Einfaches Hotel Sich wiederholende Essensauswahl Sehr schlechte Getränke, niedriger Alkoholgehalt. Dh Rum hatte 27,5 %. Selbst einfacher Rum sollte 37,5 % betragen. Durchschnittliche Unterhaltung, aber sie machen das Beste aus dem, was sie haben. Sehr wohl ein Hotel für Briten im Ausland. Tolle Lage im Herzen von Es Canar Insgesamt durchschnittlich und für einige geeignet. Ich persönlich würde nicht wiederkommen, da es einfach keine Sache und nicht die Schuld des Hotels ist.

Sehr gut für die Familie, es gibt 3 Schwimmbecken und auch einen Bereich für Kinder zum Spielen. Alles inklusive war perfekt. Lediglich das WLAN muss vor der Nutzung bezahlt werden.

This was our first holiday to Ibiza and I can honestly say it was up there with one of our best. Es Cana is iddilic the area surrounding the hotel is beautiful. On arrival to the hotel we were greeted by a lovely friendly lady on reception who was so helpful. Our room was on the 4th floor overlooking the pool. The view was amazing. Watching the sunrise over the sea in the morning and the sunset behind the trees of an evening. Our room was basic - standard room but was spotless with lots of storage and space. We even had a bath which I love! The cleaner was lovely and couldn’t do enough for us and came every day for our 7 day stay. The food was good and I’m a fussy eater. Breakfast was the usual continental and English with all the extras. Evening dinner had lots of choice and the food was lovely. We didn’t have lunch or bar snacks as breakfast was enough for us. The bar staff were polite, helpful and really friendly, always had smiles and again worked extremely hard. The drinks were strong enough with plenty of choice. I think the 2 cup idea is good because it stops the litter by the pool area etc and around the entertainment area of a night. The entertainment staff were funny and entertaining! They were great not too pushy and kept everyone throughly entertained. Their games, shows, and banter they had together was hilarious. They worked so hard to make sure everyone had a good time. They were amazing with people of all ages. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be booking to rebook and stay again. Our first experience of Ibiza was 10/10 and the hotel and its staff made it so enjoyable. I emailed the hotel prior to arrival to say it was my husband 60th birthday and when we arrive there was a complimentary bottle of fizz chilling in the room for us, nice touch and was much appreciated. Don’t hesitate booking the a holiday here, you won’t regret it.

I travelled with my husband and our two daughters. On arrival I found the hotel lobby very clean and the reception staff were very helpful. We had an interconnecting room with a pool view and we could also see the sea which was fab. The housekeepers were excellent and our towels were changed daily along with the rooms being made up. Our room was located on the 6th floor and I was told that floors 5 and 6 were refurbished not long ago. The animation team were fantastic! Shout out to Dori, Adin and Gaby! You were all lovely! My family and I really enjoyed the crazy games, La Bumba dance and have made some lovely memories. The evening entertainment was very funny. One night there was a Family Fortunes type game which was hilarious. Also the animation team put on a brilliant show featuring songs from films with great dance routines. It was clear how much hard work you put to make it a success! There were plenty of sunbeds available around the pools, and there was a lovely shaded area for those who need a bit of a break from the sun or who want a bit of quiet time. The restaurant wasn’t great, it was a bit canteen like for me. My husband enjoyed the breakfast but near the end of the holiday he started to struggle with the food. There is plenty but there were occasions the food wasn’t hot, tasted bland and it was quite repetitive. I’ve stayed in other hotels where the food options were the food was so much better. We were here for 9 days and it was relaxing and the break was definitely needed! Es Cana is a beautiful resort and I would like to visit again. I think I could stay here again but not sure about doing all inclusive.

We were a bit shocked by what we saw in this hotel.I don't know how people could put bad reviews. Were can I start from the time we arrived at the hotel the people were great in getting us booked in. The idea of you paying 1 euro for 2 plastic glasses was a great idea. They give you clean glasses everything you got a new drink. The rooms were spotless and had a fridge.The food was excellent with a wide choice at all the meals.they even had alcohol free beer. No problem finding a sunbed.would highly recommended this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay here for a week in early October. It would appear to be at the cheaper end of hotels when you take into context the price of others in the same location. It was All Inclusive but the drinks seemed very strange, I saw them open new bottles and pour it into my cup but drinking all day and yet never even got tipsy. But the bar staff were great, the atmosphere was good during the day and the food was a little limited but nevertheless very nice. Breakfast was a good range. The entertainment team are very hard working but the hotel needs to upgrade the budget that they give them to work with. The evening entertainment was weak. Many people didnt stay at the hotel in the evenings and they went out for entertainment elsewhere which is additional cost when you've paid for All Inclusive. (If you want to go out there's two places that jump to mind, if he's there try and catch Johnny Dee at Popeye's Bar doing his Neil Diamond act - stunning, or for me my favourite place is the Red Lion Late Lounge, good drinks, great price, buzzing atmosphere and sing away to karaoke into the small hours in the soundproofed bar). For those that stayed in the evening at the hotel the entertanment finished at around 10:30pm and that was it. Not even any music being played afterwards, no atmosphere and yet the All Inc didn't finish till midnight. I'd adjust that so that instead of 11am to midnight that it's from 10am to 11pm on the All Inc if the hotel is unable to entertain its guests. On the upside the hotel was very clean, spacious and smelt fresh. Our room was fantastic and spacious and we couldn't have asked for better. Special shout out to Alfonso on reception, a very thoughtful, caring and yet funny man who was a pleasure to have met. Overall I've give it 5 stars and the all important point - YES! We will come again.

I was a little apprehensive about staying at this hotel after reading the mixed reviews. As a family, we enjoyed our stay here. The location is great, with just a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The hotel itself is clean, staff are friendly and amenities sufficient. If your after a relaxing holiday then this is the place to be. Entertainment was available at certain times of the day and during the evening... we didnt participate but were happy to watch. The food was impressive for a 3* hotel, with lots of choice and variety to suit everyone. My daughter especially enjoyed the churros at breakfast, dipped in Nutella. We certainly didn't go hungry! The only thing that let it down was the preparation for close of season. On our last couple of days the outside bar was closed, and staff were moving equipment around. The options in the restaurant also reduced. But, on the whole I would recommend staying here.

This is my second stay at this hotel and I would highly recommend it to families with children of any age. The food is nice, typical of an all inclusive but there is choice and everything is fresh. The rooms are clean, we stayed in one of the refurbished ones and it was a squeeze with 3 in the room but very little time is spent in there. The entertainment team are amazing and a credit to the hotel. They made our holiday and we were sad to say goodbye. They were amazing with both the adults and the children. Their variety shows were incredible. They are hard working lovely people. The pools are fine, bar area is kept clean and staff are helpful and hard working. The hotel was full when we stayed and all of these areas were very busy. The location of the hotel is perfect, close to the beach and shops if you want to go exploring. For those who have given poor reviews remember that this is a 3 star hotel you are staying in. I personally think it’s a great place to stay and if you book you will have a great holiday.
