Es gab einige Probleme in meinem Zimmer, die ich mit der Rezeption besprochen habe. Die Stuhlpolsterung war so schmutzig, dass ich vorschlug, den Stuhl zu entfernen, die Teppiche waren an mehreren Stellen markiert. Die Badezimmerarmaturen waren nicht aufpoliert, wie es in einem Hotel dieses Standards üblich ist. Ich habe mein eigenes Hotel besessen und besitze immer noch eines im Ausland. Vieles von dem, was ich sah, war selbst in meinem bescheidenen Hotel inakzeptabel.

Excellent service until the harassment off the Dutch girl the night shift. I booked a room and put my mother in the room to rest up. And I was on standby as I am a technical engineer on the phone so I decided to stay up in the lobby and be available for work. The lady from Holland on the night shift kept on trying make me feel I should go to my room. I explained I had work and as I am a resident of the hotel I will stay in the lobby as I can not answer calls with my mother resting. I later asked her for a plug for my usb charger for my phone she said no and that you should go to your room once again. The sad thing is that a bad attitude can really bring down the rest of the good staff and moral of customers. Big shame on her for her customer service skills

Wir haben eine Nacht übernachtet, bevor wir am frühen Morgen unseren Flug in Stansted erwischt haben. Liebte die Bequemlichkeit des Shuttlebusses, der direkt vor dem Hotel hält. Otw wie ausgebucht und der Shuttlebus war auch voll, als wir ihn um 4 Uhr morgens zum Flughafen brachten. Liebte den Komfort des Zimmers und der Betten. Die Umgebung ist ruhig genug abseits vom Flughafenverkehr.
