Ich habe dieses Hotel gebucht, weil ich in den Bewertungen gelesen habe, dass es neu ist und der Preis gerechtfertigt ist. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt gut. Jedes Zimmer hatte zwei Queen-Size-Betten, gut für Familien. Es gab auch vier Handtücher. Die Lage war gut – zwischen City Square Mall und Kotaraya, sodass man bequem zu den Einkaufszentren und zum Pasar Karat (neuer Standort) gelangen kann. Es gibt viel Platz, um Kleidung aufzuhängen, eine gute Klimaanlage, keinen Kühlschrank. Steckdosen befinden sich zwischen den Betten und verfügen über USB-A- und C-Anschlüsse, laden aber nur langsam mit 10W. Der Fernseher ist ein Smart-TV, aber kein Google TV mit vorinstallierten Apps wie YouTube, Netflix, Disney+ usw. Während meines Aufenthalts schien es noch nicht viele Gäste zu geben, aber die Tatsache, dass es nur einen Aufzug gibt, könnte ein Problem werden, wenn das Hotel voll belegt ist. Die Toilette hat eine akzeptable Größe, aber für Personen mit größerer Statur könnte es etwas eng werden. Zuletzt: Es gab einen Wasserkocher, aber das Waschbecken war zu klein dafür. Man muss also entweder das kostenlose Flaschenwasser verwenden oder herausfinden, wie man Wasser aus der Toilette in den Wasserkocher bekommt 😀.

Cons: No locker provided; Not-welcoming receptionist; access card not working; roommate talking to the phone till midnight which was disturbing, earplugs given but ineffective to block noise; room door broken and couldn't lock; toilet was smelly and floor was always wet; some dirt on the table inside my cubicle; see-through blind; the dorm was probably meant for long-term working occupants as there were some weird rules. Pros: walking distance to Komtar JBCC and CIQ; towel (dirty), toothbrush and earplugs (not useful) were provided; being the most effortable option at time of booking. This was my first time staying in a capsule hostel. Honestly, it was a mixed and slightly negative experience but for a short rest it is still marginally acceptable.

The capsule hotel is managed by an elderly couple. The reviews were mixed, between they're being nice vs being mean. What about how I thought? ”They're being very kind and trying hard to run the business for travellers convenience”. It's never easy to run businesses and it's not a charity so some may think if youre in business you should be at least act like a pro. For those who said that..then can you be one nice customer to the business owners? Not to forget..they're elderly, yet they did their best to help you with your stay with certain in house rules, which is manageable by the crowds they're having - solo/friends travellers - gamersalike Personally chat and understand that they're constantly tired and wired to the place and it's a very tiring job. Leave some kindness to the world and be kind to people around us, you will find wonderfulness. The rest I'll leave it up to yourself to judge.

Bathroom was noisy when it's electric was turned on. I didn't know and this disturb my sleep

The checkin guide only provided same day 2pm which is a bit late. Overall room is spacious and okay, with dining table, TV, wifi and small sofa. The only issue is the present of quite some mosquitoes...

Einer meiner Fav Hotel Batu pahat. Einfache Selbstkontrolle im Service. Einfacher Zugang zum Zimmer. Sehr komfortabeles Bett. Ich bat um eine Zimmerausdehnung und sie gab mir 2 Stunden zusätzlich ohne Zahlung. Genau neben der Tankstelle.
