Very good service by Sunway staffs, all smiles and patience and friendly with kids. My son is very happy from enjoying this Lost world zoo trip! 5 stars You can only check in after 3pm due to their small amount of rooms, so DO NOT come earlier! But the staff are really good to call me when room is ready so I really appreciate that. The location is also very good if you are planning to go Lost World, but other than that it is a pain in the ass to travel to old town or central area of Ipoh for good food, just secluded area. Prebook Jeff Cellar since it's in the same area if you want high end but good food. Sunway should not only sell their own products (white label) but also should include things outside like chips or medicine. Not really convenient when all the ground floor of hotel / inside Lost World doesn't have midnight snacks that isn't Sunway branded 😂

The hotel was really good and convenient for our stay. The rooms were nice and comfortable, and my family really enjoyed it. Everything was great except the cleanliness — the towels had yellow stains, so that part needs some improvement. Other than that, the place was lovely and I highly recommend it! It’s a great choice if you’re visiting Lost World of Tambun, though it’s a bit far from the town area.

Großer und gemütlicher Aufenthalt. Sehr schöner Blick auf die verlorene Welt von Tammun vom Balkon. Der Aufenthalt ist riesig und geräumig, sauber und mit grundlegenden Bedürfnissen ausgestattet. Gesamt bequemer Aufenthalt für Familien besuchen!

If your plan is to visit the Lost World of Tambun theme parks, this accommodation is spot-on. However, also because of the close proximity to the theme park and its operating hours from 11am to 11pm, if you have an infant or child that is sensitive to noise, it can still be heard in the unit even though windows and doors are closed. The unit looks quite new with living room and rooms cleanliness is good. Cleanliness of the both toilets as there are odor needs to be taken care of. Overall still happy with the unit amenities and facilities (playground, swimming pool, onsen, gym).

Ausgezeichneter Service und schnelle Prozess-Check-in. Selbst-Check-out und irgendwie ist es eine Art einzigartige.Sicherheitsbeamte ist sehr hilfreich für den Check-in. Ryokan Management hat professionelle Arbeit entfernt. Wir planen nicht lange zu bleiben, aber bc der letzten Minuten Gesundheitsversorgung Notfall benötigt, Plan geändert. Danke für die Flexibilität.

We stayed here, just the two of us — And honestly… it was everything we didn’t know we needed. From the moment we arrived, it felt like the world slowed down. Just nature, silence, and the two of us. 💧 The villa — Private, peaceful, and beautifully designed. We had our own natural hot spring tub… soaking in warm water under the trees, just talking, laughing, and sometimes saying nothing at all. It felt intimate, real, and healing. 🧘♀️ The caves — Meditation cave was so quiet, we could hear our own hearts. Steam cave felt like a reset for the body. We didn’t rush anything. Everything there teaches you to slow down. 🍽️ Jeff’s Cellar dinner — This was the highlight. Fine dining in a 260-million-year-old cave — just wow. Romantic, calm, and full of little surprises from the chef. We’ll never forget it. 🌿 The overall experience? It’s not just a resort. It’s a space where two people can really reconnect — without noise, without distraction. Just you, your person, and peace. ⸻ We came here to rest. But we left with something more. A calm heart. Lokasi yg bdekatan dgn Lost World of Tambun, persekitaran apartment yg bersih & ‘friendly user’, unit yg lengkap dgn water dispenser, dapur utk msak, microwave & peti sejuk & juga mesin basuh. Boleh muat smpai 4 org dgn adanya futon. Akan datang lagi & juga rekemen pd kwn2. Terima kasih !🥰

Fantastisches Aufenthalt! Der Pool mit einem Hügelblick war erstaunlich, und wir genossen wirklich die wunderschönen heißen Frühlinge. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet mit allem, was wir brauchten und sehr gut gepflegt. Es ist nur ein 1-minute Spaziergang zu LWOT, was alles super bequem machte. Wir werden nächstes Mal sicher wiederkommen!

Es kam für eine spezielle Familienfunktion in der Nähe des Grundstücks. Haben auch hier vorhin geblieben. Sehr gute Lage, einfacher Zugang, saubere Umgebung. Sehr sicher in diesem Grundstück.

Very comfortable and cozy place perfect for family, I like the management very accommodating to assist us. I will surely book again this unit. The pool my kids enjoy so much. I like the onsen pool and sauna.
