Hotel service was excellent, as they went above and beyond to help us during our stay. They helped arrange transport and sight seeing activities - the couple who manage the place in particular were super friendly. Its well located near the entry of Changbaishan Scenic Park gate. They are quite close to Tiger Mountain ski resort, which is can cater for skiers from beginners to more advanced. There is a hot spring in the hotel and our package included breakfast and dinner,which was good. It has been renovated in last year or so. Can recommend.

I had an amazing stay at Floral Baihe. The entire place is exceptionally clean, and the location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk to plenty of restaurants. The surroundings are peaceful and serene, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff ( especially 韩丹) were all very friendly, welcoming and helpful, which made the experience even better. Highly recommended!

1. Kostenloses Pick-Up von der Bahnstation Der kostenlose pick-up-Service vom Bahnhof war reibungslos und unglaublich hilfreich. Es machte unsere Ankunft stressfrei und legte den Ton für den Rest unseres Aufenthalts fest. Zimmer 2 Das Zimmer war geräumig und unglaublich sauber, mit der zusätzlichen Komfort eines Wäscheheizers im Waschrauma sicher plus Punkt, vor allem in kalter Wetter. 3. Gastfreundschaft Der Besitzer, Herr Feng, und sein Personal, insbesondere Herr Xia, sind zusammen mit dem Rest des Teams Gewänder. Sie sind äußerst hilfreich, und ihre Absicht, Gäste zu unterstützen ist wahr. Sie bieten Unterstützung mit einem Lächeln und zeigen niemals irgendeine Widerstandsfähigkeit. Ihre Bemühungen machten uns zu einem komfortablen und erinnerebaren Aufenthalt. 4. Hilfe und Vereinbarungen Mr. Feng und sein Personal gingen oben und weiter, um unsere Reise zu schwächen. Sie organisierten Transport zum Xue Li Mountain und halfen uns, Tickets zu einem angemessenen Preis zu kaufen. Herr Feng hat uns sogar in ein Restaurant eingebracht, um uns zu einem neuen Gericht vorzustellen, was eine erfreuliche Erfahrung war. Am nächsten Tag, Herr Xia half uns, Tickets zu kaufen nach Changbai Mountain (Himlen Lake). Er versichert auch, dass wir auf dem Busbahnhof abgeschossen und später aufgehoben wurden, so dass der Prozess völlig unsachgemäß ist. 5. Hallo. Dieses Hotel hat einen besonderen Platz in unseren Herzen. Auf unserem Abflug haben sie uns früh am Morgen am Bahnhof abgeschossen. Herr Feng selbst schloss sich uns auf Wiedersehen an, was uns tief berührt hat. 6. Schlussgedanken Ihre Gastfreundschaft bestätigte unser Glaube an die Menschheit. 民宿地點位置比較好，旁邊是網紅牆，對面是延邊大學，周圍設施齊全，品牌特產店很多，可以直接買，或代發快遞。離西市場和水上市場都不遠，步行或打車都行。晚上非常熱鬧，有夜市，小吃很多，還有很多人來打卡網紅牆，人山人海，逛完夜市就可以回，很方便。房子有點老，但裝修還可以，衹是衞生間有點小，有點遺憾。勝在性價比比較高，價格親民。老闆人很好，剛開始有點小問題，老闆完美解決了。

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. We stayed in a three-bedroom apartment, which was perfect for our group and gave us plenty of space to relax. The hotel's hot spring was especially enjoyable during winter and was a great way to unwind after a long day. The reception staff were helpful, polite, and professional, making our stay smooth and pleasant. We also truly appreciated the thoughtful early-morning transport arrangement to the train station. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and we would happily stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.

The room is so so cute. It was a really nice and comfortable stay. The room has all that one needs and it’s practical and functional. The beddings are clean and comfortable. The design is well thought out. I enjoy spending time there. Tianchi was not open the whole time I was there so I spent a bit more time in the room and it’s nice! The owner and family are very friendly and helpful as well. They help as much as they can even though I asked so many questions. They’re quite attentive to their guests. I was a bit down because of Tianchi but they made it a good time nonethelss! I bought breakfast separately for the days I want to eat and they have nice sets of breakfast. There is a washing machine and a dryer and they’re quite busy. Still, it’s very convenient. The location is in walking distance to the Reindeer park, duck park, and distribution center too. So that’s a plus. It’s about 1-1.5 km away from the busy streets and the food. If you can’t hail a ride, it’s still possible to walk (though it’s very cold). It was a lovely stay and I loved the place!

It is located in a quiet area a bit away from the West Slope tourist district, and since it was built recently, the facilities are very clean. There are about 10 rooms, and the owner runs everything personally. They are very friendly and treat guests with great care, providing detailed transportation information about nearby tourist attractions and offering pick-up and drop-off services when moving around. I had a wonderful stay here, and if I have the chance, I would definitely like to stay again.

If you are traveling during winter, it's a lovely place to stay, it's like a condo rent out of that sort, during the snow season does look like a santa town, a small village with decor surrounded with lights, very christmasy. Big apartment, we booked 2 bedrooms room type, heat, hot water etc all equipped. Cleanliness is great the first day, sloppy afterwards, stains on floors from day 2 til the day we left. We stayed for 5 nights. Service wise still quite good, 阳阳 is very responsive, 5 stars for her. But it's noisy every morning, there were 3 morning straight I got woken up by the noises at like 6am, other guests or staffs loud chats, banging sounds, furnitures moving around etc.... usually from 6-8 am. Breakfast is horrible though 😆 Overall, it's still a good option.
