Had an excellent stay in room 1911 with good food for the visit to haram. The cleanliness and hygiene of the hotel is outstanding. View to haram is good also with masjid facility in hotel premises. Hospitality was great and housekeeping staff Mr.Mohammed Farhan and Mr. Abdul was prompt on their service. Keep up the good work and kudos to the entire team.

Ihre Zimmer und Dienstleistungen - professionell. Lage - diagonal hinter Dar-Al-Tawhid. Hat seinen eigenen Mall und Geschäfte. Wir werden hier insha'Allah zurück sein, wenn wir wieder Haram kommen.

Strategische Lage. Nur 5 Minuten vom Zimmer zum König-Abdul-Aziz-Tor. Muss durch 2 Aufzüge fahren. Und verlassen Sie die Zam Zam Tower Mall. Zum Frühstück gibt es viele Menüs und es variiert jeden Tag. Die meisten Menüs sind nahöstlich, es gibt eine asiatische Ecke, aber die meisten Speisen stammen aus Pakistan und Indien. Es schmeckt dennoch indonesischen Zungen, da das Curry nicht stark ist. Geräumiges Zimmer, Zweibettzimmer, teilweise mit Blick auf die Kaaba. Komplette Zimmerausstattung. Es gibt einen Herd, ein Bügeleisen und so weiter. Auch das Badezimmer ist geräumig und verfügt über eine Badewanne. Das WLAN ist schnell..sil Empfohlen für Familien.

Awesome stay. Room is clean and comfortable. We took the executive room for 4 pax and the room is spacious. The hotel interior is stunning. The bathroom was beautiful. The breakfast buffet offers international and middle east food. Everything is good but if anything need to be improved will be the reception staff. It be good if they can be more welcoming. The staff however at concierge is excellent. They went extra mile to assist guests. Will come bk.

Lots of refurbishment since the last time we were here in 2016. Previously it was good and now it is excellent ! Most important is its location which is near the clock tower entrance. You dont need to walk far to the mosque unlike Fairmont for eg.

Ausstattung: Bis auf den fehlenden Swimmingpool ist alles andere gut und auch das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig. Hygiene: sauber und ordentlich. Umgebung: Es ist 400 Meter zu Fuß von der Verbotenen Moschee entfernt und die Aussicht auf die Verbotene Moschee ist unvergleichlich. Service: Aufmerksamer Service. Auch das Hotelrestaurant ist köstlich.

Das Zimmer kostete 2.000 Yuan pro Nacht und bot einen Blick auf den Müll. Das Zimmer blickte auf einen Parkplatz und Ruinen. Das Frühstück ist nicht so gut wie in inländischen Vier-Sterne-Hotels. Die Anzahl der warmen Gerichte beträgt weniger als 3, und es handelt sich im Wesentlichen um gebratenen Reis und Würstchen von geringer Qualität. Die Zimmerausstattung ist alt und der Stil ist völlig veraltet. Außerdem entspricht die Zimmerreinigung nicht dem Standard. Wenn ich dusche, fließt fast Wasser in den Kühlschrank ist leer und da ist nichts. Abgesehen von der Lage hat dieses Hotel für eine Nacht im Grunde nichts zu bieten. Die Hotels Hilton und Conrad daneben sind ein Drittel so gut wie dieses und die Qualität ist um ein Vielfaches besser. Dieses Hotel ist nur 300 pro Nacht wert, mehr nicht.

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt genossen, das Zimmer war groß und hatte ein paar Sofas zum Entspannen, einen Schreibtisch und einen bequemen Sessel. Wasser, Wasserkocher, Tee/Kaffee stehen kostenlos im Zimmer zur Verfügung. Das Badezimmer ist ebenfalls groß und sauber und verfügt über einen Spender für Duschgel und Shampoo.  Es gibt 6 Aufzüge, sodass man kaum warten muss. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und flexibel. Sie geben sich die größte Mühe, um sicherzustellen, dass Sie mit ihrem Service zufrieden sind. Jede Anfrage wird umgehend bearbeitet. Ein angenehmer Aufenthalt, vielen Dank an alle Mitarbeiter.

Everything about the hotel was fantastic. The staff are lovely, and the location is near Haram, public transportation. However, I faced sort of a slight issue during the check-in, and it was sorted out in 10-15 minutes. The issue was due to payment as I booked and paid in advance. However, they wanted me to pay them and contact Trip.com to get my money back. I refused and showed them the receipt. Seems they are not used to the reservations with payment in front. If you do that, keep the receipt with you. كل شيء عن الفندق كان رائع، الموظفين لطيفين والفندق قريب من الحؤم والمواصلات والخدمات، لكن واجهتني مشكلة بسيطة عند الوصول حيث حجزت ودفعت كسبقا لكن طلبوا مني الدفع ومراجعة trip.com لاسترداد نقودي. طبعا لم اقبل بذلك واظهرت لهم الفاتورة وتم حل المشكلة خلال ١٠-١٥ دقيقة. على ما يبدو هم غير معتادين على هذا النوع من الحجز ويتوقعون الدفع عند الوصول

Das Hotel ist bequem vom Haram entfernt. 5-10 min. auf dem Bus. Sehr großes Problem mit dem Aufzug, sie sind immer besetzt während der Moschee. Im Zimmer sauber, die Betten sind komfortabel, die Dusche ist klein. Der Klimaanlage ist sehr leistungsfähig.

We had a nice stay in the hotel, service is good , staff is helpful and friendly, we didn’t have any issues during our stay. Location was not ideal, about 25 min walk, if you take shuttle, then it’s 15 mins to Harram. Road works still going but they tend to finish and underpass should be running in Ramadan which will then reduce travel time for sure.

I had a lovely stay at Elaf Ajyad. The staff were fantastic—so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I originally booked a room with two bedrooms and two bathrooms but was given a triple room instead. Thankfully, the receptionist quickly resolved the issue without much hassle. The room I stayed in was very spacious, which made my stay even more comfortable. The hotel is located on a hill, which might not be ideal for older travellers or anyone with mobility issues. However, they do offer a shuttle service to take you up and down the hill. Just be prepared to wait a little when it comes to pick-ups. While the staff are great, the management system can sometimes be a bit slow, so you might need to be patient or follow up with them. Overall, for the price I paid, it was a great experience. Travelling without any older family members, it worked perfectly for me, and I’d definitely stay here again.

Dear Elaf Qinwan, Thank you for the hospitality for our short escape at Elaf Qinwan (March 20-25, 2025). Sungguh perjalanan Umroh Mandiri Kami menjadi Lebih menyenangkan dengan mendapatkan akomodasi dengan standar yang cukup Baik. Amenities cukup, bisa request reload tiap hari, ganti towel tiap hari. Air Mineral reload tiap hari asal kıta rajin ingatin housekeeping saat muter pagi2. Lokasi Hotel cukup dekat darı Harom Selama Ramadhan menggunakan 2x shuttle dan semuanya free. Shuttle Hotel to Kuday connecting shuttle tidak sampai 10 menit lalu lanjut lagi dengan shuttle khusus ke Harom 5 menitan. Proses check in check out sangat Fast Thank You Trip for this comfort Trip!

I had an excellent stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The staff were amazing—proactive, professional, and always ready to assist. The guest relations lady, in particular, was incredibly helpful and always went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience and she was always available at anytime. The rooms were spotless and very well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. Additionally, the hotel offers a buggy service to the Haram, which was very convenient, even though it’s just a short 3-minute walk. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel that I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area. Great service, clean facilities, and thoughtful amenities made this a memorable stay!

Das Hotel war geschlossen, ich wurde zum Mercure Aziziyah Hotel umgeleitet. Toller Aufenthalt, alle waren zufrieden. Während des Ramadan fährt morgens fast alle 30 Minuten bzw. 1 Stunde ein Shuttle vom Hotel ab, nachmittags nur 3 Shuttles (14.30 Uhr, 15.00 Uhr und 17.00 Uhr) und nach dem Tarawih-Gebet weitere Shuttles, die Sie an der Haram-Erweiterung absetzen. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und werden auf Wunsch täglich gereinigt. Direkt gegenüber dem Hotel befindet sich eine Moschee, allerdings gibt es in der Gegend keine Restaurants und keine Möglichkeit zum Geldwechseln.
