Zunächst ist das Personal wunderbar und sehr hilfreich. Meine Gesetze buchten diese blind als Übernachtung auf dem Weg zu unserem Ziel und nach der Ankunft am Abend begann ich fast sofort zu bemerken, kommen und gehen sowohl in und aus den Schlafzimmern von älteren koreanischen/japanischen/europäischen Männern mit jungen Damen. Ich bin weise genug, um zu wissen, was passiert ist. Glücklicherweise genossen alle unsere Kinder den schönen Poolbereich und waren über die Natur der Dinge vergisslich. Während das Hotelpersonal fantastisch ist, denken wir, dass dies eine einmalige Aufenthalt nur für uns ist.

Ich bin sicher, dieses Hotel gesehen bessere Tage. beim Eintritt in die Lobby ist dunkel. Es gibt kein Aircon. Die Vordertüren sind offen, Moskito sind überall. macht meinen Weg in unser Zimmer, die Teppiche sind wie eine rote Farbe, aber sind so scharf sie sind fast Schwarz.Auf dem Eingang ins Zimmer gab es einen muschitischen Geruch. Es gibt viele Muschiten bereits im Zimmer. Es gibt ein kleines Kühlschrank. Alles scheint extrem müde und unhygienisch. Sie fragen um zusätzliche Geld, wenn Sie ein zusätzliches Handtuch wollen.Ich wollte eine Flasche kaufen oder Wasser . Ich rief Rezeption und sie sagte, wir haben keine Getränke oder keine Nahrung.Mein erstes Nachtaufenthalt alles, was ich hörte war die Hexen, es war unhaltbar.i hatte bereits über meinen Körper durch Moskitos.Mein Freund in einem anderen Zimmer war erlebt schön Viel gleich.Nach 2 Nächten wir in ein anderes Hotel versetzten. Mein Freund war krank mit Fieber aus den Moskito-Bits für 4 Tage. Maharaja Hotel könnte etwas großartiges wie es in einer schönen Lage sein, wenn nur sie die Verwaltung ändern und spenden einige Geld, um es zu bringen auf die Geschwindigkeit .

Thank you for making my stay at Surestay Clarview a memorable one. I enjoyed your hospitality and your delicious Kare-kare. The room was spacious, clean and well-lit. The wifi was fast and reliable, which was important for my online meetings. I appreciated the polite and helpful staff at the hotel. Shout out to Jen and Gilbert. However, there were some areas that could be improved. For example, some of the employees were too loud while on duty, which disturbed my peace and quiet. Also, the service at the restaurant was kinda slow and I had to call someone twice to get their attention. Finally, I had a hard time reaching the reception by phone when I needed some bath soap. I had to go down to the lobby and found two personnel who said they didn't receive any call. Overall, I still had a lovely stay at your hotel and I would recommend it to others. As a former hotelier, I know how hard it is to run a hotel and I appreciate your efforts. I hope you will take my feedback as constructive criticism and work on improving your service. See you soon!

So habe ich um 8 Uhr spät angemeldet und der Kerl, der mich angemeldet hat, war sehr nett. Aber, außer dass es nichts mehr zu glücklich sein. Am nächsten Tag für ausgecheckt, knackte die Frau auf meine Tür. Kein guter Morgen oder freundlicher Grüße, aber nur sagte mir, es ist Zeit für einen Auscheck. Ich habe nett um einen späten Auscheck gebeten, da ich vor diesem Tag zu spät gecheckt habe, aber sie zögerten und sagte mir, ich muss extra Gebühren zahlen und es ist völlig gut mit mir. Auch, Sie bieten nicht einmal Rezepte für zusätzliche Futter ich bezahlt. Also schaute ich aus und fragte den alten Mann, ob sie denken und ob ich in dem Zimmer wie 15min etwas wie das auf meinen Service warten kann, aber erzählte mir, es ist schon 2.00 Uhr und sie müssen das Zimmer reinigen. Die alte Frau kam gerade in mein Zimmer und versuchte, ohne mich zu fragen, ob es schon OK ist, in das Zimmer einzutreten oder ob ich wertvolle Dinge da habe oder ob ich schon gesetzt bin! ENDlich NICHT EIN HILFE GEBEN UND GEBEN ICH TEILE MICH GEBEN. Ich bin ein einziger Gast und FYI Ich bin Mädchen und Ich habe EIN LOGAG UND EIN GIGK Konsol mit mir. Ich denke, es ist, weil ich ein Philippine bin, so dass ich so behandelt wurde, weil wenn ich nicht allein bin und wahrscheinlich mit jemandem Fremden, Sie werden schöner für mich sein. lol! Das Hotel sieht aus wie ein Haus Aber das Gefühl? Das Gegenteil!

Als wir an das Resort angekommen sind wir von ihrem Frontdesk mit einem riesigen Lächeln und jemand hilft uns in unserem Zimmer. Es ist auch der Fall, dass wir, wenn wir Essen auf dem Grab bestellen und das Reis fehlt, die Mitarbeiter lassen uns das Reis kaufen, das sie am Mittagessen zu essen hatten.

Es wird sehr beschäftigt und es ist üblich, dass die Menschen im Lobby auf das Zimmer warten, das leer sein wird. Essen kann bestellt werden. Eines der Hauptprobleme ist, dass WiFi unzuverlässig ist. We got engaged last year in Clark Marriott Hotel, so it has a special place in our hearts, so me and my fiancee finally decided to do our wedding here. We were so happy that we have chosen Clark Marriott Hotel, we had the best and excellent customer service experienced ever specially with the help of Mr Jonas Carlo and Ms Laila, without them it wouldn’t be possible to have our dream wedding come true. They guided us and walk throughout until the end, from our presidential suite, food tasting, securities, and other amazing perks, everything went well and smoothly, no stress, whatever we asked they will make it work as much as possible. It was so easy to communicate with them even our wedding coordinator was also amazed how the chefs, managements and other hotel staff members were so professional, friendly and very accomodating. A year of preparation but it was definitely worth it, every moment we spent in Clark Marriott exceeded our expectations. The best part was every one of us enjoyed, and all our guests got positive feedbacks. We highly recommend Clark Marriott Hotel to celebrate your wedding, definitely more than 5 star for us. Staff had been very warm and responds swiftly. This is tru the moment we landed on the driveway. Check in was fast; room was clean and food was good. We love of course the bar cos it has a pool area and the cocktails are great! Location is one of its aces too and we’ll definitely consider for our next visit. The bell boy took a long time to pick up hut the front desk followed through and apologised.

We are truly blessed that we discovered the best kept secret in Luzon, Philippines and it is in Clark City, Pampanga! The park inn by Radisson secret for us to come back the 2nd time around is their excellently trained hotel staff! Almost all of their employees from guards to chambermaids are very respectful and mindful of each guests needs. The front office are always cheerful and efficient. The restaurant workers are attentive and quick. The porter and van driver are extremely helpful and thoughtful. When you visit this hotel ask for these these personnel: Front office = Rem, Angel, Ace, and James, ad Maren; Restaurant = Dion, Kido, AJ, Randy and Jessie; Room Cleaning = Richard, Edward & Kevin; Bags = John Not only did these staff gave their best at their assigned tasks but they also multi-tasked. My husband and I observed their performances for a week because we also owned our lodging facility in Virginia, USA. What touched us also, when we checked out at the crack of dawn, a sandwich with fresh fruit and freshly brewed coffee were waiting for us to go with our trip to the airport. Now that is a superb customer service! Finally, I want to mention the array of food served each day is well thought-out and very appealing. Kudos to the chef - it's getting better each time! The bedroom is so comfy that my husband wants to stay inside all day! For those checking in, make sure to request to clear the deposit charged amount to your credit card as soon as you check out. My family and I will definitely plan on making this lodging facility our home while visiting our relatives in Luzon area. Keep up the excellent and professional training Radisson!!!

Me and my boyfriend went to Midori to celebrate his birthday. The overall experience was good. The room was really spacious and well-appointed. The staff were helpful and friendly. Their food was great (even our pastry takeouts from their bakery). We got the chance to tryout their spa as well and it was very relaxing. Their ******, though small, is well-equipped. One thing we think needs improvement is their parking. Their parking is limited and It would be quite a walk to the hotel proper. Would definitely come back though, if the time permits :)

Die Ausstattung im Zimmer fühlte sich zu schlecht an, ich fand den Preis etwas hoch, die Dusche war nicht einfach zu benutzen, die Art der direkten Dusche, das Glas ist noch transparent, kann außerhalb des Badezimmers gesehen werden, die Bettwäsche ist alt, es fühlt sich ein bisschen an wie in diesem Hotel Mismatch! The room and staff was really good Sobrang bait nila but here’s my experienced sa facility. 1. No WiFi 2. No socket near the bed (di ka makapag charge) 3. No TV Channel only movies (downloaded) 4. No double lock for the door 5. Sobrang baho ng tubig (Amoy kalawang since it’s deep well water) but still dumidikit ang yung kalawang sa katawan and worst pag nag tooth brush. 6. Yung room namin sobrang Ingay di ka makatulog since Malapit sa kalasada 7. No available slippers Hope they will improve yung mga na experiences namin during our stay. Thank you.
