We had an amazing two-night stay at Alpenfanner Resort in Mayrhofen. The check-in was seamless even though staff weren’t on site — they buzzed us in, guided us by phone, and explained everything clearly (from key pick-up to parking). Our apartment was spacious, clean and quiet, with a kitchen, separate bedroom and bathroom, plus a balcony with stunning mountain views. The location was perfect — easy walk to the town centre and close to the chairlift. Every evening we enjoyed a glass of wine on the balcony overlooking the Alps. Truly a beautiful and comfortable stay — we only wish we’d booked longer!

Ausgezeichnete Lage, goldenes Dach ist nur ein Stein wegwerfen. Das Zimmer war erstaunlich und geräumig mit voller Küche und komplimentärer Milch. Wir verbrachten nur 1 Nacht. Nur für diejenigen, die mehr als ein paar Nächte buchen wollen, würden die Umwandlung von Handtüchern und die Unterbringung/Reinigung von Zimmern Gebühren erhoben. Außerdem habe ich das vor der Buchung nicht realisiert, aber es gibt zusätzliche touristische Gebühren für den Aufenthalt, von der Erinnerung ca. 35 Euro pro Person.

Self check in was easy to understand and convenient. The code was provided prior, I didn’t face any issues in the check in process or getting the key cards. Clever use of space under the bed for storage. Room was clean n comfortable. We stayed 2 nights but coffee/tea was not replenished on the 2nd day (maybe we needed to request for it, we were not sure)

Hotel mattresses and comforters so comfy and glad we found this accommodation near river and easy to go town. Bathroom was shared with others but there’s a lot of WC and no need to queue. The bathroom and toilet was so clean. A lot of games for my kids to spend their time. Great gems this place with that cheap price.

Super sauber, ruhig moderner Studioraum mit fabulöser Dusche und komfortable Betten. Gedankenhafte Planung der Renovierung. Einchecken wurde befragt, da kein Zugangscode gepostet wurde, wie wir über die App reserviert. Die Angebote für Frühstück wurden von der Liste zwischen Buchung und Ankunft zurückgezogen, was enttäuschend war. Empfehlen.

It was too warm for me to sleep comfortably and to loud to open the windows, overly soft mattresses, overall low-quality furnishings, pre-check in via mailed link did not work, super comprehensive check in  process on site late at night

Very clean, modern and beautiful hotel. The best thing is Stubai card is included. Breakfast is great with fresh regional dairy products, baked goods and fruits. The spa is lovely.
