Wir bezahlten zusätzliches Frühstück und sie sammelten keine. Jeder konnte essen! Am letzten Tag wurde eine Wächterin getroffen und vermisst mit Leuten, die eintraten und einige bezahlten. Wenn sie die Front verließ, dann konnte jemand sich selbst helfen. Der Heißrock und der Pool waren schön, aber kalt gefroren! Keiner konnte sie nutzen. Und es gab keine Anzeige. Auch das Hotel riecht schrecklich zwei Nächte mit einem starken Schwefelgeräuch. Die Zimmer waren nicht vollständig gefertigt. Ich hatte um 5 Uhr Nacht saubere Handtücher, aber das Zimmer wurde nie wieder repariert.

It was our first time staying at the Renaissance Historic Downtown Hotel. As we pulled in, we were Approached by the valet, who was very polite and kind. We walked into the lobby side door in immediately. There was a very pleasant and refreshing smell throughout the hotel. We immediately began to notice the decor which was very unique and impressive. As we approached the front desk to check in, the receptionist who was a young man, was very prompt and polite, and willing to share information about the area. As we went up to our room, we couldn’t help but notice the beautiful decor as well as how clean the environment was. I have been in the commercial cleaning business for over 30 years and pay attention to detail. As we opened our room, we were very impressed once again with how clean the room was and how nice the room was. To sum up this, my wife has put this on her list as her top favorite thus far and we have visited over 12 times. Thank you so much for making my wife’s 58th birthday. We had a wonderful experience

Ich werde zuerst starn sagen, dass ich mich traurig fühle, dass ich heute nach Hause gehe. Die Gastfreundschaft des Hotels und der Service war über und über fantastisch. Das Personal war soo freundlich und effizient aus der Verwaltung bis zum Frühstücksmann immer mit einem Lächeln. Das gesamte Team war großartig. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, Sie können zu der alten Stadt gehen und ist in der Nacht sicher. Die Zimmer waren sauber und tägliche Hausaufbewahrung mit neuen Handtüchern und Seife . Ich empfehle dieses Hotel 100% ohne Zweifel jedes Mal, wenn ich wieder in St Augustine komme, werde ich mein Haus Hotel las Villas 1565 machen. 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

Das Ponce ist ein älteres Hotel mit viel Charme und Charakter, das war, was ich suche. Es wurde schön gepflegt und aktualisiert. Das Personal war sehr willkommen und angenehmer. Das Zimmer war ruhig, sauber und komfortabel.Das Bett war extrem komfortabel. Ausstattung umfasste Pool, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Blow-Dryer, Eisen, Eisenbahnbrett, Schreibtisch mit Stühle, riesige HD-TV und kostenloses WIFI. Ein Gästewaschraum ist verfügbar. Die Ponce ist eine 15-minütige Spa- oder Spa-Waage zum Alten historischen Ort St. Augustine. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und ein Salon und Spa sind auch Minuten entfernt. Die Ponce ist auf dem Wasser, und obwohl das Restaurant nicht mit dem Wasser zu kämpfen hat, ist die Aussicht schön. Das Hotelrestaurant, das DeLeon, ist ein kolumbianisches Restaurant. Das Essen war lecker und authentisch! Ich kann nicht warten, dort wieder zu essen. Ich gebe dem Ponce Hotel eine Rating-A+++++. Ich muss auch erwähnen, dass ich ein paar Diamantenhörer in meinem Zimmer verließ, und innerhalb einer Stunde nach dem Abreisen, Negar, der Hotel-Rezeptor, rief mich, um es zu erfahren, und meinehörer werden mir maild. Diese ehrliche und gehende zusätzliche Meile ist heute selten gesehen, und ich war extrem beeindruckt und dankbar. Nochmals, Ich bewerte sie sehr hoch und plane, auf meinem nächsten Besuch zurückzukehren.

Das Hotel liegt etwas nördlich des zentralen Teils von St. Augustine, aber die Stadt selbst ist nicht groß und die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt. Wenn Sie rund um die Uhr unterwegs sein möchten, ist es eine sehr komfortable kleine Stadt mit eigenem Meer, eigener Universität, meiner eigenen Fußgängerzone, meinem eigenen Schloss und dem alten Stadttor. Bei gutem Wetter laufe ich durch die Straßen und trinke Kaffee im Hotel. Es ist sehr erfrischend... Das Hotelpersonal ist auch sehr höflich und hinterlässt die Schlüssel spät in der Nacht im Briefkasten Selbst Check-In, das Hotel ist sehr warm, es gibt Weingetränke und kleine Snacks bei der Ankunft. Etwas später, um 9 Uhr, gibt es Frühstück, unten wird gemeinsam gegessen. Der Chef bereitet eine Portion vor und eine wird besetzt. Es ist sehr markant... Beim Verlassen bat der Chef auch um eine gute Bewertung, die auch tatsächlich vorhanden war. Parken ist übrigens in seinem Hinterhof. Es ist kostenlos und leicht zu finden. Es wird empfohlen, dort zu leben, wenn Sie nach Xiaocheng gehen...

Cheyenne am Frontbüro war wunderbar, um alle unsere Bedürfnisse zu behandeln. Die Leute, die das Essen in der Frühstückslinie ausgegeben, ich gebe ein Kopf auf den schwarzen schweren Mann, der freundlich und professionell war. Nicht so viel für das Mädchen ältere Mädchen in Schneidshorts, die ihm helfen. Zimmer war so sauber und der Pool awesome. Freundliche Hausbetreuung machte uns gut fühlen. Wir blieben in Zimmer 131 und das einzige Problem war die Tür zum Badezimmer konnte nicht schließen. Das Personal ging aus ihr war, uns zu fahren, wo wir brauchten. Ich liebe diesen Ort und würde nie auf irgendein anderes suchen. Lage ist perfekt direkt neben dem Trolley für Touren und sie holen Sie auf dem Hotel.

The hanging rack for clothes was above the refrigerator and not user friendly for adult clothing, more like small kids  clothes. very ridiculous.  I had spilled some water on the floor and wiped it up...the floor was filthy. Not muchWater pressure in the bathroom sink. Shower was good. Room is nice size. When I called 2 different times about the pool if it was indoor or out,  they said indoor...REALLY! It is an outdoor pool, and you can see it from the office window. Hotel is WAY over priced! They did accommodate us and put us on the 1st floor as there are no elevators. Yes we were there from Dec. 20-22 and booked months inadvance. will never go there again.

Sehr leicht zu finden, direkt am Straßenrand. 15 Minuten Fahrt zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten der Innenstadt. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind ein typisches Express-Hotel. Das Zimmer ist ziemlich groß, beides Kingsize-Betten. Das Frühstück ist auch typisch amerikanisch, Vanillepudding, Waffeln, Brot und kein Problem.

The room provided wasn't 100% ready on our arrival the rooms advertised refrigerator was pulled out from its location with the door left opensitting on top of a towel collecting water that had been leaking for some time. Mint. Did respond quickly to the matter by cleaning up the watery mess and getting the refrigerated back into place. The refrigerator was plugged back in but eventually started to leak during the past 3 days of stay. The room did feel damp as there may have been high humidity present.
