It was just good for the night spent the host were so good and helpfull.Just didnt like the fact that l was asked what time l am comfortable to come for my breakfast and they did record and when l got in for breakfast l was told l am late l should come 10 mins earlier than the time and noone had indicated that to me and was even told that next time don't be late when l know l was not late l came the time l booked.

Geht ein und musste eine Stunde auf Strom warten, sodass mein Zimmer in der Nähe des Stromraums war, so dass ich Türen öffnen und schließen hören konnte und die Strom physisch klicken und trinken. Auf und aus und aus. Als ich mit Licht aus ins Bett setzte, erhielt ich einen Schlag an der Tür, indem ich mich gebeten hatte, die Tür für sie zu öffnen, da sie keinen Türschlüssel erhalten hatten. Ich hatte eine einzige Frau dann aufgezogen und nach draußen zu gehen, um ihren Gast rauszulassen. Ich habe über die Lichter ins Zimmer und Lücken vorne, die zu einem Hof mit einem Blinden, der vorwärts blinkt und mich im Grunde in jedem Zustand ins Innere zeigte. Die Elektrizitätsfrage passierte konsequent und konnte sie ständig in und aus laufen hören. Mittwoch hatte ich eine große Präsentation und kam um 05:30 Uhr auf keinen Strom oder Update. Ich musste sie für Informationen anrufen und wurde ein Blitzlicht angeboten. Ich habe meine Vorstellung mit meinem Haar nicht abgeschafft, weil ich nicht in der Lage bin, meine Haarmaschine zu benutzen. Der Besitzer fand mich im Rauchen Abschnitt und entschuldigte sich, er würde einen 1-Stern erhalten. Ich sagte ihm, ich würde nicht, wie ich in der Dienstleistungsbranche bin und ihm Entschuldigungen genügen. Allerdings war ich noch enttäuscht von mehr Elektrizitätsfragen und keine Aktualisierung. Ich musste bereit sein mit der Fronttür offen und alle Blinden offen, um meine Haare und Make-up zu machen. Die Gäste gingen vorbei, um Updates zu verlangen, wir mussten sie erreichen. Since my flight arrived very late at night, the staff kindly suggested a driver to pick me up, which was incredibly thoughtful and made my arrival stress-free. Breakfast had limited options, but I wasn’t upset about it – it was enough to start the day. Overall, it’s an affordable place to stay, offering great value for the price. Our stay at Bellgrove Guesthouse was warm, comfortable, and genuinely welcoming. The guesthouse offered a peaceful residential setting while still being conveniently located near Sandton and key amenities. The breakfast each morning was a highlight — generous portions with options ranging from full English breakfasts to lighter continental choices. The parents especially appreciated the quality and effort put into the meals. The rooms were clean, practical, and suitable for a family stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, creating a relaxed environment that made us feel safe and at ease. Transport logistics in and out were manageable via Uber, although occasional driver issues with change were noted. Overall, Bellgrove provided a homely and dependable base for the Johannesburg portion of our trip.

I had a very pleasant stay there. Everyone working at the property was kind and helpful, the property owner as well. We had nice discussions and if I needed an advice, they'd help me. The place is clean, quiet and orderly. The internet is fast and there are all amenities possible for cooking. The only little downside is that some days the water was lukewarm and due to the cold weather it wasn't pleasant but I don't know why that happened and it was temporary - I forgot to ask if they noticed it. But really, nothing to complain about. There are a few stores around where to buy food for cooking, some bars, not far from them a concert venue that programmes alternative music such as old school hip hop and punk and there's a cultural entre one minute from the venue.

I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the exceptional service we received at this hotel. My elderly mother traveled all the way from China to Johannesburg and then to Windhoek, and the hotel staff truly went above and beyond to ensure her comfort and safety. They arranged a seamless pickup upon her arrival and a timely drop-off the following day, which made her feel incredibly supported throughout her journey. She raved about the excellent service, and I was impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. The breakfast was delightful, offering a great start to the day. Overall, we had a fantastic experience, and I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a warm and accommodating place to stay!

Amazing hospitality

Die Wahl ist, weil ich kostenlose Transporter und kostenloses Frühstück betrachte, aber in der Tat ist der letzte Anschluss am Start um 11 Uhr. Ich bin mehr als 11 Uhr am Flughafen angekommen. Ich wusste, dass die Rezeption um 11 Uhr abläuft, aber ich habe schon eine E-Mail-Anweisung gegeben: Ich bin um 11 Uhr gelandet und um 12 Uhr gekommen. Sie wissen es, aber es gibt noch keine. Ich wartete lange, der Fahrer kam zurück, bevor er die Tür aufbrachte. Zuerst wollte der Fahrer mir die Tür nicht geben. Ich wollte mich mit 200 Lant zum Abendessen verpflichten. Dies ist die Kosten, die ich nicht wusste, und ich habe es nicht bei Trip.com angemeldet. Am zweiten Tag zum Flughafen, um den Bus zu fahren, hatte ich keine Zeit zum Frühstück. Eine nicht angenehme Aufenthaltserfahrung!

What an amazing stay we had at foreve wild !! From greeting us at the gate to the reception, everything went smoothly the lady at the front desk was absolutely amazing. The area is quiet and there is a lot of animals to see around. The rooms were neat and everything you need was there. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was Excellent 👌 There are a few restaurants in the area just ask and they will guide you there. Make sure to pay the conservation fee when you enter Dinokeng and get a self drive game reserve permit. I would definitely go back and stay longer!
