Wir waren nach zahlreichen Lanzarote Urlauben das erste mal im Seaside Los Jameos. Wir haben die Entscheidung, diesmal dieses Hotel zu buchen, nicht bereut. Es war ein toller Urlaub in einem Hotel, das uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Die Größe des Hotels spürt man durch die Bauart und den wunderschönen Garten mit den riesigen Palmen und zahlreichen anderen Pflanzen kaum. Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet, geräumig und wurde stets sehr gut gereinigt. Lediglich am Vorhang gab es ein paar Flecken. Der Service war freundlich und das Essen hervorragend. Wir hatten Halbpension und haben sowohl die große Auswahl, als auch die stets frisch zubereiteten Gerichte zum Frühstück und Abendessen genossen. Die Pools waren sehr gepflegt und es gab genug freie Liegen, was wohl auch an der Kontrolle seitens des Hotels gegen Liegenreservierung lag. Das Hotel ist nicht mehr das Neueste, aber so charmant gestaltet und gepflegt, dass das Alter für uns auf keinen Fall ein Nachteil war.

My cousin and I visited the hotel over Christmas 23. I did a lot of research before booking and felt that Floresta, even though it was only 3* stood out. We were very impressed with the location, the apartments and all areas of the hotel. Food in the restaurant we felt was good quality, fresh and varied. We enjoyed the different theme nights offered too. We did venture out a few times to eat, despite being All Inclusive but both agreed, the food in the restaurant was as good, if not better! The actual apartments are very roomy, especially for only 2 visitors. The decor is modern, bright and fresh. It’s also good to have English TV channels and WiFi in the rooms. All in all, I would highly recommend Hotel Floresta, and have actually booked to return again over this Christmas and new year. Keep up the good work Floresta staff

We stayed here for a week, and had a great holiday. Hotel is immaculate the grounds are very well maintained, rooms were spotless, pools are clean and restaurant was kept to a high standard of cleanliness. Our children (7 and 5) had a fantastic week, they went to the kids club a few times and really enjoyed it, they went to the mini disco each night at 8.15pm and enjoyed the evening entertainment. My only small criticism is that they have a kids dance at 10.30 AFTER the evening entertainment, which is quite late, I feel this would be better done before the evening show begins at 9.30pm, as there is a lull between the mini disco and show, so plenty of time to do the dance at 9pm. Food was tasty, always a good selection. We are vegetarian, and generally always found enough to eat. Chefs were very helpful at advising what was veggie and what wasn't if it wasn't clear. Drinks on AI were fine, decent selection. Perfect location for us, close to airport so short transfer time, and nice quiet resort, but still a good selection of shops and cafes nearby, but without the bustle of Puerto Del Carmen (which is a 40 minute walk away) One small gripe was the check in time, we arrived just after 3pm, approx 7 or 8 people in front of us and took well over an hour. Staff super friendly and helpful, but just took far too long, and queue behind us had around 10 waiting, so those poor people would have been waiting ages! Other than that, would recommend. Thank you!

Lovely complex, staff very friendly and helpful. Shop on site that stocks most items and English items. Bar that does lovely cocktails and burgers are lush. Easy reach to plenty of shops and restaurants. Apartments are basic and could do with updating but have everything you need. The shower is amazing and water always hot. Only downfall is only managed to get sun bed twice as even tho says don’t save people still put towels on by 7.30 in morning. But to be honest we spent more time walking or down at the beach as water warmer than the pool. Will definitely be back!

Ich, Ehemann und Tochter blieb im Bellevue Aquarius für 10 Nächte im August und genossen unserem Aufenthalt voll und ganz , wir waren besorgt über die Übernachtung in den Wohnungen nach den Bewertungen, die wir gelesen und sogar über die Änderung unserer Unterkunft gedacht haben , wir sind so Glücklich, dass wir nicht. Zimmer - Basic, aber sauber, alles mit erstaunlichen Hafen und Meerblick. Schwimmen Pool- Kinder’s Pool sehr gut, Hauptpool sehr tief Ich konnte nicht berühren den unteren Teil der schlausten ist 1.55 Allerdings war es nicht ein Problem, da ich ein Float verwendete den ganzen Urlaub. Food- vieler Art für Frühstück, Mittagessen und Abendessen Lage- Erstaunliche Lage direkt am Strand und dem Hafen und einen kurzen Spaziergang zum ****** von Bars und Geschäften Personal - freundlich und sehr freundlich Ich denke, einige Leute zahlen für eine 3* und erwarten 5*

We have just come back from a weeks stay at Labranda El Dorado and are extremely satisfied with the complex, there are two lovely pools and well maintained gardens, a back gate which exits to the street behind (opposite the shopping centre) our apartment was near front reception which meant a short walk to the shops/restaurants. We were on the ground floor which had a lovely little garden, a table and 4 chairs and a pull out airer on the wall to dry clothes. It costs €2 a day to use the safe inside the apartment, which would have been better if it was free with a deposit that we got back. The air conditioning worked really well and was located in the lounge but still felt cool enough in the bedroom, we were grateful that the sofa beds were made up for our arrival as we arrived late at night, also a bottle of water was waiting for us on the table. The apartment was lovely and clean, the only criticism would be that there was no brush to sweep away mess on the floor in between housekeeper visits. (Floors were cleaned each time but our kids ate food and dropped crumbs/sand etc which I couldn’t sweep up) We didn’t cook in the apartment and only used a couple of glasses/plates but there was no washing up liquid to clean them after use and it seemed a waste to buy a whole bottle just for these few items. Perhaps a pump of washing up liquid in the kitchen would be a good idea. We would have appreciated fresh towels supplied at least once during the week (we didn’t ask so perhaps they would have if we had have asked) the bathroom had a hairdryer, body wash pump and hand wash pump on the wall, shower worked well and was always nice and warm. Free WiFi was great (had to re-log in a couple of times but no big deal) We would definitely stay again :) Thank you

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und waren mit unserer Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Die Apartments sind modern und komfortabel ausgestattet, der Einrichtungsstil hat uns sehr gut gefallen, ebenso der schöne Meerblick vom Balkon. Die Außenanlagen sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Am besten haben uns die beiden Sonnenterrassen gefallen von denen man durch die erhöhte Lage einen tollen Blick aufs Meer hatte und trotzdem nahe am Pool war. Auf den Terrassen gab es neben Liegen auch sehr bequeme Sessel was uns sehr gefreut hat, da leider die Liegen, wie so oft, schon früh am Morgen mit Handtüchern belegt waren, obwohl der sehr freundliche Bademeister sich bemüht hat dieses Verhalten einzuschränken. Diese Situation war jedoch nicht Schuld des Hotels, sondern dem Umstand geschuldet, dass es am leeren und gepflegten Strand zur Zeit keine Liegen und Sonnenschirme zu mieten gibt. Der Aufenthalt am Strand in der prallen Sonne war deshalb zeitlich nur sehr begrenzt möglich. Das Personal in jedem Bereich des Hotels war sehr freundlich. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es in der Anlage sehr ruhig. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Er ist gerade von einer Woche vom Pauschal in Lanzarote im Montana Club zurückgekehrt. Dies war unser erstes Selbstcateringurlaub in über 25 Jahren, so dass wir ein wenig besorgniserregend waren. Einchecken war schnell,Grundsätzlich ein Umschlag mit der Zimmer Schlüsselkarte und ein Willkommenspaket. Wir waren in den Premium Suiten Seite des Komplexes, Zimmer 230. Die Wohnung war spotless und hatte alles, was wir für einen schönen Urlaub, schöne Wohnfläche, saubere Badezimmer und komfortable Betten benötigt. Die Lage, wie die meisten Bewertungen gesagt haben, konnte nicht besser sein. Weniger als 2 Minuten zu Fuß zum Supermarkt und 10 Minuten nach unten zum *****. Die Zimmer, die die Sonne für den meisten Tag schienen zu bekommen, waren 219 bis 224 und 227/228. Wir haben den Pool oder die Snackbar nicht verwendet, so kann ich nicht kommentieren. Der Haupt*** in Puerto del Carmen verfügt über viele Bars und Restaurants, die für die meisten Menschen geschmackvoll sind. Die alte Stadt ist etwa 30 Minuten zu Fuß und wir lieben diese Gegend, wir fanden eine tolle Bar über das Meer, wo die Nahrungsmittel und Getränke waren groß und das Personal so freundlich, es heißt La Tinosa und ist auf dem Bindeweg entlang der Walze, es wird besetzt, aber es lohnt sich Es. Wir hatten auch ein indisches Essen in der alten Stadt in Bombay Grill, das ausgezeichnet war. Einige andere gute Restaurants, die wir am ***-Restaurant gegessen haben, waren Trattoria Don Rafaelo, und Asian Kitchen. Wir hatten mit anderen Gästen im Montana gesprochen, einige waren dort für einen Monat Aufenthalt und sagten, es ist fast vollständig für den Rest dieses Jahres reserviert. Insgesamt war es schön, von dem kalten Wetter zu Hause zu entkommen und eine angenehme Woche im Sonnenuntergang genießen.

Positives- Die Lage ist wunderschön und nahe dem ******. Ladungen von Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe, die günstig und angenehm sind. Spar direkt neben dem Hotel, das handvoll ist. Der Pool ist eine gute Größe für alle zu genießen. Die Bar hat eine Vielzahl von verschiedenen Getränken mit einigen gekennzeichneten Alkohol. Verschiedene Snacks am Tag. Das Frühstück war das schönste Mahlzeiten des Tages, das Essen war immer viel besser, wenn es frisch gekommen war. Einige der Mitarbeiter waren wirklich freundlich und machten einen guten Service, der Manager in der weißen T-Shirt schien immer oben auf den Dingen im Restaurant und die Dame in der Bar ist eine Nacht wirklich nett. Die Zimmer sind sauber und die Reinigungspersonal machen eine gute Arbeit, wenn sie kommen, um alles zu ersetzen, was Sie brauchen. Die Aussicht vom Balkon war großartig mit Blick auf das Meer. Negative - Sonnenbettkriege ruinieren Ihren Morgen. Nicht ordnungsgemäß kontrolliert und die Menschen erlaubten, aus einem anderen Eingang zu betrügen und für Betten zu laufen, als die meisten Menschen seit 7:40am abgelaufen waren. Der Lebenswache stoppte nicht. Nahrung ist essend, aber nichts besonderes, es ist sehr getroffen und vermisst. Die Zimmer sind wirklich warm in einer Nacht, wirklich mit Klimaanlage. Einige der Mitarbeiter sehen aus, als würden sie nicht da sein und kann ziemlich brutal sein, aber das ist nicht das gleiche für alle Mitarbeiter.

I would like there to be a rating between AVERAGE and VERY GOOD, and this hotel was above average, and below very good - there needs to be a GOOD rating- but this is trip advisors fault not the hotels! I stayed with a friend, in a junior suite 2-9th June 2023. Let’s start with the room. We arrived around midday and our room was ready – hurrah- super friendly, knowledgeable receptionist checked us in, gave us a load of info and a map and off we went! The excitement turned into a little bit of disappointment when we realised that instead of the 2 single beds pushed together, as depicted in every single solitary photo of a junior suite, it was one double bed – not ideal for friends holidaying together. The shower was VAST – very impressive but it was let down by the grout on the floor of the bathroom which was grubby and could do with replacing. The room itself was clean, big, and bed comfortable, with air con, tea/coffee making facilities and a fridge. Cleaned daily (except cups etc which were randomly not) – by exceptionally friendly cleaning staff. We had an issue with the bathroom on the first night, whereby we created a paddling pool in the shower room due to a blocked drain! -Quick trip to reception and super friendly Mr fix it man was with us in 5 minutes, fixing the issue, which never reoccurred. The restaurant had a fab selection of differing foods, always something to suit all tastes, and a chef always cooking you up something – eggs/omelettes/fresh fish/chicken etc. Mountains of fresh salad, fruit and bread – and snacks pretty much all day! Restaurant staff were all amazingly polite, friendly, and attentive. Bars were what you would expect of a 3*, local wine, spirits, premade cocktails, and once again amazingly polite, friendly, attentive staff. The pool was lovely and warm, with nice views looking down to the sea – never had an issue with getting a sunbed, but there is limited space around the pool area. I believe the other side of Flora is much quieter if you don’t like 4000 inflatables, and their young owner’s noise. The hotel is on a hill…… very pleasant stroll down, under 3 euro in a taxi back – not an issue at all. With a taxi rank just outside the hotel getting back to the airport was nice and easy to (approx. 20 euro). There was only one real thing that let this hotel down, the entertainment- whilst some of the live music acts were great the male half of the entertainment team (which consists of 2 people), really did not have his mind on the job at all. If you are going to work in entertainment you need to be enthusiastic 24/7, with both adults and kids, or they will lose interest fast. Which I witnessed on several occasions. Don’t put out water polo nets and walk away to chat to another member of staff, not even asking if anyone wants to play, don’t do 1 song at the mini disco, not engage the kids(more than once), and again walk away to chat to more staff members, don’t roll your eyes when someone asks you to repeat a qui

What a wonderful place to spend a week prior to the mad Christmas break!! Ideally situated about 13 steps from the main *****, there is nothing not to like about these friendly, clean, well appointed and safe apartments. Firstly the excellent points: Friendly Staff. Easy check in. Clean apartments. Well maintained and clean pool area. Plenty of sun beds. Excellent on site bar, serving beautiful food at very reasonable prices. Happy hour 12.00 - 13.00 and 16.00 - 17.00. Multiple locked and gated access which gives excellent security. Bad Points: None. My wife and I enjoyed ourselves that much I have been tasked with booking November 2024 already, a very well done to all involved!

This is our second stay here, came last January and although there has been improvements, not in all areas and cleaning standards have dropped. Firstly the good bits: Pool area and pool bar are beautiful, spacious and clean having recently been refurbished. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Communal areas clean and fresh. Location perfect. The not so good bits: We were allocated a room with disabled facilities firstly , which on the face of it seemed roomy and bright, however the shower/ wet room flooded on the first night, all into room and corridor, the lovely reception lady was helpful with towels to mop up, but the problem was lack of cleaning the plug hole was full of black hair which I had to remove in order to solve the problem.The room had no table or chairs no where to sit and have a drink or snack, no towel rail to air towels, a light in the bathroom on a sensor that went in and stayed on forever it seems. The next morning we moved rooms and the drains smelled, the plug in the bath didn’t drain away and was rusty, the hand rail on the wall was rusty, the shower curtain had seen better days and towels were threadbare. The room was cleaned once which we knew but it was a quick clean as the floor was still dusty and one of the bedsheets had a hole in it.The lampshades above the bed had an inch of dust on them I never felt clean at all , such a shame as the pool area and the rest are good .I know it’s 2 star but needs some attention and upkeep.

Just returned from a memorable week in Lanzarote. Staying in these wonderful apartments. It was my husband’s 50th birthday and we had a week to remember. I couldn’t recommend Jable Bermudas apartments enough. The food, the amenities the overall experience was fantastic. We will definitely be back. The staff were friendly and the location was on point. We received an email just before we left to say there was work going on in the apartments and I can safely say you would barely know it was happening. Very thoughtful of your stay. 100% recommend. 🌞😎

8 nights starting with the end of August group of 14 in total. We arrived couple of hour before official check in time but accommodation was offered to us immediately. The grounds and bungalows were very clean. The cleaning ladies were so nice and accommodating. The cats on side and very friendly and well looked after by the staff and visitors. Breakfast 10 out of 10. All items very fresh and tasty. Pool maintained very well. Lifeguard could be more mindful when it comes to people leaving towels on the sunbeds for hours. One day we arrived at the pool to join the rest of the family (they were at the pool for about 1.5 h already) and used 2 free sunbeds (there was no towels or any items around it) after approx 2 hours we were approached in very rude manner by grey haired man with larger wife and approx 5-6 years old girl. They started to accuse us of stealing their towels and a childs hat , the woman was claiming that they left everything at the sunbeds and had quick lunch at the bar. We informed them that we are here for 2 hours and on arrival there was nothing there. The woman was very rude and started to torment a life guard then (admitted later that she found a hat so we assume she did found towels in the apartment also) Maybe it would be a good idea to remind residents not to leave their stuff at the pool and go elsewhere for half of the day. That was the only unpleasant experience. Everything else was just perfect.

We stayed at the Lanzarote Village for a winter break and after reading some of the negative reviews was a bit concerned especially about the food. But there is no pleasing some people. Whilst we were there the hotel reception and dining room were decorated for Christmas which was lovely. Strange when the temperature is in the 30s but nice strange. We couldn't fault the hotel. Our top floor room was spacious for two of us with a massive bed, a bath and shower and a lovely balcony overlooking the pool and beyond to the beach and sea, where we could watch the planes coming into land at the airport and the cruise liners heading in and out of Arrecife. The room key was, initially, a bit stiff but during our stay the locks were being replaced by swipe cards which made life easier. The maid did a great job in the room every day. The food was really good with lots of variety, both at breakfast and evening meal. We were only HB so can't comment on lunch. There were themed nights, Chinese, Mexican, Italian, Indian. But there were lots of other choices should you not want this. The empty dishes were constantly been refilled by the catering staff. The waiting staff cleared plates and worked nonstop to keep tables tidy. Our only issue was 2 people sitting on tables laid for 4. But the waiting staff soon laid another table for us as we had travelled to meet up with friends whom we hadn't seen since pre Covid so had a lot to catch up. The pool area was hosed down early each morning and was clean and tidy despite a beautiful, if noisy, flock of parakeets flying around and doves hoping for crumbs. The pool was deep and big enough to have a swim round. The jacuzzi was lovely. There were plenty of sun loungers available. We tend not to stay in the hotel in the evenings for the entertainment but some of the music sounded good. The hotel is well placed on the quiet edge of Puerto del Carmen which is an easy walk away. The bus stops for further afield, Arrecife, Costa Teguise or Playa Blanca are just a few minutes away and the buses are frequent and reasonably priced. Although the hotel if not right on the promenade it is only a short walk through the garden and out the gate and left. The promenade goes all the way to Arrecife passing the airport. I can't think of any negatives and we will certainly be returning next winter especially if we could request the same room.

We stayed here for a week, and had a great holiday. Hotel is immaculate the grounds are very well maintained, rooms were spotless, pools are clean and restaurant was kept to a high standard of cleanliness. Our children (7 and 5) had a fantastic week, they went to the kids club a few times and really enjoyed it, they went to the mini disco each night at 8.15pm and enjoyed the evening entertainment. My only small criticism is that they have a kids dance at 10.30 AFTER the evening entertainment, which is quite late, I feel this would be better done before the evening show begins at 9.30pm, as there is a lull between the mini disco and show, so plenty of time to do the dance at 9pm. Food was tasty, always a good selection. We are vegetarian, and generally always found enough to eat. Chefs were very helpful at advising what was veggie and what wasn't if it wasn't clear. Drinks on AI were fine, decent selection. Perfect location for us, close to airport so short transfer time, and nice quiet resort, but still a good selection of shops and cafes nearby, but without the bustle of Puerto Del Carmen (which is a 40 minute walk away) One small gripe was the check in time, we arrived just after 3pm, approx 7 or 8 people in front of us and took well over an hour. Staff super friendly and helpful, but just took far too long, and queue behind us had around 10 waiting, so those poor people would have been waiting ages! Other than that, would recommend. Wir waren nach zahlreichen Lanzarote Urlauben das erste mal im Seaside Los Jameos. Wir haben die Entscheidung, diesmal dieses Hotel zu buchen, nicht bereut. Es war ein toller Urlaub in einem Hotel, das uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Die Größe des Hotels spürt man durch die Bauart und den wunderschönen Garten mit den riesigen Palmen und zahlreichen anderen Pflanzen kaum. Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet, geräumig und wurde stets sehr gut gereinigt. Lediglich am Vorhang gab es ein paar Flecken. Der Service war freundlich und das Essen hervorragend. Wir hatten Halbpension und haben sowohl die große Auswahl, als auch die stets frisch zubereiteten Gerichte zum Frühstück und Abendessen genossen. Die Pools waren sehr gepflegt und es gab genug freie Liegen, was wohl auch an der Kontrolle seitens des Hotels gegen Liegenreservierung lag. Das Hotel ist nicht mehr das Neueste, aber so charmant gestaltet und gepflegt, dass das Alter für uns auf keinen Fall ein Nachteil war.

100% recommend this place! This was my 3rd solo holiday and it was honestly great. All staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect! They even have a courtesy bathroom to use if you have to check out but have a later flight, and a lockable luggage room. I was in room A22 which was ideal as it was upstairs so i felt safer, and also perfect for me because it had the sun on the balcony all day!! So I had the choice to relax on the balcony, down at the pool or walking to the beach. Win win! The room was so clean, spacious and well equiped - frying pan/saucepan/plates/bowls/cups/mugs/etc etc... Toaster, kettle, microwave, electric hob and fridge with small freezer inside. They even provide toilet roll, bin bags and drying up towel which I wasn't expecting as self catering. Room was cleaned every other day and towels and bedding changed regularly. Lola was lovely and friendly when cleaning the room and left it smelling and looking amazing each time!! Location is great, less than 10minute walk to the nearest beach. 25min walk to playa Chica which is amazing for snorkeling and you can see fish even when less the knee deep in the water! You can hire a snorkel for €5 for the day. Only a 9 minute drive from the airport!! Lots of supermarkets near by - all very handy with lots of options. Reasonable prices and all roughly similar prices to eachother. Restaurants and gift shops all within a short walk. Thankyou plaza azul for being amazing!

Fabelhaftes Hotel. Wir sind hier im Moment und genießen es wirklich. Erstmals in diesem Hotel. Wir wurden bei der Ankunft aufgebaut, so dass es ein Bonus war, und unsere Wohnung ist großartig. Die Betten sind massiv und wirklich komfortabel, wie die Kissen - sehr wichtig für uns!! Sehr schön, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Tee/Kaffee-Maschinen zu haben. Schöne Strom Dusche. Apartment geräumig mit einer massiven Terrasse - Tisch & Stühle & 2 Sonnenbetten. Alles und alles ist spotless. Pool-Bereich ist groß - ich mag, dass die Sonnenbetten viel Raum zwischen ihnen haben. Es gibt auch Sofas entlang der Schatten. Sehr guter Zugang zum Strand-Bereich durch die Hintertür. Es gibt eine Buchswap-Bibliothek mit einem schönen ruhigen Sitzbereich. Große Lounge - die Sitze sind so komfortabel, und Unterhaltung ab 9 Uhr jeden Abend. Das Hotelpersonal, ohne Ausnahme, sind so freundlich, effizient und untergebracht.. Das Essen ist gut mit viel Wahl, und ich mag, dass Sie auch außerhalb essen können. Wir sind seit über 25 Jahren zu diesem Resort gekommen und das ist der beste Ort, den wir gehabt haben.

Wir hatten wieder einen tollen Urlaub in diesem Hotel. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne. Tolle Lage an einem großen Sandstrand, sehr gutes Essen und Cocktails, super Unterhaltung mit Shows und ein sehr gutes Sportprogramm. Ich finde, dass das Animationsteam einen ganz tollen Job macht. Hier kann man von morgens bis nachmittags/abends an unterschiedlichen Workouts, Fitness -und Yogaeinheiten teilnehmen und sich so im Urlaub fit halten. Ich bin selbst Sportlehrerin und finde, dass alle Kurse ein sehr gutes Niveau haben und sie machen vor allem viel Spaß. Das Lernen von Aeroyoga mit Stenlee hat besonders viel Spaß gemacht. Hier kann man eine ganz neue Yogaform erleben. Danke für diese neue sportliche Erfahrung. Wir kommen ganz sicher bald wieder.

On arrival around 8.30pm there was a mess up with the booking. The travel agent had not comfirmed our booking with the apartments so there was no apartment ready for us. The manager was a great told us not to worry about a thing. He sorted and took us to a villa for the night and collected us with arranged transport. The apartment could do with a little spruce up,but there is everything you need and very clean with fresh lining and towels during the week. Position beach front good over looking the beautiful blue sea with golden sand just across the road. Bars, restaurants and supermarket with in walking distance. People very friendly and helpful.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön gelegen, ein ruhiger Teil von Puerto del Carmen mit langer Sandbank am Meer direkt um die Ecke, schönen und sauberen Pools und einem eigenen Weg zum Strand. Das Klientel ist (im Februar) hauptsächlich 60+, alle Gäste sehr zivilisiert und höflich, es geht sehr ruhig zu, was mir (30) und meiner Mutter (63) sehr recht war. Die Mitarbeiter am Empfang sind äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend, es wird sehr gut Deutsch und Englisch gesprochen. Wir mussten unseren Aufenthalt aufgrund eines Streiks verlängern, trotz nahezu voller Belegung haben wir noch einmal schöne Zimmer, wie auch zuvor, bekommen, die nahe beieinander waren. Das erste Zimmer war in weniger als einer Stunde bezugsfertig - besser geht Service nicht. Anders als die meisten hier erzählen würde ich die Zimmer nicht als veraltet beschreiben. Es gibt viel helles Holz, es ist modern und schlicht gehalten. Das Essen ist für ein Hotel dieser Größe mehr als nur in Ordnung - wer 10 Tage bleibt wie wir sieht das ein oder andere Gericht zweimal. Auch Vegetarier kommen hier auf ihre Kosten. Das Frühstück ist zwar täglich gleich - die Auswahl von vornherein jedoch üppig: frisches Obst, sechs verschieden Arten an Müsli und Cerealien, viele Toppings; Rührei, Spiegelei, gekochtes Ei, Speck, Bohnen, acht verschiedene Brotsorten, üppige Auswahl an Wurst und Käse, Pfannkuchen, Churros und Joghurt gibt es auch und kostenlosen Sekt auch für Gäste mit Halbpension. Wir mussten für einen Kühlschrank nicht extra bezahlen, ein Safe kostet für eine Woche ca. 10€ - fair. Einziges kleine Manko ist das WLAN - ich denke hier könnte das Hotel am besten investieren um den Aufenthalt vollkommen abzurunden. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

I was made feel very welcome when I arrived at Pension Magec. The hospitality I received from the management and other guests was amazing. Its a very friendly place. The property is very clean and my room was cleaned everyday. The management are extremely helpful. The management will go out of their way ensure that guests needs are met all times. Carla is lovely as are everyone else works there including Sandi the manager The view from the top veranda is stunning. The guests can sit and have a drink and chat together on the veranda. As a solo traveller you would never be lonely and its very safe. Everyone talks to each other when up on the veranda. You are made feel welcome by both management and other guests at all times. There is always someone to talk to. I felt we were like a big happy family. There is free tea and coffee at the property. I would highly recommend Pension Magec as its very central. Lovely complex, staff very friendly and helpful. Shop on site that stocks most items and English items. Bar that does lovely cocktails and burgers are lush. Easy reach to plenty of shops and restaurants. Apartments are basic and could do with updating but have everything you need. The shower is amazing and water always hot. Only downfall is only managed to get sun bed twice as even tho says don’t save people still put towels on by 7.30 in morning. But to be honest we spent more time walking or down at the beach as water warmer than the pool. Will definitely be back!

We stayed here in July 2024. This was our 8th holiday in Lanzarote and we felt this hotel was definitely in our top 3! We arrived late at night to a friendly gentleman on reception who gave us our key room 126, which I had requested on the booking (right around the pool area) and told us to come back the following day to make payment. The room was nice, everything we needed. Very very hot though! There was no fan so we got one from reception and the following day we hired another one. I believe you can actually hire air con from Hire365 which we will do the next time we visit. our room had a gorgeous shaded patio overlooking the pool area with lovely flowering trees around it. A beautiful area to sit and have breakfast or lunch. we had an issue with the plaster on the ceiling falling down in the bathroom but this was fixed by maintenance. The first morning I got up early (7am-ish, I noticed a lot of towels out, so I put ours out. We went to the Mercadona (through the carpark on level 3 then down to bottom floor) to get some necessities for the week. We always stay around the pool all day long and noted that many people left towels for hours on end unnatended. Sometimes, depending on what lifeguard was on duty, there would be cards left on the beds and then after some time the towels were removed. But most days this was not done. We only ate once in the hotel on our last day and it was nice. The staff at the pool bar are very friendly. There is a launderette you can use on site. All in all, wonderful hotel in a superb location in Lanzarote, we've tried many different hotels and we could safely say we will be back to the Lomo Blanco (but will be renting air conditioning)
