Come and relax in this unique and tranquil getaway. Enjoy a coffee in the front or back porch and delight in the beautiful outdoors scenes. You’ll love relaxing in the hammocks, swing or the jacuzzi or simply enjoy the surroundings where you'll see baby deer and cows in the neighbors land. Inside, you’ll find plenty of space to spread out and still enjoy personal spaces and create memorable times. This getaway is just 1 minute away from Ginnie Springs. Once here you will not want to leave.The spaceThis is a place were family can connect and have quality time together. The home is entirely fenced in for your protection and convenience. The master bedroom has a big bed with a comfy mattress! Aside from master bedroom there are three guest bedrooms and one guest bathroom which is shared for all 3 guest rooms. The house is equipped with night tables, WiFi, room purifiers for guest convenience, dressers, celling fans, washer and dryer, pots, pans, kitchen utensils, games etc. Kitchen is fully equipped with all sort of spices. Just bring your food in. There is a kiurig and free coffee pods, sugar and creamer available for our guests. There are two living rooms and each living room has a fireplace one is wood burning and the other one is electric. In the back porch you'll find a jacuzzi for 3 people. Guests can enjoy a large patio with 5 acres where you'll be delighted in a peaceful environment and have fun at the same time. Among all rooms we have 4 queen beds, 4 single beds and 4 air mattresses to fit 20 guests easily. The bunk room has a multi game table that includes pool and hockey among other games. We have a sleeping couch in one of the living rooms.Guest accessYou’ll be able to access the whole house and 4 acres of land. To the right there are two RV hooks available for rent. In total we have four bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living room spaces, kitchen, dining room, laundry, office, front porch and back porch and two covered garages.Other things to note*** Pet Fees ***Up to one pet allowed per reservation for a $ 75 extra charge. We’re also located about 40 minutes from the University of Florida, so come for a game, but stay out of the hustle and bustle of Gainesville. We are located approximately 10 minutes off Interstate 75 and less than 10 minutes from the All-Tech Racetrack so if you are just passing through we are a good 2 night option for weary travelers or a race fan who wants a little distance from the hustle and bustle of the crowd. Examples are medical events that prevent or shorten your stay, vehicle problems or accidents, and natural disasters (i.e. tropical storms and hurricanes) that require mandatory or suggested evacuation. Florida in the summer is always subject to strong storms which often cause lengthy power outages that can affect the property and could electively cause guests to shorten their stay. This spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath and a outdoor heated shower, has a large open floor plan a gourmet kitchen, huge fireplace, teak wood floors throughout the house and an outdoor fire pit and plenty of seating and decks for family to make memories. The Garage is also heated and Air conditioned. 16 stairs will take you to a flat walk to the rivers edge. Our home is located less then 100 yards from the boat ramp and plenty of parking and a pavilion for very large gatherings.
