Zimmer: Das Zimmer ist geräumig und komfortabel. Allerdings konnte das Handtuch und die Kissen für bessere Komfort verbessert werden. Der Wasserdruck war auch etwas niedrig. Obwohl der Preis etwas auf der oberen Seite ist, war der Gesamtunterkunft immer noch angenehm. Frühstück: Das Frühstück war angemessen und zufriedenstellend. Dienst: Die Service-Service war hervorragend, vor allem von der Gegenpersonal und Bellboy, die sehr hilfreich und freundlich waren.

The hotel was really good and convenient for our stay. The rooms were nice and comfortable, and my family really enjoyed it. Everything was great except the cleanliness — the towels had yellow stains, so that part needs some improvement. Other than that, the place was lovely and I highly recommend it! It’s a great choice if you’re visiting Lost World of Tambun, though it’s a bit far from the town area.

Smooth checkin and check out. Very close location to the lost world of tambun water park. The apartment was nice, cosy and beautiful with a nice waterpark view especially at night time when the waterpark lights light up.

House wasn't fully clean when we reached. However most of the amenities listed are available. The toilets have some smell though despite being cleaned.

The Hot Spring pool is great for Wellness treatment. The management team may have to upgrade the etiquette of the hot Spring pool users especially the family members with kids. Access to the food street in the theme park should be opened to the Onsen visitors..

We stayed here, just the two of us — And honestly… it was everything we didn’t know we needed. From the moment we arrived, it felt like the world slowed down. Just nature, silence, and the two of us. 💧 The villa — Private, peaceful, and beautifully designed. We had our own natural hot spring tub… soaking in warm water under the trees, just talking, laughing, and sometimes saying nothing at all. It felt intimate, real, and healing. 🧘♀️ The caves — Meditation cave was so quiet, we could hear our own hearts. Steam cave felt like a reset for the body. We didn’t rush anything. Everything there teaches you to slow down. 🍽️ Jeff’s Cellar dinner — This was the highlight. Fine dining in a 260-million-year-old cave — just wow. Romantic, calm, and full of little surprises from the chef. We’ll never forget it. 🌿 The overall experience? It’s not just a resort. It’s a space where two people can really reconnect — without noise, without distraction. Just you, your person, and peace. ⸻ We came here to rest. But we left with something more. A calm heart. Lokasi yg bdekatan dgn Lost World of Tambun, persekitaran apartment yg bersih & ‘friendly user’, unit yg lengkap dgn water dispenser, dapur utk msak, microwave & peti sejuk & juga mesin basuh. Boleh muat smpai 4 org dgn adanya futon. Akan datang lagi & juga rekemen pd kwn2. Terima kasih !🥰

Fantastisches Aufenthalt! Der Pool mit einem Hügelblick war erstaunlich, und wir genossen wirklich die wunderschönen heißen Frühlinge. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet mit allem, was wir brauchten und sehr gut gepflegt. Es ist nur ein 1-minute Spaziergang zu LWOT, was alles super bequem machte. Wir werden nächstes Mal sicher wiederkommen!

Es kam für eine spezielle Familienfunktion in der Nähe des Grundstücks. Haben auch hier vorhin geblieben. Sehr gute Lage, einfacher Zugang, saubere Umgebung. Sehr sicher in diesem Grundstück.

Very comfortable and cozy place perfect for family, I like the management very accommodating to assist us. I will surely book again this unit. The pool my kids enjoy so much. I like the onsen pool and sauna.
