Our second holiday home has been ready since December 2019! Elegantly and modernly furnished with a gallery, 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms and a spacious living / dining area with kitchen. Plenty of space to be together and still be able to retreat if you wish. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV in every room, washing machine and dryer. Comfortable underfloor heating creates warmth throughout the house. When the weather is nice, the large garden with a playground for the children, terrace and grill lures you outdoors. There is also a Swedish hot tub for cozy hours on the terrace. In the house there is a sauna room with a large experience shower and a lot of technical sophistication. Our approx. 80 m² apartment is on the first floor of a two-family house. The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac, from here a bicycle / hiking trail goes directly through the fields to Soltau, Neuenkirchen or Dorfmark. This is an ideal starting point for bike tours or long walks.The apartment was completely renovated in winter 19/20 and is now technically and optically in the most modern condition.You enter the apartment through the staircase, you first reach the hallway, from here all other rooms go out. There is a spacious cloakroom in the hallway.The approximately 28m ² living / dining room with a 3 person couch and two large armchairs and a flat screen TV offers all the necessities for a cozy evening. The large dining table can seat up to 6 people.The kitchen is a dream for every cook. In a modern design, fully equipped u. a. with oven, ceramic hob, large freezer with freezer, coffee machine, kettle etc. And also plenty of space for your self-sufficiency supplies. It also has a counter with 2 bar stools, from where you can either enjoy the view of the countryside or watch the cook at work.The bathroom is small but nice, also new, modern and cozy at the same time. There is an XL shower, toilet and sinkThere is also a bedroom and a children's room. The children's room with approx. 10m² convinces with friendly bright colors. An individual "pirate bunk bed" and a single bed offer space for 3 children or adults. With boat planks on the floor and portholes on the bed, it already gets you ready for visits to the surrounding amusement parks.The master bedroom (~ 14m²) has a double bed measuring 1.80 x 2.00 meters with comfortable orthopedically recommended mattresses. The second flat screen TV of the apartment is also located here.In order to get into the garden you have to leave the house through the front door, directly next to it there are approx. There is a small seating and barbecue area, as well as a sandpit for the children and some children's toys. It's a nice little bed and breakfast. It's old, and it shows in certain amnesties like no socket in the bathroom. Which means you've to blow dry your hair in the sleeping room. The beds are old, too. 😅 However, the rooms are spacious and clean! Unfortunately, the internet didn't work for me, at all. You are only a 3 minute walk away from a supermarket, and there are several restaurants around. The bakery across the street is amazing and delicious. And the breakfast at the b&b is typical for Germans. I really loved the hot boiled eggs. They were fresh and still hot. The breakfast is plenty! You can't do anything wrong for the price!

Welcome to nature! With us you live in a lovingly furnished wooden house on a huge natural site with an area of 23,000 m². There is next to the forest house with park-like paths, a large meadow and an idyllic river. The house is lovingly furnished with personal items and partly restored furniture. In the living room there is a comfortable couch, a record player with a few 'old discs' and a brick fireplace for romantic hours. The modern satellite TV system is housed in an old cupboard next to the fireplace. There are many helpers, large and small, in the kitchen. In addition to a dishwasher, an oven with ceramic hob, a kettle, fridge and egg cooker, there is also a fully automatic coffee machine. The extensive range of pots, pans, dishes and cutlery goes without saying.There is a double bed in each of the two bedrooms. You get bed linen from us.The holiday home's full bath has a shower, bath and toilet.All windows of the house are equipped with electric shutters, which can be conveniently operated by remote control.In the surrounding area there are excellent opportunities for bike hikes, inline skating on hardly used asphalted roads, riding stables, farm shops and a lot of rest.
