The first visit to this hotel was full of warmth and overwhelming hospitality. I still can't forget how they welcomed us the moment we arrived at the hotel. Firstly, we were overwhelmed by the staff during our arrival. They all came out to greet us and help with our luggages and belongings all the way in to the hotel. Secondly, with the seamless check in to our rooms and fruit platter, every gesture was well thought by the hosts. Thirdly, they prepared a sumptuous dinner for us. Simple local delicacies yet tasted really good. The number of ginsengs in the appetiser surprised us! From the portion to the presentation of food, we can taste the difference and feel they put in their heart to make everything better. Lady boss was generous to treat us a bottle of local rice wine during our mealtime. Tasted really good and special! We like that drink!! Additionally, we were asked for timing to eat breakfast and they would prepare that before our specific timing. They even asked us for our preference and customise breakfast for us. Breakfast was served and tasted as good as dinner! Freshly prepared and done meticulously by the kitchen. Lastly, lady boss gave us an impromptu complimentary tea session after dinner. A unique and interesting experience indeed. Never seen and tried it before. It's a heating device with net on it, put the heating pot for stirring and cooking our own tea from scratch. Meanwhile, we have the finger snacks and nuts to roast on the heating rack (as shown in the pictures) while waiting for our tea. In between, they would guide us how to prepare the tea. It was a chill and relaxing session. We enjoyed chit chatting while roasting our tea in the cafe. It felt so warmth especially when it was snowing heavily outside. The vibes were superb! I had many enquiries and the lady at the counter helped me out a lot without hesitation. She tried all her means to help us. The lady at the hot spring was very friendly and provide good services too! The staff from the hot spring, restaurant, concierge, driver and even lady boss all were very attentive, friendly and nice at any point of time during our stay. Pretty impressive indeed. Giving all credits to every single staff. Amazing team! They gave us more than we could ever imagined from services to food to hospitality. Thank you for giving us an amazing and memorable stay! Overall it was a great and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Definitely recommend everyone to visit them and feel their positive energy. Certainly can't wait for our next visit to Chang Bai Shan again!!!

Hotel is within a small resort that is newly opened. Amenities are complete and restaurants and other F&B are available within the resort. Only inconvenience is that cars are not allowed into the resort so we have to trek to the gate to call for a ride.

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Busbahnhofs, direkt am Platz des Bahnhofs. Ein wunderschönes Zweizimmer mit Liebe. Für Kinder gibt es Slips und ein weiches Lama-Spiel. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und kostenlose Kaffee- oder Saftmaschine im ersten Stock. Die Mädchen auf der Atemwege waren sehr freundlich und versuchten, zu helfen. Все очень понравилось.

Even tho we booked a windowless room, we were quite surprised how comfortable we were during our 3 nights stay here. The beds are super soft and the rooms are very spacious, comes with heater and a humidifier. The bathroom is the best with electrical hot water and a heating system. The furnitures are all very new and the place is generally quite clean There’s free pick up and drop off services from the railway station to the hotel. As a foreigner it was still easy to contact them via trip.com internet call, and follow up via WeChat. Once at the hotel the location is great it’s within walking distance to the main food areas and 5mins walk to the bus stop (free bus!) that brings you to the Changbaishan North slope center. - remember to book your tickets in advance! Overall will easily recommend to stay here if you’re visiting Changbaishan :)

Here’This resort hotel was the most satisfying stay of our entire 8-day China trip across Harbin, Changbaishan, Xuexiang, and Yabuli. We stayed in a family residence unit, which allowed all of us to live together comfortably under one household. The resort is extremely clean and well-maintained. Our unit even included a mahjong table and a private hot spring, which made the stay very enjoyable. Although the price is not cheap, it is definitely worth the money. The butler service was excellent — the staff were attentive and always did their best to accommodate our requests. Highly recommended. I’m confident you will have a pleasant and memorable stay here.

Highly recommended. Spacious and very clean rooms, with an exceptionally warm and welcoming owner. The overall vibe is amazing—you can really feel the care and effort put into this guesthouse. Nightly fireworks with complimentary sparklers create a wholesome, memorable experience. Great coffee (slightly pricey but worth it) and a complimentary savoury breakfast. Note: food delivery takes about 60–65 minutes, though there are many 24-hour food options and massage parlours within 1km. They also provide you with some small craft art, and a small gift when you check out! Booking comes with free breakfast & a warm nice dessert soup! Appreciate the kind thoughts of the owner. Experience it yourself, won’t regret booking them.

Am Tag vor ihrer Ankunft fragt sie, ob eine Hochgeschwindigkeits-Anschlussstelle erforderlich ist; nach ihrer Ankunft stellt sie die beiden Bächen des Weißen Flusses und des Changbai Mountains vor. 4, mit kostenlosem Kaffee, die glücklichsten Kinder haben kostenlose kalte Getränke, muss man sich loben. Darüber hinaus hat das Volk einen eigenen kleinen Hof, der unglücklich ist, verrückt, morgens oder abends, im Hof sitzt sehr freundlich.

Sehr gut! Jeder Mitarbeiter ist besonders freundlich zu Eltern und Kindern, sehr enthusiastisch für Kinder und besonders glücklich für Kinder. Das Zimmer ist besonders komfortabel, das Zimmer ist groß und hell, und es ist auch sehr komfortabel im Garten, die private Suppe ist schnell und groß, die Puppe muss zweimal am Tag schütteln, die Bettwaren sind auch sehr komfortabel, nicht die Art von weißem Hotel-Schleifen, es ist eine helle Karkaofarbe, besonders ein heimisches Gefühl. Träg und rühren!

In unser Zimmer, wir waren froh, es schön, geräumig und wunderbar warm zu finden, eine gemütliche und unverschämte Rückkehr nach einem Tag der Abenteuer. Das Herauswachen des gelieferten chinesischen Frühstücks war ein tägliches Highlight, das leckere, authentische Geschmacksempfehlungen bietet, die unsere Tage perfekt verbrennt haben. Aber was unsere Erfahrung wirklich unvergesslich machte, waren die Eigentümer. Ihre Güte ging weit über das erwartete hinaus. Sie waren unglaublich hilfreich bei der Buchung unserer Aktivitäten, indem sie Experten vor Ort Beratung anbieten. Sie haben uns besonders persönlich in ihren eigenen Autos zu Orten geführt, um einfache Logistik in geschätzte persönliche Touren und Gespräche umzuwandeln. Dieser authentische, über-und über-Service hat ein Gefühl des Aufenthalts mit Freunden oder Familie, nicht nur im Hotel geschaffen. Insgesamt ist dies mehr als nur ein Schlafplatz; es ist ein Garten der persönlichen Gastfreundschaft. Wenn Sie auf der Suche nach schönem Komfort, fantastischen Essen und Gastgebern, die Sie wirklich zu Hause fühlen, schauen Sie nicht weiter.
