Whenever in ask about the water bottle, they told me that they got only limited numbers of bottle. Had to buy from tesco nearby. Great location for those early mornings dragging yourself out of bed for an early flight. Breakfast was okay. Hotel room was quiet so got a good nights sleep. One thing I will say was really weird is the toilet door is the wardrobe door 😂 so if you come out of the loo and someone is looking in the wardrobe, they may get a door to the head. And if you leave the bathroom door open you will be seen from the bed. Liked the big window looking out to the carpark but would of loved to of been able to let a bit of fresh air into the room. Restaurant was okay, I think it was £8 for tomato soup that was so hot it burnt my throat and nearly ruined the holiday before it had begun. Will stay again as it's so close to the airport and with TUI you can check your bags in the night before.

Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, Brot und Fruchtsaftbuffet sowie ein rein englisches Frühstück, kostenlose Bestellung, schmecken sehr gut! Tee zu Teetassen zu trinken ist sehr exquisit, ein Frühstück aus dem Urlaub heraus! Eine dreiköpfige Familie fragte, ob sie bei ihrer Ankunft im Hotel ein Zustellbett haben möchte. Wir haben es nicht hinzugefügt, also gaben wir uns das größte Doppelzimmer. Das Zimmer war nicht so schallisoliert, wie der Kommentar sagte. Sehr ruhig, direkt neben der Hängebrücke. Dies ist auch das Hotel, mit dem wir einen Monat lang in Bristol am zufriedensten waren!

The hotel was very smart modern and clean. Our room was small but we had booked a standard room. Price was good compared to other hotels locally. The hotel is right next to the harbour and in the middle of a bustling nightlife. We hadn’t considered this when booking. Although the location was great, the noise from outside could be heard so loudly in our room at night. I actually thought a window was open, but it wasn’t. This went on till the early hours, music, shouting etc, so we found it hard to sleep. The bed was very comfortable though and the room spotlessly clean. Tea/coffee facilities were provided in our room, an iron and hairdryer were also there. The bathroom had a good shower, towels were provided. We didn’t dine but I did purchase a drink from the bar. After paying I was told it would be brought over to me. When it was the bartender informed me my card had declined and asked me to pay again. I did, however when I checked my bank later both payments had been paid out. Not very happy about this. Although a nice looking hotel and great price, due to the noise level at night we wouldn’t stay again. If that wouldn’t bother you the hotel would be a great choice.

Drei Vorteile: 1) Das Zimmer ist wirklich groß und sehr gut! Auch wenn das Badezimmer sehr groß ist, ist es mit einem Whirlpool verbunden 2) Hochseite ist sehr gut 3) Die geografische Lage ist sehr gut unten ist die Busbahnhof, zwei Minuten zu Fuß ist der Flughafen Busstopp Drei große Unzulänglichkeiten: 1) Das Zimmer ist zu alt und nicht gut; 2) das Bett ist nicht so bequem, dass es keinen Sitz hat; 3) die Heizung im Zimmer ist so hoch, dass es ”unkühl” ist, aber nicht ”heiß” sagt. Das Frühstück ist das typische britische Frühstück. Die Rezeption ist auch sehr enthusiastisch, aber Sie müssen die letzte Antwort auf ”keine Verzögerungen” (??)

Building is historical. Rooms layout is not good for people who don't like doing stairs and can get confused easily where to go . Overall it's okay for few nights sleep . 🙂🙂🙂

Great location hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast with plenty of choice. Located opposite cabot circus shopping centre with free parking at nearby multi storey. We had a ok stay in an accessible room that comprised of a double bed and large sofa bed. Room was a little tatty and in need of renovation. Beds were poor, double had sagging mattresses but wasn't uncomfortable and matress on sofa bed was very thin and not very comfortable according to our 18 year old son. Facilities were very good as in plenty of clean towels, toiletries and bottled water, tea, coffee and biscuits. I would stay again but if I'm honest I did feel it was value for money.

We had the loveliest time here the staff were so lovely and friendly. It was about a 30 minute walk into town and if you are travelling into town at rush hour walking is the best way as the traffic was pretty bad. The room we stayed in was beautiful and clean and tidy and we were blown away by the service from the staff it really was lovely infact I was shocked to find they were part of a group and not independent as it felt the kind of service you would get from an independent. The bar and restaurants were lovely and the building was so beautiful inside and out we had a really lovely stay toiletries were provided and they smelt beautiful. thanks so much we had a lovely time.

Zentral gelegen. Schönes altes Gebäude, mit ziemlich seltsamen modernen/industriellen Vertrauen in Zimmer. Regelmäßiges Doppelzimmer war recht eng im Raum. Badezimmer große und große Dusche. Ein bisschen kalt am Abend wurde ein elektrischer Heizungsapparat bereitgestellt, aber funktionierte nicht. Ich entdeckte später, dass keine der (10!!) Plug-Sockets im Zimmer funktionierte.

Etage, die Cookies werden beim Einchecken gegeben, die Rezeption muss absehen, ohne Selbsthilfe. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr gut. Aber das Hotel ist etwas alt und es gibt eine Luftschmutz.

Situated centrally but accessible for cars, the Delta Hotel works fine for a stopover night prior to a flight Being part of Marriott Bonvoy means the recently refurbished hotel has higher standards than others: spacious shiny lobby, seating areas, well-served restaurants and all the extra amenities. Unlike many other places working by the clock, the restaurant received our late arrival and food order, enjoyed over watching Match of the Day. The staff were particularly impressive. Important to me it had a terrace to the restaurant on the first floor. It looks over nothing much but urban concrete and the roundabout but it allows me to have my smoke respectfully! The room is spacious, has a personalised TV welcoming the guests by name but its smart features unfortunately didn’t work (yet) so no Netflix for us that night! Thank God, there was not just the Holy Bible but also the Book of Mormons on the right hand bedside table! Da der Premier Inn (PI) Hotelpark ziemlich klein war, konnte ich einen Tag keine Parkplatz finden und wurde vorgeschlagen, das Auto am Parkplatz von Ferienhaus (HI) zu parken. Die Mitarbeiter sagten, sie würden uns einen Rabattschein liefern. Später, als wir den Eintrittskarten für den HI-Park an das Hotelpersonal für den Rabattschein gegeben haben, kehrte das Personal JUST uns mit dem Rabattschein (die sehr wie den Eintrittskarten aussah) zurück, aber nicht auch mit dem Eintrittskarten. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt haben wir das nicht bemerkt. Bis wir aus dem HI-Autopark fahren wollten, fanden wir, dass derjenige, den wir von der PI-Personal zurückgekommen waren, ein Gutschein! Wir gingen zurück zum PI für Hilfe und möchten, dass das Personal überprüft, ob der Eintrittskarte irgendwo im Check-in-Gebäude im Lobby hinterlassen wurde. Es ist, weil wir, als der Gutschein (der wie der Eintrittskarte sah) an uns zurückgekehrt wurde, sicher waren, dass nur der Gutschein zurückgekehrt wurde, aber nicht mit dem Eintrittskarte. Die Mitarbeiter wurden jedoch sehr brutal und weigerten sich, für uns zu prüfen (sie hat nicht einmal die Mitarbeiter, die uns letztes Mal mit dem Parkgutschein umgegangen waren), ich denke, sie war sehr unverantwortlich! Sie bat uns einfach, den HI-Parkmanager anzurufen, der unsere Anrufe nie gefangen hat. Wir hatten eigentlich keinen Sinn, die Parkgebühr zu zahlen. Wir wollten nur aus dem HI-Park fahren. Schließlich, nach 2 Stunden, wurde das Problem gelöst!! Wir wurden von der HI-Carpark-Beschäftigung vorgeschlagen, dass wir einfach auf der Bezahlungsmaschine im HI-Carpark den Knopf „verlorener Ticket“ drücken und die Gebühr zahlen können. Ich denke, das Personal der PI hätte uns mehr Informationen über die Art und Weise, wie wir dieses Problem bewältigen können, und hätte ihre Kollegen über den Verlust des HI-Park-Tickets aufgefordert haben. Es muss irgendwo im PI-Check-in-Zähler sein, wo wir es dem Personal zuvor gegeben haben. Deshalb empfehle ich wegen der Unverantwortlichkeit des harten Personals nicht wirklich, in diesem Hotel zu bleiben, wenn Sie nach Bristol fahren. Andere Mitarbeiter waren hingegen freundlich, hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Die Lage ist eher voreingenommen. Ich habe keine andere Wahl, als hier zu bleiben. Andere Hotels dürfen während der Epidemie nicht übernachten. Aber die Ausstattung und Umgebung sind sehr gut. Es wird empfohlen, mit dem Auto zu fahren.
