Very good accomodation if u like privacy. Small city and near to tourist attractions.

A nice hotel in town with car park. The rooms are clean and have the necessities. This is a basic hotel in convenient location.

I chose this hotel because there is a washing machine in the room to do laundry. However after washing the clothes there was no way to properly dry the clothes. The hotel does not provide dryer. The only thing that the staff could do was to provide extra 5 hangers but there was no proper place to hang the clothes.

Need to request room cleaning at front desk. They didn't respond to pressing the 'Make Up Room' button in the room. Bed could do with a better mattress- not very comfortable. Quite noisy as could hear other guests at night. Apart from that, decent place to stay.

Hotel is actually an officetel, with very small space. However suitable for us as we are looking for a place to stay. There is a convenient store on the 1st floor, and another just outside the building. Also there are restaurants nearby which is convenient. The front office staff gave us a set of body wash, body lotion, and hand cream when we checked in, he said it's a free gift. The hotel has a parking tower on the same building however it cannot fit in an SUV car, so we have to park in a building that is about 100m away. Upon check-out the front office gave us parking coupons to pay for the parking fee.

Control of warm and cold water is problem. I either got hot water which would burn my skin or cold. They will need to fix this.

The facility was fine but there’s definitely some room for improvement in terms of cleanliness.

The hotel has a good location. All the attractions in the town are within 2-3 kilometers of radius, like the myeongdong street, dakgalbi street, underground shopping center. Lot if dining options are walking distance from the hotel. Also there is a big supermarket within 500 meters from the hotel. Coming in to the hotel. There is a convenience store, a coffee shop at the first floor. The rooms are small. When I saw the images in the travel website, the rooms looked big, due to the angles at which the pictures have been taken, but these are really small. The rooms were just enough for 4 of us to sleep, and with the mattress there was not enough walking space. Though within the rooms space is well utilized and there is an almirah, a small kitchen and a decent size washroom. Parking is underneath and is mechanical. Only 2 cars can be parked at a time, which means during mornings when everyone is going out and evenings when everyone is back, there is a queue and waiting time, this was painful and inconvenient.

The service was good and the food was better than average.

Impolite and rude

The room is clean and small. It takes 30min walk from both Chuncheon Station and Nanchuncheon Station. The closest tourist spot is 春川炒辣雞一條雞 which takes 10min walk from the hotel. The service was fair as the reception staff suggested us taking taxi to any places around but did not help out to call taxi for us. Also, our toilet stuck in the first night and the staff gave us a pump only.

The counter guy understand English and is helpful.. Nice View... Good warmer when required
