Rooms (3/5): For a family of 3 the room was relatively spacious and had no trouble handling us and our luggage. There is a decent amount of wall plugs with 2 in the room and a third in the seating area. They also give an extension cable with 2 sockets and 2 usb ports. The toilet is spacious and the bath is decent in size. Overall atmosphere of the room was calm and relaxing. Service (4/5): Service was exceptional, the receptionist introduced the hotel to us well and they had several pamphlet guides from how to wear a yukata to how to behave in an onsen and several others which was nice to havw. When leaving the onsen by car, they also wave until you are out of sight which is a small cherry on the top. Facilities (4/5): They have 2 onsens, mens and ladies which alternate daily. I only had the joy of trying one of them which was lovely and had a small cold bath outside which is a plus in my book. In the mainlobby they also have free flow non alcoholic drinks through a dispenser, having hot drinks like tea and coffee and cold calpis, coke, sprite, orange juice and water. Had a nice time after the onsen grabbing something sweet and cold then sitting in the lounge to cool off. Food (3/5): The dinner was lovely. They served a variety of food with the steamed horse mackeral standing out (this is coming from a person who does not like fish that is cooked besides when its battered). The seaweed and miso based paste also went lovely with the rice. Breakfast was also decent but nothing outstanding besides the pudding at the end. Overall 3.5/5: If you want to be out of the hustle and bustle of the city and just really want to kick back and relax this is the place to be. For me, this Ryokan is worth visiting again if I ever pass by. Nothing extremely exceptional but overall enjoyable experience.

Das ist das erste Mal, in diesem Hotel zu bleiben. Obwohl das Zimmer ein wenig klein ist (Doppelzimmer), gibt es genug Platz, um 2 Gepäck zu platzieren. Der Esel befindet sich auf der oberen Etage. Es kann nachts überfüllt sein, so gehe ich nur am nächsten Morgen. Es gibt Innen- und Außenseiten. Es gibt kostenlose Eissticks & Eiscreme Bars sind. Auch kostenlose Ramen in der Nacht. Parkplatz vor Ort ist bequem, aber es kosten 1500 Yen pro Nacht. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Es gibt genug Platz & nicht sehr viel. Ich mag die gefrierten Shrimps & sashimi.

一個人出遊 比較奢侈地定了和室 大概可以住四個人 是比較舊的旅館 但並不怎麼影響體驗 就是淡季的時候樓裏的晚餐滅開門 衹能去便利店買好了回來 關於服務的部分，班車司機非常認真負責，當時還在車站等了我2-3分鐘，非常感謝🙏對比之下，前台的兩位員工（很明顯不是日本人 應該是印度或東南亞裔），是我見過最離譜的酒店工作人員：早上我向他們問好，無人回覆；後面我從酒店外進來，他們在很大聲地聊天談笑，這是我去日本這麼多次、住過這麼多酒店以來從未遇到過的。

Hakuchoro ist ein Klassiker in Kanzawa, die Dekoration ist sehr geschmackvoll und die Atmosphäre hat Charakter. Es ist natürliches Frühlingswasser und obwohl das Bad relativ bescheiden ist, wird es nie belastet. Sie bieten kostenlose Busschiffe nach und von der Station Kanazawa und ist eine sehr hilfreiche Funktion. Zimmer sind groß und gut ausgestattet und alles im Kühlschrank - Wasser, Tee, Orangensaft und Bier sind kostenlos und täglich aufgetaucht. Das gefärbte Glas im Lobbyraum und in den Zimmern sind schön berührt, einschließlich der sehr schönen Potterieware, die zum Frühstück verwendet wird! Frühstücksbuffet ist sowohl westlich als auch japanisch und sie haben sogar jetzt Schüttelfrost und Sake zum Frühstück!  Sicher hat er Charakter!

The hotel is old and the room is clean but not well cleaned especially the corners of the room. The room is old and dull and the toilet smells bad. The balcony is covered with bamboo screen which make hard to see the outside. We can see the balcony is not well cleaned and the rooftop of the building is not well cleaned, too. If they clean the balcony and rooftop it will make a big difference. The fence at the balcony is worn out if they repainted it,it will be very beautiful seeing from the inside. I dont care if the building is old but they should keep it well cleaned and more presentable and im sure people will come again. The food is good and the bathing facilities is also good but its too hot no air at all, i didnt stay long because i cant breath i wish they open the window for fresh air to come. the atmosphere from the window the dried mold of the rooftop and the worn out of the balcony fence should be fix.The place is very quiet and you can really relax.The main entrance and ground floor is renovated and its nice and modern. The service is good too but the clerks are not lively they should be more cheerful. If the room is not dull and the balcony and rooftop is clean i want to stay again but sorry i wont stay here again. Ausgezeichneter Ort, um zu bleiben, der einen Esel auf seinem höchsten Stock hat. Es hat sowohl ein Innen- als auch Außen Esel. Ihr Zimmer war Standardpreis für die meisten japanischen Hotels. Es sind die kleinen Dinge, die den Charme hinzufügen wie kostenlose Pudding Dessert und Flaschenwasser. Sie haben auch kostenlose Popsiklen und Probiotika, die nach einer Onsen-Session genießen können. Ein großer Plus, besonders für Familien, ist die zahlreichen Waschmaschine und Trockner in ihrem Waschraum. Am Abend haben sie auch freie Rahmen für den Abendessen. Insgesamt macht es eine große Auswahl, großer Wert und Erfahrung.

Das an das Badezentrum am Straßenrand angeschlossene Restaurant hat eine sehr hohe Essensqualität. Mit dem Rabattgutschein kann man abends Schweinebraten essen. Es ähnelt einem professionellen Restaurant. Der Parkplatz ist groß und ein Motorrad kann drinnen geparkt werden.

Die geografische Lage des Hotels ist etwas abgelegen, und die Einrichtungen sind etwas alt, es dauert 15 Minuten zu Fuß zur Alten Suppe (eine der Attraktionen), und alle nahegelegenen Geschäfte werden erst nach 5 Uhr  eröffnet, so dass wenn Sie vor 3 Uhr kommen, es ist sehr unkomfortabel, raus zu essen! Aber die warme Anlage des Hotels ist großartig, es gibt Innen- und Außenpools, die Sie 24 Stunden kostenlos nutzen. Die Nacht-Färbung  ist sehr lecker und Frühstücksbuffet ist normal. Zwei chinesische Kellner sprechen auch, um Ihnen zu helfen, sich zu verhalten und zu sagen, dass es für unfairen japanischen Reisenden noch hilfreich ist.

Geschwimmen in traditionellen Japan. Ausgezeichnetes großes Zimmer - Wohnung, warme Quellen. Frühstück und Kompliment vom Hotel sind sehr lecker und gesättigt!

Look no further, Mori no Sumika Resort and Spa is absolutely wonderful! The staff are amazing, the rooms are spacious and well appointed, the property to include the hot springs baths is excellent - the food offerings for breakfast and dinner changes each day, the chef serving the freshest seafood, meats, vegetables. It’s a beautiful place that you’ll never want to leave and for sure come back to sooner than later. Arigato gozaimasu
