly friendly and helpful - in all areas and functions. In particular, Samuel who leads the concierge team delivered beyond all expectations. He arranged beach club, lunch and dinner reservations at THE most desirable locations. These are incredibly difficult to obtain under normal conditions and his team accomplished it in under 24 hours. We were treated as locals and his team made the experience absolutely outstanding. All in, one of (if not) the best hotel experiences I have ever had - and I will certainly return to Hotel de Paris, St. Tropez. Many thanks to the entire team at HdP!!

Wir verbrachten viele Jahre zweimal pro Jahr im Chateau und hatten auch immer eine schöne Erfahrung. Der freundliche und teilweise auch spaßige Umgang mit den Hotelmitarbeitern war äußerst angenehm und ließ uns auch über die ein oder andere Nachlässigkeit hinwegsehen. Das ein Gast, der seinen ersten Aufenthalt im Chateau verbringt, ins schwärmen kommt und seine Emotionen zum Ausdruck bringt ist verständlich. Die Lage zählt sicherlich zu den besten in Saint-Tropez, wenngleich der Blick der Villa Belrose für mich der schönste ist. Nach dem Besitzerwechsel wurden viele Veränderungen angekündigt und es wurde klar man möchte in der Topliga mitspielen! Die Zimmerpreise bewegen sich mittlerweile unbestritten in der absoluten Topliga, diese haben sich praktisch über Nacht mehr als verdoppelt. Dies weckt natürlich eine gewisse Erwartungshaltung, welcher Mehrwert, in dieser massiven Preiserhöhung steckt. Unbestritten ist, man hat einiges in den öffentlichen Bereichen schöner und stylisher gestaltet. Wir haben immer dasselbe Zimmer und hier hat sich nichts geändert. Es wurden 3 Restaurants im Chateau zusammengeführt, was für uns keinen Vorteil hat, weil wir sowieso nicht jeden Tag im Hotel essen wollen. Jedoch lassen sich die Restaurants durch Hotelgäste ohnehin nicht füllen. Führt aber dazu, dass sich ab 19:00 Uhr durch die auswärtigen Gäste, die Autos auf der Hotelauffahrt stauen. Die daraus resultierende Geräuschkulisse bis spät in die Nacht erhalten sie exklusiv dazu. Man hat einen Kids-Club „Villa mit Pool“ und allen sonstigen Extras für einen gerüchteweise zweistelligen Millionen Betrag eingerichtet. Dekadent…meine persönliche Meinung! Absurd vor allem dann, wenn trotz Club die Kinder am Wochenende am Hauptpool etc. rumlärmen. Mancher munkelt, dass man sich einen Wettbewerb mit Arnault’s Cheval blanc liefert, da hier Bentleys als Shuttle zum Einsatz kommen, musste es im Chateau Rolls Royce sein! Amüsant!!!...Arnault auf Platz 2 Forbes!! Bleibt spannend…. Das man zum Kaufpreis noch weitere 40 Mio. investiert hat, ist schon enorm. Die einfachste und vor allem günstigste Investition ist die Kommunikation mit seinen (Stamm-) Gästen, die findet aber interessanterweise in keiner ernstzunehmenden Form statt. Wir sprechen von „5 Sterne Palace“ mehr geht bekanntlich nicht in Frankreich! Ich bewerte so ein Verhalten, als max. Ignoranz oder Dilettantismus pur. In einem Gespräch mit dem neuen Hotelmanager, der zweite seit der Übernahme, versuchte er die höheren Preise zu rechtfertigen. Die angeführten Leistungen wie Frühstück, Strand und Parkplatz waren bisher schon in der Hotelrate inkludiert, vielleicht wusste er das noch nicht. Das man durch die getätigten Investitionen im Chateau nun in der Liga mit „Hôtel du Cap-Eden-Roc“ und „Grand-Hotel du Cap-Ferrat“ spielt, ließ mich dann doch verstummen…war dies Verzweiflung oder ein Anflug von Arroganz…ich weiß es nicht?! I approached our 2 night stay here with a little trepidation. St Tropez isn’t really geared towards someone like me. I personally don’t like the overzealous exuberance of the place and I wasn’t happy paying the amount I did for a room for a friends birthday weekend. Taking this pre conceived view into this trip I was pleasantly surprised with La Bastide. Negative first, this hotel (and probably 90% of hotels in St Tropez) is not worth the “uber” 5 star prices. Our room was very small and not of the quality of a top hotel. Could’ve done with a better decor and there were many knocks and bumps visible. I could’ve got unlucky with the room but I suspect all would’ve looked similar. Looking to the positives. It’s a small hotel and hence is very peaceful and tranquil. If you’re in St Tropez for a party weekend, it’s nice to escape and have a few hours chilling out around the beautiful pool area. Plenty of green plants and trees, terracotta styled buildings beautiful blue pool, the whole thing resonates of 1960’s Beverly Hills movie star dripping hotel. It really is lovely. Every member of staff we encountered were incredibly friendly from the front of house to the maids. They also had an incredibly helpful free transfer to the main town centre. The hotel is about 20 min walk to the centre so very doable but in the summer heat, it is nice to have the option to be driven. The roads are so busy in St Tropez so I felt guilty asking the guys to take us for such a short journey but it never seemed too much for them and they were always happy to help. The food is good at the hotel also. Breakfast is buffet style and whilst the selection wasn’t the biggest, it is a tiny hotel so difficult to justify a massive spread as much of it would be wasted. What was there, was good. We had lunch around the pool also at their BBQ option. The food here was really good and of a very generous portion size. My only quibble would be that again, there is no justification for the price and the food and beverage prices were insanely eye watering. Overall, a very lovely hotel and if you can reason or overlook the exorbitant cost, you’ll no doubt enjoy your stay.

We (family of four with two teenagers) are on day four of a six day stay at Villa Cosy. Based on TripAdvisor reviews and familiarity with the excellent location we had high expectations. They have been exceeded. We are staying in a very nice two bedroom/two story suite with outdoor seating areas on both floors. The rooms, including baths, are spacious, comfortable, updated, and clean. The design of the hotel insures a sense of tranquility despite the prime location on Route Bell Isnarde so close to town. We have never written a review of hotels but do so here because of the excellence of the staff. Starting with Charlotte, who promptly took care of a few special requests when we made our reservation and through to the terrific manager, Alex, who handles all requests with aplomb and good humor, they and all their team are among the most efficient and friendly staff we have ever experienced. They make it truly a five star hotel.

So grateful for this place to our experience that we had! this place can not be called the hotel - it’s a real home ❤️ so let’s start with the objective reasons - property is amazing, absolutely stylish, frenchy and relaxed. I guess just renovated, so there are no remarks about the property AT ALL. Swimming pool area is absolutely gorgeous and it makes you dive straight to Wes Anderson movies - very cinematographic and photographic;) food is fantastic, wine card is everything you need. You have a shuttle service to go to the center of the city (7-10 mins by car) and a concierge service that could help you with EVERYTHING you need The room itself is not that big (it is France), but not small at all! There is a plenty designed space to store all your belongings, we were two girls and we easily put 4 our really big cases in the room with all our dresses and shoes, if you know what I mean :) beds are real comfort ❤️and it is very quiet in the hotel, really quiet! But the biggest treasure of this hotel - is their staff. when you meet them you understand that there is no stuff at all in this hotel - there are only hosts: careful, benevolent and attentive. I would like to thank personally all the guys, but I am afraid to forget someone! Because everyone we met from the team was just astonishing!
