Single female staying alone. Very nice entrance and service. Room lovely and simple. No coffee in room or hotel but coffee shops on the street easy to find close by. Neighborhood a little much for me after dark and was glad I had a companion with me. Reasonable price balanced out all small differences from big chain hotels. Loved the ambiance and simple Chinese decorations!

My wife and I stayed here for a night, while in the city with friends seeing a show. Great location to many wonderful restaurants, theaters, etc., and had an amazing feel, like staying in an old Paris Hotel. We love the essence of the hotel and how it is decorated, bathroom with its vintage tile and fixtures, free 4pm aperitif of Sherry, the room was clean and minimalistic, etc. General Manager Nick and the reception staff are kind and very helpful with any needs/questions you may have. There is a parking garage no more than a block or two away. Highly recommend a stay here! Call hotel directly to compare price with those listed on booking websites, as you may get a better deal. :)

This is a supreme North Beach-Telegraph Hill location with a rare private garden, deck and expansive views over downtown SF and Chinatown, The unit has it's own private deck as well as the garden below. It is a cozy 1-bedroom located in the heart of the North Beach-Telegraph Hill neighborhood. It is walking distance to Cafe Trieste, Coit Tower, all the restaurants, bars and cafes in North Beach. 3 blocks from the entrance to Chinatown. Both the Ferry Building and Fisherman's Wharf are within 15 minutes walk.The kitchen is well equipped for cooking at home. There is a sizeable bathroom with shower and bath. The unit has cable TV, internet and wi-fi. There are no parking or laundry for the unit. Laundry is 3 blocks away. Everything is walking distance from the unit, food, stores, bus etc etc. Super location and atmosphere. Bike to the Golden Gate Bridge! Close to Cable Cars, Bart, buses & Muni trains. Lots of nearby parking options. Walk across the street to see the 7 Fingers Circus at Club Fugazi! There is a Trader Joe's supermarket within a 12 minute walk.A HISTORIC RESIDENCEOur home is the 3rd floor of a building constructed in 1907, shortly after the San Francisco earthquake and fires of 1906. The layout, decorative redwood trim, bathroom, and windows give you a glimpse into this historic moment in time.Room 1: This room has two large windows from which you can see Coit Tower and the Washington Square steeples. It has an L-shaped couch that converts to a very comfortable queen bed with a thick foam topper or can be kept as a couch and used as a living room. This room also includes a dresser with a secretary desk, 2 mid-century club chairs, and artwork made by us, the homeowners. This room gets lots of sunshine, fresh air, and you can enjoy some of the neighborhood sounds like parrots, church bells, and sidewalk musicians.Room 2: This room has a queen bed with an antique bed frame powder coated red orange like the Golden Gate Bridge. Enjoy the Alexander Signature Hybrid mattress by Nest Bedding (perfect blend of pocket coils and memory foam). This room has 2 lamps, two mirrored bedside tables, and a matching dresser. There is a TV with Netflix and internet capability and the bedroom is lined with restored original redwood trim and artwork. There is a large window that faces the lightwell between our building and our neighbors, so it's fairly quiet while still allowing for some sunshine and fresh air. This room is next to the kitchen and closest to the bathroom.Room 3: This room is between Room 1 and Room 2. It has a queen mattress and redwood headboard made by another SF artist. It has a dresser with a sectary desk and chair. The window opens to the hallway and lets in sunshine from the skylight above the stairwell. Thus this room gets natural light but is the quietest in the house, perfect for light sleepers who crave a silence for a great night's rest.Room 4: This room also has a window with a view of Coit Tower and the Washington Square Park church steeples. My partner Aaron and I custom made the furniture. The design is rolling hills and sun rays above the mattress and sedimentary layers with inlaid gems below. The cabinets include a standing desk, vanity mirror, 3 general shelves, and a drop zone for glasses, wallet, and such. The raised bed has built in dresser drawers, a seated desk, and a sturdy ladder. There is a Full-sized Purple mattress with a large flat screen TV. At the end of the hall is a sun-filled kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has a gas range and oven, fridge, and various kitchen tools to make home-cooked meals. The bright dining area is a wonderful place to enjoy some coffee and breakfast before heading out for the day. Feel free to just use the dining table as a desk/work space.Whether you check out the abundance of markets within a couple of blocks, explore the authentic stores of Chinatown, gather cheeses and meats from Molinari Delicatessen on Columbus, grab some ingredients from the Farmer's Market, or choose to walk to Trader Joe's - you are surrounded by delicious ingredients! Or take advantage of the litany of restaurants, cafes and bars in all directions!As mentioned above, this building is from the early 1900's and has some unique features that have been added over the last 100 years. Walk through the kitchen to a small room with windows to the ceiling. This converted porch was probably once used for drying clothes and now has a bathroom sink. Through another door is the bathroom with a toilet and shower/bath that was built some years after the 1907 parts of the building. This may not be your usual bathroom experience, but you are visiting San Francisco after all and will get a glimpse of the historic nature of SF homes.The bathroom includes a make-up mirror, blow dryer with a diffuser, cotton balls, q-tips, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, ear plugs and a few feminine products in case of emergency.The house doesn't include a clothes washer and dryer, but there's a laundromat a half block away and laundry supplies are provided.Abundant Parking Options:There is free street parking in the neighborhood. Most of it has a 2 hour limit between 8am Monday - 9pm Saturday. So, you can park for free in a spot from 7pm in the evening to 10am in the morning before you have to move. Since the time limit doesn't apply on Sunday, you can leave it from 7pm Saturday night to 10am Monday morning for free.There are also parking meters in the streets immediately around the house. They are enforced Monday to Saturday 9am to 6pm. So you can park for free from 6pm to 9am and all day on Sunday. After that, it's around $2.25 per hour which you can pay at the meter with change or a credit card, or from your smartphone with an app called PayByPhone. You can even pay in advance for the first 2 hours of parking in the morning the night before by using the app.With any street parking or meter parking, *please* be sure to read the *signs* and the *parking meter* itself for any limitations such as street cleaning hours.There is a parking lot right in front of the house. It costs $20 for each 12 hours. If you use the car during the day then you could just pay $20 for the night. Or you can park in the lot during the day and park on the street for free at night if you want to.You can also park in a number of nearby parking garages. There are 2 parking garages a half block away on Vallejo. The Vallejo Garage charges $3-4 per hour. The North Beach Garage charges $4-5 per hour. They both charge $36 for 24 hours. So you could park in the garage during the day then park on the street for free and save $16-$18. They are open 24 hours a day.The North Beach Garage 735 Vallejo Street, San Francisco, CA 94133Vallejo Street Garage 766 Vallejo Street, San Francisco, CA 94133The Powell Street Parking garage is usually $12 for a weekday from morning to about 6pm. The price goes up in evenings and weekends, however as stated earlier you can park for free in the evenings on the street. They close between 10pm and 2am depending on the day. Ich schätze das freundliche Verhalten des Hotels und danke Ihnen für Ihren Service.

Recently had a fantastic 3 night stay at Stanford court. The staff and service was impeccable from the moment I arrived and I was able to check in an hour early. I was also, to my surprise, upgraded to a partial city view room. The room itself was huge with everything you would need and very clean. The big bed was super comfy. On my last night I ate in the bar/restaurant. I cannot recommend the burger highly enough. It was messy, but delicious!!! The location is perfect. It’s in a lovely area with lots of beautiful buildings and views down the crazy steep streets. Also the old style trolley car stops right by the hotel. All in all I highly recommend Stanford court.

Ich war sehr überrascht von diesem Hotel, bei anderen Besuchen in San Francisco sahen wir es, als wir mit ihm gingen und ich hatte nie ein Zimmer, Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis reserviert. exzellent, große und renovierte Zimmer und Badezimmer, entspannt etwas schüchtern, aber das Richtige, Freundlichkeit in Ihrem ganzen Personal, vielleicht wegen etwas Negativ ist, dass Sie keine Garten im Fenster haben, es fehlt etwas Privatsphäre in diesem Punkt,

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, der Laden, das Restaurant und das Theater sind nahe am Fußboden, sehr bequem. Der Service ist erstklassig, die Umgebung ist komfortabel, eine Etage Hall ist groß und hell, viele Bereiche sind für Freunde geeignet, sich zu treffen und Kaffee zu trinken. Die Kaffeemaschine bietet 24 Stunden kostenlosen Kaffee und eine Vielzahl von Optionen. Das Zimmer ist mit einer breiten Präsentation ausgestattet, die konsularische Suite ist groß, die Zimmer sind sehr groß und das Wohnen ist sehr schwach.

Durch die Reservierung der Trip.com-Plattform wird die Unterkunftsgebühr gezahlt. Das Hotel erhebt manchmal zusätzliche Kosten wie die Stadtdienstgebühren. Die Plattform wird bei der Buchung sehr klar und deutlich die zusätzlichen Bedingungen angeben. Grüßen Sie die Plattform! Die letzten beiden Auschecks haben gezeigt, dass das Hotel eine Doppelgebührenrechnung hat. Obwohl es über Trip.com-Kundendienste wechseln konnte, sah ich die Lücken in der Hotelverwaltung und löste Probleme für den Kunden. Es ist nicht sehr schwach.

Was das Parkproblem beim Einchecken angeht, teilte uns das Personal an der Rezeption nur mit, dass das Parken am Hotel 70 US-Dollar pro Nacht kostet oder dass der Preis für das Parken auf anderen Parkplätzen ähnlich ist, sagte uns aber nicht, dass das Parken am Hotel ist für eine Stunde, drei Stunden, sechs Stunden und zwölf Stunden verfügbar. Es gibt verschiedene Preisoptionen in Las Vegas für nur 18 US-Dollar pro Nacht, aber wir haben hier 70 US-Dollar berechnet Ich war umfassend über andere Parkmöglichkeiten informiert und fühlte mich etwas betrogen.

Die Lage war ausgezeichnet, nahe Fisherman's Wharf. Das Hotel war sehr sicher und komfortabel. Man sieht dem Hotel sein Alter an, und in Sachen Sauberkeit gibt es ein paar Mängel, aber ich bin in der Branche und habe ein Auge dafür. Uns hat es aber nicht gestört. Das Zimmer wirkte modern, und die Ventilatoren waren willkommen, da es keine Klimaanlage gibt. Tolle Nähe zu allem. Wir sind zur Golden Gate Bridge und zum Alcatraz Pier gelaufen. Am Tag unserer Ankunft in einem Zimmer in unserer Nähe gab es Bauarbeiten, aber die Arbeiter waren sehr höflich und entschuldigten sich und beendeten den Lärm gegen 17 Uhr. Am nächsten Tag ging es nicht weiter, also war das schön, und wir konnten ausschlafen. Insgesamt war es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet – direkt im Stadtzentrum, das leicht erreichbar ist, oder in der Nähe der berühmten Touristenattraktionen. Der Nachteil ist jedoch, dass das Herbert Hotel keine Rezeption hat; Sie müssen trotzdem im Schwesterhotel, dem Hotel Stanford, ein- und auschecken. Es gab einen Fall, in dem meine Zimmerkarte nicht funktionierte, also musste ich den ganzen Weg zum Schwesterhotel gehen. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Ich empfehle das Herbert Hotel! :)

Ich hatte eine wunderbare Erfahrung! Hoch empfohlen! Dieser Ort ist ein Stück der Geschichte San Francisco. Schöne verfärbte Glasfenster und dekorative Holztrim. Jedes Zimmer ist mit einzigartigem antiken Möbeln und Kunstwerk dekoriert. Keine zwei Zimmer haben die gleiche Dekoration. Das Personal nimmt stolz auf ihr Hotel. Jeder war willkommen und wirklich besorgt, dass ich meinen Aufenthalt genieße. Sie haben wirklich gute kostenlose Kaffee und alle Toiletten sind im Badezimmer verfügbar, so dass Sie nicht brauchen, Shampoo oder Seife zu bringen. Ich war nicht sicher, wie die gemeinsamen Badezimmer funktionieren würden, aber es war nur gut. Sie haben viele Einzel-Dusche und Badezimmer. Ich musste nie warten, und da jedes Toilette- oder Duschezimmer ein eigenes Zimmer mit einer Tür hinter dir ist, geht niemand auf dich ein. Vollständige Privatsphäre. Sehr gute Lage auch! Es gibt ein fantastisches italienisches Restaurant unten. Trader Joe's ist ein Block entfernt, und Fisherman's Wharf nur ein paar Blocks darüber hinaus. Wandern Entfernung zum Coit Tower und dem Zig-Zag von Lombard Street. Dieser Ort ist großartig, und ich hoffe, hier nochmal zu bleiben.

Das Hotel liegt am Union Square im Stadtzentrum und der Transport ist sehr bequem. Es ist nur fünf Minuten zu Fuß vom Busbahnhof Dangdang entfernt. Es gibt viele Busse an der Bart Station und die 30. Tür kann direkt die San Francisco Golden Gate Bridge erreichen. Das Frühstück kann in den gegenüberliegenden Starbucks eingenommen werden. Entschuldigung für das Fehlen von Fotos im Zimmer. Die moderne Dekoration ist grundsätzlich sauber. Das einzige Problem ist, dass es in der Innenstadt zu viele Obdachlose gibt. Wenn es zu spät ist, wird empfohlen, nicht alleine auszugehen.
