Das Hotel liegt direkt am Meer mit kleiner Bucht zum Baden. Eine schöne Anlage/ Poolanlage, einer der Pools war beheitzt. Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber mit schönem Balkon und Blick aufs Meer. Die Hotelbar war richtig klasse inmitten von Teichen und tropischen Pflanzen angelegt. Abends mit Live-Musik und Shows. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Essen war abwechslungsreich gut, mit Sekt zum Frühstück. Wenn man etwas schärfer isst, muß man mit Chillis/ Tabasco etc. Nachwürzen. Es gibt viele kleine Shops zum Bummeln sowie Restaurants gegenüber dem Hotel. Wir haben uns ein Wagen ausgeliehen und tolle Ausflüge gemacht. Ein Tag den nördlichen Teil, ein Tag den südlichen Teil der Insel. Was man verbessern kann (müsste) ist die WiFi Verbindung im Hotel (bricht immer ab und zum Teil nicht überall verfügbar). Gruß die zwei aus dem Schwarzwald.

Nur zurück von einem Wochenaufenthalt am Galeon Playa. Das Hotel selbst befindet sich in der perfekten Lage, im Zentrum der Stadt mit allem, was Sie nur einen kurzen Spaziergang benötigen. Wir haben in einer höchsten Wohnung, sehr geräumig und sauber geblieben. Die kleine Küche hat alle Dinge, die Sie brauchen, d. h. Kettle, Cutter, Platten und Tassen. Der Balkon war hervorragend,kommt mit einem Tisch und 2 Stühle und auch 2 Sonnenbetten. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und willkommen. Würde dieses Hotel für Ihren Aufenthalt in Lanzarote definitiv empfehlen

Das Oasis Lanz Beach Mate ist ein Hotel, in dem man sich rundum wohlfühlen kann. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, die Pools so, wie man sie sich wünscht. Das Gästeklientel empfanden wir ebenso als sehr angenehm und international. Location: Das Hotel befindet sich nur wenige Gehminuten vom schönen Sandstrand entfernt. Wer abends gerne etwas unternimmt, findet direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite jede Menge Möglichkeiten: Der malerische Pueblo Marinero beherbergt eine Vielzahl kleiner Pubs, Bars und Restaurants. Hier trifft man sich und verbringt tolle Abende. Ich habe bereits viele Urlaubsorte auf den Kanaren ausprobiert und muss sagen, dass Costa Teguise wirklich heraussticht. Der Ort ist geschmackvoll - und das spiegelt sich auch in den Menschen wieder, die man hier trifft. Keine ”Sauf- und Partytouristen”, sondern zum Großteil nette Familien und Paare. Wer Live-Musik und hohe Qualität bei Getränken und Speisen mag, der findet hier sein Paradies. Zimmer: Wir sind als Familie mit unserer 18-jährigen Tochter angereist und fanden hier eine ideale Lösung: Unsere zwei Deluxe-Doppelzimmer befanden sich hinter einer abschließbaren Eingangstüre, sodass wir sowohl Privatsphäre hatten, als auch die beiden Zimmertüren einfach offenlassen konnten, wenn wir wollten. Auch für größere Familien, die etwa mit den Großeltern verreisen wollen, ist das sicher eine perfekte Lösung. Die Zimmer waren beide sehr großzügig geschnitten, neu renoviert und sauber. Es wurde täglich gereinigt und wir bekamen neue Handtücher. Unser Balkon zur Poolseite war abends immer ein schöner Ort, um den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Wir haben absolut nichts auszusetzen. Das Bett war großartig. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen und man merkt, dass die Matratzen recht neu waren. Wer Rückenprobleme hat, dem können wir die Betten hier wirklich empfehlen, ohne Rückenprobleme natürlich auch! Es gibt eigentlich alles, was man braucht: Wasserkocher, Föhn, Duschgel, Schampoo etc. ist alles da. Die Duschen sind ein Traum: groß, ebenfalls sehr modern und der Wasserdruck ist auch in der obersten Etage wirklich gut gewesen. Auch hier hatten wir nichts auszusetzen. Service: Das Personal war durchwegs freundlich. An der Rezeption, am Pool, in der Bar und im Restaurant. Auch die Reinigungs-Damen waren immer lieb und bemüht, dass wir uns wohlfühlen. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an willkommen gefühlt. Besonderen Dank an die tollen Damen und Herren an der Rezeption. Die Poolhandtücher kann man jeden Tag gratis gegen frische Tücher eintauschen. Und der safe ist ebenfalls kostenlos, genau wie das W-Lan. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich auf den Kanaren und wir wussten das sehr zu schätzen. Es gab genügend Liegen - ein paar mehr Sonnenschirme wären wohl gut. Die waren an beiden Pools heiß umkämpft, da die Sonne sehr stark war Anfang September. Food: Das Frühstück war perfekt. Hier hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Hotel hat 2 Pools, ich habe den kleinen bevorzugt, da er nicht so überfüllt war. Der einzige negative Punkt war der Lärm aus der Sportbar. Unsere englischen Mit-Gäste sind halt einfach ein bisschen laut, wenn sie ein paar Biere getrunken haben. Also haben wir halt das Fenster erst nachdem die Bar zugegangen ist, aufgemacht.

I can highly recommend this clean and comfortable hotel within a short walk of the centre of Yaiza. It is worth paying the supplement for an upgraded room as it is very enjoyable to sit on your own balcony in the evening to relax and read a book or to have a drink. The hotel restaurant is, in my opinion, the best in Yaiza with excellent food and very attentive staff. The very appetising hotel buffet style breakfast is served in the courtyard and it provides a wide range of breads, pastries, cereals, fresh fruit, cheese, teas and coffees. A thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Stayed for the 3rd time and enjoyed it each time.The staff are excellent and always on hand for any queries you may have.The rooms are very big and clean and meet the basic needs for a self catering holiday.There are resturaunts and a supermarket within a 10 minute walk but if you want to go down to the square and surrounding area a taxi will cost about 4euro.There is also a bus down at 11am everyday I believe. We only used the bar a couple of times but it's very reasonably priced and the chap that runs it is very pleasant. We will return again as we only really use the hotel as a base as we hire a car and like to get about the island.All in we've never had any complaints to make and are always made to feel welcome and on that basis will be returning again,hopefully soon.

Ihr Hotel hat uns gut gefallen! Wir haben gestaunt über die überaus grosszügige Empfangs- und Vortragshalle. Die Abgrenzung des Royal - Level Poolbereichs ist eine sehr gute Idee für mehr Ruhe, falls man diese sucht. Einzig und allein das Nichtvorhanden eines Sandstrandanschlusses hat uns sehr gefehlt. Für uns ist es wichtig, wenn wir von unserem Binnenland zum Meer kommen, dass wir auch das Meerambiente geniessen können. Gut organisiert war aber der Bus - Anschluss und die sich ergebenden Möglichkeiten. Sehr positiv war auch der Anschluss zum Hotel Barcelo über der Strasse.

Zimmer sauber 5 von 7 Tagen. Meist Erwachsene als keine Unterhaltung. Freundlich hilfreiches Personal. Ich reiste allein, so war ich froh über die Hilfe, die sie mir geben. Deutsch: Super Hotel. Mein Freund und ich mögen die Barcelo Hotelgroup sehr gerne und sind bereits das zweite Mal in einem dieser Hotels gewesen. Die Zimmer waren stets sauber und ordentlich. Es handelt sich außerdem um recht große und vor allem sehr schöne Zimmer, in denen man alles hat, was man braucht. Wir hatten ”Poolblick” gebucht, konnten aber trotzdem auch das Meer sehen. Das war sehr schön. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr groß und lecker, und auch das Abendessen schmeckte sehr gut. Die Leute sind freundlich und zuvorkommend. Unseren letzten Urlaub verbrachten wir in einem ”Adults only” Hotel von Barcelo. Dieses Mal sollte es jedoch ein aktiverer Urlaub werden, weshalb wir uns für das ”Active Resort” entschieden haben. Es gibt ein Fitnessstudio, in dem morgens auch geführte Stunden (z. B. Bodypump) angeboten werden, und tagsüber gibt es viele sportliche und spielerische Aktivitäten. Hier kommt auch mein persönliches Highlight: Die Animateure, Daniella, Alejandro, Javi, Anais und Giulio waren absolut super! So liebe Menschen, die ihre Arbeit stets motiviert und mit einem Lächeln im Gesicht verrichten. Sie waren super freundlich und haben mich immer zum Lachen gebracht. Zum Lachen und zum Schwitzen! Die Kurse, die sie geleitet haben (wie z. B. Stretching, Pilates, Poolbike, Tanzen und vieles mehr), waren sehr angenehm. Man hatte das Gefühl, dass sie genau wissen, was sie tun, und man fühlte sich stets sehr sicher und gut begleitet. Bei den Spielen, die sie gemeinsam mit den Gästen veranstaltet haben, haben sie stets für gute Stimmung gesorgt, und es konnte viel gelacht werden. Diese fünf jungen Menschen sind wirklich der absolute Hammer! Ich war am Tag meiner Abreise sehr traurig, nicht mehr Zeit mit ihnen verbringen zu können. Selten habe ich so lockere, coole und liebe Menschen gesehen, die ihren Job mit so viel Leidenschaft ausüben und andere mit genau dieser Leidenschaft anstecken! Bravo!! Daniella, Alejandro, Javi, Anais und Giulio: Vielen Dank für alles! Ihr habt dazu beigetragen, dass mein Freund und ich definitiv wieder ins Active Resort kommen werden! For our last vacation, we stayed in an ”Adults Only” hotel by Barcelo. We spent two weeks at Casa de Hilario in Feb/March. The house is a traditional rural house outside the village of Yaiza in the centre of Lanzarote. Our bedroom was large and comfortable with views to the village and one of the many small volcanic peaks. Breakfasts were buffet style and self service, with tables indoors and outdoors on the large garden terrace. The food was fresh and the service from Lucia was excellent. The house was unstaffed in the afternoons and evenings and there was no bar or coffee facilities, which we missed. The guests all learned to stock up on snacks and drinks in the local supermarket. There is a good, traditional restaurant (Bodega de Santiago) next door for those who don't want to travel too far to eat, though our favourite restaurant was the nearby, sister property Casona de Yaiza which was excellent (we ate there four times). A good base for travelling around the island and will suit those who seek peace and tranquility in a lovely village. Not so good for those seeking a lively nightlife.

Great holiday. Lovely villa, pool and people! Great service by all staff- reception, bar and cleaning, grounds people. Very well kept facility, with lots of upkeep going on in the back ground. The pool was fab, and the bar food lovely with themed nights. Some evening entertainment available which we attended a few times, with the quiz being a highlight. Wifi great in villa. Nur zurück von einem 10-Nacht-Stadt im Oasis Apartments. Wir lieben den Ort und das ist unser 6. Besuch. Es enttäuscht nie. Die Rezeptionisten und Reinigungspersonal sind so freundlich und unterkunftsfähig. Die Wohnungen und Gemeindebereiche sind unschädlich. Ich finde es schwer zu glauben, dass es nur 2 Sterne hat, weil es sich viel besser als das fühlt. Da wir länger als die normale Woche, die wir normal bleiben, haben wir die zusätzlichen gezahlt, um in den oberen Wohnungen mit Klimaanlage zu bleiben. Es war es gut wert. Das Zimmer war so komfortabel, cool und wurde fast täglich gereinigt. Charlie in der Poolbar ist großartig Spaß, schön, sauberes Essen und vernünftig preisgekrönt. Weniger als fünf Minuten zu Fuß zum *** und die ganze Aktion, noch weit genug davon entfernt, sehr ziemlich und ruhig zu sein. Es gibt immer Raum um den Pool, mit vielen Betten. Es fühlt sich wirklich sicher. Ich denke, es ist ein großes Zeichen von einem Ort, dass es viele Regelmäßigkeiten, so dass Sie immer jemanden von früheren Besuchen kennen. Einige Gäste bleiben bis zu 6 Wochen lang und gleichzeitig. Aber ein weiterer Urlaub, der nicht enttäuscht. Vielen Dank an alle schönen Mitarbeiter am Oasis. Sehen Sie sich bald wieder.

Saubere und gepflegte Anlage mit freundlichem Empfang. An der Rezeption wurde jede Herausforderung gemeistert. Das Personal ist engagiert, freundlich und zuverlässig. Hat gute Tipps und tolle Ideen. Im Restaurant werden alle Wünsche erfüllt. Es gibt einen extra Bereich mit glutenfreien Angeboten. Große Auswahl in jeder Hinsicht: verschiedene Fische, verschiedene Fleischsorten, Beilagen und Vor- und Nachspeisen. Die Zimmer sind großzügig gestaltet und lassen keine Wünsche offen: Safe, Mini-Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage vom Bett aus zu steuern… Badausstattung: Kosmetikspiegel, Fön, Hygieneartikel sowie Seife, Duschgel/Shampoo und Lotion. In der Außenanlage saubere Poollandschaft mit Whirlpool und Bademeister. Gut ausgestatteter Fitnessbereich. Zur Freizeitgestaltung stehen Boule-Bahnen, Beachvolleyball-Feld, Billardtisch, Tennisplätze und Darts zur Verfügung. Wellness wird im angegliederten Spa geboten. Negative Erfahrungen: im Bad ist der Kosmetikspiegel leider nicht gut einstellbar. Die Kosmetiktücherbox war staubig und der Abzug im Bad war defekt.

What a find! This modern, spacious and well equipped two-storey villa has 5 bedrooms and is a world of luxury. A 20-25 minute walk from the airport along a safe dual use cycle path / footpath, you don't need a taxi or a bus. We booked Magma Rooms for the first 2 nights of a 7 day visit, as was arriving late 10pm+ from the UK. A second night at Magma was good to explore nearby restaurants and visit the beach in the day. What can I say about the room? It had everything you needed from free-to-use safe, flat screen TV, power shower, hairdryer, fan, extra pillows and blankets. In the shared facilities there is a Nespresso machine and mini bar fridge (pay via honesty box) as well as wine glasses, bottle opener etc. They have thought of everything! After check-out we then walked back to the airport to catch the # 161 bus to Puerto del Carmen (1.40€ each).
