The manager or whoever was at the billing counter did not let me book the hote for the second day even if it was available and charged me more through offline booking. The staff was good except the counter guy. Location of the hotel is a good one as closest to all the transport of the city.

Der Duscheschirm, der Toilettenbereich muss ersetzt werden. Es gab einen schlimmen Geruch, als wir in unser Schlafzimmer gingen, der Hausbetreiber musste frischere Sprühung, um es zu neutralisieren. Das Fenster ist schrecklich - warum können Unternehmen ihren Hinterhof nicht sauber halten? Das Frühstück und das Personal sehr hilfreich genossen. Zusätzliche Bonus für den freundlichen Shuttle zum Flughafen.

First of all, they didn't know that i have booked room. At the moment, room my not available. I waited for few hour. Someone was checking out. Then i got that room second, their bathroom is pathetic. Not clean at all. Taps and pipes were leaking third, they don't provide free waterbottle. Which is the basic amenity in hotel room. It was chargable. Fourth, no ventilation at all. Room was like packed vaccum box. Fifth, they gave just one 3 rs- cost small local soap from which you can't even wash your hand properly. So in conclusion, they didn't provide basic amenities to their guests. I will not recommend this hotel at all.

Das Personal war freundlich und das Frühstück war sehr lecker mit ***y Lebensmittelwahlen einschließlich einer Reihe von gemachten zum Bestellen Bahnhöfe. Die Lage der Hotels liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom Law Gardens und anderen örtlichen Attraktionen entfernt, was ein Bonus ist. Abschließend hatten wir einen großen Aufenthalt an den Four Points von Sheraton Ahmedabad und wir fühlten uns, dass die Mitarbeiter auf uns schauen. Wir würden dieses Hotel an jeden Besucher Ahmedabad empfehlen.

The Room was not up to the mark. I could see tiny cockroaches roaming around. The sight of the pest 🪳 appalled me. It was quite evident that the authorities did not get the Pest Control 🛂 for quite some time. The curtains were broken and the Shower Gel was empty. Had to call the Reception twice before they could send across the person to provide solutions. However the food provided was tasty and good. The Breakfast Buffet was good. However I thought that the Lunch or the Dinner Buffet was slightly priced on the higher end vis a vis the prices.

Checked in yesterday around 10:00 p. M. And the staff at reception were very kind. They offered complimentary dinner and also upgraded us to suite room even though we booked a standard room. The guy at reception, mr. Rahul also offered us to check-out late because we travel-led and were very tired. Food, room, hygiene, property everything is just outstanding. I would give it a 10/10. Would 100% recommend for anybody looking for a place to stay in ahmedabad.
