The first visit to this hotel was full of warmth and overwhelming hospitality. I still can't forget how they welcomed us the moment we arrived at the hotel. Firstly, we were overwhelmed by the staff during our arrival. They all came out to greet us and help with our luggages and belongings all the way in to the hotel. Secondly, with the seamless check in to our rooms and fruit platter, every gesture was well thought by the hosts. Thirdly, they prepared a sumptuous dinner for us. Simple local delicacies yet tasted really good. The number of ginsengs in the appetiser surprised us! From the portion to the presentation of food, we can taste the difference and feel they put in their heart to make everything better. Lady boss was generous to treat us a bottle of local rice wine during our mealtime. Tasted really good and special! We like that drink!! Additionally, we were asked for timing to eat breakfast and they would prepare that before our specific timing. They even asked us for our preference and customise breakfast for us. Breakfast was served and tasted as good as dinner! Freshly prepared and done meticulously by the kitchen. Lastly, lady boss gave us an impromptu complimentary tea session after dinner. A unique and interesting experience indeed. Never seen and tried it before. It's a heating device with net on it, put the heating pot for stirring and cooking our own tea from scratch. Meanwhile, we have the finger snacks and nuts to roast on the heating rack (as shown in the pictures) while waiting for our tea. In between, they would guide us how to prepare the tea. It was a chill and relaxing session. We enjoyed chit chatting while roasting our tea in the cafe. It felt so warmth especially when it was snowing heavily outside. The vibes were superb! I had many enquiries and the lady at the counter helped me out a lot without hesitation. She tried all her means to help us. The lady at the hot spring was very friendly and provide good services too! The staff from the hot spring, restaurant, concierge, driver and even lady boss all were very attentive, friendly and nice at any point of time during our stay. Pretty impressive indeed. Giving all credits to every single staff. Amazing team! They gave us more than we could ever imagined from services to food to hospitality. Thank you for giving us an amazing and memorable stay! Overall it was a great and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Definitely recommend everyone to visit them and feel their positive energy. Certainly can't wait for our next visit to Chang Bai Shan again!!!

Ich hatte eine tolle Zeit in Yánjí, da ich viele Grenzausflüge geplant hatte. Ich kann sowohl Koreanisch als auch Chinesisch problemlos sprechen und komme in dieser Region, die auch als das Dritte Korea bekannt ist, gut zurecht. Die Lage dieses Ortes war großartig, da er im Stadtzentrum gegenüber der Yanji-Universität lag. (Mir wurde Zimmer 1206 zugewiesen.) Ich bin mir nicht sicher, welche Fotos sie für die Werbung verwenden, aber mein Zimmer sah viel heruntergekommener und veralteter aus. Ich habe auch viele kleine Kakerlaken getötet, die in der Küchenzeile herumstreunten. Auch das war für mich keine große Sache, da sie nicht riesig waren, aber eines Tages tauchte eine riesige Kakerlake in der Nähe des Badezimmers auf. Es ist eine Sache, wenn das Zimmer etwas anders aussieht als auf den beworbenen Fotos, aber bitte halten Sie den Raum wenigstens viel sauberer. (Die Waschmaschine war ein Bonus, aber ich musste Waschmittel nebenan im Supermarkt kaufen. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. We stayed in a three-bedroom apartment, which was perfect for our group and gave us plenty of space to relax. The hotel's hot spring was especially enjoyable during winter and was a great way to unwind after a long day. The reception staff were helpful, polite, and professional, making our stay smooth and pleasant. We also truly appreciated the thoughtful early-morning transport arrangement to the train station. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and we would happily stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.

Insgesamt hatten wir einen großen Aufenthalt trotz eines kleinen Hiccup mit dem Pickup aufgrund des Hotelpersonals Umsatz und Misskommunikation. Das Hotelzimmer war erstaunlich und super gut mit großen Einrichtungen konzipiert, es war zweifellos die beste Unterkunft, die wir in unseren 2 Wochen in Dongbei hatten. Obwohl wir nicht Frühstück buchen, gab der Boss uns kostenloses Frühstück, um die schlechte Erfahrung, die wir mit dem Pickup vom Hochgeschwindigkeitsbahnhof hatten, auszugleichen (Ich würde ihnen dringend empfehlen, den Pickup zu bestätigen anstatt Das Frühstück war super geschmackvoll und hat viele verschiedene Seiten Gerichte (nicht sagen, weil es frei lol ist), würde es definitiv empfehlen. This genuine, above-and-beyond service created a feeling of staying with friends or family, not just at a hotel. Overall, this is more than just a place to sleep; it's a haven of personal hospitality. If you are looking for beautiful comfort, fantastic food, and hosts who truly make you feel at home, look no further. I cannot recommend it highly enough and will absolutely return.

This hotel have spacious service apartments, rooms are big, clean, hotel staff is always helpful. 10 min car ride from chang bai shan railway station. Issues I faced : there is a huge taxi shortage in the city during the peak tourist season, one days even i had to walk 3.3 kilometres in - 15 degrees temperatures to reach to downtown , DIDI and T3 service works here but taxi waiting is normally 40 min to 1 hour long. As a forigner the Hotel location was little odd for me and lots of precious time wasted in taxi waiting, breakfast location is 300 metres far from room, which was not convenient as me and family didn't want to walk in - 20 degree temperature to eat breakfast, I stayed 5 days, but only 2 days I dare to go for breakfast. For stay this place is so good, so clean, warm.
