Your whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. ♦ 5 minutes drive from Downtown Fullerton, Fullerton College, CSU Fullerton.♦ 12 minutes from Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, Angel Stadium, Honda Center. ♦ 30 minutes from Seal Beach, Huntington Beach, and Downtown LA.The Home is over 1,500 SF with plenty of room for an entire family with an abundance of natural sunlight throughout the home. There are curtains throughout the windows and doors if you'd prefer to be a little more cozy.►The home is located in a quiet tree lined neighborhood with street lights at night for you to enjoy a nice evening or morning stroll.►The Living room has two sofa couches with plenty of room for socialization.►The family room has a queen sized pull out sofa bed for any additional guests. Family room has plenty of natural sunlight. A perfect space to relax or have an afternoon tea with an open view to the tranquil garden.►The home has 3 regular sized bedrooms with a king bed in one, and a queen bed in each of the other 2 rooms.►There are 2 detached full sized bathrooms.
