Das Hotel ist großartig. Ich bin Deutscher und Hotels im amerikanischen Stil sind manchmal eine Umgewöhnung. Das JW ist allerdings top! Das Personal ist stets professionell höflich. Leider hat das Hotel kein eigenes Restaurant, daher kein Frühstücksbuffet. Es gibt keine Kleiderschränke in den Standard-Zimmern. Gerne wieder, vor allem da ich für einen recht günstigen Preis gebucht habe.

Mein Mann und ich blieben hier für eine schnelle Gebührenabfahrt nach Chicago. Obwohl es kalt und regnete, fühlte sich diese Lage ziemlich zentrale und ging freundlich. Das Zimmer war eine anständige Größe und fühlte sich gut, aber bei einer näheren Inspektion hätte es tiefer gereinigt werden können. Ich würde nicht zurückkommen, aber auch nicht bedauern.

We stayed for a night, upgraded to a lakefront room. Great location, great rooms. The only issue I had was the AC was not working that well. We didn’t even use the sheets or our blanket we got so hot. Also the bar is a little over expensive. Other then that great stay! I’d stay again but bring a fan and our own bottle next time :)

Insgesamt ist ein gutes Budget Suite-Hotel nach dem Abflug von einem langen Flug zu bleiben. Alles ist ziemlich Standard. Innenraum hat typische, aber datierte Dekoration dieses späten 90er Jahre Anfang 2000er Jahre. Der Thermostat im Zimmer ist wahrscheinlich älter als ich bin (Millennium), und seine Einstellungen waren begrenzt, ohne Angabe der befehlten Temperatur - nur warm oder kalt. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, auch wenn Sie um fast 10 Uhr anmelden. Und es gibt ein beigefügtes Outback Steakhouse, das ein Plus war, wenn man so spät checkte und nicht wollte, um zu essen gehen. Ich würde sicherlich wieder bleiben.

I have fully paid the room rate online before arrival, but the hotel still charged me the same amount while we were checking in, I made an enquiry to the hotel and they replied it was due to their computer error, crazy and nothing to say!

They didn't offered nor had a water bottles . We travelled 1000miles , thought to stood there for a night, came around 1am in the night, couldn't make to gas station coz I was dizzy. As soon as I entered my room I found no water bottles. Atleast offer water it's just a 50c/bottle. Note: If I tell your boss water or Aircondition , what he prefers.. It's just a water bottle but each drop counts..

Das Hotel war sehr sauber und das Bett war super komfortabel! Einchecken war einfach und sie lassen uns früh prüfen, was sehr hilfreich war. Der Türmann am Boden des Aufzugs schien ein wenig Richtergeist. Wir wollten nach dem Baseballspiel nur zur Bar gehen, aber er behandelte uns wie wir keine Gäste des Hotels, das war ein wenig aus dem Spiel, aber der Bartender war wunderbar!

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, direkt am Rande des Finanzviertels von Chicago. In acht Gehminuten erreichen Sie den Sears Tower und nach einem kurzen Spaziergang das Chicago Center. Die Zimmer sind ordentlich, wenn auch etwas veraltet. Die Lobby ähnelt einem Home Inn in China. Allerdings ist das Crowne Plaza in den USA im Wesentlichen ein Drei-Sterne-Hotel und in China nicht einmal annähernd ein Fünf-Sterne-Hotel.

Insgesamt hatten wir einen großen Aufenthalt im Hotel. Die Lage, obwohl es auf Google-Karten zu sein ein wenig außerhalb des Stadtzentrums, ist eigentlich sehr bequem. Es gibt mehrere Buslinien, die Sie in weniger als 10 Minuten zum Stadtzentrum (was für mich bedeutet, die DuSable Brücke) bringen. Ein paar Dinge zu beachten. Um das kostenlose WLAN zu erreichen, müssen Sie ein Bonvoi-Konto haben (frei zu erstellen) Beim Frühstück scheint Trip.com invertierte Informationen zu zeigen. Es war am Montag bis Freitag im 1600 Club (unterer Stock des Hotels) verfügbar, aber IST NICHT am Wochenende verfügbar.
