A decent place to stay next to a shiva temple at mylapore. In fact it is surrounded by many temples. The maintenance could have been better. The humid smell inside the room was bothering in the beginning but i had to open the windows to let fresh air flow. Was struggling with car parking. Overall it's a decent lodge with a few compromises.

The hotel is in a poor location and maybe, it is catering to mainly the employees of the nearby compannies for official visits. And, the room provide is not so clean with dark stains on the bed head rest. The towels given were also dirty with lot of stains. The toilet seat is not fitted properly and seepage from the bottom of the commode. The only positive aspect are the people who were user friendly. Ultimately, not worth the money.

Their stay was pleasant and the staff was helpful, the food was not that great, and i got a surprise guest in my room a cockroach. Almirah was not clean and one pillow cover was not clean. They joined two beds to make it one king size bed but it had a gap in between and which made it uncomfortable, if you want to sleep at the center of the bed. The balcony was small but good to enjoy outside weather. They have an android tv of tlc brand, all channels and wifi connected on it. But wifi switches off sometimes.

The stay was best. Our previous hotel was cancelled due to some app technical issue. In rush we booked Al Noor palace. We were traveling with family booked 4 rooms for 2 nights. The rooms here our not so spacious but the in room amenities, ac , tv, cleaning everything was perfectly managed and maintained. The staff was so polite, Mr. Rehman and night staff, the housekeeping, the restaurant person everyone was so helpful. Only one suggestion just try to increase the staff in breakfast timings. Rest We all loved the place and definitely would recommend to our friends and also would come again whenever we visit Chennai. Thanks all for this wonderful stay. Keep up the good work.

Die Einrichtung des Hotels ist sehr alt, die Zimmer sind durchschnittlich, die Bettwäsche ist nicht sauber, es gibt Abschaum, Haare und Striche. Dies kann ein häufiges Problem in indischen Hotels sein. Solange die Bettwäsche nicht verschmutzt ist, wird sie natürlich nicht gewechselt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist anständig, mit sieben oder acht Speisen. Der Preis von mehr als 300 Yuan, kann in einem guten Hotel auf dem Land leben.

Rude,uncourteous and robbing attitude of staffs abd management of an international organization was shocking. I booked for 10 days in the first week of May, for the dates,May 27th to June 5th, but I chkd in on 26th itself a standard AC room for 2 adults, at the time of direct phone call booking the tariff I was told was INR 2476, inclusive of GST and complimentary breakfast for 2...while checking in on May 26th, I was told by the female front desk incharge that 8 had to pay first for 2 days and then pay the rest in incriments for my 10 days stay,I wasasked to pay INR 2594 per day, when I asked why change she literally slapped a tariff card in front of my face. I paid INR 5188,on 27th ,there was another manager to whom I paid for the next 4 days till May 31st, he charged INR w500 per day, I asked why the change he said something like its like that it will decrease after initial payment, but didn't give me any details. On May 30th I said, to the same male front desk manager I will pay the balance 4 days till 5th,he said there will be a tariff change and he can help me to have a late check out if I pay on June 1st, when I asked what does he means by tariff change, he said some unclear technical margon about chk out chk in tining etc. On June 1st, when I went to pay the female staff was there, she asked me to pay a balance of Rs 200 for the previous 6 days I asked her to show me the invoice and made her do a tariff calculation, that's when I was told the first day of stay all guests are charged INR 100 as club associations fee and rest of the days,INR2476, so I was akteady charged INR 214 excess, then she apologized and said since today on June 1st it will be considered a new check in ,,I had to pay for the breakfast INR 200 per head, I said I won't as I am going to continue my stay, then she reluctantly Saud ok pay for one person, I said NO , I don't want any adjustments for late check out, and I will pay right wlaway for the next 4 days. Then came the shocker, she said rhe room tariff for 1 day now isINR 3900, I asked how cone they hiked 50% in one night and without information and also I hooked for 10 days when the tariff was 2476, the management refused to budge In the end I refused to pay 3900 for June 1st and paid the old tariff a d checked out and was fortunate enough to find a better place with much better tariff nearby. They don't keep enough water bottles,nor do they clean impeccably, no room service, breakfast is decent,property is good,for public transport but rooms are old and just one plug point

Das Hilton ist sehr einfach zu erreichen. Nur drei Metrostationen vom Flughafen entfernt auf der grünen Linie. Danach noch 100 Meter und *** ist schon da. Empfangen wurde ich sehr freundlich von Mrs. Sagarika aus der Abteilung guest relation. Im weiteren Verlauf bin ich noch mehrmals auf sie gestossen: Sie war immer sehr gastfreundlich, erinnerte sich an meinen Namen und gab mir Tipps, was ich in Chennai besuchen sollte. Keine Frage war ihr zuviel. Sie ist genau die richtige Person am richtigen Platz. Das gleiche gilt für Mrs. Remi aus der Executive Lounge. Ihre Freundlichkeit und ihr Humor sind außergewöhnlich. Habe mich aufgrund ihrer Service-Orientiertheit immer sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie klärte mich über verschiedene indische Rituale auf. Dafür bin ich ihr sehr dankbar. Die Suite war groß und sehr gepflegt. Ich hatte eine exzellente Aussicht über Chennai. Das Früstück war abwechslungsreich vom Müsli bis zum chicken curry. Der Massala Tee war besonders lecker. Ich komme gern wieder.

I forgot to pick my bag containing debit card, cash and other valuables in the room and checked out. Got a call from the hotel the same morning informing me about my bag. I got my stuff back. Really appreciate the staff for the professionalism, especially Alex who took pains and called me back and was very supportive and helpful with the whole process. People with such honesty and integrity are currently in short supply and I once again thank the staff for showing such high values.

Sehr guter Ort, um in Chennai zu bleiben, insbesondere für Geschäftsreisende. Sie beginnen mit einer sehr professionellen Kontrolle in Erfahrung von der Frontbüro-Personal geführt von dem immer hilfreich und lächelnd Mr. ALEX. Sehr gutes Essen, schlaues Frühstück. Ein Besuch im Innenrestaurant Oriental Blossom ist eine Notwendigkeit. Ruhe sicher, dass der ***Ager Mr. Bala gut aufpassen und Sie mit dem besten chinesischen Essen verpflegen wird. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Also war es unser Abschied und wir erwarteten, zu erinnern. Wir wählten endlich Zitronenbaum nach und ehrlich zu sein, sie erfüllten alle unsere Bedürfnisse. Hall war gut beschäftigt und hatte große Atmosphäre, zentralisiert AC und schließlich das Essen war erstaunlich. Ich persönlich möchte ***ager Raja danken, die ödlich und verantwortlich war, indem sie während der Veranstaltung ein helles Lächeln trug, besonders danke ihm. schließlich hatten wir hier eine tolle Zeit, Dank U !

I stayed there for 2 days and the experience has been good considering the price. The staff are very courteous and helpful. They also provide canned drinking water at entrance unlike other greedy hotels who even charge for water. So it is very much appreciated in places like chennai, where people sweat alot. Also they have installed mesh to windows in bathroom, so no issue of mosquitoes. The room i was given was simple, but modern looking. So value for money. The only cons are wifi is bit slow and disconnected when i stayed and people who are tall should watch their head, cos i hit my head multiple times onto the seam of bathroom, cos it is too low in position. So i had to bend every time i come out of bathroom. So found this as con. But these are negligible issues. Had a comfortable stay.
