I have just returned from a four night stay at this wonderful hotel. Myself and my family/friends (party of 11) amongst many others with transferred to this hotel in the early hours of Saturday morning following a cancelled TUI flight. On arrival the hotel staff had nit been made aware we were coming but fortunately had room for us all and checked us in very quickly. The rooms were clean, modern, spacious and the air con was great. My family were even moved to a larger room the following morning which was beautiful with a large balcony. The staff at this hotel are very attentive and can't do enough for you, we travelled with 4 young children and they engaged with them and made sure they had fun. The hotel is in gteat location with a short walk to shops and restaurants. The hotel offer a limited choice at meal times ( but it may have felt this way having spent 11 nights in an all inclusive holiday village prior to coming here) but all the food was very nice, you could pay extra to order off the menu and there was a good choice. A cancelled flight and 4 day delay to come home was not how we hoped to end our holiday but we were lucky we got to spend our time in this lovely hotel, we would definitely recommend it to others and would like to return here again in the future. :-)

Mein Mann und ich besuchten 18 Tage im September. Ankunft später als geplant (2.00am) aber Ali war da, um uns zu begrüßen, mit einem Lächeln und einem coolen Bier! Die Apartments sind sehr sauber und eine gute Größe. Ali und seine ganze Familie haben uns sehr willkommen gemacht. Die von uns versuchte Mahlzeit war ausgezeichnet, die Preise sind gut. Die Wohnungen sind ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zur Stadt und haben schöne Aussichten von den Balkonen. Ali verfügt auch über zwei Villas (ein 3-Bett und ein 5-Bett) zu mieten, wenige Minuten von Minta, er zeigte sie nett zu uns, bevor wir verlassen und sie sind wunderschön, so viel so, wir haben gebucht, im Juni nächsten Jahr in dem 3-Bett eine für 2 Wochen zu bleiben. Ich freue mich auf die Rückkehr zu schönem Dalyan und sehen Sie Ali und seine Familie wieder. Vielen Dank für Ihre Gastfreundschaft!

When we first arrived we did not like our room, it had a lot of things wrong but we booked last minute and the hotel seemed full. We told Simi, the manager the following day and he moved us to a much better room as soon as one became free. The booking site said there was a gym, there wasn't, also the table tennis table had seen better days, nor was there a restaurant as also stated on ***********. However the pool area and gardens were beautiful, very clean and well kept, the typically Turkish breakfasts were fine and the cook added cooked extras. The staff were lovely, so friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable. It was a bit far out of town for us but if you are looking for peace and quiet and have a car or a bicycle you will enjoy staying here. My husband would have gone cycling if he had known there were bikes on site, I only discovered them a few days before we left. It is a Turkish hotel, not modern but fine if you know what you are getting. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay comfortable and happy. With a few tweaks this could be a really good place to stay.

Wir sind froh mit dem Service, den wir in diesen 3 Tagen in dieser schönen Immobilie bekommen haben. Sowohl ich als auch meine Mutter konnten sicher und komfortabel bleiben. Die Hilfe im Hotel war freundlich und hilfreich zu jeder Zeit. Sowohl ihr lächelndes Gesicht als auch ihre Freundschaft machten uns das Gefühl, dass wir wirklich genießen den Aufenthalt und wir konnten keine anderen Unannehmlichkeiten mehr als Problem machen. Danke ihnen und wir würden wieder dorthin gehen.

Rein und freundlich. Zimmer waren hell, schön dekoriert, groß für das, was wir brauchten. Komfortable Betten. Safe £1 pro Tag, Klimaanlage im Preis inbegriffen. Mosquito-Bildschirmen auf Patiotüren. Wir hatten ein Bodengeschoss, das direkten Zugang zum Pool gab. 5 Minuten zum Zentrum. Schöner Pool, Spaziergang oder Seitenschritt. Es gibt viele Sonnenbäder. Traditionelle türkisches Frühstück, frisch zubereitete Gemüse, Getreide, Eikäse und Fleisch. Viel Wahl. Gute Wahl von Getränken. Großes Personal. Ich empfehle es.

We had an excellent stay at ARP Hotel, Dalyan. This hotel is a hidden gem right on the edge of the Dalyan Lake and looking out across to the ancient Dalyan Tombs. Owner Berk Özgen and his team of staff cannot do enough for you and go out of their way to ensure you have an enjoyable stay. The rooms are well equipped with regular towel change, bedding change and room cleaning. In high season I believe the boat service from the town centre to the world famous Iztuzu Beach will pick up and drop off at the hotel dock if requested. And then there's the fabulous, included Turkish Breakfast, which it has to be said is fantastic, including eggs, fruits, various cheeses and lots more all freshly prepared by the team.

Wir blieben hier eine Woche, und ich kann die freundliche Natur der Mitarbeiter und Eigentümer nicht schuldig, aber es gibt Seiten, Wir erlebten 3 abgesagte Flüge in einer Woche, die unser Schlaf bewirkte, sie kamen sehr spät oder sehr früh, Hohe Volumen und aufgrund der Lage der Hotelzimmer sind neben dem Restaurant, Lounge und Pool, so hören Sie alles, Musik in der Nacht in ein paar Nächte verhindert eine frühe Nacht mit Lärm von Menschen auf abgesagten Flügen, Auch kein Zimmer, um sich draußen zu entspannen, wenn Flüge ankommen, 2 Morgens war das Frühstücksbereich/Restaurant Ant absolut verpackt, so dass wir essen aus , aber das Frühstück ist nicht für meinen persönlichen Geschmack, keine frische Früchte oder eine Vielzahl von Brot nur fehlen viel heiße Lebensmittel. Die Hauspflege war gut und wir wurden zu spät ausgecheckt, aber 35 Pfund bezahlt. Letztlich würde ich nicht hier noch einmal bleiben, ich habe nicht die ganze Woche ein richtiges Schlaf bekommen.i nicht verwendet den Pool und obwohl es Haustiere Freundlich an ich würde keine Frage mit ihren Hunden oder Katzen, aber es gab Haustiere Haare auf unseren Sitz außerhalb unseres Zimmers und in den Pools schwimmt, der Pool Die Seite braucht in meiner Meinung ein gutes Kraftsauger.

Das Smyrna Hotel wurde vor kurzem erst renoviert und alles ist in super Zustand. Die Hotelzimmer sind ausreichend groß. Wir haben in einem Dreibettzimmer geschlafen und hatten mehr als genug Platz. Die Bar, die an das Hotel angeschlossen ist, ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr zu empfehlen. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, umgeben von kleineren, sehr schönen Cafés. Der Fluss ist zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Das absolute Highlight dieses Hotels sind die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter. Alle waren wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Very little wrong with the hotel. Room was modern, great shower and comes with shower he’ll etc. Bed comfy, came with a pillow menu. The Tv had over 10 English speaking channels. Mini bar with water, soft drinks, Efes and wine. Spotlessly clean and efficient air conditioning. My room (105) one step from the pool and less than 10 to the bar and cafe. Sun beds a plenty, no need to reserve and lovely pool. Peaceful surroundings, no load music or kids as over 14s only. 20 minute walk into town for bars restaurants and shopping. The staff here are the best always here to help. Bring some mosquito spray as by the river and there are plenty about. I will have to come back with the wife, she would be most upset if I didn’t. This would be right up her street. Thank you again. Now for the flight home

A lovely small hotel in Dalyan. We stayed as a family of three, 2 adults and a 14 year old. We had a family room which consisted of a main room with double bed and bathroom and a smaller anemic room with a single bed, wardrobe, dressing table and fridge. The aircon was great and had day and night functions meaning a comfortable climate at all times. The unit is in the main room so at night we needed to leave the door open to our son’s room, which was not a problem for us. The room was perfectly adequate in size for us 3 but maybe small for any more. There was plenty of wardrobe space for us, around 10-12 hangers. The room would benefit from adding hooks to the backs of all the doors which would increase a bit of hanging options for towels, pool clothes etc. The decor was traditional style and was spotlessly clean but, perhaps a little tired, the curtains and bathrooms could do with a little facelift but nothing that would put us off returning. The inclusion of a fridge was great for keeping water chilled. The balcony was tiny and unusable for sitting out as it housed the aircon vent making it supper hot but amazing for drying off clothes! It didn’t bother us to not sit out as we were hardly in the room anyway other than to sleep. Rooms cleaned daily and fresh towels every day as needed, beds made and changed every 3rd day. Pool was lovely and clean, a mix of salt and slightly chlorinated water which was lovely and a nice change to heavy chlorination so often found in holiday pools The pool area was well kept and clean, plenty of loungers around the pool and lots more behind the bar in a shaded area. A few umbrellas around the pool are needed as there was only one so if you wanted shade you had to sit away from the pool. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of options for fruit, cereal, eggs, cheese and yoghurt. The restaurant is lovely too and the moussaka was amazing!! The hotel arranged a nighttime boat trip and this was simply amazing! A definite highlight of our holiday and we were well looked after by Thomas 😊 Friendly staff and a shout out to Ozzy at the bar, that man never stops smiling or working! Such a great guy and helped make a lovely holiday even better. All in all the Turay is a great little hotel, it’s not luxury it’s basic but it’s basic done well, clean, tidy, friendly and great value for money.

Местоположение отельчика отличное, прямо на берегу реки. Завтрак с видом на реку, проплывающие лодки и гробницы - просто супер,то, что надо. Остановились в отеое с мужем на 3 ночи. Прогулка до центра и вдоль набережной - отлично. Сам номер небольшой, у нас был делюкс с двуспальной кроватью и балконом, номер на 2м этаже. Все номера с 2х спальной кроватью находятся на 2м этаже, а с двумя одинарными кроватями - на уровни земли. Вот это не комфортно, вдоль идет дорожка, по которой входят жители, персонал, и вид на забор, а за забором сразу след.отель. Понравилась удобная кровать,смена белья. Не понравилось: постоянный запах канализации из ввнной комнаты, этоине решить сменой номера, т.к. у них не правильно сделаны коммуникации и отсутсвует гидрозатвор! Нужно это менять. Также, стены очень тонкиеи слышно как справляют нужду, кашляют и смывают туалет в соседнем номере за стенкой, это уж совсем плохо. Завтрак хороший и разнообразный, но не понравилось что вообще нет горячих блюд, или яичницы, все только холодные закуски, холодное молоко, нет микроволновки даже подогреть. В номере нет приборов для чая, чайника и т.п. ужин в отеле нормальный можно заказать, цены средние по городу и даже ниже, что приятно. Хозяева отличные, но нужно бы вложиться в улучшение инфраструктуры и канализац.системы. Вывод: Заново если поедем, отель не выберем из за запахов канализации и тонких стен, не очень уютно.

Wir blieben im September in Konak Su für eine Woche, es war wunderbar. Der Pool ist groß und sauber, das Frühstück war groß, das Personal ist wunderbar (insbesondere der Kerl, der die Bar arbeitete). Das Hotel ist nur 10 Gehminuten vom Haupt-*** und dem Fluss entfernt. Die Zimmer waren ziemlich klein, aber reichlich Zimmer für uns als Paar, die Betten waren fest, aber komfortabel und das Badezimmer war groß mit einer großen Dusche. Es gab einen Kühlschrank in unserem Zimmer, der nicht funktionierte, was schämlich war, aber wir brauchten es nicht wirklich, und das WiFi funktionierte nicht, während wir da waren, aber wir wurden gesagt, das war ein Problem mit dem WiFi in der Umgebung. Die Luftkon in den Zimmern war fantastisch (und kostenlos), aber ich denke, es wäre hilfreich, wenn das Hotel eine warme/dicke Schranke bereitstellte, da es zu kalt mit der Luftkon auf war, aber immer noch zu warm mit dem 'Fan'-Modus auf war und die Schranke sehr dünn war. Es wäre perfekt gewesen, mit dem Luftkon auf, aber unter dickerem Schrank/Duvet auf dem Bett zu schlafen. Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt waren die Tiere, die Besitzer Hunde Chico war wunderschön und die Familie der Katzen/Katzen, die das Hotel besuchten, waren wunderschön, Wir haben viel Zeit mit den Katzen gespielt und verpasst sie wirklich!
