Holiday Inn Express Birmingham - Redditch Bewertungen

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Birmingham - Redditch and was very pleased with my experience. The room was spotless and well-maintained. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a good variety of options. And the free parking was a real bonus, especially considering the location. Overall, great value for money!

Staff at reception where ok until she realised we booked threw Trip then her attitude stank, towles had stains on down stairs toilets filthy

Arrived late at night. Painless check in. Pleased to see that the bar was open until 2am. Room itself was clean but the decor in the hallways and the carpets are tired and stained. Hot breakfast was luke warm at best despite seeing a member of staff testing the food temperatures. The hot food trays might have been well over 62 degrees but the sausages and bacon in them weren't very hot. I do appreciate that it's difficult to keep dry hotplate food hot. Perhaps it's time to step out of the 70's and actually cook the breakfasts to order? Still a step up from the standard Premier Inn / Travelodge rooms.

Clean room. Quick response of the room surface. Not so many people during breakfast time, nice trip.
