Dieses Hotel hat nur tolles Personal, vorallem an der Rezeption. Sie lächeln immer und sind immer sehr hilfsbereit. Es ist alles mega cool und modern eingerichtet. Jedes Stockwerk ist mit anderen Farben gestrichen. Die Cocktails sind teuer aber mega cool gestaltet und lecker. Du bist 10min zu Fuss vom Strand entfernt. Das einzige was mühsam war dass das Putzpersonal uns sehr selten Badetücher ausgewechselt haben. Da müsst ihr euch sonst am Empfang melden damit sich was ändert. Im grossen und ganzen alles top!

Genuinely really nice hotel if you're a stoic, philosophical, get-what-you-pay-for, kind of person - I was honestly perfectly happy there... However... The room was small, so small in fact that they emailed us ONCE WE WERE ALREADY THERE, 'reminding' us (there had been no mention before) that we had booked a very small double room, that was more suitable for a single person, and offering to upgrade us for a scarcely justifiable fee. It was very small. The basin is in the main room, as the bathroom is hilariously small - did I mention the whole thing was small. The shower was ok, but to access the toilet you'd need to be less than a foot (30cm) in width. Yes, width. Again, as a stoic stiff-upper-lipped Englishman I was perfectly happy as I would just squeeze my shoulders in, but for the portly, do consider this advice when booking! Staff were lovely though, and the fact that the bed seemed firm and excellent at first, to give way to mild back pain and the realisation that the firmness was rigid mattress-springs almost went unnoticed! Outstanding location though, and really fine if you don't mind imperfection!

People got stuck in the lift, alarms sounded screaming and banging from guests stuck in the lift, after this I was so frightened to use the lift, so I had to use stairs a number of times with limited mobility. Noise from corridors all hours banging, furniture moving, sounded like pipes leaking above the bathroom ceiling. TV was poor, the remote was very dirty and had no id to know what buttons were for what, only a few Spanish channels Had no operating air conditioning, listed as being air conditioned, so asked for a fan, one given but said no AC until May, not what it says on the web site. Reception said water was leaking from our bathroom to room below, see photo of sealing around floor, as clearly they have had a problem before Floor tiles cracked in bathroom Sink, towel rail and stool all cracked Bathroom door was very tatty and rotten at the bottom. One easy chair in the room, so dirty we could not use it to even put anything on, white stains all over it! Safe but no key, (not secure with a key anyway) top by safe inside wardrobe marked with paint etc Electric button in room, no idea what for, push button in wall suspect may be rooms by the hour? Old electric unit on wall by bed with no cover was it safe or live? No Bar, restaurant etc only buffet breakfast. NO information in the room / hotel regarding facilities etc not even pictures on the wall

Einfache, aber saubere Unterkunft. Der Weg ins Zentrum ist zwar etwas länger als gedacht, aber leicht zu bewältigen. Wasserkocher vorhanden, aber kein Tee/Kaffee usw., also etwas sinnlos, obwohl ich ein paar Kaffeebeutel mitgenommen hatte, war es also nicht schlecht für uns. Das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt und es gab täglich frische Handtücher, was sehr schön war. Ideal, wenn Sie mit dem Auto unterwegs sind und einen Parkplatz benötigen und dank der Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür schnell vom Flughafen zu erreichen sind. Das Personal an der Rezeption war höflich und freundlich. Wir wollten nur eine Basis und einen Schlafplatz für eine kurze Pause.

Großes, helles, sehr sauberes Zimmer mit bequemen Betten. Angestellte durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sagenhaftes Essen (Buffet mit großer Auswahl an frischen Speisen für jeden Geschmack). Sehr gute Lage (Busanbindung z.B. ins Zentrum direkt vor der Haustür). Hauseigener Swimmingpool zur Abkühlung vorhanden. Supermarkt (Aldi) in Gehweite. Ich kannte das Hotel nicht vor meiner Buchung (habe es primär wegen der Lage gewählt) und war angenehm überrascht. Wenn ich wieder in Alicante bin, quartiere ich mich jedenfalls wieder im Daniya ein. - Allzu lärmempfindlich sollte man allerdings nicht sein als Gast (das Hotel liegt an einer vielbefahrenen Durchzugsstraße und wird von großen Schülergruppen frequentiert; mich hat beides nicht gestört, ich hatte trotzdem einen schönen Aufenthalt).

Estudiotel is an excellent hotel on C.Poeta Vila Y Blanco and is located in the heart of Alicante. Housed in a massive building where I think the first few floors are the hotel and all the rest of the building is residential. We had a room on the first floor (Room 114) an excellent room which was spacious and extremely clean with a brilliant shower and the best air conditioning we have ever had in any hotel we have stayed in. With comfortable beds and ample storage it was a brilliant room to stay and it had an enormous balcony.We had also paid for a breakfast that was decent and had ample options to set you up for the day ahead. All in all a superb hotel in a superb area of Alicante and is well worth staying in.(This is my first review of Estudiotel Hotel).

Sehr gutes Hotel, vor allem The Level hat uns sehr gefallen. Schöne Zimmer mit Sicht auf den Jachthafen. Wir waren zuerst im 1. Stock und konnten dann in den 4. mit besserer Sicht wechseln. Dienstleistungen in der Lounge waren perfekt. Die Halbpension haben wir je 2 Mal im Buffet Restaurant und im Restaurant im EG genossen. Qualität ist sehr gut. Parking direkt nebenan im öffentlichen Parkhaus.

Die Zimmer wirken nicht frisch renoviert, sondern alt und wenig einladend. Im ersten Zimmer waren die Wände schmutzig, Haare im Bad und auf dem Bett, Flecken auf den Bettlaken, die Duschstange locker, lauter Baustellenlärm zu hören, der Haartrockner defekt. Die erste Beschwerde wurde ignoriert. Die zweite führte zu einem Zimmerwechsel. Das war kaum besser. Beide Zimmer waren sehr hellhörig, der Lärm kam von innen und außen. Das Hotel verdient 2 Sterne. Gut ist nur die zentrale Lage. Mir wurden vorab von Melia Getränke-Gutscheine zugeschickt, diese wurden im Hotel abgelehnt. Die Bar habe nur am Wochenende offen und akzeptiere die Voucher nicht. Service also auch ausbaufähig.

Diese Appartementanlage bot sich an für einen Kurzurlaub wegen der Nähe zu Alicante, dem Flughafen, aber v.a. zum El Plantio Golf Course (zu Fuss ca. 6-8 Minuten). Die Appartements sind gross und zweckmässig eingerichtet, eine Kaffeemaschine wäre wünschenswert. Das etwas ältere Mobiliar macht v.a. die im Erdgeschoss liegende Wohnungen etwas düster da kaum Sonnenlicht in die Wohnung dringt. A/C funktioniert hervorragend und sicher im Hochsommer äusserst willkommen. Wir benötigten jedoch die Heizung und auch das hat bestens funktioniert. Das Personal ist wirklich sehr freundlich. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt (mehr als 1 Woche) würde ich jedoch was anderes suchen.

Wir haben unerwünschte Buchung für 3 Personen gemacht und Sandra erfuhr, dass wir nur zwei kamen, zögerte ich nicht, das entsprechende Geld zu erstmals zu zahlen. Das Frühstücksdetail ist sehr dankbar. Die Wohnung ist super schön. Die Betten sind sehr komfortabel. Die Wohnung ist neben der Trasse, Sie können jederzeit komfortablen Ort gehen. Es fehlt nur ein Pool. Wir werden wiederholen 😊

So ging es im Zentrum überall, Flughafen Taxi nur 20 Euro. Zimmer waren so schön und kalt nach dem ganzen Tag in der Wärme raus! Zweibetten, auch wenn man für Doppelbett so nicht groß für eine romantische Getaway, Frühstück war wirklich enttäuschend keine Sausages seltsame Eier, keine irischen/Englischen Frühstück, Ende mit Toast jeden Tag. Neben Frühstück und Betten war es der perfekte Ort zu bleiben, wenn Sie gehen und um, sicher wieder kommen

Ich habe ein Dreibettzimmer (2 Erwachsene und auf Kinder von 11) gebucht. Ich habe auch die Bestätigung erhalten, aber bei der Eincheckung wurde mir gesagt, das war nicht richtig und ich hatte nur ein Doppelzimmer gebucht. Nach einer kleinen Diskussion habe ich ein Zimmer mit 3 Einzelbetten als Bücher ”unsere sehr letzte”!! Sehr seltsam

Das Hotel ist sehr gut und zentral am Yachthafen gelegen. Vom dort erreicht man die Innenstadt in nur wenigen Gehminuten und auch den Strand hat man vor der Tür. Wie der Name vom Hotel schon vermuten lässt, besteht das Hotel grundsätzlich aus 2 Arten von Suiten: eine Suite mit Blick auf den Yachthafen und die teurere Suite mit Blick auf das offene Meer. Für uns war der Yachthafen auch ein schöner Anblick und das Zimmer ist groß und geräumig. Die Badewanne neben dem Bett war ehrlich gesagt mit ein Grund, warum ich dieses Hotel ausgesucht habe und es wurde nicht bereut. Der gesamte Komplex, von der Strasse bis zum Meer, gehört der Hotelkette Melia und somit „teilt“ man sich das Hotel mit dem Spahotel Porta Maris. Jedoch wird darauf geachtet, dass das Frühstück in einem anderen Raum ist wie das von den Gästen des anderen Hotels. Auch gibt es einen „eigenen“ exklusiven Pool für die Gäste des Suites del mar. Das Frühstück ist wirklich sehr gut, man hat eine grandiose Aussicht auf das Meer und durch den „Orangenautomat“ hat man den frischesten Orangensaft. Nespresso gibt es auch für einen guten Kaffee - der andere Kaffeeautomat für Cappuccino etc ist eine Schande!! Warum gibt es in so einem Hotel einen Automaten mit Kaffee- und Milchpulver???? Ansonsten alles dem Preis entsprechend. Das Personal ist freundlich und spricht gut Englisch. Parkhaus kostet 20€ pro Tag/Nacht - das war mir zu viel, wir haben kostenlos in der Umgebung geparkt und haben dann einen kleinen Spaziergang zum Hotel gemacht.

Das Zimmer war ohne weiteres zweckmäßig...die Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren sauber, aber die Sauberkeit des Rests war begrenzt...viele Flecken und Spritzer an der Wand...eine sehr sehr laute Klimaanlage, die einen am Schlafen hindert .... Catering-Bewertung gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, aber die Sauberkeit hält sich noch in Grenzen.. die klebrigen Tische und doch zwei Kellnerinnen für zehn Personen am Tisch .... sich 5 Minuten Zeit nehmen, um die Tische zu reinigen. Wäre kein Luxus gewesen ... .

Wir waren Ende des Jahres für drei Nächte in dem Suiten-Bereich dieses Hotelkomplexes und sehr zufrieden. Zum einen sind die Zimmer relativ neuwertig eingerichtet, wobei vor allem die sehr angenehmen Betten hervorzuheben sind, zum anderen ist die Lage ideal, um zu Fuß das Zentrum von Alicante inkl. der Promenade entlang des Hafens zu erkunden und zu genießen. Das Frühstücksbuffet besaß eine angenehm große Auswahl von allem, was man morgens so zu sich nehmen möchte, und mit ein wenig Glück ergattert man auch einen Platz am Fenster und kann eine wunderbare Aussicht auf das Meer genießen. Leider ist das Parken des Autos nicht kostenfrei und man muss dafür pro Tag mit gut 20 Euro rechnen. Aber die Zimmeraussicht - wir hatten den Meerblick gewählt; alternativ hätte man auch Hafenblick haben können - machte das wirklich mehr als wett.

Das Zimmer ist hell und das Fenster ist offen. Die Innenausstattung ist einfach. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und nur zehn Minuten zu Fuß vom Meer von Alicante entfernt. Das nächste Mal, wenn Sie in diese Stadt kommen, erwägen Sie auch, das Hotel weiter zu verbringen.

Wäre mehr als 5 geben, wenn möglich! Absolut wunderbar ein Nacht Aufenthalt für mich und meine Frau, die ihren Geburtstag am Ende eines vier Nächte Urlaub mit anderen Familienangehörigen an der Küste feiern. Von den ersten E-Mail-Austausch für unsere Buchung bis zum Abflug aus dem Haus/Büro der Apartments Santa Barbara nur um die Ecke war eine sehr angenehme Erfahrung. Ein schöner Grüß von Estefania und ihrem Kollegen (Entschuldigung, dass ich ihren Namen nicht erinnere!) als wir in das Hotel angemeldet wurden, wurde bald erstaunt, als wir unser Zimmer, die Alfonso XIII Suite, gezeigt wurden, mit zusätzlicher Überraschung in meinem Fall! Was für eine herrliche Suite in einem bemerkenswerten Gebäude. Keine negative Übernachtung überhaupt, und wir konnten unsere Gepäck verlassen, bis unser Taxi, bestellt von einem Mitarbeiter, später an diesem Nachmittag auf Zeit angekommen ist. Kann dieses Apartment sehr empfehlen. Eine letzte Erwähnung muss zu Jesus gehen. Der „Mann numero uno“ hier. Wie er mir erinnerte! Meine Entschuldigung, dass ich einen Tag spät mit dieser Bewertung Jesus bin. Ich war zu beschäftigt, Leute über unseren Aufenthalt mit euch zu erzählen! 😄

Dieses Hotel hat nur tolles Personal, vorallem an der Rezeption. Sie lächeln immer und sind immer sehr hilfsbereit. Es ist alles mega cool und modern eingerichtet. Jedes Stockwerk ist mit anderen Farben gestrichen. Die Cocktails sind teuer aber mega cool gestaltet und lecker. Du bist 10min zu Fuss vom Strand entfernt. Das einzige was mühsam war dass das Putzpersonal uns sehr selten Badetücher ausgewechselt haben. Da müsst ihr euch sonst am Empfang melden damit sich was ändert. Im grossen und ganzen alles top!

What an amazing find! This self-contained apartment was a perfect home base while we traveled the coast of spain. The apartment was very well appointed. It was furnished with dishes, towels, fridge, cooktop, microwave and toiletries and cleaning supplies. It is a secure building and you have to walk about a block over to check in. Super easy. Elevator was ”large” by spain standards. Bed was comfortable and although in the middle of everything, once the doors were closed you didn't hear a thing! Being here in winter months the AC was off but we slept with the bedroom window open to a nice breeze. Our friends, who live in Alicante, were very impressed and plan to rent for their visiting family.

Das Hotel liegt zentral unweit der Altstadt und dem Stadtstrand. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich eine kleine Mall mit zahlreichen Geschäften, sowie eine Reihe kleiner Bars und Restaurants. Vor dem Hotel befinden sich Haltestellen für den ÖPNV, ua der Flughafenbus mit dem man in 30 Minuten für 3,65€ schnell und unkompliziert zum Flughafen kommt. Von außen betrachtet hat das Hotel seine besten Jahre bereits hinter sich, wobei die Anlage gepflegt und sauber ist. Der Empfang an der Rezeption ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Ein und Auschecken verlief schnell und unkompliziert. Das Hotelzimmer war sauber und einfach eingerichtet mit einem großen Balkon mit Aussicht auf das Meer und die Stadtburg. Es gab einen Kühlschrank gefüllt mit Wasserflaschen. Der Fernseher hatte internationale Programme. Zum Hotel gehört auch ein kleiner Pool, der sauber ist und eine gute Abkühlung bietet. Um den Pool gab es Liegen, allerdings keine Sonnenschirme, so dass man bwi direkter Sonne nicht lang verweilen konnte. Am Pool gab es auch eine kleine Poolbar mit Snacks und Getränke. Das Frühstück war vielfältig mit einer guten Auswahl an warmen und kalten Speisen, spanisch, britisch. Die Corona Schutzmaßnahmen waren gewissenhaft. Wir hatten keine Bedenken. Alles in allem ein gutes 3 Sterne Hotel, ideal für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Alicante.

Genuinely really nice hotel if you're a stoic, philosophical, get-what-you-pay-for, kind of person - I was honestly perfectly happy there... However... The room was small, so small in fact that they emailed us ONCE WE WERE ALREADY THERE, 'reminding' us (there had been no mention before) that we had booked a very small double room, that was more suitable for a single person, and offering to upgrade us for a scarcely justifiable fee. It was very small. The basin is in the main room, as the bathroom is hilariously small - did I mention the whole thing was small. The shower was ok, but to access the toilet you'd need to be less than a foot (30cm) in width. Yes, width. Again, as a stoic stiff-upper-lipped Englishman I was perfectly happy as I would just squeeze my shoulders in, but for the portly, do consider this advice when booking! Staff were lovely though, and the fact that the bed seemed firm and excellent at first, to give way to mild back pain and the realisation that the firmness was rigid mattress-springs almost went unnoticed! Outstanding location though, and really fine if you don't mind imperfection!

Stayed here for ten nights. Arrived late evening and let ourselves in via the key codes (asked for these the day before to be sure and they sent them). We stayed in one of the penthouse apartments (the one one the front) with terrace. It is on the fifth floor and the lift only goes to four so a short flight of stairs to climb. The apartment is very large with a sloping ceiling which you need to be aware of as you bang you head otherwise as you near the windows. The person who sleeps nearest the window needs to be the shortest!!! The apartment was very clean and we had an interim clean and change of towels/sheets as we stayed for more than a week. As others have said the place is very quirky with sealed concrete walls, astroturf, recalimed wood etc but we liked it. The air conditioning was good (although it did make the odd noise infrequently). The shower was excellent and we didn't use the bath (which is next to the bed). The bed was absolutely huge, at least seven feet wide, firm and comfortable (for us). Accessing the terrace isn't easy as the windows are only about 4-5 feet high with a step at the bottom and a sloping eaves outside to negotiate. Best way was the crab out sideways whilst bending over from the waist!! If you have mobility issues then you will struggle. The small kitchen has all you would want to cook (which we didn't) but you will have to bring all supplies, even basics like oil, salt and pepper. The location can't be bettered. In the middle of everything and yet still quiet at night due to it's height. We ate out all the time and Alicante has some great food options. I will review these separately. The people were lovely and sorted and minor problems promptly. We would certainly stay again!

Incidentes padecidos con la pension arena en uno de sus alojamientos en la calle Alcala Galeano 16 - 3 piso apt 8 Alicante ,desde el dia 21/9 al 23/9/ 2024 que no es donde esta la pension Arena,sino en otro edificio ,pero de esto nos enteramos sobre la marcha. El precio que pagamos es muy superior a las habitaciones de la pension,fueron 90 € x noche,el alojamiento era en otro lugar. Atencion telefonica,pero insistencia en que fueramos a buscar las llaves antes de las 20,30 ,y nosotros no estabamos como turistas sino trabajando y visitando pisos para vivir. Mi hijo camino dos calles con las maletas ,para recoger las llaves,dejar las maletas,mientras yo esperaba en el coche aparcada en doble fila ( yo no conduzco ) en pleno centro historico de Alicante,para luego ir a estacionar y comer algo. Nunca nos indicaron que el sitio donde se retiraban las llaves no era el mismo donde estaba nuestro alojamiento. Mi hijo volvio caminando nuevamente las dos calles con las maletas hasta el coche. Luego fuimos a la otra direccion y tratar de estacionar que fue una odisea ,nuevamente caminando con las maletas por cuestas y calles empinadas ,finalmente llegamos al lugar donde nos indicaron,la zona es mas o menos,estabamos muy cansados, veniamos de dos dias sin parar,y para nuestra sorpresa tuvimos que ” subir tres pisos ” por escaleras muy empinadas con las maletas porque no hay ascensor,y esto como tantas otras cosas, tampoco lo avisaron al momento de hacer la reserva . Siguieron las sorpresas porque no habia WIFI ,la señal no llegaba,para nosotros era vital porque estabamos trabajando y tuvimos que consumir todos nuestros datos moviles. Mi hijo cuando hizo la reserva telefonicamente, indico que eramos madre e hijo para dormir en camas separadas,pero hicieron caso omiso ,porque solo habia una cama matrimonial y tuvo que dormir en el sillon y sin sabanas. Nos duchamos con agua fria porque el termotanque estaba apagado ,se habian olvidado de prenderlo. No habia un calentador de agua para poder hacer un te . Alargamos un dia mas la estadia porque nos cambiaron los horarios de los pisos a visitar. El domingo a la tarde mi hijo tuvo que viajar de urgencia a Madrid . Prendi el aire acondicionado porque hacia mucho calor. Nunca me di cuenta que el aparato perdia agua,aun estando apagado, y habia mojado gran parte del piso pero no se veia porque es oscuro, me resbale ,cai de espaldas y me golpe todo el cuerpo y la cabeza contra el piso de piedra , volviendome a lastimar la rodilla que ya tenia recuperada . Estuve a punto de llamar a una ambulancia porque no me podia mover por el golpazo y el dolor,espere en el piso hasta sentirme menos mareada ,y llame a la pension Arena,hable con una de las chicas que atiende ,y luego se apersono un tal Hugo el encargado, me dijo que recien llegaba de viaje y comprobo como perdia agua el aparato del aire del aire acondicionado,lo mojado que estaba el piso,de hecho fue a buscar una fregona a otro de los alojamientos, para secarlo,

Positive - gute zentrale Lage, in der Nähe aller Geschäfte, 15Min zu Fuß zum Strand, zu Fuß entfernt von Santa Barbara Schloss. Das Hauptpositive ist, dass die beiden Mädchen ihr Bestes tun, um den Ort sauber und gemütlich zu halten, sie sind sehr hilfreich. Negative - vor allem Lärm. Lärm, wenn Sie eine Wohnung in Richtung der Straße, aber wenn Fenster viel besser geschlossen, und in der Nacht nicht viel Verkehr. Aber die Haupttür könnte auch ein besseres Sound-Beweis sein. Sehr sauber, guter Preis, gute Lage

Me alojé el pasado miércoles y sólo puedo decir que con toda seguridad, será mi hotel cada vez que me desplace a la ciudad por trabajo. Las chicas de recepción no pudieron ser más amables y simpáticas. Una de ellas, hasta salió a la calle a ayudarme cuando me vio llegar por las cristaleras cargando una caja grande. La habitación muy cómoda y con todo lo que necesitaba. La ubicación también es perfecta. Sin duda, lo recomiendo 100%
