The room is quite well maintained with decent interiors and clean linen, comfortable king-size bed and fluffy pillows. Reading lamps near bedside are a plus. Breakfast was included in the package and they have good food though the spread could be looked at. Overall a peaceful stay.

Location was good but the hotel employees were not at all helpful. No amenities as mentioned like sofa, ac didnt work for a long time and i had to wait for many hours, there was no safe, no locks in the cupboards, i had ordered few items for which i had to remind them like 4 times going to the reception and then they sent.

Gute Eigenschaft in Yelahanka. Anständige Größenzimmer, saubere, saubere Badezimmer. Guter Service. Frühstück ist auch gut. Begrenzte Variante, aber was immer sie dienen, Qualität und Geschmack ist gut. Ich habe 6 Tage geblieben. Insgesamt war mein Aufenthalt schön und komfortabel. Ich habe nur 3 statt 4 aufgrund meiner Erfahrung während der Checkout. Ich sollte Checkout um 11. Ich fragte nach Zeit bis 12 als mein Sohn, der mit mir war, war in sein College gefahren. Aufgrund des Streiks am 22. in Bangalore konnte er keine Cabs und wurde verzögert. Ich ging um 1 Uhr aus. Der Vorstandsleiter bat um Verzögerungen von 2 Stunden. Ich informierte, dass sie sich auf einen Auscheck bis 12 Uhr einverstanden hatten. Aber er war brutal und adamant. Ich habe endlich eine Stunde lang die Checkoutgebühren gezahlt. Diese Erfahrung hat mich über den gesamten Aufenthalt vernichtet.

Would definitely highly recommend this hotel to any traveller. The location next to the mall is perfect with ample shopping and lots of food shops to try. The hotel is beautifully kept with attention to detail at every level of service and cleanliness. Staff are super helpful and very friendly willing to accommodate your every need. The hotel is also equipped with day spa which is the perfect end to your holiday. The architecture design of this building is incredible so gorgeous to see during the day and even more impressive at night. This hotel is in a good and convenient location. The hotel is well renovated and looks nice. However, there are a few issues and points that you should be aware of before checking in. 1. This is primarily a Vegitrian hotel. That is, you may find a meat dish, however it will be in the bar on the second floor, which is not very willing to visit. All breakfasts as well as dinners in the main restaurant will be exclusively vegetarian. 2. The quality of service is not up to four stars, this needs to be worked on. In my opinion it is not a bad hotel, but it deserves a maximum of three stars.
