Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit schöner Aussicht zum Meer, welche abends überraschend leise ist. Die Wände der Zimmer sind etwas dünn somit hört man abends immer noch den Klavierspieler in der Bar, den morgens am frühstücken und die Leute im Nachbarzimmer.Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und hatte eine schöne Ausstattung und genügend Platz für 2 Personen. Einzigster Mängel ist das es in unserem Zimmer keinen Kosmetikspiegel gab und man auf das Waschbecken liegen musste um sich näher im Spielen sehen zu können. Das Frühstück hatte eine groß Auswahl an unterschiedlichen Sachen. Man muss etwas aufpassen da die Sachen bei den Tischen sehr schnell abgeräumt werden deshalb empfehle ich etwas mit zu nehmen was man am Tisch liegen lassen kann wenn man essen holen geht weil sonst kann es durchaus passieren das sie die halb volle Kaffeetasse schon abräumen und den Tisch neu eindecken. Der Pool der sehr schön und ruhig mit ausreichend Liegestühlen. Der Pool war einer der saubersten die ich je gesehen hab. Es war immer genug Platz um dort zu schwimmen. Das personal war immer nett und aufmerksam. Die Lage des Hotels ist fantastisch. Es ist zentral, oben am Hotel verläuft die Hauptstraße mit zahlreichen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, eigentlich mit allem was man sich wünschen kann. Darunter verläuft die Strandpromenade die 14km am Strand entlang führt und ausgezeichnet ist für ein Abendspaziergang. Tagsüber ist der Strand bei schönem Wetter immer recht voll doch abends verlagert es sich auf die Hauptstraße. Ich kann das Hotel einfach nur empfehlen. Man konnte dort perfekt entspannen und seine Ruhe haben aber man konnte auch zugleich, dank der Lage, in die belebte Umgebung eintauchen.

Seit meiner letzten Reise nach Teneriffa sind die nachfolgenden Kommentare auf internationalen Erfahrungen mit fünf Sternenhotels weltweit basiert. Also hier ist, was ich auf dieser Buchung erlebt habe:- Positive 1.Check In / Out Prozess schnell und professionell. 2.Direct Strandzugang über das Poolgebiet. 3.Breakfast Buffet mit internen und externen Sitzmöglichkeiten war ausgezeichnet. 4.Evening Unterhaltung zwischen 21:00 und 23:00 Uhr HRs war gut. Negative 1. Zugewiesen R3101 bei Ankunft und eingegeben, um das Bad tub zu finden war extrem schmutzig und erforderlich Lösungsmittelreinigung, um große Ansammlung von Wasserskala Schmutz um die Plugfläche zu entfernen (etwa 200mm In der Dia-Gruppe wurden die Patienten mit einer erhöhten Infektion mit Diabetes behandelt. Die Ursache dieses Problems ist eine Lücke aus dem Duscheschlauchverbindung, die noch zu beheben ist. 2. Fernseher war auf und konnte nicht aus. Dies wurde durch die Änderung der Batterien innerhalb der Wartung korrigiert die Fernbedienung. 3. Sink-Pulver-Mechanismus wurde gebrochen und ich wurde gezeigt, wie man den Pulver einmal täglich entfernen Die Hausaufbewahrung hat das Zimmer gereinigt. 4. Schließmechanismus auf dem Balkon Schiebetür ist gebrochen und extrem schwer zu öffnen / zu schließen. 5. Nur ein, ja ein Pool Handtuch geliefert / Gast am Pool über eine Kunststoffkarte, die Sie benötigen, um Wechseln Sie bei der Pool-Towelbar. Wenn Sie diese Karte vergessen, ist es eine Rückreise zum Zimmer. General Travel Tipps. 1. Taxi vom Flughafen TFS bis zum Hotel kostet jede Reise 25 Euro. 2. Hard Rock Cafe befindet sich neben der Tür (££). 3. Große italienische, thailändische, japanische und britische Restaurants im zweiten Stock entfernt Der Einkaufszentrum über die Straße vom Hotel (£££)

We visit coral compostela beach for my daughters birthday upon arriving we received a very dated apartment which we was advised we would be in a new refurbished room as that’s what jet 2 have was advised we had been upgraded to a 2 bed apartment once we got there we found they had mixed the rooms up with another family members booking so was advised to just swop rooms so we thought we can’t do anything about the room we will just make the most of it first day and night was fine we ate in the restaurant as we was all inclusive which the food and the staff was 10/10 food could have been a little warmer and a few more choose for English food then on way back the apartments we come across a lot of cockroaches they come out around 9.30-11pm when it’s dark so reported to the complex and jet 2 was advised this is a thing in Tenerife and they are trying to contain it and was advised they would not be in anybody’s rooms so we thought okay that’s okay had a lot of problems in the apartment so we had no hot water locked didn’t work the shutters on the rooms was so dark so the whole rooms was in darkness they sent a person to bolt back 1 shutter and to fix locks and they also started to put cockroach killer down in are room even tho they said they wouldn’t be there so then next day after all fixes done the tv broke and couldn’t get a signal reported once again to then come home in the night and we went to bed and woke up next morning with a dead cockroach in are kitchen which wasn’t acceptable I have a child who is autistic and doesn’t like this and wanted to come home straight away we asked to be moved and still nothing was told they out the stuff in the kill them but it also attracts them so that’s reason they was there so from the 3rs night we had no sleep and had to keep locking are suitcase as we could live out of the wardrobes or draws and we had a tiny cupboard for 2 adults the pull out bed was uncomfortable and the pull out didn’t reach the same level as the main part which caused issues with back and ended up sleeping as singles and a tiny double bed in 1 single bed room so we report again jet 2 contacted the my advise they will come everybody and pull out and clean this happening 3 times even tho they said would be everyday so hey 2 reps over Tenerife didn’t help and the staff didn’t help and every night we woke up to a one moving or one dead never a clear night until the last night that I had to build a barrier with towels in all the holes and around the doors to stop them getting in the shower is that high you can’t get washed this was a holiday from hell experience for the money we spent and the cockroaches wasn’t just outside around the pool they was in the entertainment even and we also seen them running along the furniture in the restaurant so for to be seein these in the day and all over this is a big infestation and they have now started getting to the 3rd floor won’t belong before they are at the top other than the staff being amazing I w

Just returned from 10 days at the Vista Sur apartments. Lovely modern accommodation & right on the beach. Super clean & modern. All the staff we dealt with were friendly & very helpful. Loads of shops, bars & restaurants nearby & a 30 second stroll to the beach. Would highly recommend. They even delivered a bottle of Cava on my birthday & another bottle & some sweet treats for Christmas - such a lovely surprise. It’s the details that matter! Will definitely be back.

Schönes Hotel in einer sehr guten Lage. Modernes, schön dekoriert für Weihnachten. Polite Mitarbeiter, gute Wahl für Frühstück und Abendessen. Weihnachts Abendessen war etwas aus dieser Welt( war in vielen Hotels, aber Xmas Abendessen wird jetzt schwer zu entsprechen). Ich bin nicht sicher, ob es immer so ist, aber wir waren die jüngsten im Hotel (43 & 47) während der ersten Urlaubszeit und erst später ein paar andere junge Leute nahmen uns an. Das durchschnittliche Alter war 60's 😁 Dieses Hotel ist nicht für Kinder ausgerichtet, aber für uns war es perfekt - kein Schrei und kein Schrei und unser Mädchen hatte Spaß im Pool durch Ich wollte zuerst das Frühling Hotel Bitacora buchen, aber jetzt denke ich habe eine ausgezeichnete Wahl getroffen. Das sagte ich, ich könnte es nächstes Mal versuchen, nur weil der All nclusive Service Bitacora bietet. Es war ein schöner ruhiger Aufenthalt, so dass wenn Sie etwas wie Türkei erwarten, entweder Musik um den Pool, Kinder disco und Shows, dieses Hotel ist nicht für Sie. Wir waren halb Board und 4 Tage wir essen in der Poolbar und waren nie enttäuscht. Gute Nahrung und vernünftige Preise. Wir haben keine Option UP reserviert, weil wir mit den Kindern waren( es ist für 18+) aber wenn ich jemals ohne sie komme- ich werde es versuchen! Für: Sehr gute Lage Modernes Hotel Warmbad(radstuhlfreundlich) Gute Ernährung und Service Kons: Kein Shampoo in einem Zimmer! Es ist ein erster für mich 🙈 Die Fliesen im Pool (Mosaik) brauchen Ersatz. Meine Tochter hat wahrscheinlich die Hälfte des Befördererbeutels vom unteren Sehen des Pools 🤣 gefüllt. Alles in all- perfekte Aufenthalt und glauben Sie mir, ich bin gewählt. Es ist eines der Hotels, die ich meinen Freunden und Familie empfehlen würde.

3 Star hotel punching well above its weight lovely staff food quality as good if not better than 4 star i have visited rooms and decor a little tired but this is being currently addressed ,only negative for me pool opening hours 10.00 until 18.00 not long enough overall well done ORO NEGO we will be back

Nach 10 Jahren bin ich wiedermal hier gewesen. Zum 5. Mal. Es hat im Hotel Umbauten gegeben, die aber aus meiner Sicht nicht sonderlich ins Gewicht fallen und wie bei der Bar Big Ben eher negativ sind. Vieles ist zum Glück beim Alten geblieben, wie die ausgesprochene Höflichkeit der Mitarbeiter und die permanente Reinigung im gesamten Hotel. Es ist hier sehr sauber. Die Verpflegung ist vielseitig und abwechslungsreich. Die Lage ist ideal für kurze oder auch längere Spaziergänge. Man kann bestimmt damit leben, dass das Hotel nicht unmittelbar an einem Sandstrand liegt. Für die Gäste und deren Bekleidungs- und Umgangsformen ist das Hotel nicht verantwortlich.

Das Hotel ist beliebt, groß, laut und günstig gelegen. Unsere Bekanntschaft mit dem Hotel begann mit einer negativen Note. Wir hatten ein Zimmer für 3 Personen gebucht. Wir kamen um 2 Uhr morgens im Hotel an, glücklicherweise ist die Rezeption 24 Stunden am Tag besetzt. Das ausgegebene Zimmer begrüßte uns mit Kakerlaken! An der Rezeption zeigten sie sich nicht sehr bereit, sich umzuziehen und sagten, dass es nicht viele Plätze gäbe, aber sie gaben uns ein Zimmer im 3. Stock mit einer guten Aussicht, von der aus man das Meer vom Rand aus sehen konnte. Aber es gab nur genug Bettwäsche für 2 Personen im Zimmer. Da wir müde waren, teilten wir zwei Sätze in drei auf und kehrten am Morgen zur Rezeption zurück und fragten nach einem dritten Satz. An der Rezeption wurde jedoch beschlossen, uns ein weiteres geräumiges Zimmer in den benachbarten zweistöckigen Gebäuden mit Dachterrasse zu geben. Was uns im Prinzip gepasst hat. Es stellte sich heraus, dass es nicht so schlimm war, obwohl das Hotel nicht neu ist und ziemlich laut ist. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, es gibt eine ausgestattete Küche, der Straßenlärm war nicht sehr störend. Reinigung mehrmals pro Woche. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, es gibt einen Parkplatz für den Mietwagen (nach etwas freier Suche), große Geschäfte sind um die Ecke, eine Bushaltestelle, zum Strand sind es 5-7 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir haben uns gut erholt! Der Preis entspricht grundsätzlich dem Niveau. Zum Essen werde ich nichts sagen, denn... ohne Nahrung eingenommen.

We visit coral compostela beach for my daughters birthday upon arriving we received a very dated apartment which we was advised we would be in a new refurbished room as that’s what jet 2 have was advised we had been upgraded to a 2 bed apartment once we got there we found they had mixed the rooms up with another family members booking so was advised to just swop rooms so we thought we can’t do anything about the room we will just make the most of it first day and night was fine we ate in the restaurant as we was all inclusive which the food and the staff was 10/10 food could have been a little warmer and a few more choose for English food then on way back the apartments we come across a lot of cockroaches they come out around 9.30-11pm when it’s dark so reported to the complex and jet 2 was advised this is a thing in Tenerife and they are trying to contain it and was advised they would not be in anybody’s rooms so we thought okay that’s okay had a lot of problems in the apartment so we had no hot water locked didn’t work the shutters on the rooms was so dark so the whole rooms was in darkness they sent a person to bolt back 1 shutter and to fix locks and they also started to put cockroach killer down in are room even tho they said they wouldn’t be there so then next day after all fixes done the tv broke and couldn’t get a signal reported once again to then come home in the night and we went to bed and woke up next morning with a dead cockroach in are kitchen which wasn’t acceptable I have a child who is autistic and doesn’t like this and wanted to come home straight away we asked to be moved and still nothing was told they out the stuff in the kill them but it also attracts them so that’s reason they was there so from the 3rs night we had no sleep and had to keep locking are suitcase as we could live out of the wardrobes or draws and we had a tiny cupboard for 2 adults the pull out bed was uncomfortable and the pull out didn’t reach the same level as the main part which caused issues with back and ended up sleeping as singles and a tiny double bed in 1 single bed room so we report again jet 2 contacted the my advise they will come everybody and pull out and clean this happening 3 times even tho they said would be everyday so hey 2 reps over Tenerife didn’t help and the staff didn’t help and every night we woke up to a one moving or one dead never a clear night until the last night that I had to build a barrier with towels in all the holes and around the doors to stop them getting in the shower is that high you can’t get washed this was a holiday from hell experience for the money we spent and the cockroaches wasn’t just outside around the pool they was in the entertainment even and we also seen them running along the furniture in the restaurant so for to be seein these in the day and all over this is a big infestation and they have now started getting to the 3rd floor won’t belong before they are at the top other than the staff being amazing I w

Just returned from 10 days at the Vista Sur apartments. Lovely modern accommodation & right on the beach. Super clean & modern. All the staff we dealt with were friendly & very helpful. Loads of shops, bars & restaurants nearby & a 30 second stroll to the beach. Would highly recommend. They even delivered a bottle of Cava on my birthday & another bottle & some sweet treats for Christmas - such a lovely surprise. It’s the details that matter! Will definitely be back.

Came for a 5 nights holiday with some other couples and was an average stay. The rooms are basic and unclean, especially the bathrooms. The beds are uncomfortable and the fan is very loud, barely making the room any colder. The pool are is lovely, the drinks & food are good too. Everything is an extra charge, WiFi, remote for the TV, room card etc. Location is okay. Takes around 5 minutes to walk to the Veronica’s *****, 15/20 to the beach and then again 15/20 to get to the main part of Playa De Las Americas. Overall, we got a good deal for our 5 nights stay but I wouldn’t stay here again. Definitely needs a refurbishment.

OMG if your looking for an adults only hotel with a bit of class and relaxation then look elsewhere... this felt more like an 18-25yrs holiday camp! advertised on EasyJet as 4star it most definitely isn't and just seen is classed as 2 star... even that is generous. yes rooms were clean and modern apart from some ants in the kitchen that we quickly rectified, the kitchen wasn't cleaned properly from previous guests so once we cleaned we didn't have an issue. no air con, but you have a ceiling fan that if you wish cold air you'll need to listen to the clink clink clink of the cord hitting of the fan or ceiling!! no glass at poolside for H&S.. fab!! but that doesn't include the young team, staff don't want to challenge as it causes a fuss... so rules for decent guests and another set of rules for the young ones! The noise of music from around 8pm-1130pm before they went out wasn't an issue i get it we are on holiday.... but to stagger home, back out on balcony and tunes blaring from around 3am-8am is just not on!! adults only hotel so no inflatables or balls in pool and no music at poolside... boring!! think the lifeguard on duty just wanted to have his nose in his phone for the full shift, pick up a few plastic tumblers and have an easy day... in this pool you were only allowed to get wet! some of the cleaning staff were pleasant, night porter not so much, maintenance man helpful and pleasant but the lady behind the bar/food area ooft don't cross her... no problem with getting a sunbed they had plenty as not many stayed around a pool all day with no music or fun allowed, pool doesn't open till 10am 10 days too long and i wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.

Ich und mein Hubby hatten eine fabulöse, entspannende 10 Nächte in Morola Portosin. Jose und das Team sind willkommen und der Platz ist absolut unspottbar. Auch Tommy und das Barpersonal in der Poolbar sind fab. Wir lieben hier zu bleiben und jedes Jahr zurück. Obwohl einige Gäste die Sonnenbäder für Stunden ohne sie zu benutzen schütteln, haben wir glücklicherweise immer eine leere gefunden, sonst wäre es unsere einzige Kritik. Bereitschaft, nächstes Jahr zurückzukehren.

El hotel está muy bien situado. El personal es muy atento y amable y todo está muy limpio. Sólo desayuné en el hotel y la verdad es que tenían un amplio surtido de productos para comer. Con respecto a la piscina es muy pequeña y en la zona que está ubicada no hay espacio ni para un pequeño bar que sirva bebidas o algún snack. Tenías que sacar las bebidas de una máquina expendedora. Nadie controla la zona de piscina con lo cual cualquier cosa puede ocurrir y no precisamente buena. No se me ocurrió sacar fotos del hotel. No me compensa la calidad/precio. Hay hoteles de la misma categoría por la zona con mejores instalaciones

The positives exceed any negatives. I will tell you everything bad that I can think about this hotel, and that is only because the list of positives would take far too long. Main reception; team are friendly and helpful. But we did report 3x times the same broken glass (a lot of glass on the floor) between the two pool areas, it did not get cleared away until the afternoon of the following day. It’s a large hotel (no lifts to the rooms), some rooms have very nice views and some not so nice, some are close to the entertainment (loud) and other have peace and quiet. I think the location of your room will have an impact of your experience. There's always somewhere to get something to eat or drink between 07:30 and 24:00 Food: The majority of the food was the same every day, with some changes, it was good enough, nothing to get excited about, like other we ate out a few times. Christmas dinner was disappointing, we should have eaten out on that day. Drinks: basic but good enough selection, most drinks are self-service. The only problem we had is when Juan (extremely rood at times) and the other young male bar staff would favour the Italian ladies, making it difficult to get served at certain time. Rooms: Everything was nicely cleaned every day, the furniture seems to be a bit dated, nothing was broken/dirty/bad enough that would be worthy of a complaint, it was nice to have towels and a mini fridge. The cleaner did leave our patio door open Every-day after we had closed it with the lock/catch, very strange. Swimming Pools; in need or some repair work, but it was excellent just what we needed (towels at €1.50 a day), plenty of space with a lot of choices for sunbeds, but this may have been down to the majority of the hotel staff and guests fell ill during our stay, some went to Hospital, no one knew why, some of the cleaning ladies started wearing gloves and masks. Only the main pool (chlorinated water) was heated (apx 25 degree), the kids pools (salt water) with slides not heated was far too cold, we did not see anyone use the kids pool, such a shame as we and other really wanting too. Sauna: only open 16:00 - 19:00 on Tuesdays + Thursdays + Sundays Didn’t work out to be the best time of day for us, such a shame as I really wanted too. Entertainment/Animation staff (Hotel, Alpitour, TUI) was excellent, made us feel like their friends, we joined in whenever possible. Between them, they speak most European languages. 10:00 - 12:00 Morning entertainment 14:00 - 16:00 Afternoon entertainment 21:30 - 22:00 Mini disco 22:00 - 23:00 Evening entertainment Everything was aimed towards New-Year, a lot more could have been done over Christmas. Location; is perfect with lots of choices for shopping, dining out or visiting beaches; The Canary Islands have a high crime rate during peak seasons, do not bring you expensive jewellery on Holiday and always take a TAXI after dark, TAXI's are cheap here and stay away from (don’t speak to) street-seller they ge

Schönes Hotel in einer sehr guten Lage. Modernes, schön dekoriert für Weihnachten. Polite Mitarbeiter, gute Wahl für Frühstück und Abendessen. Weihnachts Abendessen war etwas aus dieser Welt( war in vielen Hotels, aber Xmas Abendessen wird jetzt schwer zu entsprechen). Ich bin nicht sicher, ob es immer so ist, aber wir waren die jüngsten im Hotel (43 & 47) während der ersten Urlaubszeit und erst später ein paar andere junge Leute nahmen uns an. Das durchschnittliche Alter war 60's 😁 Dieses Hotel ist nicht für Kinder ausgerichtet, aber für uns war es perfekt - kein Schrei und kein Schrei und unser Mädchen hatte Spaß im Pool durch Ich wollte zuerst das Frühling Hotel Bitacora buchen, aber jetzt denke ich habe eine ausgezeichnete Wahl getroffen. Das sagte ich, ich könnte es nächstes Mal versuchen, nur weil der All nclusive Service Bitacora bietet. Es war ein schöner ruhiger Aufenthalt, so dass wenn Sie etwas wie Türkei erwarten, entweder Musik um den Pool, Kinder disco und Shows, dieses Hotel ist nicht für Sie. Wir waren halb Board und 4 Tage wir essen in der Poolbar und waren nie enttäuscht. Gute Nahrung und vernünftige Preise. Wir haben keine Option UP reserviert, weil wir mit den Kindern waren( es ist für 18+) aber wenn ich jemals ohne sie komme- ich werde es versuchen! Für: Sehr gute Lage Modernes Hotel Warmbad(radstuhlfreundlich) Gute Ernährung und Service Kons: Kein Shampoo in einem Zimmer! Es ist ein erster für mich 🙈 Die Fliesen im Pool (Mosaik) brauchen Ersatz. Meine Tochter hat wahrscheinlich die Hälfte des Befördererbeutels vom unteren Sehen des Pools 🤣 gefüllt. Alles in all- perfekte Aufenthalt und glauben Sie mir, ich bin gewählt. Es ist eines der Hotels, die ich meinen Freunden und Familie empfehlen würde.

Sehr schönes und angenehmes Golfhotel Wir verbrachten Ende Februar / Anfang März dieses Jahres einen Golfurlaub in diesem Golf-Ressort. Ein schönes Hotel mit direktem Zugang zum Golfplatz. Zu jedem Zimmer gibt es einen Buggy für den Weg zum und auf den Golfplatz. Großzügige Zimmer (wir hatten ein DZ Superior) mit tollem Bett. Das Badezimmer dazu bedürfte einer Umgestaltung durch Abbau der Badewanne und Einbau einer ebenerdig zugänglichen Dusche. Das würde sicherlich den überwiegend 65+-Gästen entgegenkommen zur Vermeidung von Rutschgefahren. Das trotz Pandemie gehaltene Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und bereit, die Gäste in deren Sprachen anzusprechen; dies gelingt partiell aber die freundliche Bemühung ist sehr anerkennenswert. Wir hatten Übernachtung mit Frühstück - sehr empfehlenswert - gebucht; das gab uns die Freiheit, abends außerhal des Hotels oder aus der Karte der sehr guten Hotel-Restaurantion frei zu wählen.

Das Hotel steht sicher bis zu seinem 5-star Rating. Es steht aufgrund seines Aussehens und Stils heraus. Die Hotelgrundlagen sind unverschämt. Das Innenraum ist von einem außergewöhnlichen Standard, und unser Zimmer war groß mit einem Sitzbereich (auch wenn es nicht eine Suite war). Das Rezeptionpersonal war angenehmen und konnte immer mit Fragen helfen. Für die meisten unserer Besuche wurde unser Zimmer während wir zum Frühstück gemacht. Das Frühstücksbuffet selbst war großartig, mit Eiern gekocht, um zu bestellen. Ein Punkt (die in diesen technologisch beliebten Tagen bei fast allen Hotels üblich ist) war, dass es in dem Zimmer nur begrenzte Stromsockel gab. Aber mit etwas Planung konnten wir noch Telefone, Uhren usw. laden, vor allem, da die Kraft nicht abgeschaltet wurde, als Sie die 'leichte' Karte am Türen entfernt. Dieses Hotel ist das Extra wert und wir freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Besuch.

Im Juli habe ich mit meiner Familie einen 10-tägigen Sommerurlaub im Hotel Gala auf Teneriffa verbracht. Es war unser erster Teneriffaurlaub und ich kann sagen, dass es ein rundum gelungener Urlaub war. Das Essen im Hotel war hervorragend und die Bedienung ausgesprochen nett, auch wenn wir manchmal, vor allem am Abend, etwas zu lange auf die Getränke warten mussten. Etwas mehr Personal würde hier sicherlich guttun, sie schienen etwas unterbesetzt zu sein. Da ich beruflich viel reise und oft in Hotels übernachte, lege ich großen Wert auf Sauberkeit. Das Gala war sehr sauber und das Zimmerpersonal sehr zuvorkommend, auch wenn die Kinder gelegentlich ein kleines ”Chaos” anrichteten. Das Personal an der Rezeption war immer freudlich und hilfsbereit, vor allem die jüngeren Mitarbeiter gaben uns viele wertvolle Tipps und Anregungen für Ausflüge oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Swimmingpools sind sehr komfortabel und großzügig angelegt. Eine nahe gelegene Baustelle war manchmal etwas nervig, aber auszuhalten, hat uns nicht übermäßig gestört. Das Unterhaltungsprogramm war immer präsent, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Unsere Kinder hatten viel Spaß mit den Mädchen vom Miniclub Samira, großes Lob vor allem an Vittoria, die, obwohl sie sehr beschäftigt war, immer Zeit für uns fand. Es war beeindruckend, dass sie trotz ihres zeitraubenden Jobs nebenbei Deutsch lernt und dass sie versucht, sich mit deutschen Gästen auch auf Deutsch zu verständigen. Sie war immer hilfsbereit, voller Energie und Charisma. Die Abendveranstaltungen waren hervorragend. Vittorias Entertainmenttalent ist außergewöhnlich, sie hat diese Abende für uns zu etwas Besonderem gemacht, wir werden uns immer gerne daran zurückerinnern.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit schöner Aussicht zum Meer, welche abends überraschend leise ist. Die Wände der Zimmer sind etwas dünn somit hört man abends immer noch den Klavierspieler in der Bar, den morgens am frühstücken und die Leute im Nachbarzimmer.Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und hatte eine schöne Ausstattung und genügend Platz für 2 Personen. Einzigster Mängel ist das es in unserem Zimmer keinen Kosmetikspiegel gab und man auf das Waschbecken liegen musste um sich näher im Spielen sehen zu können. Das Frühstück hatte eine groß Auswahl an unterschiedlichen Sachen. Man muss etwas aufpassen da die Sachen bei den Tischen sehr schnell abgeräumt werden deshalb empfehle ich etwas mit zu nehmen was man am Tisch liegen lassen kann wenn man essen holen geht weil sonst kann es durchaus passieren das sie die halb volle Kaffeetasse schon abräumen und den Tisch neu eindecken. Der Pool der sehr schön und ruhig mit ausreichend Liegestühlen. Der Pool war einer der saubersten die ich je gesehen hab. Es war immer genug Platz um dort zu schwimmen. Das personal war immer nett und aufmerksam. Die Lage des Hotels ist fantastisch. Es ist zentral, oben am Hotel verläuft die Hauptstraße mit zahlreichen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, eigentlich mit allem was man sich wünschen kann. Darunter verläuft die Strandpromenade die 14km am Strand entlang führt und ausgezeichnet ist für ein Abendspaziergang. Tagsüber ist der Strand bei schönem Wetter immer recht voll doch abends verlagert es sich auf die Hauptstraße. Ich kann das Hotel einfach nur empfehlen. Man konnte dort perfekt entspannen und seine Ruhe haben aber man konnte auch zugleich, dank der Lage, in die belebte Umgebung eintauchen.

Es war ein guter Urlaub, die Reinigungsmittel kamen rund, aber nicht am Mittwoch, die Blätter änderten nie in der Woche, ich war dort, aber die Zimmer blieb raffiniert. Unser Zimmer das Bad-Sänke würde mindestens 30/40 Minuten für das Wasser zu entwässern dauern. Das Rezeptionpersonal, wo Fehler weniger gehen und was beantragen können und sie werden es für Sie sortieren, aber das Barpersonal fand es wirklich schwer zu verstehen die britische Sprache und hält Sie immer um die Bar warten, da es nur eine Person war. Auf jeder Bar. Das Essen war nicht das beste, was es zu schlimm machte, war die frische Kochen von Bisschen, Hühnern, Burgern, Pizza und Paste. Es gab immer Chips und Hühner-Nuggets für die Kinder, aber ich musste gewusst, was das Essen war, da es entweder keine Zeichen oder sehr wenige Beschreibung gab. Auf der TUI Website sagte, es war großartig für Familien, aber ich persönlich dachte, dass die Unterhaltung in den Abenden, wo sehr arm für Kinder es war Zeichen sagen, dass Mini-Disko um 8:45pm, aber nie war ein Disko nur wenige Spiele wie heiße Kartoffel usw. dann Sie gingen direkt zum Erwachsenenunterhaltung. Sie hatten einen Park auf der Website, aber es war sehr schmutzig und ungleich und unsicherer Boden. Insgesamt war es ein ok Urlaub, aber definitiv nicht zurück!

Ein schönes, angenehmes Apartment in guter Lage, im Grunde überall in der Nähe, voller Geschäfte und Bars und Restaurants. Die einzige Sanitärversorgung ist, dass die Reinheit mehr auf Reinigung und ein wenig Küchenzulage frisch ( die Kabinen stinken mega ) den ganzen Aufenthalt habe ich Kleidung in meiner Tasche gehalten
