I did not expect such problems from a hotel in this price range, but from the taps flows rusty water. It was not only in our room but also in the hammam so we couldn't use it. Because of this issue, our experience at the hotel was mostly negative.
Wir waren von dem Hotel und dem Service sehr zu Frieden. Sehr sauber und freundliche und höfliche Mitarbeiter.

Within the scope of one of my projects in Ankara I stayed another night in Park inn Radisson Ankara but unlike my previous two stays in this hotel I experienced an unfortunate stay here. Firstly I have to mention that all hotel rooms are spacious and fine decorated. Material used in the rooms are brand new But unfortunately sound isolation from the windows is not enough and you can hear the noise coming from the street side during your stay in the room which also damages your sleep at night. I had the smell of cigarette in my room despite the reception informed me that this room was a non smoking room. I asked the reception to change my room but due to the timing it was not accepted. The spa of the hotel is beautiful, modern and useful including turkish bath, sauna and steam room. In addition there is a small swimming pool inside. Relaxation room of the spa is also lovely and detox water is provided at several locations of the spa. Gym facilities are also fine and Management of the spa is helpful altogether despite I had a small arguement with them. In addition the hotel reception has refused accepting my dinner check and adding it to my room bill to be paid durung check out instead of it asking me to pay instantly which was interesting and not in Park Radisson quality. I hope that the management find a reasonable answer for this question also. In sum i believe that Park Radisson staff have to be more careful in fullfillung clients demands and advises specially people who stay frequently at park radisson hotels. Simple mistakes or ignorances should not damage the image and quality of such nice hotel and accommodation.

We rested at the hotel for about five days due to a competition organized by TRT. I and my teammates took advantage of all kinds of facilities of the hotel during this stay and we were satisfied. In general, if we need to talk about the areas of the hotel where you can gather, rest and chat, Both the bar that welcomes you at the entrance and the smoking area at the entrance of the hotel were quite spacious, quiet and quiet except for the city noise, and it was an area where you could meet and chat with your colleagues or customers without time limitations, but if I need to make a negative little comment, the seating outside was limited due to the size of the seating area outside, finding a seating area in the early evening could be a problem, but to tell the truth, it was a collective stay with about 100 people, I don't think I would encounter such a problem in the normal times of the hotel.

First, I have to say everyone at the hotel was warm, friendly and tried to help through my lack of Turkish. The disappointment comes when you are in your room. Internet is poor at best, the noise from the neighboring empty field and the sickening smell of cigarette smoke that pervades every floor. The restaurant was good, again, the staff are friendly and the food is good. The room was comfortable although, the picture window between the shower and the bed takes a bit of getting used to. Bed was comfortable and should have been easy to have a good night's sleep but the dogs barking at all hours of the night in the empty lot behind the hotel was nerve wracking. I understand this is an issue in many neighborhoods in Ankara so, be aware and bring ear plugs. Internet service was spotty at best. Reasonable access in the lobby but in the room, where I needed to work, I could not rely on the connection being fast or stable enough to access anything. It may be the hotel but it could also be the provider, regardless, don't expect to get much work done on-line. My biggest complaint is the cigarette smoke that pervades every corner of this hotel. There are signs everywhere that smoking is prohibited but it seems to go completely unnoticed by some. The floor I was on was marked as "non-smoking' but the person in the room next to mine smoked at all hours and the smell seeped into my room and the hallway. Maybe a fine for smoking like they have in North America or some European countries would convince people to stop ignoring the rules. Oh, and masks, you are required to wear them, the staff all comply but the majority of guests simply ignore the signs and appear to not give a damn.

Visiting from the states. I stayed at Park Inn Cankaya for business solo-female for 5 days. Started out in room 3007. I usually go to breakfast around 8:30 and return at 10:30. The first day my room was not cleaned. The second and third day I hung the yellow cleaning sign up but I still had to seek out the cleaning staff and ask them to clean my room. They are not aware of who is staying in the rooms or when the guest is out of the room maybe this system needs to be fixed. For the first 3 days there was a light sewage smell radiating from the central air vents in my room, the 3rd day the smell got so bad, I couldn’t focus on work. I requested to move so they put me in room 4009. I had to somewhat bargain with the reception twice for this to happen, they wanted to put me on the 1st floor but that’s a downgrade so eventually they agreed to put me on the 4th floor. If a better room is available why even offer the lower level one since room 3007 smells like toilet sewage? This made me feel like the staff was judging me. The reception staff need customer service training. They need to understand that the happiness of the customer should be a priority. They don’t seem to know this. Since I got to stay in two rooms I noticed that the pillows are old and lumpy, the towels were worn-out and low-quality and the mattresses are mid-range. Most of the English channels on the TV do not work. Even the CNN international channel gave a black error msg in both rooms. Very low channel count with no English movie channels. The TV’s are old, no screen-casting options. No Netflix or any movie channels available. If you want to watch anything from your laptop or phone you just bring your own HDMI cable. Both rooms had some kind of tape or glue left on the ceilings above the beds. I’ve never seen that in any hotel before. The first room I was in also didn’t have a remote for the bathroom blinds. Nice modern bathroom design but the shower heads needs to be removed and properly unclogged/cleaned for limescale. Most of the staff do not understand English. The reception staff and room service staff needs training in customer service, big mistakes: upon checking they didn’t even tell me that there was an indoor pool or gym, in addition to this the reception staff offering me the 1st floor downgrade repeatedly was not professional. Ordering or bringing food from outside the hotel is forbidden. The room service, restaurant and breakfast is very mediocre. One thing that was pretty disgusting for dinner in my room 3 separate times; they served me stale bread that was leftover from the breakfast buffet. At least give your guests fresh bread when they order room service. They also charge me €1.50 (45TL) Euros for one raw onion. Taking advantage of ‘foreign guests’. Paying €1.50 for one onion is the worst rip-off I have ever seen in any hotel internationally in my life. Don’t be fooled by the fancy bar photos. The Sky bar has been shut down from what I saw. I like stay in Park in by Radisson Ankara Cankaya next time again service is great feel like at home, especially all service staff are plite and very kind. my room is clean and silent, night time is very comfertable to deep sleep.

Good experience. Radisson has good and committed staff, they are very helpful and ready to assist. This is very much appreciated. Check in and check out was speedy and pleasant. the service was world class, and the cleanliness was topnotch. Only the need to vary breakfast and make it interesting.

Rooms were really sub standard. Told them for three days aur con not working, but insisted it was when thermostat read 26 degrees. Tatty furnishings, poor breakfast and closed many services due to low number of guests (I wonder why?). Had a leak from bath with water all over the floor. Refused to give me another room, as wanted to fix the problem and leave me in same room. Manager was completely arrogant and unwilling to prioritise guest comfort. Avoid at all cost!
