The property location was quite confusing. The address was different from what was written. However google maps had the right directions to get to their place. Had breakfast there, it was terrible. I would not call what they served as masala dosai. The coffee was terrible, smelled and tasted like oil. Having said that the people who work there are extremely friendly and we're willing to accommodate any questions that i had. The rooms were ok, not very clean, but passable. On the first day, the place smelled of cigarette smoke and was not comfortable.

One area for improvement is the housekeeping service, which is not available. Unlike other hotels where daily cleaning is standard, here you can't expect that level of service. Despite these drawbacks, considering the affordable price and convenient location near majestic bus stand, this hotel is one of the most budget-friendly options in the area.

The hotel is beautifully kept with attention to detail at every level of service and cleanliness. Staff are super helpful and very friendly willing to accommodate your every need. The architecture design of this building is incredible so gorgeous to see during the day and even more impressive at night. This is primarily a Vegitrian hotel. That is, you may find a meat dish, however it will be in the bar on the second floor, which is not very willing to visit. All breakfasts as well as dinners in the main restaurant will be exclusively vegetarian. 2. The quality of service is not up to four stars, this needs to be worked on. In my opinion it is not a bad hotel, but it deserves a maximum of three stars.
