We had got a room next to men's pg, had really bad experience as i was travel-ling with family, food is not available at the property but deliveries are allowed. They clean and mop every 3rd day, no laundry service also if they say we have washing machine. Dont believe them as they don't work at all. The only thing good about it is. It is in front of a big lake, weather is good to relax. Nobody will ever be available at reception. Nor would they pick up calls if you have any issue after checkin.

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, sogar jeden Tag zwei Kleidungsstücke kostenlos waschen, nachdem die Wäsche ordentlich gefaltet ist, ist der Nachtmarkt schockiert! Meine Kollegen hatten anfangs keine Pantoffeln, keine Zahnbürsten etc., aber eigentlich alle!

Would definitely highly recommend this hotel to any traveller. The location next to the mall is perfect with ample shopping and lots of food shops to try. The hotel is beautifully kept with attention to detail at every level of service and cleanliness. Staff are super helpful and very friendly willing to accommodate your every need. The hotel is also equipped with day spa which is the perfect end to your holiday. This hotel is in a good and convenient location. The hotel is well renovated and looks nice. However, there are a few issues and points that you should be aware of before checking in. 1. This is primarily a Vegitrian hotel. That is, you may find a meat dish, however it will be in the bar on the second floor, which is not very willing to visit. All breakfasts as well as dinners in the main restaurant will be exclusively vegetarian. 2. The quality of service is not up to four stars, this needs to be worked on. In my opinion it is not a bad hotel, but it deserves a maximum of three stars.
