I’d rate it 0/5 if the app had this option.Shit hole. First of all,it’s bed and breakfast-not the hotel. Be ready for your rooms being at the basement floor(the cheapest one), never book the first floor rooms. They are right by the entrance and reception so it’ll be super noisy. Electricity is unstable so be ready to suffer from cold(only A/C, radiators are not working), no wifi no electricity. They turned on oil generators and called it fixing the problem making their guests suffer from the oil smell. Rooms were shabby and dirty, the slippers had hair on them. Disgusting. I checked out earlier than I planned cause the family running the hotel was very rude and unprofessional, she literally rushed into my room yelling at me and asking why I was unhappy with the hotel. Anyway, definitely no license,no experience, no business orientation **** hole bed and breakfast. Better pay a little bit more and stay at the legit hotel.

We stayed here for 4 nights in a deluxe room, which was nicely decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. The appearance of the hotel suggests it has been recently renovated or well kept, either way it was very clean and functional. For us it was such a pleasant change to stay in an independent small hotel, compared to the regular chain hotels. All staff were helpful and friendly with big smiles from our arrival to departure. The breakfast room was a little small to accommodate guests from more than four rooms, but it is managed well considering the limited space. In our opinion the breakfast menu may benefit from a day to day variation for guests staying more than 2 nights. Overall a pleasant stay, which met our needs and expectations. If we return to Istanbul, 9 Doors Hotel would be our first choice for a stay in Sultanahmet.

We stayed 5 nights in April 2024. Eray was so helpful and in fact all the staff were. Eray organised transfers to and from the airport, provided advice and assistance with tours and sightseeing. The location was quiet but in the heart of the old town. Easy walking access to everything. The rooms were impeccably clean and the beds were so comfortable! Would recommend and we would definitely stay again should we be back in Istanbul! Thank you 9 Doors 💕

Fabulous. We stayed 5 nights. Great location, beds and linens. A nice breakfast each day that was included. The staff are very helpful in assisting you with ideas and recommendations for activities and restaurants. They also arranged transfers ($) to and from the airport. Highly recommend 9 Doors as a place to stay in Istanbul.

I would like to recommend this jewel,very nice location in sultanahmet so you can visit topcapi palace and all mosques by walk, the room is clean and always well organized and the hotel staff is always happy to help and give everything you ask for.

My girlfriend and I went there from 6 nights the last September. I wrote them many times in the email, asking for the rooms. They gave me a lot of information and a really good service before my travel. I got amazed because they can speak good English. The hotel is in a really good location. So near to the centre, and with a lot of restaurant nearby. All the staff in this place are giving us a really good service during all our stay. We booked the Deluxe Room. This room looks totally like in the photos. It is a really good place, spacious, so clean,and has a good tv, really comfortable bed and a good bathroom. The breakfast was so good even in a small room. You can feel like at home because the staff is smiling all the time and asking about what you need. We only have good words about this place and the people there. If we return in the future we will go there again. Hoping they will have all the success that they deserve. We stayed at 9 door’s hotel Hurrem room. It was amazing holiday. The hotel is very close to public transport and historical places like Hagia Sophia. The staff member was very welcoming, and the hotel breakfast was diverse. We left with good memories.

We had a delightful stay at this very charming and cosy 9 Doors Hotel. Everything was perfect, starting with the hotel and the rooms themselves, restored and furnished with exquisite taste, but also the service with caring, professional and very nice people. We would like to thank particularly Sinan at the front desk who has been of great help to organise our sojourn and visits. The location is also ideal to discover the main sites of Istanbul. This is a hotel that is definitely worth to be discovered and recommended. We will come back with great pleasure !

The stay at 9 doors was great! Very central and beautifully decorated - we really liked it there. The staff was very nice and we felt very welcome. For food ask at the reception for the famous fish restaurant nearby. It’s very good!

Класс очень чисто и уютно Тихое место и все достопримечательности рядом Уютно Куча кафе рядом Нет шума и суеты Супер чисто Завтрак простой но удобно что не надо никуда ехать , Потому что очень устаешь после всех экскурсий и куда то утром идти не хочется есть

Mi pareja y yo nos alojamos en este precioso y coqueto hotel en nuestro viaje a Estambul. La situación es inmejorable cerca de restaurantes y tiendas y de los lugares de mayor interés de la zona. Hablan un buen inglés y todo el personal se ha esforzado en hacernos sentir lo más cómodos posible. Las habitaciones son confortables y muy limpias, nosotros nos alojamos en la 401 que es la más amplia, las demás son algo más pequeñas, pero igualmente cómodas. Disponen de servicio de Transfer para recogerte en el aeropuerto.
