Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, muss ein Zimmer mit Meerblick buchen, die Lagunenlandschaft ist hervorragend, nicht für Kinder geeignet, der Pool ist sehr klein, viele Steine am Strand sind keine Strände, die Lagune ist sehr flach Kinder können schnorcheln aber es gibt kein Fisch. Am Tag des Eincheckens teilte das Hotel mit, dass der Zimmerbereich mit Meerblick keine Kinder akzeptiert. Nach dem Ctrip-Kommunikationsshop ist es notwendig, in den Poolraum zu wechseln. Die Rezeption hat ein Zimmer mit Meerblick eingerichtet. Der Ablauf ist etwas unklar. Die Hoteleinrichtungen sind relativ einfach und alt, das Restaurant ist nicht groß, die Gerichte sind nicht viel, das Frühstück ist einfach im westlichen Stil und es gibt Früchte wie Papaya und Orange. Das Personal an der Rezeption und im Restaurant ist sehr freundlich. Die Autovermietung ist bequem und es ist bequem, einen Tagesausflug zu buchen. Rarotonga ist sehr klein. Es gibt zwei Busse im Uhrzeigersinn und gegen den Uhrzeigersinn. Das Hotel steigt am Eingang des Hotels ein und aus und man braucht ungefähr eine Stunde um die Insel herum. Zehn Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt hilft die Rezeption, ein Taxi zum Flughafen für 30 Dollar zu buchen. Das Hotel ist im Allgemeinen zufriedenstellend und wird einen Aufenthalt in Betracht ziehen.

Ich liebe es, im KiiKii Inn zu bleiben. Die Gärten und Aussichten sind erstaunlich und der Pool ist sauber und erfrischend. Jeder, der im KiiKii arbeitet, war warm, willkommen und hilfreich. Ich konnte die Ansichten nicht glauben - außergewöhnliche Berge auf einer Seite und herrliche Strandaussichten auf der anderen. Ich verbrachte viel Zeit im Pool, zwischen einer und der anderen Blicke zu schwimmen. Das KiiKii Inn ist direkt am Strand, so dass wir uns auf das Geräusch der Wellen schliefen. Die Gärten werden unverändert gehalten. Ich fand, dass alle Pools, in denen ich schwimmte, für die ersten 30-60 Sekunden gefroren und dann glücklich erfrischend - gut wert, durch den Kälte zu drücken. Die Einheiten sind geräumig. Wir haben keine Einheit am Strand, aber ich würde es empfehlen - sowohl für die Sicht als auch für einen besseren Luftfluss. Die Einheit, die wir hatten, war nahe dem Pool, mit schönen Gärten draußen, aber es hatte keinen brillanten Luftfluss. Es gibt kein Restaurant, das zurzeit betrieben wird, aber man kann Frühstück (Muesli, Toast, Marmalade und Obst) ins Zimmer um 8 Uhr geliefert. Wir hatten Glück, ein Auto zu haben. Es gibt nicht viel für Nahrung in der Nähe KiiKii, aber der Bus ist gerade draußen. KiiKii Inn ist unglaublich gut wert.

Hatte den besten Aufenthalt mit Kia Orana Villas! Das Zimmer war schön und sehr geräumig. Hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Ein Loungebereich, Essenstisch und komfortables Bett. Außendusche war so wunderschön! Unser Zimmer hatte seine eigene Waschmaschine und Trockner, die sehr bequem war. Das Personal servierte unser Zimmer jeden Tag und machte so eine wunderbare Arbeit, die es servierte, immer sauber. Der Pool und der Spa waren schön, um zu kühlen und zu schwimmen. Das Personal war super wunderschön!!! Ich würde sicher noch einmal hier bleiben, wenn ich jemals wieder nach Raro reise.

Sehr nett und freundliches Personal. Nun wie viele, wir Check-out aus unserem Hotel und brauchten einen Ort, um unsere Gepäck zu lagern, während wir auf den 11:00 Uhr-Flug nach LAX warten. Sie waren großartig, sie bieten geschlossene Gepäckspeicher für $5nzd ein Stück. Wir verließen unser Gepäck und gingen in den Strand Muri für ein paar Stunden lang. Als wir zurück sind, bieten sie uns Dusche für $10nzd pro Person an. Nach dem Duschen lassen sie Sie im Bar/Patio/Essenbereich bleiben, während Sie auf Ihren Flug warten, solange Sie Lebensmittel oder Getränke kaufen. Wir bestellten 2 Schläger und warten auf unseren Flug, der Patio hatte eine wunderbare Brise und wir fanden unser letztes Cook Island Sonnenuntergang, bis wir zurück sind. Diese Jungs sind sehr professionell und perfekt gelegen, wie sie über die Straße vom Flughafen sind. Letztlich ein 1-2 Minuten zu Fuß.

we stayed for 6 nights booking a ground floor beach view room. At the airport they check you in to the hotel so all you need to do is pick up your room key on arrival at the hotel. we stayed in the adults only hotel which seemed fairly quiet when we arrived. we were told we could go to the sister hotel next door to share facilities. In each room there is an A - Z compendium about the hotel which is about 60 pages long. In the compendium it states each room has a microwave but we didnt have one. The room seemed as decribed although in places the ratten effect wall coverings looked dirty and simply dated. There were holes where previous cupboards had been removed. The one bedside table looked dirty and mouldy and the table lamp plug looked singed! we just didnt use it. Large king size bed which I found too hard. There was a settee which had a broken leg, a table and two chairs. There was a lot of funriture for the size of the room which made it cramped and difficult to manouevre. The bathroom had louvre doors whch opened abov ethe bed head(?). The inbuilt single wardrobe housed iron and ironing board, broom, dustpan, safe, 3 drawers and can of ant spray. These were the only drawers in the room, which needed another set really. You got dressing gowns but if you were larger than size 12 they didnt fit. wifi was 20 usd for 10 days for 1 device only, so it was expensive if you were staying only for a few days adn it was intermittent. However, you could save money by not having your room cleaned so got a 10dollar credit for each day which you could use at the bar or on wifi etc. aircon worked well if a bit noisy. Mini bar fridge (payable) was barely cold, small kettle with instant coffee and creamer. There was an ice bucket which you could take to the bar and take back to your room. The house keeping staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The gardens are beautifully kept and the entire complex is very clean. overall all staff were helpful and friendly.There was a decent pool with swim up bar and it was warm too, much warmer than the lagoon. Breakfast was complimentary for us, even though everyday we had to sign a slip for 48 dollars. Breakfast comprised cereal, toast, small croissants, cheese slices, tinned fruit pancakes, plain yoghurt, tea and coffee. we went to the sister restaurant as the tables in adult side were set on sand, and were often crawling with ants. we found other meals were pricey compared to outside restaurants and ate out every day after the first day where food was better. Outside the villa, the sand is gritty not soft but there are fantastic views of the lagoon, with sunbeds for each villa. sadly there was a problem with ants over the sunbeds, and patio, no wonder they gave you a tin of ant spray . snorkelling in the lagoon was fantastic with multiple species of fish, stunning royal blue star fish etc. there was free to use snorkel equipment in each room although we had taken our own. you do need to use wa

Wir blieben 12 Tage in Edgewater als Teil eines Urlaubs-/Arbeitsstudents und das war über alles, was wir erwartet hatten. Das Grundzimmer war perfekt für unsere Bedürfnisse mit großer Klimaanlage, die unverzichtbar und erfreulich tropische kontinentale Frühstücksbuffets ist. Wir hatten ein erstaunliches Zimmer, das im dritten Stock hinter dem Restaurant mit Blick auf den Pool, das Meer und wunderschöne Gärten von unserem Fenster und Balkon war. Das Personal war so groß, immer glücklich und konnte nicht mehr für uns tun, einschließlich sehen, wie wir um die Insel gehen und uns Fahrten in ihrem persönlichen Fahrzeug und in ihrer persönlichen Zeit geben. Wir haben das komplimentäre Schnorchelgerät gut genutzt und wir essen oft vom Restaurant und haben sicherlich die Bar viel verwendet. Im Spa gab es eine Massage, die glücklich und einfach zu buchen war. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen, ich glaube nicht, wir würden woanders bleiben! Spezialer Hinweis auf das Personal Ngaoa mit Reservierungen Hilfe und Gastfreundschaft Personal Veti, Jimmy, Mila und Aktivitäten Team. Mein einziger Negativ war, dass wir ein Zimmer hatten, das es an einem anderen angeschlossen scheinte, aber als jemand in diesem Zimmer war es überhaupt nicht klang und war sehr laut. Die Gäste, die zwei Nächte verbrachten, waren leider laut bis die wehe Stunden, so dass ich wach blieb. Glücklich war es nur für zwei Nächte und dann waren sie weg.

This resort fitted my purpose well. Love this adults only resort and location just right on the beach. Each villa is stand alone with your own entrance & patio area which is what I like. You are not attached with other rooms or share space. Facilities inside the room just same as the pictures. Good value & room price, includes breakfast. Overall, a clean & tidy complex, friendly staff, good size swimming pool. I definitely will choose Crown beach resort again.

Il bungalow si trova a circa 15 minuti a piedi dal night market di Muri. La stanza è basic ma con tutto il necessario (posate, bollitore, piatti, ecc.). Bagno minuscolo con lavello piccolissimo. Spiacevole la presenza di formiche e animaletti nella stanza. Le zanzariere sono stappate in alcuni punti . Non c'è internet incluso, è necessario acquistare il credito Vodafone o una sim. Non c'è possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in custodia se partite la sera. La strada che portava ai bungalow era dissestata quindi camminare a piedi era sgradevole (ci siamo riempiti di polvere ad ogni uscita). Area piuttosto rumorosa (galli che cantano a qualunque ora del giorno e della notte, bungalow fronte strada con passaggio costante di auto). Gradita la presenza gratuita di biciclette e kayak (anche se non li abbiamo utilizzati).

We stayed at the Moana Sands Beachfront Hotel in late January on our visit to Rarotonga. This was our fourth trip to the Cook Islands and we’ve tried various accommodations to date, including two rental properties and another resort villas property within the island. Note Moana Sands Group has three properties on the island thus is the source of confusion for many reviews on TripAdvisor. We selected the Beachfront Hotel (believe it was the oldest property of the bunch) due to its ideal location beachfront on the reef for snorkelling. Upon booking the resort, it is important to note that those who have rental vehicles with flights arriving after-hours are still required to pay for a one-way shuttle for one person so the attendee can let you into your rooms. After further discussing with the property manager, you can elect to follow the transport or have one person join the shuttle. The driver from Kai Mani transport was efficient, friendly, greeted us with beautiful leis upon arrival, and waited on us while we sorted out our rental – they are an excellent transport provider. All hotel staff we interacted with during our stay were helpful and friendly. We elected for the deluxe suites on the third floor. The room itself is spacious and includes basic amenities in a mini-kitchenette of sorts (basic small appliances, utensils, mini-fridge). The room did show its age however, and during our stay we noticed the first- and second- floor rooms albeit smaller appeared to have recent renovations. We also found the air conditioner had serious challenges keeping up pace with the warm summer weather. We booked the property with the AC feature as a need to keep us cool, but the vaulted ceiling created more room volume/space to cool. Be aware as with any property in the tropics, that bugs/insects are abundant anywhere and some basic tips help keep them away from your room (keep food in fridge not on counter, clean up crumbs after eating, etc.) The option for a breakfast is a convenient way to start the day, but do note that there were few changes to selection during the course of our visit. Breakfast is continental variety, including fruits, teas/coffee/juices, breads, ham/cheese/veg, yogurt and cereals. During the last few days, we discovered a great way to make a toasted grilled sandwich – two slices of bread, buttered on the outside, with ham, cheese, tomato and onion, on the little George Foreman grill until golden brown. Eine wunderbare Woche für meine erwachsene Tochter und ich. Wir blieben direkt am Strand in Villa 1 und von unserem Deck manchmal fühlten wir uns wie auf dem Lagune flogen. Ausgezeichnete Aufmerksamkeit für die Details in den Villas (die modern, hell und sauber sind) und der Pool und die Grundstücke sind auch schön gepflegt. Sonnenaufgang auf den Decken bis frühen Nachmittag und der Pool von spät am Morgen. Wenn Sie wie ich lieben das Kochen, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es gibt eine Hauptgas Webber auf dem Deck. Das Frühstück war für uns genug, und Sie können wählen, ob sie die Nacht (nachmittag) vor, wenn Sie einen frühen Start haben. Das Personal war sehr angenehm und lächelnd, und Robyn hat alle unsere Anforderungen ohne einen Schlag ausgesorben. Wir hatten eine kleine Wartungsfrage und es wurde am nächsten Tag während wir in Aitutaki geregelt. Das einzige, was ich nächstes Mal anders tun würde, ist, ein Auto zu mieten, um von dem Flughafen anstatt einen Transfer zu holen, auch wenn ich nicht jeden Tag ein Auto benutzt. Muri ist sehr zu Fuß, aber wir verwendeten Taxis gelegentlich, um zu anderen Restaurants in der Gegend zu gehen. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, muss ein Zimmer mit Meerblick buchen, die Lagunenlandschaft ist hervorragend, nicht für Kinder geeignet, der Pool ist sehr klein, viele Steine am Strand sind keine Strände, die Lagune ist sehr flach Kinder können schnorcheln aber es gibt kein Fisch. Am Tag des Eincheckens teilte das Hotel mit, dass der Zimmerbereich mit Meerblick keine Kinder akzeptiert. Nach dem Ctrip-Kommunikationsshop ist es notwendig, in den Poolraum zu wechseln. Die Rezeption hat ein Zimmer mit Meerblick eingerichtet. Der Ablauf ist etwas unklar. Die Hoteleinrichtungen sind relativ einfach und alt, das Restaurant ist nicht groß, die Gerichte sind nicht viel, das Frühstück ist einfach im westlichen Stil und es gibt Früchte wie Papaya und Orange. Das Personal an der Rezeption und im Restaurant ist sehr freundlich. Die Autovermietung ist bequem und es ist bequem, einen Tagesausflug zu buchen. Rarotonga ist sehr klein. Es gibt zwei Busse im Uhrzeigersinn und gegen den Uhrzeigersinn. Das Hotel steigt am Eingang des Hotels ein und aus und man braucht ungefähr eine Stunde um die Insel herum. Zehn Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt hilft die Rezeption, ein Taxi zum Flughafen für 30 Dollar zu buchen. Das Hotel ist im Allgemeinen zufriedenstellend und wird einen Aufenthalt in Betracht ziehen.

Overall Manuia Beach Resort is a great place to stay. It's a small adults only place which means there are not lots of people everywhere. Well equipped rooms are all close to the pool and the beach and the outside private shower is a nice touch. Rooms are air conditioned which is a nice feature and useful when you are in the room. The restaurant provides a good range of food and I recommend the $69 three course meal option as great value for money. Staff are friendly and we're always happy to help book excursions etc. The only thing, which is outside their control, is the constant crowing from the Rarotonga Roosters....a common issue all over the island..it seems these roosters have no sense of time as they started at 11pm and went through the entire night....so take some decent earplugs. Don't let the roosters put you off going though, as Manuia Beach Resort is a really relaxing place to have a holiday.

Hatte eine wunderbare Zeit am Sunrise Beach Bungalows - die Zimmer sind riesig - die Aussicht ist zu sterben und es geht alles um alles wegzukommen und sich selbst zu finden. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und alles, was Sie brauchen, wenn Sie für sich selbst kochen wollen und auf dem Balkon sitzen und einfach genießen. Sehr guter Wert. A good hotel, dated but a renovation is happening in 2025. Friendly staff, but not polished service with some simple things not done well, like forgetting cutlery etc. Pool area is nice to get out of the wind, and the beachfront is awesome, as the the included kayaks and paddle boards. The daily happy hour cocktail’s were not very nice, and overly complicated and exotic. A simple rum and coke, or gin and tonic, would have tasted better and pleased more people. There is no 24/7 room service as advertised, and there was no turndown service in our first room, although there was in our second. The first room (garden view) had chromecast and Netflix etc, but our second (beachfront) did not. Bathrooms were dated, and water pressure / temperature poor. Some fresh flowers had been placed in the room on arrival, but had been there a few days and ants were finding them. The included soaps were amazing. The beds were great, location too notch, but for the price I would expect much more. In summary, they try to be 5 star, but don’t execute it well. Still a pleasant stay and we would return if the price was more reflective of the product.

Perfect location for all the family. There were 11 of us, young children included. WE loved the fact this is not a large resort, very laid back. Hatte den besten Aufenthalt mit Kia Orana Villas! Das Zimmer war schön und sehr geräumig. Hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Ein Loungebereich, Essenstisch und komfortables Bett. Außendusche war so wunderschön! Unser Zimmer hatte seine eigene Waschmaschine und Trockner, die sehr bequem war. Das Personal servierte unser Zimmer jeden Tag und machte so eine wunderbare Arbeit, die es servierte, immer sauber. Der Pool und der Spa waren schön, um zu kühlen und zu schwimmen. Das Personal war super wunderschön!!! Ich würde sicher noch einmal hier bleiben, wenn ich jemals wieder nach Raro reise.

We had a wonderful stay at Little Polynesian. The staff was welcoming, and the check-in process was seamless. The initial view of the pool, surrounded by palm trees with the blue lagoon in the background, instantly made us feel like we were in paradise. The resort is small and intimate and never felt crowded. The property is immaculately clean and has lush tropical gardens, and the beach is great for long walks. We stayed in a garden bungalow with two private courtyards – one with an outdoor shower and the other with two sun lounges in a garden setting. The bungalow was spacious and included a small sitting area, a large bathroom, and a kitchenette with everything we needed (mini fridge, coffee machine, and filtered water replaced daily). Next time, we would upgrade to a beachfront bungalow to enjoy the beautiful lagoon view from our room. We spent most days swimming in the ocean and lounging by the pool. Getting around Rarotonga without a car was easy, as there was a bus stop outside the hotel. Check the bus timetable and have cash (NZ $5 per person for each trip). The dining experience was poolside with a beautiful lagoon view. A generous continental breakfast was included with the room rate, and our dinner favorites included the Island-Style Sashimi, Mongolian Beef Sizzler, and Seafood Special. The food was very flavorsome, generously portioned, and of very good quality. We enjoy smaller properties, so it was perfect for us.

Großer kleiner Ort direkt an einem großen Schnorchelstrand. Wir hatten 2 entlegene Strandwohnungen mit wenig Küchen und Aussichten auf den Strand. Die Mitarbeiter waren wirklich freundlich und die Zimmer waren sauber und komfortabel. Der Snorkeln direkt vorne war großartig, und es war nur ein Schwimmen von Black Rock entfernt. Die Villas waren ein wenig nach unten, so dass sie ohne Lärm von der Straße weg waren.
