Das Hotel liegt an einer sehr strategischen Lage, ist in der Nähe von Bahnhof, Geschäften und Restaurants. Es ist kein kleines Boutique so erwarten Sie sehr viel und laut in der Spitzensaison. Wir blieben im besten Zimmer mit Onzen im Inneren, so dass das Zimmer geräumig ist. Die Onzen ist klein im Vergleich zu anderen, die ich vorher geblieben habe. hat diese Zeit keine Restaurants versucht. Erwarten Sie Hotelpreis mit mittlerer Qualität.

The hotel is a short walk from the train station. It was quite a walk to the sightseeing spots so we had to go to the station to catch a loop bus. The hotel was clean and has nice onsen. It's convenient that Dormy Inn provides drinks or even noodles and icecreams. The rooms are not big though.

Der Platz ist sehr nahe der Station Gala Yuzawa um 8 Minuten zu Fuß. Der Platz ist groß mit aufmerksamem Personal. Es gibt einen Shuttleservice, wo Sie das Hotel anrufen können, um Sie zu holen. Unten ist, dass es keine Restaurants in der Nähe gibt, so müssen Sie nach Echigo Yuzawa. Sie können den Shuttleservice nutzen. Es wäre toll gewesen, wenn es ein zusätzliches Frühstück. Es gibt eine 300-Yen-Gebühr für das Bad.

We had an amazing time at NASPA New Otani — this hotel is a fantastic choice if you’re visiting Yuzawa, especially for a winter getaway! The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay, making us feel right at home from check-in to check-out. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing. The location is ideal for winter sports lovers with ski-in/ski-out access to the slopes and easy shuttle service to Echigo-Yuzawa Station, which made getting around a breeze even in snowy weather. The onsen and bathing facilities were relaxing and just what we needed after spending time outdoors. The buffet breakfast and dinner had plenty of variety and were really enjoyable, with something for everyone. While the hotel is set a little away from town, the free shuttle made it convenient to explore the area if we wanted. Overall, it felt like a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and superb service — highly recommended!

The hotel itself was nice, but the staff at the ski resort was horrible, the rentals are also not well maintained. The boards are not waxed, which makes it difficult to work with as there are a lot of flat routes which are difficult to avoid (Pony and village road were the flattest slope Ive ever seen in my life, I had to unstrap and walk and the board just wouldn't move). Ski resort staff were unfriendly and the rental staff was the worst, there was a lady there that was cold and rude. The only reason why the rental shop is surviving is probably because the equipments are salomon branded and that there is no other option.  I would visit again but only because the routes are fun, Myoko long run was the best, but I would never want to rent from the shop again. The food was very very good. For breakfast, you could choose from western or Japanese buffet. Western buffet is highly recommended, the omelette was the best ive eaten in my life and there was a diy risotto which was great as well. For dinner, there were 4 options, either buffet, steak, Japanese or shabushabu. All requiring reservations which is tough if you are checking in the evening as some might not be available. Highly recommend the steak, the food was good and the staff were amazing. Japanese was the hardest to get a reservation for but the food was quite underwhelming. The room was clean and ski lockers are also provided but it's tiny and can barely fit 2 boards. But I wish that in the toilet in the common area, you can adjust the tap temperature as the water is freezing cold. Amenities wise, bottled water are provided daily, also, yukata was provided but you can only wear them to the onsen which was extremely troublesome as I had to change multiple times a day.  The hotel provides shuttle bus services to and fro jyoetsumyoko station which was easy to book. The bus drivers were also friendly and helped out with the luggage. In summary, for a 5 stars hotel, it didn't live up to expectations, ski resort and rental staffs were unwilling to help and unfriendly. Also, some of the staffs could not speak Japanese which is puzzling for a hotel in Japan. If not for the amazing snow and slopes I would never come back.

Ich habe dieses Hotel falsch gebucht und ich hatte nicht erwartet, dass ich den Schatz bekam! Touristen sind im Grunde japanische Familien, oder selbstfahrend ～ Die Lage des Hotels ist etwas abgelegen, aber es gibt einen Bus zum Übernehmen an der Station. Das Sommerhotel ist Golfplatz. Das Winterhotel ist vollständig die Schneewelt im Wald ～ Die Kinder spielen sehr lustig! Die Einrichtungen des Hotels sind in allen Bereichen sehr gut, ob Hardware oder Personalservice, die Standards des International Five Star Hotels sind vollständig überschritten! Der chinesische Kellner Wang Zhulong, der sehr enthusiastische Junge, hat seit sieben Jahren in diesem Hotel gearbeitet. Sehr glücklich, der Service ist auch besonders gut!

Very nice place to stay! Quiet during the spring/summer period due to the area being more popular in winter. Very near Echigo Yuzawa Station within 5min walk. Was welcomed into the hotel nicely with complimentary matcha and snack. Upon check in there was even a cute Gachapon game in which you could win one of their special Niigata/Yuzawa stuff! I won a small pack of Niigata rice. Room was clean and spacious with a comfy futon bed. The public baths were so nice and well maintained! The staff here are very friendly and attentive. If you did not reserve their special dinner/breakfast set, you can still do say with 2 days advanced order over the front desk. I also love that they provide free shuttle to the station at check out upon request! Definitely staying here again if ever back in the area 🫶🏼

Dieses Kettenhotel verfügt über Thermalbäder. An der Hochgeschwindigkeitskreuzung gelegen. Es gibt viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Es gibt auch einen Fischmarkt. Die Kantine neben dem Hotel hat eine große Portion und eine große Schüssel Nudeln reicht für zwei Personen. Die Zimmergröße ist etwas klein, aber es ist alles vorhanden was vorhanden sein sollte und der Preis ist recht günstig. Das Frühstück war gut. Das Parken ist kostenlos.

Das Hotel, das unversehens gefunden wurde, ist sehr wenig. Daher ist der Aufenthalt sehr gut. Es gibt kaum jemanden in der Nacht. Es gibt so viele Speisen. Die Suppe ist so. Das erste Mal, dass er im Schnee wohnt. Es ist wirklich eine tolle Erfahrung. Der Service ist die erste Klasse von Essen. Es ist eine glückliche Zeit hier. Empfehlung

Unser Zimmer befand sich im zweiten Stock des Nebengebäudes, und einige Treppen waren schwer begehbar, sodass wir unseren Hundewagen nur mühsam tragen konnten. Selbst bei geschlossener Tür gelangten irgendwie Insekten herein. Das Freiluftbad roch nachts stark nach Benzin, vermutlich aus dem Gasthof, was unangenehm war. Da gerade die Reiserntezeit war, bestellten wir ein zusätzliches Frühstück, das wirklich köstlich war. Viele Gäste brachten ihre Haustiere mit, und der Gasthof sowie seine Gäste sind sehr tierfreundlich.
