Best 4 star hotel!! Initially we were worried about an all inclusive 4 star hotel. What if services, food, drink and entertainment aren’t good, we will be stuck! However, they changed our mind the minute we got there. As I approached the counter, they welcomed us and said they would check if our room was ready. Although it’s not, they took our bags for us and gave us a card (which allowed us to go and have lunch without extra cost) so we could start enjoying our time at the hotel. The room was clean and we loved the deco. We loved the attention to detail too! You can tell a lot of thoughts have gone into the design of the room. We love the food there too. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner every day we were there. Apart from the usual kids’ favourite, the main dishes were different at every meal every day. I particularly enjoyed the freshly cooked fish and paellas; and the Halloween themed night meal. The animación team was excellent. They were very good with my kids. My youngest was a bit shy to start with at the kids club. One of the staff gave her a lot of special attention to help her settle in. The evening entertainment was better than expected too. We really enjoyed the acrobat show. It’s not exactly BGT standard but it’s definitely entertaining enough to keep all of us happy. It’s also 10 mins away by car from the airport. We actually took the bus on the way there. It cost 1.40 eur per person and it stopped right opposite the hotel. On the way back, taxi cost 13-15eur. We also love that there is a beautiful beach right next to the hotel. It’s so thoughtful that there is a shower and towels right next to the gate so you could clean your feet before getting back to the hotel. If there’s anything to complain about, I would say the steam room wasn’t working during my stay!

Das Hotel Auque ist nicht am Strand zu Fuß ist sehr nah:Der Strand ist etwas windig, aber sehr groß... Sie können guten Spaziergang durch sie und sehr ruhig.Es hat mehrere Bubett,der uns berührt hat es Zeiten von vielen Leuten.Das Schlimmste war das Bett.. Sie waren zusammen, aber sie waren auf dem Minimum geteilt und du zerstörtest dich durch das Mittel... ein Schreck. Ich würde nochmal wieder ins Hotel gehen.

Villa Princesa Sonia is a beautiful independent house with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom located in one of the most demanded areas of Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote. It is within a very quiet tourist urbanization with beaches, shopping centers and a fabulous sea avenue. The villa belongs to my family for over 35 years. In 2018 we completed a comprehensive reform of the villa to modernize it and prepare it for the holiday rental. As can be seen in the photos, we spare nothing to achieve a spectacular result, both inside and outside. The house maintains the traditional essence of Canarian architecture: volcanic stone, white walls, typical chimneys, straight lines ... but now it has a more modern, fresh, cozy style ... Light enters everywhere. The house has a master bedroom with air conditioning, built-in wardrobe and soundproof windows. In this bedroom there is a double bed. The mattress is high-end with measures 150cm x 200cm. Comfort and rest is guaranteed. In addition, there is a safe in the closet for your valuables.In the secondary bedroom there are two single beds and a built-in wardrobe. There is a large window with soundproof crystals. The villa has two outdoor areas where you can enjoy the magnificent climate of the Canary Islands. In front of the living room there is an outdoor dining area covered with a traditional style white wooden pergola. The dining room and terrace are joined by sliding aluminum doors. In addition, there is a large solarium with artificial grass and a large tree. There are four sunbeds and an umbrella. It is the best area of the house for sunbathing. There is an outdoor shower ideal for cooling off or removing sand when you return from the beach. The dining room is one of the best areas of the house. It is equipped with air conditioning. The TV is a 50-inch Samsung with SmartTV (NetFlix, Youtube, Amazon, ...). There are foreign channels in open in different languages. In addition, some Spanish television channels broadcast part of their content in English. The bathroom has a white walk-in shower with a large glass screen. There are shelves with glass shelves to place the towels. Both the toilet and the toilet are designer pieces of the Roca brand. There is a hair dryer.The kitchen is fully equipped so you can prepare any type of food. There are small appliances and kitchen utensils. The house has a closed patio where to do laundry and hang clothes. We care about the environment like you, that's why the villa uses solar energy to heat sanitary water. In this way we reduce energy consumption and contribute among all to pollute less. Water is a very scarce resource in Lanzarote. Unlike other islands such as La Palma (Canary Islands), there are no natural sources of water here. All fresh water is obtained from desalination of seawater in a process that consumes a lot of energy. We encourage you to make responsible water consumption during your stay. Allerdings war das Personal ein wenig bewegend zum Ende des Aufenthalts. 3 Mitarbeiter versuchten, in das Zimmer vor der Abreise war ziemlich unbehaglich. Anderes als das, was ich bin sicher nicht passiert, dass jeder der Aufenthalt war ausgezeichnet

Very big rooms, amazing staff, the manager was very helpful, open and friendly. The property close to the beach. The area is perfectly clean and quiet. You can walk at evening without worrying. We felt safe walking at evening. The bus stop 2 steps away. Easy commuting and also the car rental is cheap. You can walk to the airport along the beach and just enjoy. Highly recommended!

Ich habe einen schönen Meerblick im gemeinsamen Bereich. (Ich sah Feuerwerke in der Nacht wegen ihres Festivals). Da es auf die Playa Chica ist, können Sie einfach dort schwimmen und sehen Sie Ihre Sachen im Hostel ohne Sorgen, dass gestohlen werden. Sehr schön für alleinreisende! Ob es wirklich schnorcheln oder schwimmen, um die Fische dort zu sehen!!! Es ist auch nahe der Busshalte Las Vista und der Einkaufszentrum, so dass Sie auf die Playa Blanca/Arrrefe/Flughafen/jede Touren, die Sie leicht angeschlossen haben. Wäscherei und Trocknungsservice für 10 Euro (aber Sie müssen die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption fragen). Die Rezeption Mitarbeiter sprechen nicht gut Englisch, aber sie versuchen ihr Bestes mit mir zu kommunizieren mit Google Translate, die ich schätze.

Ideally located in quiet part close to old town as well as the *****. Two pool areas (one with shallow kids pool) and food available by larger pool -also small dining area just past reception (good selection for breakfast). Pool table for older kids and small playground for toddlers onsite. Very clean complex and friendly staff. Fully equipped kitchenette and lovely powerful shower in bathroom which I loved! Close to lots of shops and restaurants, but relatively steep stroll downhill to beach, fine for us but could be a workout with buggy or if any mobility issues. There was on street parking outside if hiring a car. Lots of taxis around if not! We enjoyed exploring the local areas on foot after a day of sightseeing…some great restaurants close by in the old town. No air con in the apartment that we could see (but we didn’t ask either as we stated at end January so 24 Celsius and pleasant indoors and out) - recommend checking if going at peak times. Pools weren’t heated but nice for a dip- clean and lifeguards on duty at both between 9:30 and 6pm. Relaxing short break at lovely complex, we’ll be back!

Amazing stay at these apartments - great location with pool and pool bar which did Estrella in Frozen glasses (big win for me) as well as good selection of food on offer I had a Seaview room (14) and was spacious and clean with your own balcony All staff from Reception/Cleaners/Bar Staff were lovely and friendly none could be faulted I can see why it’s always booked up in advance but if I get a chance would definitely book here again

Das Personal war großartig und sehr hilfreich. Jonathan war großartig und energisch ! Der Pool war großartig und der Lebensschutz auch. Es ist ein Stein weg von Märkten , Tourismusveranstaltungen usw. Die einzige Grippe, die ich hatte, war mit 1 mm Tüten ? Das in der Küche auftauchte und Badewanne wurde gebraucht. Aber es war nicht schmutzig. Die Reinigungsfrau hat auch jeden Tag gereinigt. Sicherlich ein schöner Aufenthalt für das Geld und erstaunliche Personal.

Fantastisches Hotel, gut gelegen in der Nähe des breiten Strands und nicht weit vom gemütlichen Boulevard von Puerto del Carmen. Haben einen schönen Pool mit etwas heißem Wasser. Zimmer sind schön und geräumig, nur wir hatten leider ein Zimmer Mit Terrasse mit Blick auf das Dach des Essensraums. Da das Hotel nach der Rezeption voll war, konnten wir leider kein anderes Zimmer bekommen. Das Frühstück ist gut und groß, das Abendessen war etwas weniger, weil es eine begrenzte Wahl hinsichtlich der Hauptgerichte . Personal im Restaurant ist Sehr nett.

Ignore bad reviews! Especially the Nov ones who gave this fab wee place poor scores because they got into arguments with other guests over water fights … jeezo! I stayed in the smaller complex. 10-15 mins from airport (€18 taxi) Yeah it is dated but it was really clean and had everything you need for a self catering trip. Cleaners were round every 2nd day with fresh towels. It was a 3 minute walk to the sea front and a 6-7minute walk to Long Beach. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Handy wee supermarket across the road. The smaller complex pool was clean and sheltered from the wind. The larger pool at the bigger complex was clean too (yeah the odd leaf blows in as the moaners from other reviews stated) and it was more open and windy but a nice area to sit. The on-site restaurant staff were nice too and the food was fine considering the cheap prices. I ate there twice and enjoyed the steak, wings, baked potatoes and toasties. Not 5 star but you aren’t paying for 5 star. I would stay here again.
