What a beautiful and clean hotel. The Staff are so friendly and helpful. We used the Car parking facility on €15 per day so easy.

Perfectly situated in Alicantes Old Town. A perfect location to enjoy some days in the sun. Beach within walking distance and tapasbars and restaurants just outside the hotel. Even so, there was little to no disturbance from on vibrant evenings. Our room was great with a balcony towards the cathedral, but don’t expect fancy high-end. This hotel is more on the romantic and ambient side. Fantastic friendly staff. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel staff were wonderful and very helpful. Rooms were a good size with nice ensuite. Location was fantastic, an easy walk to the old town restaurants or the new town. We will definitely book again.

Stunning place, everything was absolutely lovely. I’d definitely return Alicante is somewhat lacking in hotels and this place is an absolute gem of a find!

The room was super nice. The reception very friendly. We were invited to a glass of sparkling wine. The breakfast was ok. There were language barriers at first. There was only a sausage and cheese platter, a small bowl of yoghurt, scrambled eggs and two pieces of cake. The quantity and quality were very good. However, there could be more choice and vegetarian/vegan alternatives. Conclusion: for our short trip absolutely fine and recommendable. The Cafe Madness opposite is definitely a highlight.

Excellent area and fantastic building, however, the service and communication were average.
The worst part was the breakfast time, the staff were rude and aggressive. Not recommend to include breakfast. More verities with reasonable price could be found nearby.
