Atour Hotel Bewertungen

It is conveniently located not far from metro stations. Nearby there are malls and lots of restaurants and food shops. A grocery stall is located just right outside. The room layout and configuration is standard for an Atour. The laundry room is located on the ground floor, and the reception even helped to put my clothing in the dryer after it finished the washing process. The breakfast was okay for the price paid, a Chinese-oriented cuisine but with limited choices.. The only downside was the reception floor was a bit dirty after it rained outside, and people stepped in with wet shoes. Otherwise, it is a recommended hotel to stay.

It’s great! The location is very convenient and they have good drip coffee and good tea in the room. The personnel are very friendly and caring. Would definitely recommend it

Were unfortunately forced to go up a floor to be able to take the elevator down during our stay due to service maintenance. I know these things happen, but the stairwells were characteristically unpleasant, especially in the current heat. The corridors were also quite hot, as they are not air conditioned. Room could have been less humid, also. Hot water in bathroom a bit lacking, but otherwise, facilities were all fine. Would have preferred to have a fridge, also.

The hotel room smells like cigarettes, there was a tiny window. The area under the sink had some metal on the floor that I tripped on.

The hotel is near by the lake. The room is clean and nice. The staff are friendly.

小聲服務很熱情。非常有耐心的講解推薦了周邊景點。來南京玩的很開心。房間住的舒適，交通便利，就在獅子橋旁，出門走路10分鐘就是地鐵，旁邊就是公交車，周邊還有很多好吃的，離玄武湖很近。強烈推薦湖南路亞朵。

看了好幾家酒店最後選了這家，前台伊娃服務很周到，入住時恰到好處的一杯茶，本人要求安排安靜一點的房間也滿足了？酒店位置交通便利，出門幾分鐘就到地鐵站了。房間裏馬桶水箱上的消毒濕巾和衣櫃裏的洗衣袋都是我所需要的。住了性價比不錯

早餐好吃，品種豐富，餐廳阿姨很熱心，深夜粥到很好吃，晚安牛奶也挺不錯，入住時還會貼心的到杯水，房間很大，乾淨無異味，阿姨打掃的也很仔細，整體感覺非常不錯，入住的也很滿意，前台服務很好，酒店還有停車場很方便，退房時還會送礦泉水。出門很方便，就是地鐵公交，地理位置很優越，比較推薦

酒店前台服務熱心周到，提出的問題都能用心解決。酒店的床品很舒服睡眠質量都提高了好多。酒店還有洗衣房。衣服洗好，工作人員看到還會幫忙烘乾，很棒。

房間很喜歡，環境可以，出行便捷，設施設備齊全，一樓有洗衣房洗衣烘乾一應俱全很方便，伊娃服務非常貼心和熱情，另外亞朵的早餐非常豐盛，喜歡亞朵

前台家芯服務熱情，房間乾淨整齊，網絡信號也好，電視可投頻，空調製冷效果好，停車也比較方便，前台會提前告知停哪裡。電梯有門禁，很安全。

很不錯，老闆人很好，幫忙挪車，隨時響應，很愉快的一次住宿體驗!臨走時前台伊娃還送了小禮物，服務到衞生都很好!非常好!
