Wir hatten einen sehr guten Aufenthalt im Break Sokos Hotel Levi. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und auf unser Anliegen wurde prompt eine Lösung gefunden. Das Zimmer war geräumig, mit Balkon und sauber. Das Hotel besteht aus mehreren Häusern, welche aber nahe beieinander liegen. Es gibt eine Tiefgarage und der Parkplatz kostet 15 Euro pro Nacht. Das Parkticket kann an der Reception gegen ein Ticket getauscht werden, mit welchem man raus- und wieder in die Tiefgarage reinfahren kann, ohne gleich zahlen zu müssen. Das Frühstück war umfangreich und gut.

Lage: Das Northern Light Village liegt ca. 30 min Autofahrt vom Flughafen in Kittilä und ca. 15 min Autofahrt von Levi entfernt. Unterkunft: Wir haben eine Aurora Cabin gebucht, welche ein großes Doppelbett, eine Ausziehcouch, eine Kommode, einen Kühlschrank und einen Safe enthielt. Alles war in einem gepflegten Zustand und nicht abgewohnt. Da wir mit zwei kleinen Kindern angereist sind, stand auch ein kostenloses Babybett zur Verfügung. Das Badezimmer hat eine offene Dusche, welche wir etwas nervig fanden, da das Badezimmer immer halb unter Wasser stand, wenn jemand diese genutzt hat. Dass man nur 15 min heißes Wasser pro Stunde hat, war kein Problem, da man sich darauf einstellen konnte. Ansonsten gab es Waschprodukte von Rituals und einen Haartrockner, sowie viele Handtücher. Wir hätten uns eine Tritterhöhung gewünscht, damit unsere Tochter auch eigenständig ans Waschbecken kommt. Essen: Das Frühstücks-, Mittags- und Abendbuffet war immer sehr vielfältig, qualitativ hochwertig und immer reichlich vorhanden. Morgens gab es verschiedene Säfte und Kaffeespezialitäten, mittags nur Säfte und abends nur Wasser, sodass zusätzliche Getränke bestellt werden müssen. Für die Kinder hätte das Essen etwas abwechslungsreicher sein können, allerdings haben unsere i.d.R. vom normalen Buffet gegessen. Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass Produkte vom Vortag, welche nicht verbraucht wurden, am nächsten Tag in anderen Speisen genutzt wurden (bspw. Lachs vom Vortag gab es dann am nächsten Tag auch im Salat). Dies schätzen wir sehr und hoffen, dass unser Eindruck uns nicht getäuscht hat, damit keine Lebensmittel unnötig verschwendet werden. Buffets neigen oft dazu. Aktivitäten: Wir haben das Family Package gebucht, sodass wir verschiedene Aktivitäten inbegriffen hatten. Schade ist, dass man die Aktivitäten Wochen vorher schon gebucht hatte, man am Tag selbst oder am Vortag jedoch teils erst gesagt bekommt, dass die Aktivität trotz Family Package für manche Kinder nicht geeignet ist, sodass man spontan eine Lösung finden musste. Dies hätte vorab geregelt werden können und gibt Abstriche in der B-Note. Die Husky-Tour mussten wir getrennt fahren, da sie für unsere jüngste Tochter nach Angaben des Veranstalters nicht geeignet war. Wir splitteten spontan die Tour auf, sodass meine Frau vormittags mit einer Tochter fuhr und ich auf die andere Tochter aufpasste und ich dann am Nachmittag ohne Kinder fuhr. Vielen Dank an Jan, der dies überhaupt erst möglich machte, da er spontan als Schlittenpartner einsprang!!! Die Tour war ein absolut tolles Erlebnis und ein Pflichtprogramm. Was wir wirklich gut fanden: die Veranstalter haben auf das Wohl der Tiere geachtet, dass diese nicht während der Tour verletzt oder unnötigem Stress ausgesetzt werden. Befolgt man die Regeln nicht, schließt man uneinsichtige Personen von der Tour aus. Die Rentierschlittentour ist sehr gemütlich und unsere Guides waren überaus freundlich und bemüht. Wir fanden es nur sehr anstrengend, dass manche Schlit

Reise war im März 2022 Das Levi Spa Hotel ist eines der wenigen Hotels mit einem eigenen Spa / Wasserwelt. Tolle Lage mitten im Zentrum. Ausflüge von Levi aus mit Lapland Safari möglich. Skipiste direkt neben dem Hotel. Lage & Umgebung Das Hotel liegt ca. 3 min zu Fuß vom Levi Zentrum entfernt. Mit dem Taxi ist man in 10-15 min vom Flughafen am Hotel (Preis allerdings teuer, 40 € einfache Fahrt). Es gibt auch die Möglichkeit mit dem Levi Bus zu fahren, dieser kostet ca. 9 € einfache Fahrt und fährt ca. 5 Hotels an. Das Levi Hotel besteht aus einem Haupthaus sowie mehreren kleinen Häusern. Über das Haupthaus mit Rezeption kommt man in das Buffetrestaurant „Ahku“ sowie zur Pizzeria „Classic Pizza Restaurant“. Durch die vielen kleineren Gebäude hat das Hotel einen tollen Dorfcharm. Direkt hinter dem Hotel befindet sich ein Skihang mit Schlepp und Sessellift. Wir waren im Gebäude „Ounas“, welches eine direkte Verbindung in die Wasserwelt hat. Auch direkt hinter unserem Haus (Richtung Schneehang) war eine Treppe, welche über ca. 800 Stufen direkt am Levi Panorama Hotel (erste Station des Lifts) heraus kam. Hier hat man eine tolle Aussicht über das ganze Gebiet und Levi. Wenn man den Hauptausgang hinaus läuft, Richtung Levi Zentrum, linker Hand gibt es eine Unterführung (Richtung K5 Hotel, hinter dem Gebäude gibt es ein paar Rentiere), welche zum Lake Iimmeljärvi führt. Dieser bietet eine herrliche Winterlandschaft, auf dem Schneemobile, Langläufer und Spaziergänger zu finden sind. Er ist ebenfalls Treffpunkt für das nächtliche Beobachten von Polarlichtern. Hier hat man einen tollen Blick. Die Ausflüge haben wir vorab über den Veranstalter Lapland Safaris gebucht. Der Treffpunkt für alle Touren war über die Leviratti Hauptstraße zu Fuß in ca. 15 min zu erreichen. Zimmer Wir hatten aufgrund des runden Geburtstages meines Mannes (Geschenk war die Lapland Reise) ein Upgrade auf eine Juniorsuite bekommen. Hierfür nochmal ein herzliches Dankeschön an das Hotel. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es gab ein separates WC mit einem kleinen Waschbecken sowie ein Badezimmer mit begehbarer Dusche, Waschbecken, Haartrockner und einer eigenen elektrischen Sauna. Im Flur befindet sich ebenfalls ein beheizbarer Schrank, um nasse Kleidung zu trocknen, welchen wir aber nicht genutzt haben. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und einem kleinen Schreibtisch sowie einen Schwebetürenschrank mit Safe. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einer Schiebetür vom Wohnbereich getrennt. Dort befindet sich ein ausziehbares Sofa (Schlafmöglichkeit für weitere 2 Personen), ein Sessel mit Beistelltisch, ein kleiner Schreibtisch, eine Schrankwand mit kleinem Waschbecken, Gläsern, Kaffee und Teemaschine sowie ein Kühlschrank. In beiden Zimmern befindet sich ein großer Flaschbildschirmfernseher (allerdings kein deutsches Programm, Amazon Fire TV Stick zu empfehlen). Das Zimmer hat auch einen großen langen Balkon mit 2 Stühlen und Tisch, wir hatten Blick zum Innenhof

Would like to give a higher rating as we had a wonderful 3 night trip to Levi but accommodation was disappointing. When booking through Tui it was not clear that we were not staying in the hotel. Was a 10 minute walk away from the main hotel, across a road, which was inconvenient as one adult with a young child in snowy conditions. When I asked if anything could be done was told a straight no by the receptionist. No Wi-Fi or internal phone to call the hotel in our apartment. Was very basic and more suited to self catering. Sauna did not work, and on our second day had no hot water for a shower. Shower leaked and soaked the bathroom floor. Was opposite a garage/supermarket so felt quite lonely and not part of the hotel complex. Was unsure the door locked properly when inside so had to put a chair and table against it to feel more secure. Friends were staying in the main hotel and had a much nicer and convenient room. Had to try to explain to my child why we did not have decorations and Christmas lights in our accommodation like them. Positive things are great location for the town and ski/sledging slope, good breakfast buffet, friendly staff. Would love to visit Levi again but unlikely to return to this hotel or book with Tui.
