Wir sind gerade von 10 Nächten im Azuline Club Cala Martina zurückgekehrt. Wir haben unser Zimmer auf ein Premium-Zimmer hochgestuft und uns für All Inclusive entschieden. Das erste, was ich über dieses Hotel sagen würde, ist, lassen Sie sich nicht von den Bildern der Hotel-Website oder den Broschüren der Reiseunternehmen täuschen. Sie sind äußerst schmeichelhaft und spiegeln den Ort nicht wirklich wider. Unser Zimmer fühlte sich eher wie eine dunkle Höhle als wie ein Hotelzimmer an. Das Zimmer war sehr dunkel mit sehr wenig natürlichem Licht und das Zimmer war schmutzig. Ich musste mich mehrmals an der Rezeption über die Sauberkeit und mangelnde Zimmerreinigung beschweren, habe aber am Ende aufgegeben. Wir haben zerquetschte Mücken an der Badezimmerwand und eine schimmelige Dusche. Wir haben unser Zimmer aufgewertet, so dass wir den Außenbereich hatten, während unser Baby schlief. Der Außenbereich war auch ekelhaft und dreckig. Die überhängenden Bäume bedeuteten, dass unser Außenbereich mit Vogelkot bedeckt war. Die Sonnenliegen waren nicht nutzbar, da jeden Morgen frischer Kot darauf lag. Die meisten Außenbereiche werden dieses Problem haben, da es viele Bäume rund um das Hotelgelände gibt. Azuline, erwägen Sie bitte, die Terrassen mit Vordächern zu versehen, damit sie tatsächlich nutzbar sind!!!! Das Essen im Hotel ist miserabel, es war so schlecht, dass wir außer Frühstück kaum dort gegessen haben. Am Ende mussten wir sogar 2 Imbissbuden an die Hotelrezeption liefern lassen. Wenn Sie mit Müsli und Toast zum Frühstück zufrieden sind, können Sie gerade etwas Essbares zusammenstellen. Das Hotel macht einige wirklich frustrierende Dinge. Zum Beispiel sind die Säfte beim Frühstück ekelhaft, aber wenn Sie zur Poolbar gehen, bekommen Sie tatsächlich ein schönes Glas oder Orangensaft aus einem winzigen Zimmermädchenkarton. Dies ist offensichtlich eine Kostensenkungsmaßnahme des Hotels. Ich muss Maria besonders erwähnen, die im Hotelrestaurant als die schlechteste Mitarbeiterin gearbeitet hat, die ich je in meinem Leben in einem Hotel getroffen habe. Nachdem sie uns beim Scannen unserer Karten zum Restaurant zugesehen hatte, fuhr sie fort, den Arm meiner Frau zu packen und sie zurückzuziehen, während sie unsere kleine Tochter hielt! ! Nicht nur eine ekelhafte Sache während der COVID-Pandemie, sondern auch sehr gefährlich, während wir unser Baby halten. Wir hatten Glück mit dem Pool, dass es aufgrund von COVID sehr ruhig war. Wir hatten keine Probleme eine Sonnenliege zu bekommen. Nach den zahlreichen Kritiken, die ich gelesen habe, würde ich während einer geschäftigen Zeit nicht in diesem Hotel übernachten wollen. Pool und Poolbereich ist eigentlich ok und ist wie auf der Hotelhomepage beschrieben. Die Damen an der Rezeption waren sehr hilfsbereit und ein besonderes Dankeschön an Alexandre, der uns mit Restaurantreservierungen (ironischerweise, als wir im Azuline All-Inclusive gebucht hatten!) und einigen Ideen für Unternehmungen geholfen hat. Insgesamt würde ich einen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel nicht empfehlen und ich würde auf keinen Fall wiederkommen. Ich habe viele TripAdvisor-Bewertungen gelesen, als ich dort war, und bei weitem die genauesten Bewertungen sind die 1- und 2-Kreis-Bewertungen. Ein Hotel, das man meiden sollte.

Großes Hotel zum Preis. Wir als Basis verwendeten, so verbrachte nicht viel Zeit auf dem Balkon oder am Pool. Wir hatten ein Zimmer am Rücken, aber die erstaunlichen Sonnenuntergang über die Hügel machten für jeden bin Lärm am Morgen. Alle Mitarbeiter, mit denen wir in Kontakt kamen, waren sehr erfreut, vor allem der Empfangs- und Barkeeper, als wir am Montag Abend spät überprüften. Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel, nur was ich klagen konnte ist, dass man irgendwo langen Kleider hängen, aber ich habe sie in das Badezimmer gehängt und das half, die Kräfte herauszuholen, also nicht ein massives Problem. Glaubend mit vielen Qualitäts-Cafés und Bars in der Nähe und nur 5 oder 10 Minuten zum Strand für unser Morgenschwimmen. Kann nicht auf das Essen kommen, da wir nur Zimmer im Budget reserviert haben, aber der Kaffee war gut! Ich würde glücklich hier nochmal bleiben. :)

Vor 5 Jahren in Anfora verblieben & liebte es. Essen war erstaunlich! Rückreise im Oktober 2023 & Hotel war unspottlos sauber, Personal angenehmen, Frühstück war gut, aber Abendessen war DREADFUL!! Es tut mir leid, das letzte Mal, als wir es besuchten, zu sagen, konnte ich es nicht loben genug. Chef war gewöhnt, herauszukommen & chat - erklären, was im Menü war. , er war wunderschön & Essen war großartig. Dieses Jahr hatten wir ein paar Abendessen aus dem Menü und sie waren unstbar, Bier war wie alte Boots, Hühnerfilet war Wafer dünn & hart & trocken, konnten nicht durch sie knife. Das Buffet Essen versuchte, Tapas ich denke, aber miserabel gescheitert. Es war warm gehalten, was ich für ein Gesundheitsrisiko fühlte, da Bakterien in diesen Bedingungen flossen würden. Eine Nacht hatten sie Paella auf dem Buffet, meine Güte es tastete Fehlgeschmack. Rice kocht in einem Sehr starken Fischbestand mit einigen Königskrauten auf dem Oberteil, es war hässlich!! Uneingeeßlich!! Nichts wie Paella. Ich war so sehr enttäuscht. Ich würde nie wieder halbe Bord bleiben. Ich bemerkte, als die Woche ging auf weniger & weniger Leute essen im Restaurant am Abend, aber das Frühstück war immer bemüht, vielleicht Leute aufgegeben und essen außerhalb des Hotels. Es gab eine Salatbar, die die meisten Nächte hatte ich Lettucci Tomaten etc, aber es war ziemlich langweilig. Ich muss die Lobbys der Damen singen, die die Zimmer und öffentliche Räume gereinigt haben. Sie haben eine ausgezeichnete Arbeit geleistet. Das Hotel war spotless!! Ich hoffe, nächstes Jahr verbessern Sie Ihre Abendmenü oder Sie werden Geschäft los. Ich lobte dieses Hotel am letzten Besuch, aber leider Abendessen hat es wirklich abgelassen.

This was our first stay at the ME after selecting it as our wedding venue for 2024 ! We were sold as soon as we pulled up and saw the view straight through the hotel to the pool & beyond, what an entrance. The staff couldn't've be more attentive, but not in an overbearing way, simply there when you need them & nothing is too much trouble. We were apprehensive about a late October stay as the weather want looking great, but we were lucky enough to have some blue skies & enjoyed the Bali beds by the pool, highly recommend for a chilled day by the pool. The rooms are modern & well stocked with amenities and most importantly, spotlessly clean much like every other corner of this hotel. The rooftop is lovely if you like to escape the vibes of the main pool and have a little peace and quiet ( adults only) We had the most amazing stay and cant thank Julia & the team enough Bring on 2024 ....

Wir waren zum ersten mal als Familie (2 Erwachsene mit 2 Kindern [8 und 5 Jahre]) für 2 Wochen mit All Inclusive in Ibiza und hatten sehr viel Glück mit der Hotelwahl! Die Rezeption, der Service und das Animationsteam hatten immer gute Laune und immer ein offenes Ohr. Die Preis-Leistung hat vollkommen gestimmt und die Abendshows haben allen gut gefallen. Die Familienzimmer waren groß und sauber, das Essen fanden wir und die Kinder sehr gut (jeden Tag in der Woche wechselnde Speisen und zudem 3 Themenabende), der Service an den Bars und im Restaurant war nett & höflich und das Animationsteam liebte ihren Job. Viel Dank an das nette und sehr engagierte Animationsteam - unsere Kids haben EUCH acht geliebt! Danke Alicia, Sophie, Jeske, Kim, Britt, Ulli, Jesus und Pier = weiter so!!! Die Lage war praktisch und gut, auch nicht weit von einem Krankenhaus entfernt. Das Einzelzimmer war etwas klein, aber ich habe beim nächsten Mal ein Doppelzimmer gebucht: Es ist besser ohne großen Preisunterschied. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung mit einer Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken. Der Poolbereich war schön und entspannend. Das Personal war hilfsbereit (ich habe auch spät in der Nacht einige Dokumente drucken lassen: wurde schnell und freundlich erledigt). Das Hotel war sauber, was mir sehr wichtig ist. Es gibt keine günstigeren Hotels in Santa Eularia.

Das Spa ist ernsthaft fehlt, da dies ein “Luxus” Resort ist. Das Angebotsmenü ist begrenzt. Wenn Sie eine Massage buchen, gehen Sie zum Grundstück zu checken, bitten Sie, die Treppen auf den ersten Stock zu gehen, um in einem renovierten Hotelzimmer zu massieren. Es gibt funktionierende Hotelzimmer neben der Tür, so dass anstatt der Ruhe Sie das Chaos des Hotellebens hören. Meine Gruppe reservierte 2 separate Massage und wurden in ein Paarzimmer gestellt, ohne zu fragen, ob das annehmbar ist. Wir reservierten eine Tauchpool-Suite und wurden in einem viel kleineren Raum ohne Pool gelegt und sagten, es war eine Upgrade. Es gab keine Rückzahlung, Resort Kredit oder Entschuldigung. Wir wurden am nächsten Tag in das richtige Zimmer verlegt. Wir beantragten feinen freien Zimmer, aber hatten in beiden Pissen ab. Zimmerservice Menü ist schwer fehlt und Lieferzeiten sind langsam. Ich mag es, dass Sie Zimmerservice auf Ihrem Handy bestellen können. TheTV’s do not connect to any streamers (Netflix, Hulu etc) so the only viewing options are Spanish television. Excessive security deposit (200 Euro per night)

Das Hotel liegt an einer sehr belebten Straße sehr zentral in Santa Eulalia. Direkt gegenüber sind 2 Supermärkte und ein Bäcker. Zum Yachthafen sind es ca. 2 Minuten zu Fuß, zum Strand ca. 5 Minuten. Von der Lage also kaum zu toppen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und immer sehr freundlich mit allen Informationen versorgt. Die Nutzung des Safes war sogar kostenlos. Unser Appartement war angenehm groß und gut ausgestattet. Es bot sehr viel Stauraum. Restaurants und Bars sind sehr schnell zu erreichen. Leider war bei uns nach der täglichen Reinigung die Balkontür immer unverschlossen oder stand sogar offen. Man hätte vom Nachbarbalkon rüber klettern können. Die Handtücher wurden in der Woche nicht gewechselt, vielleicht hätten wir sie auch auf den Boden legen müssen. Poolhandtücher werden kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Auf der Dachterrasse mit schönem Pool gibt es leider wenige Schattenplätze und die waren dann immer schnell vergriffen. Ein paar Liegen und Sonnenschirme mehr und das Problem wäre gelöst. Der Platz dazu wäre da. Es gab kostenloses WLAN, das gut funktionierte. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wieder kommen.

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Riomar in Santa Eulària war einfach traumhaft. Gemeinsam mit meiner Freundin verbrachte ich fünf wundervolle Nächte in diesem fantastischen Hotel, das wir vor allem wegen seines eigenen Strandes ausgewählt hatten. Es war die perfekte Kombination aus Entspannung und Nähe zu Ibiza-Stadt und dem lebhaften Geschehen der Insel. Schon bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir herzlich vom äußerst freundlichen und aufmerksamen Personal empfangen. Jeder Mitarbeiter, dem wir begegneten, war unglaublich zuvorkommend und bemüht, unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Dieser herausragende Service zog sich durch unseren gesamten Aufenthalt und trug maßgeblich dazu bei, dass wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt haben. Der private Strand und der Poolbereich des Hotels sind absolut beeindruckend. Besonders erwähnenswert sind die luxuriösen Liegen, sowohl am Strand als auch am Pool. Sie sind breit und mit extra dicken Matratzen ausgestattet, die für ultimativen Komfort sorgen und perfekte Entspannung garantieren. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal – wir konnten die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit des Strandes genießen und waren dennoch nur eine kurze Fahrt von Ibiza-Stadt entfernt, was uns erlaubte, die lebendige Atmosphäre der Stadt jederzeit zu erleben. Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Riomar einfach perfekt. Wir können dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen und freuen uns schon jetzt auf unseren nächsten Besuch. I was looking forward to staying here and it’s very nice but expensive for what it is. I did book a deluxe room overlooking the pool and ocean and that was lovely as I didn’t feel the need to be out on the deck since I had a great view from the room! I love being outside but not necessarily in the sun. Theres two parts to the hotel which I didn’t know before. I stayed in the nicer part thankfully. The other side seemed to cater to tour groups and the pool was super crowded. The nicer side wasn’t as busy and there is a roof deck with infinity pool. A stay includes breakfast buffet which had lots of fresh options! I had stomach issues and missed one day of breakfast which was unfortunate. The location is good, right at the end of the town marina and very easy to walk into town where there are lots of restaurants and shops. I loved the walk on the marina, you can walk a mile out on the boardwalk and into the next town over if you want. Seemed like a lot of British and local people here. Definitely more quiet than Ibiza town and family oriented. I traveled solo and found it nice and pretty quiet for a couple of days. The beach nearby is nice but lots of seaweed on shore. Not sure if that’s normal or seasonal. Overall it was a nice stay and different from Ibiza town. Not sure I’d stay again though due to the hotel being small and pricey and not many amenities compared to other places I stayed on my trip. However staff was super accommodating and friendly and I really appreciated all the lovely people who work here and helped me with anything I needed!

Well done Melia. Having stayed in numerous melia hotels, we were hopeful of a good stay. We had an absolutely fantastic 12 nights in this marvelous hotel and would not hesitate to go back. The staff service was excellent and the quality of the food and drink was very, very good. Plenty of sunbeds, umbrellas and room to spread out. We stayed in The Level which is well worth the money and gets you extra treats during your stay ie snacks and wine/beer throughout the day. The freshly cooked breakfast is excellent with views of the sea. The room was very good and had all the little touches you would expect from a Melia hotel. it is situated within a 10 minute walk from the harbour and close to a taxi rank. A special mention to Paula who always greeted us with a smile and was on hand to sort any minor issues that may occur. All the staff are amazing. Hopefully see you again soon.

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel, Lage in kleiner privater Stätte und sehr ruhiger Gegend. Keine Kinder und alle luxuriösen Zimmer ohne weiteres Details. Nespresso-Kaffee mit 4 Kapseln pro Nacht, eine große Flasche Wasser und eine Vielzahl von Infusionen. Sie können die Art von Kissen und Frühstück mit einer Vielzahl von Produkten und Qualität wählen. Sehr freundliches Personal, absolut empfehlenswert

Ich liebe das Hotel La Cala absolut. Die Bar, das Essen, die öffentlichen Bereiche und der Pool sind alle fantastisch. Definitiv ein Hotel für über 55-Jährige und würde nicht für Familien mit Kindern geeignet sein. Unterhaltung an den meisten Abenden von gutem Standard. Ein kurzer Spaziergang zu den lebhaften, hellen Lichtern am Jachthafen und am öffentlichen Strand. Fabelhafte Restaurants und Bars – man fühlte sich als Alleinreisender sicher unterwegs. Das Personal im La Cala, von der Zimmerdame bis zum Personal in der Bar, im Restaurant und an der Rezeption, alle sind fantastisch und arbeiten unermüdlich daran, alle Ihre Wünsche zu erfüllen. Alles gut gemacht. Eine kleine Beschwerde: Mein Zimmer lag direkt gegenüber einer Baustelle mit Blick auf die Briese-Blockmauer, wo die Arbeiten anscheinend um 16 Uhr begannen. Ich liebe einen Sundowner auf meinem Balkon, aber der schreckliche Lärm machte es unmöglich, die Ruhe zu genießen und dabei den Sonnenuntergang zu beobachten, hoffe ich bis 2024 Die Arbeiten sind abgeschlossen (nicht La Calas Schuld) Zimmerwechsel? Nach dem Auspacken keine Chance 😊

Stayed here for 5 nights recently in a 2 bedroom apartment. Staff were all friendly and helpful, especially Magda and Juan. Pool clean, mini golf and table tennis free. Apartment clean and well appointed. Didn't ask for apartment to be cleaned but needed to request extra towels and toilet roll, did this by mentioning to Magda in the morning. Pool bar area clean, drinks well priced. Didn't try food. We will definitely return, excellent location quiet but a 15 min walk takes you to bars restaurants and cafes of Santa Eulalia. Great Mercadona supermarket 5 min walk away for all self catering supplies.
