Very good service by Sunway staffs, all smiles and patience and friendly with kids. My son is very happy from enjoying this Lost world zoo trip! 5 stars You can only check in after 3pm due to their small amount of rooms, so DO NOT come earlier! But the staff are really good to call me when room is ready so I really appreciate that. The location is also very good if you are planning to go Lost World, but other than that it is a pain in the ass to travel to old town or central area of Ipoh for good food, just secluded area. Prebook Jeff Cellar since it's in the same area if you want high end but good food. Sunway should not only sell their own products (white label) but also should include things outside like chips or medicine. Not really convenient when all the ground floor of hotel / inside Lost World doesn't have midnight snacks that isn't Sunway branded 😂

I love the place. Walking distant to LWOT wit ample amenities. The hot water pool is the highlight with the view of forest. So beautiful. The place is clean and just enough amenities provided.

Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen und komfortablen Aufenthalt bei H&W Onsen. Der Ort ist sauber, gemütlich und hat eine sehr entspannende Vibe. Der Onsen war großartig perfekt für den Abwärtsgang nach einem langen Tag. Es ist auch ein guter Ort für Familien, mit einer ruhigen Atmosphäre und freundlichen Gastgeber - Weng, der uns begrüßt hat. Insgesamt, ein schöner Ort zu bleiben, wenn Sie sich entspannen und eine ruhige Zeit zusammen genießen.

I had a truly pleasant stay at this unit! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described—perfect for a relaxing trip. The host’s service was outstanding from the beginning, always responsive and helpful with any questions. What truly impressed me was how the host handled a situation where I accidentally left a personal item behind after check-out. Their prompt response, clear communication, and the effort they took to locate and arrange the return of the item showed great professionalism and genuine care. It’s rare to experience such thoughtful management, and I’m really grateful. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stress-free and well-managed stay. I would definitely come back again!

Lokasi yg bdekatan dgn Lost World of Tambun, persekitaran apartment yg bersih & ‘friendly user’, unit yg lengkap dgn water dispenser, dapur utk msak, microwave & peti sejuk & juga mesin basuh. Boleh muat smpai 4 org dgn adanya futon. Akan datang lagi & juga rekemen pd kwn2. Terima kasih !🥰

We stayed here, just the two of us — And honestly… it was everything we didn’t know we needed. From the moment we arrived, it felt like the world slowed down. Just nature, silence, and the two of us. 💧 The villa — Private, peaceful, and beautifully designed. We had our own natural hot spring tub… soaking in warm water under the trees, just talking, laughing, and sometimes saying nothing at all. It felt intimate, real, and healing. 🧘♀️ The caves — Meditation cave was so quiet, we could hear our own hearts. Steam cave felt like a reset for the body. We didn’t rush anything. Everything there teaches you to slow down. 🍽️ Jeff’s Cellar dinner — This was the highlight. Fine dining in a 260-million-year-old cave — just wow. Romantic, calm, and full of little surprises from the chef. We’ll never forget it. 🌿 The overall experience? It’s not just a resort. It’s a space where two people can really reconnect — without noise, without distraction. Just you, your person, and peace. ⸻ We came here to rest. But we left with something more. A calm heart. Die Umgebung ist schön natürliches Sauerstoff, aber der Service ist schlecht, zwei Maleien registrieren zwei Zimmer für eine halbe Stunde. Am nächsten Tag ist das Zimmer nicht sauber.

Very comfortable and cozy place perfect for family, I like the management very accommodating to assist us. I will surely book again this unit. The pool my kids enjoy so much. I like the onsen pool and sauna.

Fantastisches Aufenthalt! Der Pool mit einem Hügelblick war erstaunlich, und wir genossen wirklich die wunderschönen heißen Frühlinge. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet mit allem, was wir brauchten und sehr gut gepflegt. Es ist nur ein 1-minute Spaziergang zu LWOT, was alles super bequem machte. Wir werden nächstes Mal sicher wiederkommen!
