Das Hotel hat eine Traumlage. Es war alles sauber und ordentlich. Mich haben aber ein paar Kleinigkeiten gestört, die für mich nicht zu einer 5-Sterne-Kategorie und den aufgerufenen Preisen passen. Da sind zum Beispiel sehr dreckige, fleckige Matratzen auf den Liegen am Pool. Uns waren die Matratzen im Zimmer zu hart. Aber das ist natürlich immer eine subjektive Empfindung, die nicht für jeden Gast gelten muss. Das extra bestellte und bezahlte Essen war zwar geschmacklich OK, jedoch durch die Mikrowelle aufgewärmt und trotzdem nicht warm genug. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ebenfalls nur OK, da es bereits eine Stunde vor dem Ende schon arg geplündert war und kaum etwas nachgelegt wurde. Positiv: Eierspeisen wurden nach Wunsch von der Küche frisch zubereitet. Fazit: Für den Normalpreis würden wir eher nicht wiederkommen.

Dopo essermi ripromesso più volte negli anni di trascorrere una giornata in questo parco, finalmente questo anno ci sono riuscito e praticamente da luglio è diventato il mio angolo di paradiso domenicale. Non farò alcun paragone con i parchi termali più rinomati dell’isola perché non avrebbe senso. Ciò che più mi ha colpito è l’atmosfera di familiarità che si respira in questa struttura: si percepisce un’aria di serenità che non è sempre facile trovare. Tutto il personale è di una gentilezza incredibile a partire dalla reception dove si paga l’ingresso (consigliata la prenotazione) e ti viene consegnato il braccialetto. Poi si accede al parco termale con un’ampia offerta di lettini che consentono di poter scegliere tra posti più o meno soleggiati. Le piscine sono pulitissime e ben tenute. L’unica cosa che migliorerei è l’ idromassaggio che, per i miei gusti, è un po’ piccolo e non particolarmente forte. Per il resto nulla da eccepire. Poi c’è il piccolo bistrot dove è possibile fare un aperitivo o mangiare. E questo è un fiore all’occhiello della struttura. Innanzitutto per l’allegria e la simpatia di Erika, Martina e Francesco che sono capaci di rallegrare la giornata a chiunque. E poi preparano dei piatti freschi e gustosi offrendone una bella varietà tra insalate miste, zingare e panini. Tutto ottimo e abbondante. E infine una menzione meritata anche a Davide che macina kilometri e kilometri lungo il parco per far sì che sia tutto in ordine e che poi alle 16 fa esplodere la sua energia con la lezione di acquagym. I miei complimenti a tutti voi che mettete il cuore in ciò che fate.

I'm writing this on the decking area at Il Moresco's bagno, on the day of our departure and, although it's a cloudy day, we really don't want to leave! From my vantage point here I can see Vesuvius; Capri; Procida. Ferries, hydrofoils and yachts scurry between the islands; there is always something to see - today there's a yacht regatta. This is our second visit to Il Moresco - it was strongly recommended to us by some dear friends at home, and how right they were! Life here seems incredibly relaxing. It is a very well-run hotel, which seems to retain its staff for years (always a good sign). Breakfast around the thermally heated pool is a thoroughly enjoyable experience, with waiters who anticipate your needs and deliver them with smiling faces. Our room, a junior suite, is sharply decorated, immaculately clean and utterly comfortable, occupying two floors at one end of the hotel. There are two terraces, one at each level, the upper one having sun beds and a swing seat. This is the place to drink a glass or two of Rucolino and gaze at the stars. I have no doubt that we'll be back! Huge thanks to Salvatore and all of the hotel employees who made our stay so hugely enjoyable.

Das Hotel ist hervorragend und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Einige der Zimmer mit Meerblick bieten Aussicht auf den Vulkan und das Meer. Der Garten hinter dem Haus ist sorgfältig angelegt und mit Zitronen- und Orangenbäumen bepflanzt. Der Park eignet sich für Hochzeitszeremonien. Das Frühstück ist nicht besonders reichhaltig, die Umgebung ist wirklich erstklassig, elegantes Hotel. Das begeisterte Standardlächeln des Personals ist insgesamt großartig!

Ein besonderes Highlight des Hotels ist das hauseigene Restaurant, das eine Vielzahl von köstlichen Gerichten aus der lokalen und internationalen Küche serviert. Die Qualität des Essens ist erstklassig und die Atmosphäre im Restaurant ist angenehm und einladend. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal, da es in der Nähe von Castello Aragoneze und viele Restaurants. Insgesamt bietet das Hotel eine großartige Erfahrung und ist eine hervorragende Wahl für Reisende, die nach Komfort, Qualität und erstklassigem Service suchen.

Die Economy Zimmer (150 m oberhalb der Straße) sind nicht zu empfehlen, Aufpreis für Zimmer im Haupthaus 15 € pro Person und Tag. Die Anlage und die Zimmer sind sauber und dem Landesstil entsprechend eingerichtet und gepflegt. Sauna ist nur für 4 Personen, alt und in die Jahre gekommen. Thermalpools sind schön und sauber, draußen auch abends tolle Stimmung und alles schön beleuchtet. Personal freundlich, aber Service beim Abendessen ist sehr chaotisch - man muß teilweise sehr lange warten bis man bedient wird und was zum Trinken und/oder Essen bekommt. Mit Kindern unvorstellbar.

This is very nice, four-star hotel in the Ponte Ischia section of the island not far from the Castello Argonese. It is about a 5-10 taxi ride from Porto Ischia. The nearby town has several excellent restaurants with the emphasis of fresh seafood. I would avoid Ristorante A’Paranza. Although the food was very good, the owner kind of Shanghai-ed into a very expensive dinner. The hotel is small, quiet and charming with beautiful white and blue color themes. The positives: staff was uniformly wonderful, especially Lorenzo, at the reception desk who seemed to work non-stop. Our room was a little small, but had a nice little balcony with a table and chairs and a (distant) water view. Fluffy bathrobes and slippers are provided in the rooms. Restaurante Argonese offered a fabulous gourmet dinner with the most attentive and professional staff you will find. The pool area was clean with comfortable lounge chairs and had a small restaurant near it staffed by another friendly and attentive employee. The pool water was cooler than I would have liked. The spa was OK although we didn’t use any of the services offered. The full breakfast is served by a wonderful staff with great la carte choices and ample quantities. Negative: the water pressure in the shower was very low. All-in-all, we were very pleased with the hotel.

We always travel to Ischia at the end of May, this being our only holiday of the year. We have chosen this hotel as it was recommended and we liked the idea of the thermal garden in the hotel. We were very pleasantly surprised. We arrived at the main port on the island and were greeted by the hotel driver, who was punctual and professional. We arrived a bit earlier but our room was ready, which was great. Once there we had a tour of the facilities and everything was very clearly explained, with no 'hidden' costs. The Thermal Garden plus the inside pools and SPA facilities are stunning and a pleasure to use. The thermal treatments lady, Anna and the beautician (also called Anna!) were extremely professional and caring. The treatments very effective, all clearly explained and booked in advanced by the SPA manager, Elizabeth, also professional and very accommodating of my needs and requests. We ate in the hotel both at lunchtime in the bar within the thermal garden and for dinner. The food is delicious and plentiful, again with no hidden costs. The bar prices are very reasonable and in line with local bars. Staff there is very friendly and professional, making everything even more enjoyable. Breakfast was fantastic with a great buffet with quality items, dinner has been special every time with local dishes and a great choice of starters. Everything was exquisite and the staff were excellent, noticing preferences and great at advising the best dishes to try, again with no hidden costs. There is also piano bar in the evening, with two great musicians who sing and entertain with great songs, in Italian, and other languages. Beautiful! Overall an excellent experience, we will definitively go back!

Sehr enttäuscht über den Preis, den wir gezahlt haben, Gut - Die Waiters im Restaurant waren sehr effizient, freundlich, hart arbeiten und professionell. Überall gepflegt Sauber Massage relativ gut Barbecue Abend war die beste Mahlzeit in der Woche Bad - Mangel an Englisch gesprochen , Mangel an Informationen über Einrichtungen, lokale Gebiete , Busse usw. - die einzige englische Anzeige, die ich sah lesen Vollverboten Wasserflaschen füllen auf der Wasserstation ! Ich musste Swimming Caps tragen , um irgendwelche Pools zu verwenden , habe ich nie von diesem gehört, bevor ich weltweit für die letzten 40 Jahre reisen ! Obwohl die Filter im Pool alt und rustig waren ! Dated Schlafzimmer mit sehr kleinen Badezimmern und einigen Balkonen buchstäblich in die Buschen schauen . Geräusch aus der Abendunterhaltung geht bis Mitternacht so konnten wir kaum schlafen Frühstück war ok, aber vor allem eine sehr große Auswahl von Kuchen ( leider einige dieser konnten nicht als Desserts für Abendessen Abendessen angeboten werden , Obwohl es zu einem hohen Standard mit Trolley und Silber-Essen ( rührt über dem Top ) war sehr enttäuschend. Die Saladbar war die schlimmste, die ich je in einem Hotel gesehen habe, es war sehr arm und nicht viel davon auch. Hauptmahl war auch enttäuschend und Sie konnten nicht helfen, aber wählen Sie von 4 und wenn man Ihre Wahl läuft weniger. Einige Rezeption Mitarbeiter nicht sehr hilfreich oder willkommen bei unserer Ankunft , beantragte eine frühe Morgenanruf um 5 Uhr am Tag unseres Abreises und wir haben es nie ( gute Arbeit waren wir auf ) Andere haben Frühstücksbeutel auf einem frühen Morgen check out aber nicht uns ! Würde ich zurück , sicherlich nicht !Oder buchen Sie über Voyage Private , sicherlich nicht .

Es gibt eine Klimaanlage, was nicht in allen Hotels dieser Kategorie der Fall ist. Eine Zimmerkategorie besser als den Standard zu nehmen lohnt sich, da die Zimmer deutlich größer sind. - das Restaurant ist relativ unpersönlich und man muss mit der Servicekraft Glück haben. Negativ: - wir waren selten so froh, keine Halbpension gebucht zu haben. Schon das Frühstücksbuffet war lieblos und wirkte sehr kostenoptimiert. Billiger Aufschnitt und Käse, wenig bis kein frisches Obst, nur frische Tomaten als Gemüse. Frische Säfte waren Fehlanzeige genauso wie vegane Milchalternativen. Es wirkte wie eine Zeitreise in die 70er Jahre. - genauso antiquiert war die Badekappenpflicht in allen Pools. 🙈 Insgesamt wird das Hotel überwiegend von italienischen Rentnern gebucht. Also Finger weg davon als junge Familie oder wenn einem ein modernes Ambiente und eine ausgewogene Ernährung wichtig sind.

The spa was OK although we didn’t use any of the services offered. The full breakfast is served by a wonderful staff with great la carte choices and ample quantities. Negative: the water pressure in the shower was very low. All-in-all, we were very pleased with the hotel.

The location is superb, facing the port/harbour, so in the very centre close to many shops, cafes and restaurants, as well as boats if you wish to take a trip around the island or to other islands in the area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a room with a terrace in the sun all day long (there are only 4 of these I think, the rest just have a balcony) on the top floor with a fantastic view of the harbour. The hotel is also not far from the Aragonese Castle with lovely views from top built on a small tidal island connected by a causeway that is nice to visit. The hotel has an outdoor pool with thermal water and a lovely area around it on three levels with enough sunbeds, but the two levels above are not well maintained (broken chairs, umbrellas). It's a pity. The outdoor pool bar is not manned all day long but you can call someone from there and order what you wish. The spa, with an indoor pool, offers a lot of services and I recommend the anti-aging facial. And if you wish to swim in the sea, in addition to several public beaches close by, you can take a taxi that will take you to Giardino Eden, a beach club about 10 minutes from the hotel. It offers sea access, pools and restaurants. The only drawback was breakfast. The food was not replenished sufficiently so if you came later, so e.g. 10:00 while breakfast was open until 10:30, you could not find much of anything. You can of course order food too, e.g. fried eggs, etc. Once we came earlier, around 9:00, and the buffet was great. Pity. Oh, and the voucher for two complimentary welcome drinks upon arrival was in fact a voucher for two cocktails, not drinks such as prosecco or wine. All in all, a great stay for an affordable price. Will be back. :-)

Das Hotel hat eine Traumlage. Es war alles sauber und ordentlich. Mich haben aber ein paar Kleinigkeiten gestört, die für mich nicht zu einer 5-Sterne-Kategorie und den aufgerufenen Preisen passen. Da sind zum Beispiel sehr dreckige, fleckige Matratzen auf den Liegen am Pool. Uns waren die Matratzen im Zimmer zu hart. Aber das ist natürlich immer eine subjektive Empfindung, die nicht für jeden Gast gelten muss. Das extra bestellte und bezahlte Essen war zwar geschmacklich OK, jedoch durch die Mikrowelle aufgewärmt und trotzdem nicht warm genug. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ebenfalls nur OK, da es bereits eine Stunde vor dem Ende schon arg geplündert war und kaum etwas nachgelegt wurde. Positiv: Eierspeisen wurden nach Wunsch von der Küche frisch zubereitet. Fazit: Für den Normalpreis würden wir eher nicht wiederkommen.

Die Economy Zimmer (150 m oberhalb der Straße) sind nicht zu empfehlen, Aufpreis für Zimmer im Haupthaus 15 € pro Person und Tag. Die Anlage und die Zimmer sind sauber und dem Landesstil entsprechend eingerichtet und gepflegt. Sauna ist nur für 4 Personen, alt und in die Jahre gekommen. Thermalpools sind schön und sauber, draußen auch abends tolle Stimmung und alles schön beleuchtet. Personal freundlich, aber Service beim Abendessen ist sehr chaotisch - man muß teilweise sehr lange warten bis man bedient wird und was zum Trinken und/oder Essen bekommt. Mit Kindern unvorstellbar.
