Die Zimmer waren großartig. Kann die verlorene Welt von Tambun vom Balkon sehen. Die Kochgeräte sind zur Verfügung, aber keine Küche erlaubt. Der Hot Spring Pool ist großartig und die Kinder genießen es. Lage ist zentraler, um die meisten Orte innerhalb von 15 bis 20 Minuten Fahrt zu gehen. McDonald’s und Kaffeebohnen & Teeblade sind in der Nähe. Insgesamt genießen wir es wirklich ....

Mein dritter Aufenthalt im Banjaran Hotsprins Retreat. Die friedliche Umgebung, außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft und Aufmerksamkeit auf Details sind genau das, was mich wieder und wieder zurückhaltend hält. Ein besonderes Augenmerk dieses Besuchs war das Essen in Jeff's Keller. Die Lage in der Kellerhälfte ist einfach atemberaubend, und die schöne Essenserfahrung war hervorragend. Ein weiterer wunderbarer Aufenthalt, und ich freue mich schon auf eine Rückkehr.

The location of the property is excellent, and the building is well maintained. The unit is equipped with most essential amenities, including a refrigerator, washing machine, water heater, iron, and basic kitchen utensils. However, several advertised facilities were not functional during our stay, including the kitchen stove, chimney hood, living room ceiling fan, and TV. The check-in process could be clearer. I had to contact the property a day in advance to obtain the check-in instructions and pay a RM200 security deposit. The deposit was refunded a few hours after checkout without any issues. The biggest downside of this property is the ongoing construction directly in front of the building. There was constant noise from drilling and blasting, and the area was very dusty. Construction work even continued into the night, making it difficult to relax and causing me a headache. If you’re looking for a peaceful stay, it’s worth checking whether the construction has been completed before booking.

Ich hatte eine Suite mit drei Schlafzimmern gebucht. Sie war geräumig, sehr sauber und bot einen fantastischen Blick auf den Freizeitpark. Alles war perfekt, bis auf das defekte Bidet im Badezimmer – aber das war kein großes Problem. Der Self-Check-in und -Check-out verliefen dank der klaren Anweisungen problemlos. 10 Sterne!

Sunway Lost World of Tambun ist ein vielseitiges Ausflugsziel, das Natur, Entspannung und leichte Abenteuer auf unkomplizierte Weise miteinander verbindet. Die Lage ist ein großer Anziehungspunkt: Imposante Kalksteinformationen bilden eine friedliche Kulisse, während man zwischen Wasserattraktionen, Wildtiergehegen und entspannenden Thermalbecken wechselt. Im Gegensatz zu manchen anderen Freizeitparks ist es hier nicht so hektisch, was es ideal macht, um in Ruhe abzuschalten – besonders abends, wenn sich der Park in ein ruhiges und malerisches Nachtparadies verwandelt.

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und eine gute Erfahrung im Allgemeinen. 😊 Der Onsen Pool ist schön. Allerdings schien es ein Problem mit dem heißen Wasser im Badezimmer, so dass wir nur kaltes Wasser hatten.. Aber sicherlich ein guter Aufenthalt im Allgemeinen! (:

It was truly a refreshing and memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, the resort manager, Mr Chong, made us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. Despite it being peak season with high occupancy, and our arrival late in the evening, he took great pride in personally showing us around the resort and its beautiful surroundings, including the Raja Brooke butterfly habitat. He also shared fascinating stories about the property and even kept us in suspense about why there were virtually no mosquitoes around the resort despite the presence of large fish ponds—a mystery that was only revealed to us the following morning at breakfast! The resort itself is beautifully maintained—clean, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed to blend with nature. I especially enjoyed soaking in the hot spring pools, swimming in the refreshing mountain spring water pool, and spending quiet moments feeding the fish with complimentary fish food provided by the resort. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a tranquil retreat. It is an excellent and peaceful escape from the city, offering a chance to reconnect with nature and unwind completely. The only minor drawback is that the access road can be challenging, but the experience is well worth the journey.

The owner required us to put in deposit of RM100. We manage to get to put our lugage in the unit before we get to check in. The door lock seem to have issues when we check in the door nob like spoil. The host does not provide additional key access unlike other unit we stayed before. And it is so inconvenient for us with family. Imagine if we only have 1 access card and if our family member went to swimming pool take the card we can't goes down to our carpark and we can't even goes to swimming pool,which mean we are stuck. Host just simply tell us to settle this problem ourself. When we get out the door was unable close and we have to force close it and ended up we can't open the door. Host end up getting locksmith to come open the door we were not able get in our unit for 5 hours. Luckily my kids have extra clothes to change after playing the pool. I can't imagine if my children were to stuck inside the unit can't get out. I hope the host will take a look seriously on the maintenance of the home especially the lock.

Das Hotel bietet eine ausgezeichnete Lage mit malerischen Aussichten auf den Themenpark und Berge vom Balkon. Die Einsiedlung und Schwimmbadeinrichtungen im Hotel sind besonders komfortable und gut unterhaltsberechtigt, vor allem im Vergleich zu den im Themenpark. Der Hauptbereich für Verbesserungen liegt im Eincheckverfahren, das ich für ungünstig erachtet habe. Es erforderte, dass ich proaktiv das Hotel oder den Agenten für Anweisungen kontaktieren sollte, anstatt von ihnen direkt zu kommunizieren. Trotzdem werde ich dieses Gebäude nochmals bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Ipoh reservieren.

Rumah conner lot dgn view banjaran dan waterpark sangat cantik, sangat dekat dgn LWOT, jalan kaki 3 minit je, parking 2 lot, level 1 shj. owner vy responsive, contact kita dulu 3 hari sebelum date check in..very recommended!
