Beautiful hotel in Lourdes near the sanctuary, shops and restaurants. Everything is within walking distance. Hotel is very clean and has wonderful comfy beds and serves good breakfast in the mornings and wonderful meals in the evening. To get to the hotel you can either take a shuttle bus which goes to the Sanctuary. Once you get dropped at the Sanctuary the hotel is a few minutes walk. The cost for this shuttle bus is about 3 euros. During Easter this shuttle bus is not regular. We had to take a shared taxi from the airport which cost us 12 euros per person, as we had missed the last bus at 7pm. The hotel is also very popular with pilgrims, so for those of you not coming in groups, book early. I will highly recommend this hotel to anyone. A special thank you to all their staff for giving us a pleasant stay. We hope to see you again soon.

Durchschnittliches Hotel in einem guten Ort. Der Hauptgrund für die 2 Sterne ist die Klimaanlage. Ich würde nie ein Hotel ohne Klimaanlage buchen. Wir haben es funktioniert, aber es konnte nicht unter 23 (möglicherweise eine dieser Dinge, die Hotels tun, um Strom zu sparen) und dann die Anzeige auf der Wandkontrolle gerade verschwand und konnte nicht wieder aufgeschaltet werden. Wir sagten, dass sie es ansehen würden, während wir da waren. Zurück von Abendessen zu finden, dass noch nicht arbeiten und zu spät, um wirklich etwas zu tun, weil wir zu Bett gehen mussten, als wir früh verlassen. Schreckliche Nacht schlafen, Zimmer so heiß, aber das Fenster öffnen lassen in viel Lärm und Licht. Sehr schlechter Service.

The hotel is nice; staff are friendly. It is a 1-2 minute walk to St Joseph's gate at the Grotto, so it is very convenient. The room itself is ok. It would have been a lot better if the AC was working properly; interestingly the controls are with the front desk (i had to ask them to check the ac everyday because it was warm inside our room, and every time they would check at the back and say they adjusted it). We did not try the breakfast or restaurant, but I saw a lot of people eating there. It would have been 5-stars if only the AC worked!

We stayed here for 2 nights. The staff are lovely and hard working. The bedroom was comfortable with air conditioning. Very helpful when checking in and out with where to park car/ leaving bags etc. The hotel is close to the grotto and is very handy for returning to during the day if needed. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks to all the staff!

Lage, Lage, Lage. Ich mag dieses Hotel einfach wegen seiner Nähe zum Tor St. Joseph, Sie konnten sogar das Hotel vom Eingang sehen. Wir haben tatsächlich einen Blick auf den heiligen Eingang aus unserem Zimmer (620). Aufgrund seiner Lage gibt es viele nahe gelegene Restaurants und Souvenir-Shops in der Nähe. Bitte beachten Sie, dass wir 10% Rabattkupons auf einigen verbundenen Restaurants und Geschäften haben. Der Busstopp L5 liegt direkt am Eingang des Heiligtums, wenn Sie die Stadt oder die Bahnhofs erreichen müssen. Das Wifi war schnell und zuverlässig. Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel, mit Klimaanlage. Oh und ich liebe das Personal, sie waren sehr angenehm und hilfreich. Wir würden das nächste Mal wieder buchen, wenn wir Lourdes besuchen.

Unfortunately my wife and I had a terrible experience at this hotel. Everything started to go wrong upon arrival where there was no more space available in the hotel parking lot and we were told to park the car in another hotel away from this one. Then the fourth. They put us in a room with no ventilation at all. And the hotel's air conditioning was off. They told us they were going to change our room but they didn't. We also bought breakfast from the hotel. But the staff are poorly trained. We were asked to show proof of payment repeatedly during our meal, plus there's a totally nonsensical rule for you to use the tables to have your breakfast. Every day we were asked to change tables to another one that wasn't ready. The justification is that the one we had sat on was to be used only for lunch. All in all, a bad experience.

Wir reisen mit dem Hosanna House und Kinder Pilger Trust nach Lourdes auf Pilgerfahrt. Hotel Croix des Bretons war für die Woche unser „Haus“. Wir haben hier 7 Nächte am Ostern-Wochenend verbracht - die erste Woche der Saison, und das Personal konnte nicht mehr vorbereitet werden. Von der warmen und freundlichen Willkommen, die alle unsere ungewöhnlichen Anfragen wie sie absolut aus der Mühle laufen, bis zum Buffet-Stil-Essen, das erfrischt und gut war. Ehrlich gesagt, ich möchte nicht wohnen, dass Francois, Sabine & das Team nicht verwalten. Das Hotel selbst ist wirklich sauber, die Zimmer sind komfortabel, vor allem die Betten, mit zusätzlichen Schranken in den Wäscheschächten, wenn es nötig ist. Das Badezimmer war geräumig und super sauber, unser Bad mit einer Wanddusche. Das Personal im Restaurant war nett, sorgfältig und sorgfältig. Ich weiß, dass, wenn ich nach Lourdes, von mir selbst außerhalb des organisierten Pilgertums, das Hotel Croix des Bretons der erste Ort wäre, den ich suche, zu buchen. Grazie Francois! Just returned from our annual pilgrimage to Lourdes with a large school group. This was our first time at this hotel and cannot recommend it enough. The staff in particular Serge greeted us on arrival and was attentive throughout our week stay. Joel, sharif and all the staff were wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. The large reception area was fabulous for us all to gather as a group. The meals were served quickly and the food of a very good standard, even for fussy eaters and those with dietary requirements. Rooms clean and nice. Well done all. Hope to see you next year.

This trip was just me and my Husband this time for our 40th Wedding Anniversary and we always wanted to stay at this Hotel as we have been in many times before to have a drink in the bar. As it was just the two of us we had our own choice of hotel so you can imagine we were excited to book and stay there. We booked a deluxe room overlooking the garden. The room was not deluxe it was not what we expected even down to no bed side tables or any drawers in the room the wardrobe rail was very short hence creasing our clothes, for this reasion, I asked to borrow an iron for 5 minutes but got told by the receptionist to wait in reception till someone came to show me to the pressing room in another building. I waited 20 minutes no one came so I gave up and never asked again. The first morning there was no hot water so cold showers. I heard the receptionist saying to another guest who was complaining about the same issue that it would be fixed later that day. Which it was. The tea tray was very sparce one breakfast tea bag each and one sugar each with a very small pod of milk not enough for a decent cup of tea. To add the biggest insult there was two wooden sticks to stir the tea not even a proper spoon in a deluxe room? We took the small stool out of the shower to put our tea on whilst we sat on the 2 dirty chairs on the balcony. We have had far better variety of breakfast from every other hotels we have stayed in lourdes. When we arrived we was told we did not have to book evening dinner in the restaurant so on the actually day of our 40th Anniversary we went down to the restaurant but was told no room even though the restaurant at the time was half empty. We had a lovely meal in another Hotel. To top it all when we got home our Children told us that they contacted the hotel reception to ask could they order a surprise bottle of champagen on the day to be sent to our room they was on the telphone to them for an hour but hit a brick wall as they would not take payment from them. I do not normally write reviews but after receiving a welcome written note from the Staff when we entered the room saying Happy 40th Wedding Anniversary we hope you enjoy your stay and if there is anything you need our staff is to hand. this letter was accompanied by 6 macaroons on a plate. Hotel has not even answered reviews on there website shows they do not care and its not a cheap hotel.

The hotel is small but in a good location to visit grotto area. We had a good size comfortable room which was very quiet even though facing onto the road and the river. The room has a shower, tea and coffee making facilities and a safe. Our room had a balcony overlooking the river. There was a shaded patio on our floor for use by residents. The hotel serves an excellent buffet breakfast which is regularly replenished and there is plenty of room in the dining room. The staff are all young and enthusiastic and nothing is too much trouble for them. Wifi is good and we had no difficulty in connecting. A very good stay and we will be returning on our next visit. The Hotel only serves breakfast but there is plenty of choice for other meals locally. Made in Italy serves very good Pizzas and is always very busy. The town was busy with pilgrimages even though it was October but it is still kept clean. The streets are narrow so you need to be aware of the traffic especially the large tour buses. There are local buses and a petit train which run around the town.

This is an excellent hotel. I have a disability and walk with a ”Stroller” My room was excellent with plenty of room to move around and with a low floor shower. The staff in the restaurant were more than helpful in carrying my breakfast in the morning when it is ”Self Service” And the other Staff were also very helpful and Christine is an excellent Host. I plan to travel to Lourdes again in 2024 and will be staying at this Hotel. David - Edinburgh, Scotland

Just returned from 3 nights and 4 days staying at the Alba. It wasnt our first time visiting Lourdes but it was our first time staying at this hotel. This will absolutely be the only place we stay from here on whenever we come back to Lourdes. The toilet and shower room are spotless and cleaned daily (unless you put the do not disturb sign on if you didnt want it cleaned everyday). The towels were crisp, white and clean and looked brand new .... plenty of towels provided and toiletries provided too. Lovely added touches! The rooms are spotlessly clean, modern and well looked after and maintained. Good air conditioning in the rooms. Only thing missing was a little fridge and maybe tea/coffee facilities but we managed without and had to just drink wine instead (🤭) The bed was so comfortable and we had such a good sleep each and everynight! Crisp white and clean bedding which shows how spotless everything was. The staff were always cheerful and helpful with anything we needed and the hotel was in a prime postion, on the banks of the river Gave, and within walking distance to the Grotto/Domain! We had a wonderful few days away in Lourdes, it is such a special and Holy place .... and staying at this hotel really helped to make it extra special ! See you next year please God. The hotel reception staff were very welcoming and also multilingual. The rooms were lovely, spacious, modern, clean and we particularly enjoyed the mountain view from the room window. However, the TV was a little small and there was no complementary tea and coffee sachets provided. There is a continental style breakfast offered, but it was slightly disappointing with not much selection and fresh fruit. The location is good and fairly near to the main sanctuary and grotto although there is reasonable distance to town centre, so be prepared to walk a bit and bring sensible footwear. There is also an airport shuttle bus near the hotel at the Paradis bus stop which drops you straight to the airport. We had a good experience on this occasion and will definitely recommend staying especially if you're looking for self-catering residence type accommodation. Thank you Zenitude

Sehr professionelle Heimat. Sehr komfortabel und sauber Zimmer. Bettwäsche und Nikkelbadräume. Kleines Frühstück richtig, aber ohne Platte, um sie zu vermeiden, gehen und zurück. Leider wurde das alles durch die ”Bordel” verletzt, die Kinder von spanischer Sprache, die bis Mitternacht in den Korridoren gespielt haben, indem sie die Türen mit Groom schlug und am nächsten Morgen um 5 Uhr das Hotel verlassen haben, ohne es zu tun Also, was gut schlafen kann, ohne es zu tun .....

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe von Geschäften, Restaurants und etwa 1.1km vom Grotto (10-12 mins walk) Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und sehr willkommen, insbesondere Chris, Thiago und Fatima. Es wäre schön, als Accor-Mitglied willkommen zu sein. Chris war super freundlich und schlug Dinge zu tun und zu sehen. Frühstück jeden Morgen war angemessen und tat den Job. Es besteht aus Krusten, Pfeffern, Kuchen, Joghurt, kalten Schnitt, Käse, Marmalade etc mit frischem Kaffee und auch Auswahl an Kaffee. Das Frühstück ist kontinentaler, so warten Sie nicht auf ein volles gefülltes Frühstück (Sie zahlen, was Sie erhalten) Die Zimmer sind schön und sauber. Die Zimmer haben internationale Reiseplug angeschlossen; sehr handig. Das Zimmer war jeden Tag serviert, es war platzlos ( dank einer wunderbaren Hausbetreuungsteam). Es wäre gut, einen Kaffee/Tee/Kettle im Zimmer zu sehen, um leicht zugänglich zu sein. Das Bett war super komfortabel und hatte einen guten Schlaf den Rest der 2 Nächte, die erste Nacht des Schlafes war miserabel (die Türen schlafen, die Wände sind dünn, so können Sie die Kommunikation hören und in den anderen Zimmern sagen, Kinder schreien bis 1am). Das Telefon im Zimmer funktionierte nicht, ich konnte nicht einmal um ein Zimmer bewegen, die Zeit der Nacht.Da ich die meisten Zeiten war, war es mir nicht viel stört, aber jemand, der Schlafprobleme hat, könnte manchmal etwas lauter sein. Fragen Sie ein Zimmer im Rücken (wenn Sie vielleicht auf 530am mit Lärm von den Küchenfans aufwachen können). Es gibt keine Nahrung auf der Website, so dass wenn Sie ein Bit zu fangen, nehmen Sie Ihre beste Wette (es gibt einen Chipper über die Straße und einen Kebab Platz). Die gepflegten Mahlzeiten sind bereit zu essen und benötigen eine Mikrowelle, um sie zu erwärmen (nicht etwas, was ich in einem Accor-Marke hart ibis sehen möchte ist ein mittleres Hotel). Ich wurde von dem Personal am Desk über diese neue Politik informiert. Insgesamt eine gute Erfahrung und empfehle das ibis Lourdes Hotel für einen kurzen Besuch.

Das normale Frühstück fehlte einem Toaster, die man sich bewusst hätte, dass das Ei für den Beikon nicht so gemacht wird, niemand hat es gegessen, es wird für etwas!!! übrigens alles sehr gut. Ein beeindruckender Lounge mit seiner großen Treppe. Die sehr sauberen Zimmer und die Aufmerksamkeit im Lounge genial.

Flucht absolut, lassen Sie sich nicht nur durch die niedrigen Preise 😡 der srilankaische Führer und sein Personal sind wie das Zimmer seines Hotels. Keine Kundenrespect.. Wirklich eine unbehagliche Erfahrung in diesem Hotel, das wir gelebt haben. Ich hatte 2 Nächte am Basispunkt gebucht und ich blieb dort nur eine. Der Boss bittet mich, die Aufenthalte bei der Ankunft zu regeln, bevor ich das Zimmer besitzt.. Ich habe es nie in anderen Einrichtungen gesehen 🤔 Zuerst verstehe ich nicht zu viel, warum aber nachdem ich das Zimmer geregelt und besucht hatte, warum ich verstanden hatte, in Blick auf den Zustand des Zimmers ( die Sauberkeit? 0 hygiène, très mal isolée aussi bien thermique que phonique c’est 0, pas de chauffage opérationnel..) De plus le personnel srilankais qui m’a encaisé le paiement n’a pas fauché de me fournir la facture acquittée, Er bittet mich, später zurückzukehren, damit er mir die Rechnung zu machen, aber das Zimmer musste absolut fertig 👎 Es ist des Scrows.. l'eau chaude pareil, faut laisser courir environ 10 minutes avant d'avoir l'eau tête (sur leur règlement intérieur de l'hôtel, c'est spécifié pas de gaspillage en eau 🤔) Donc froid douche, Keine Heizung und keine Kurznacht, da es keine Hör- und Wärmeisolierung im Zimmer gibt. Dieses Hotel vernachlässigt seine Kunden in Bezug auf die Verantwortung für den Komfort der Kunden und die Rückkehr von Funktionsstörungen. Ihre Hauptinteresse ist das Geld vor allem und der Rest die Richtung wie seine Mitarbeiter sind fient... Franchement qui t’a payé un séjour un peu plus cher, au moins vous aurez un séjour digne de votre voyage.. Der kleine Bonus ist die Lage, sonst sage ich noch einmal, verlassen Sie dieses Hotel Milano 🤬, persönlich werde ich nie wieder in dieses verdammte Hotel gehen und auch nicht an meine Umgebung raten

Es gibt viele positive Ansätze für dieses Hotel. Dies war unser dritter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und wir werden in Zukunft zurückkommen. Insgesamt eine positive Erfahrung. Lage - zu Fuß zum Grotto und tolle Einkaufs- und Restaurants rund um die Uhr. Die Aussicht auf die Balkone, wenn Sie ein solches Zimmer bekommen, ist zum Grotto und wunderschön, aufzuwachen. Einrichtungen - gutes Frühstück, Parkplatz, Fitnesscenter, Spa (freier Zugang) empfehlen die Zimmer mit Balkonen Betten - super komfortable Zimmer - große Zimmer im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels in Frankreich. Reinigung (soweit ich sehen kann, siehe unten Kommentare über die Verwendung der dunklen Farbe in Dekor) Service - das Personal ist sehr hilfreich und Kundenfokussiert. die Dame, die das Frühstückszimmer insbesondere verwaltet, war erstaunlich. Sie erinnert uns von unserem Besuch vor 9 Monaten, zu den Details, was meine Mutter Tee bevorzugt. Absolut fünf Sterne für sie! Die Möglichkeiten für Verbesserung sind die liberale Verwendung der dunklen Farbe überall im Dekor. Während ein schönes Design-Touch, für ein Hotel, hinsichtlich der Hygiene, bin ich nicht sicher, dass ich mich so sehr dunkel Farbe bequem, wenn ich keine möglichen Farben sehen kann. Der Aufzug, der in falschen Turf bedeckt war auch ein wenig klaustrophob, da es auch sehr klein war. Die Lobby hat sehr wenig Sitzbereich, so dass wenn Sie auf jemanden warten, Sie müssen bei der Rezeption liegen oder in der Bar sitzen.

The lady at the reception was absolutely fantastic. She was extremely helpful polite and very accommodating. 10/10. I'm sorry I didn't get her name. But she was just great!!! The rooms are more basic than you could imagine. Bedding was well made and clean. Hygiene was not great elsewhere. Lack of toilet paper etc was not a great start but not a complaint. There was a ”stink” in the bathroom, I discovered it was toilet brush . The pool area was acceptable. The breakfast for €12 was ok, not fantastic. The location was a bit far from the Grotto. We had to get a taxi each night as after a day of walking in the town centre the walk uphill was too much for any if us. The overall facilities are in need of repairs and an option to purchase a box of basic items would have been good, such as coffee butter milk etc.

This is an ideal stay for room only accommodation. The air conditioning on the 3 rd was definitely a good choice and very good. The hotel also provided a Kettle and big fan which were very well appreciated. We brought our own tea coffee etc and cups. The shower over the bath was good and had a good hand rail. Beds ok extra pillows provided. The staff were wonderful and extremely accommodating for little requests and the hotel had 24 hour access which was ideal. Breakfast limited but plenty of cafes. Lunch and dinner tickets can be purchased to use at the solitude hotel Buffett . Next door Good lift. Easy access. Definitely stay again

Quite difficult to find when arriving in a car, especially disabled. We did find a disabled place right at the top of the street, but it is very hilly. You can reserve a parking space at the hotel for a charge. When walking down the street to the hotel, do not take the first entrance into the little court yard, but the second into the reception area. Here we were greeted very warmly and the location of the hotel is excellent, near to the grotto, centre and shops. We decided to eat in the hotel the first evening and the food was very good and reasonable. The second evening to celebrate our 48th wedding anniversary from advice we are at the restaurant Alexandria, at the top of the street. Quite expensive, but the food was amazing. Breakfast the usual continental affair, though a lack of fresh fruit and a little mundane. It is also well worth taking the little white tourist train, which you board down in the centre, but also stops right outside the hotel and stops at various places including the candle factory. Our accessible room although with a hugh wet room, was really quite bleak with no view or adequate shelving in the bathroom. The bed was comfy, but far too low and following a recent knee operation, was a nightmare to arise from and although on the whole we enjoyed our stay, I was definitely glad to leave it after three nights.

I was supposed to give this apartment hotel a 5* because it was clean and very good helpful staff until the day of our checked out which is today. I am now writing this review with my blood pressure shoot up because the way we have treated by the staff who was on duty seems like we been thrown out. first this is the first time a booked a appartment hotel and it was really good place and clean but there was a mis understanding of checked out time. its my mistake for not checking the time check out but this has not been highlighted when we checked in which is fine I thought that the check out time is 12pm, my mistake for not checking it and I admit that and apologised to the staff who she start ringing the room at 10:30am (I was about to go on a shower getting ready to checked out) she was mentioning that we supposed to checked out 10am which is fine for reminding us and I apologised that i did not double checked the timing ( due to our multiple booking in other destination this has been forgotten to check.) and I explained to her that 12noon was I thought its okey as our train to San Sebastián is 1pm so 12 is just on time to get out from the hotel. I told the duty receptionist that we are getting ready and just finalising our luggage and all stuff that we need to take. then suddenly she rang again about 10 min after and said you need to checked OUT 'NOW' which really make my tension go up again . I felt like we are treated like as if we wanted to stay forever, the way she demand us to get out and hand over the key. I was so furious and grab all stuff immediately while I am in the middle of doing my EYE BROW AND NOT COMBMING MY HAIR , BECAUSE THE WAY SHE DEMAND AND COMAND US TO GET OUT FROM THE ROOM NOW.and hand over the room key. I WAs really furious and tell her off the way she treated us as if they cannot give few minutes to give us leeway to get out from the room gracefully and ready.I hope management can give their stuff a bit of a training how to handle customer service. I know there is a hotel or apartment policy which I get that , but surely you won't tell your customer to get out 'NOW'!!! just because we over the time limit. and when we get to reception she probably don't understand what I am talking about telling her off that she should not threated us like that because it's not nice and I told her I wasn't very happy the way she COMMAND us like that. I told he I am not happy and I am not okey. my tension shoot up because the way she treated us. I travel a lot and went different hotel , this is the first time I have experience this.seems she have no clue why I am furrious.

Lage, Lage, Lage. Ich mag dieses Hotel einfach wegen seiner Nähe zum Tor St. Joseph, Sie konnten sogar das Hotel vom Eingang sehen. Wir haben tatsächlich einen Blick auf den heiligen Eingang aus unserem Zimmer (620). Aufgrund seiner Lage gibt es viele nahe gelegene Restaurants und Souvenir-Shops in der Nähe. Bitte beachten Sie, dass wir 10% Rabattkupons auf einigen verbundenen Restaurants und Geschäften haben. Der Busstopp L5 liegt direkt am Eingang des Heiligtums, wenn Sie die Stadt oder die Bahnhofs erreichen müssen. Das Wifi war schnell und zuverlässig. Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel, mit Klimaanlage. Oh und ich liebe das Personal, sie waren sehr angenehm und hilfreich. Wir würden das nächste Mal wieder buchen, wenn wir Lourdes besuchen.

Stayed two nights. The hotel is very close to the train station (less than 5 min walk) and relatively quiet. The room is SUPER small - you can barely walk around the bed, there isn't even space to put your suitcase on the luggage rack. Comfortable bed and pillows. Room amenities include an electric kettle and packets of instant coffee. Very small bathroom. Minimal toiletries (liquid soap and soap.bar). Tiny shower, good water pressure. Average wifi. A number of annoyances (which could be easily fixed) make the stay less pleasant: - The hotel's own website and the reservation confirmation state that check-in time is noon. However, check-in time is actually 16:00 (later than average). When I mentioned the wrong check-in time to the staff, they didn't care. The website should list the correct check-in time, and it should be no later than 15:00, as it is in most places. - The room had only ONE electrical outlet (plus one in the bathroom), which is grossly inadequate. - On day 2 the key card didn't work (even though it had been nowhere near my cell phone), which required a trip to thhe front desk (see below). Key cards should be programmed for the duration of a guest's stay. - Very slow check-out: 5-6 minutes per guest! This is in part due to the city tax, which is charged separately at departure. Why isn't it charged at the same time as the room? - The front desk is almost always unattended, and the staff doesn't respond promptly even after one rings the bell multiple times. This just doesn't cut it, especially when the trip to the front desk is due to their failure to program the key card properly.

Wirklich erwartete hier zu bleiben, aber war sehr enttäuscht insgesamt Die pros Lage ist groß , im Herzen von Lourdes so einfach zu Fuß zum Heiligtum , Geschäfte , Restaurants und Bushalte. Die Größe der Wohnung war auch ok ( wir reservierten eine Familie Wohnung so sollte von 2 Schlafzimmern und separate Küche / Sitzbereich mit Balkon und eine klassische Wohnung, die 1 separate Schlafzimmer mit Küche / Essen ist . Was wir ursprünglich bekam war ein Studiozimmer ( Bett in demselben Zimmer wie die Küche mit separatem Badezimmer , Esstisch war berührend Ende des Betts und ein Fenster ) und eine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung, die eine bunke Bett im Küchenbereich hatte ( Zimmer 406) Mit einem Fenster direkt in ein anderes Zimmer. Ich bat um eine Änderung in diesem Zimmer und hatte Zimmer 402, so hatte es 2 Einzelbetten in einem Zimmer mit großem Fenster und ein Doppelbett im Küchenbereich mit einem Balkon, der 2 Fuß breit war, aber mit erstaunlichen Blicken so besser. Was wir nicht erwartet hatten, war die Einlage im Falle von Bruchungen von €100 (Ich nahm Zimmer Bilder von anderen Menschen Schäden und zeigte sofort Empfang) die Box von Selbstzubereitungsartikeln, Tassen, die Platten ect von der Rezeption und die allgemeinen uneinheitlichen und schmutzigen Zimmerbedingungen zu sammeln. Alle 3 Zimmer, die wir in hatten, hatten die gleichen Probleme. Zu Lourdes mit gefährdeten Menschen war ich nicht davon ausgegangen, dass das Zimmer ein mögliches Gesundheitsrisiko aufgrund fehlender Grundreinigung und musste fragen Für Grundstücke wie Toilettenrollen, saubere Schachteln und Blätter überraschte mich. Wir hatten ein frühes Fliegen zu Hause und Rezeption Personal tatsächlich gekommen, um unsere Zimmer zu überprüfen, bevor wir die Einlagen zurückgeben, die wir in bar gezahlt. Bilder nicht liegen Zuhause in der Tür war Zimmer 406, als wir angemeldet wurden. Der Rest ist Zimmer 402. Das Mädchen, das uns am Montag angemeldet hat, wir sahen sie nicht wieder, ein anderes Mädchen wurde zurückgelassen, um die Probleme zu behandeln.

The reception staff were very accommodating, although there was a problem with the lift. The girl offered us a choice of other room. She and her colleague were very helpful and helped us with our luggage as I was struggling with it. The guy at the reception went over and beyond to help us get around and advised us on places we could buy things. We ran out of bus fare and needed to get our currency changed. But he was very kind and offered us the change for our bus fares which we then returned after we got back to the hotel from our journey. Great staff . Very helpful. And this makes a lot of difference. Great location. I would definitely go back. Thanks to the lovely staff who made a difference!

Im Zentrum von weniger als einem Kilometer vom Sanctuary/Grotto entfernt. Eine Fahrt ist nur um die Ecke des Hotels, die direkt zur Hauptstraße führt. Es gab vier von uns und wir hatten zwei Zimmer -- ein Familienzimmer mit vier Betten und ein Einzelzimmer mit einem Doppelbett. Meine Großmutter war am nächsten Tag nicht gut. Da unser Zug nach Paris nicht bis spät am Nachmittag verließ, baten wir um eine Verlängerung der Zimmer und bezahlten für die zusätzliche Zeit. Die Anfrage wurde gut empfangen und sehr effizient von den Leuten auf dem Vordertisch behandelt -- ich denke es ist der Eigentümer und ihr Sohn. Die Zimmer waren sauber und die Badezimmer waren auch sehr spotless mit gutem heißem Wasser. Sie servierten ein volles und schmeckliches Frühstücksbuffet -- Getreide, Obst, Brot, kalte Schnittstücke und Eier plus Kaffee und Saft. Sehr guter Preis für Geld. Das Heiligtum/Grotto ist eine zehn Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Wenn Sie am Abendprozess teilnehmen, schließt der Aufzug um 11:30 Uhr, so versuchen Sie, einen Bergwandel zum Hotel zu retten.

Unfortunately my wife and I had a terrible experience at this hotel. Everything started to go wrong upon arrival where there was no more space available in the hotel parking lot and we were told to park the car in another hotel away from this one. Then the fourth. They put us in a room with no ventilation at all. And the hotel's air conditioning was off. They told us they were going to change our room but they didn't. We also bought breakfast from the hotel. But the staff are poorly trained. We were asked to show proof of payment repeatedly during our meal, plus there's a totally nonsensical rule for you to use the tables to have your breakfast. Every day we were asked to change tables to another one that wasn't ready. The justification is that the one we had sat on was to be used only for lunch. All in all, a bad experience.

Se inserite Lourdes come una delle tappe del vostro viaggio (e non fate parte del supergruppone della parrocchia) questo è l'hotel per voi. Innanzitutto ha la possibilità di qualche posto auto (almeno 3) e moto, che a Lourdes è un enorme valore aggiunto. L'hotel si trova in pieno centro,basta prendere un ascensore e si raggiungono con qualche minuto a piedi le principali attrazioni religiose,la grotta,la basilica, l'esplanade,i negozi di souvenir. Le camere sono spartane e in generale un po' vecchiotte, ma decisamente spaziose e dotate di tutto il necessario. La reception è friendly e aperta 24 h. Da non trascurare neanche il prezzo, decisamente economico.

Beautiful hotel in Lourdes near the sanctuary, shops and restaurants. Everything is within walking distance. Hotel is very clean and has wonderful comfy beds and serves good breakfast in the mornings and wonderful meals in the evening. To get to the hotel you can either take a shuttle bus which goes to the Sanctuary. Once you get dropped at the Sanctuary the hotel is a few minutes walk. The cost for this shuttle bus is about 3 euros. During Easter this shuttle bus is not regular. We had to take a shared taxi from the airport which cost us 12 euros per person, as we had missed the last bus at 7pm. The hotel is also very popular with pilgrims, so for those of you not coming in groups, book early. I will highly recommend this hotel to anyone. A special thank you to all their staff for giving us a pleasant stay. We hope to see you again soon.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The staff are lovely and hard working. The bedroom was comfortable with air conditioning. Very helpful when checking in and out with where to park car/ leaving bags etc. The hotel is close to the grotto and is very handy for returning to during the day if needed. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks to all the staff!

Das Hotel Stella ist ideal gelegen, weniger als zehn Minuten von den Sanctuary of Lourdes über den Aufzug für Hotelkunden in der Gegend. Wir haben zwei Nächte in Stella verblieben und wir waren froh über alles. Zunächst einmal vielen Dank an Cecile für seine freundliche Aufnahme und Professionalität, ebenso vielen Dank an die drei Damen, die das Frühstück und das Abendessen für die beiden Tage unseres angenehmen und dynamischen Aufenthalts veranstalteten, freundlichen und freundlichen Abendessen veranstalteten. Unsere Zimmer waren auf 5 Etagen, beide groß mit Betten zwei Platzen auf den Bauernhöfen wie es angemessen und etwas selten in den Hotels der Dach und Decken mit gebogenen Decken und nicht eine zu heiße oder zu kalte Couch (nicht ganz gut mit der Wanne) Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, perfekt geräuschlos mit einer guten Rechnungsbett und geräumigen und komfortablen Badezimmern. Das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig und wunderbar, die beiden Abendmahlungen der 1/2 Pension waren von sehr guter Qualität, vielen Dank an den Chef für seine Garbierung und diese verschiedenen Einträge, Gerichte und Desserts waren sehr geschätzt. Alles war wirklich perfekt, wir werden wieder in Stella, bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Lourdes bleiben, und wir empfehlen es sehr.
