Einfache Ein- und Auscheckung. Zimmer war ok, nicht ein Fan von Gebäude 7: Die Musik aus der Bar störte den Schlaf. Ich hätte gern darüber informiert, wenn ich ankam. Wenn ich wieder im Holiday Inn bleiben muss, werde ich ein anderes Gebäude beantragen.

Der Poolbereich (Bar) muss aktualisiert werden, da er aussah, als ob er berüstet war. Das Hotel war in einer tollen Lage und es war 1 Block vom Strand entfernt. Wenn Sie mit Freunden reisen und ein gutes Hotel für einen guten Preis suchen - ich würde empfehlen.

Our stay was amazing. The infinity pool is a must see! We watch the sunset from the pool and it was so incredible! It would have been nice to have a toaster oven in the room instead of a microwave. The only thing that was annoying are the chairs on the beach. My husband had to get up early to go reserve chairs. Besides the chair issues, I would definitely recommend this hotel. It’s really at a prime location. I will definitely come back!

We were aware that there would be construction around the hotel while Hilton expands, and for the most part it wasn’t an issue. The disappointment was that only one of two pools was open, meaning that sometimes it was hard to find seating around the pool area. Beach loungers were easy to book and a selection of them were free each day. Palm beach is really beautiful and it was nice to have it so accessible to the hotel. On the whole, service at the hotel was great, there were a couple of staff members who were potentially having a bad day but generally Aruban’s are extremely friendly. Violet, was in charge of cleaning our room throughout our stay and she was just lovely! Although not the hotel’s fault, I was told at Che k-in that there was an extra resort charge each day. Trip.com said there would be a small government tax. But mentioned nothing about the resort fee. The government tax was also more than trip.com stated on our booking confirmation.

Ursprünglich The Mill Resort genannt, befindet sich daneben eine Windmühle. Seit der Umwandlung in ein Courtyard hat sich der Gesamtton verbessert und der Service scheint durchschnittlich zu sein. Der Zimmerservice hat nur den Boden gereinigt und die Badetücher gewechselt. Jeden Tag wurden die Sonnenliegen am Pool von amerikanischen Tanten mit Badetüchern gefüllt. Die Zimmerausstattung ist gut, es gibt einen kleinen Kühlschrank und eine Mikrowelle, das Badezimmer ist sehr geräumig. Das Bettlerzimmer, das ich eingerichtet habe, hat im Hotel nicht gegessen. Das Frühstück im Restaurant Mimosa unter der Windmühle kostete etwa 10 Dollar, was kostengünstiger ist als ein Frühstücksbuffet im Hotel.

Puntos rescatables del hotel son su variedad en la comida, la playa, las actividades que programan y la buena atención a excepción de la supervisora de recepción que fue nefasta; el lado negativo es que el hotel no es grande a diferencia de los otros Riu, en cuanto al check out controlan para que se retiren de las instalaciones antes de las 7:00 p.m y a diferencia de otros resort que me hospede en mi onomástico no recibe ningún detalle a excepción de una carta para que me retire de la habitación en la hora debida, definitivamente no recomendable ya que no hay relación entre el precio que pagas con el servicio que recibes.
