GGastnutzerActually Myself and my colleague booked two family cabins for three nights. That is for work and we were the only guests. As per advertised on trip.com we paid for including buffet breakfast. Following day morning when we went for the restaurant we were told they have not been provided our names and we need to pay for breakfast.. So I had to bring my booking print out and show the restaurant staff breakfast was included. Even though they let us eat there they were not convinced and were suspicious I guess.
So that day my colleague went to see the manager of the accommodation and he said to me she was not convinced about breakfast was included. My colleague said it was very unpleasant and embarrassing. She told him I need to come down too. But later when I went to see her she said everything is sorted out and problem was they didn't know anything about Trip.com and trip.com send the booking through ******* and wrongly mentioned each of our booking included three adults and the extra payment is for additional adults as they understood. So the third day morning we didn't have issue at the breakfast as our names passed on. But unfortunately last day morning restaurant staff asked us to pay for breakfast because our name was not on the list. Luckily the chef remembered us and he was very politely let us eat. Even though we paid for breakfast we were at mercy of good people. Whole experience was very inconvenient and embarrassing. I think main bungle was done by Trip.com. But management did not bother to completely sort it out.
This was my first time with Trip.com and Aaok Moondarra Accommodation Village. My colleague said he did not have issues previously with Trip.com but all those occasions were without breakfast. Other than that accommodation was really good. It had got good Wi-Fi, YouTube and Netflix.
My advise is if you book through Trip.com for an accommodation with breakfast make sure with the accommodation that it has been correctly passed on to them.

GGuest UserDas war meine zweite Zeit, nachdem die Banna Burra Sky Lodge im Jahr 2019 von den Buschfeuerern getroffen wurde. Es war glücklich, dass die Sky Lodges von den Buschfeuerern, die den Park zerstörten, relativ ungeschützt erschienen. Die Sky Lodges sind schön eingerichtet, mit viel Getränke, Werkzeuge, Waschbecken und einem Spabad. Der einzige einschränkende Aspekt des Services ist, dass es keine Badewanne Slips gegeben, um unsere Füße vom kalten Steinboden zu schützen.
Aufgrund unvorhergesehener Arbeitsbedingungen musste ein persönlicher Freund, der uns auf dem Sky Lodge begleitet und uns auf einem Bush-Wanderweg begleitet, uns etwa eine Woche vor unserer Buchung annullieren. Ich habe die Hotline und Lodge-Zoll-Manager angerufen, Pip war wirklich reaktiv, einen privaten Transporter empfehlen, uns von der Nerang-Bahnstation bis Binna Burra und zurück zu fähren.
Als wir Binna Burra erreichten, war ich überrascht, dass die Eincheckung der Banna Burra Sky Lodges zum Teahouse, das etwa 200-300 Meter nach unten der Straße von wo die Sky Lodges waren gelegen. Danke, wir hatten einen wunderbaren Manager, Justine, der unsere Sorgen entlastet hat, indem wir unsere Taschen hinterlegen konnten, als wir auf einer Wanderung nach Daves Creek Circuit gingen. Sie musste auch mit meinem unvernünftigen, auffordernden Vater umgehen, der früh auf der Wanderung gegangen ist und sie für unsere Orte gehängt hat, als wir wegen schlechter Signalaufnahme unkontaktbar waren.
Beim Einchecken an der Rezeption hat Justine uns außergewöhnlich Kundenservice angeboten, indem sie uns bis zur Sky Lodges und unsere schweren Taschen ins Zimmer getragen hat. Sie hat uns auch genehmigt, indem sie unsere Schlüssel im Zimmer verlassen, anstatt alle unsere Sachen auf die Rezeption zu schleppen.

AAnonymer BenutzerIt’s a minimalistic hotel, but in saying that it is what you pay for. It is great location very close to the city Valley and WooloonGabba. Very affordable discreet and very flexible with checking times. Front desk is not always manned but upon a phone call they are there in a jiffy. My first day wasn’t the greatest but I’ve had much better days since then and it depends on the rooms that you get but most of them are very very cozy. They have air-conditioning a bathroom and an ample space for two or a family of three with small child .  also has a fridge and hot water. there’s a front and a back entrance and ample street parking as well as small amount of parking at the back you can come and go as you please without being harassed by front desk staff. It is ideal if you’re a night owl . on average I would give them 3 1/2 out of five stars however my most recent chips are probably 4 out of 5.

GGastnutzerThere was 5 of us and for a boys weekend to wet and wild it was very ideal to house us and had enough space for us all. Bathroom was a great size and felt modern enough. We had the choice of bunk beds, a double bed, and some slept on the couch as the air conditioning was in the living room. A small wall fan in the bunk bed room was pointless but the double bed room had a ceiling fan. Fridge had an incredible freezer. Unsure about the rubbish as we overfilled the small bins. Nothing to complain about, handy to be nearby a lot of shops and food places. Front area had a table for hanging out and a rail for hanging wet clothing.

KKeithWow! I've stayed at couple's places before and there has always been an underwhelming factor.......Let's start with all that was good!
1. Parking right beside the accommodation. No lugging possessions or food along long, steep, winding paths.
2. Views forever down the valley and over the lake, especially from the verandah on two sides..
3. Plenty of the right sized firewood as well as all the necessaries to easily start a fire. (Don't laugh, this is GOLD!!!!)
4. Really traditional Balinese fitout with raked ceilings. The place felt huge, welcoming and accommodating. The ensuite is huge with twin showers. Very romantic.....
5. Great local produce in the breakfast (Continental) hamper.
6. Welcoming, friendly hosts who responded immediately to the one small problem we had-flat batteries in the AC remote.
So........plenty of space both inside and outside, class, ambiance, privacy, comfort and amenity. Yep, we will definitely return. Thanks Maleny Tropical Retreat.

GGastnutzerFür ein paar Nächte gut gelegen. Die Preise sind angemessen und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, vor allem die Badezimmer, die nicht direkt am Zimmer liegen. Immerhin ist es sauber. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind sehr freundlich, aber hauptsächlich Studenten, die sich mit der Unterkunft nicht besonders gut auskennen.

GGuest UserDie Mitarbeiter waren bei der Eincheckung und in meinen begrenzten nachfolgenden Interaktionen etwas offiziell. Es scheint eine starke Erwartung zu sein, dass alle Gäste entweder lokalen oder wiederholten Besuchern (mit Fahrzeugen) sind. Sowohl die Frau, die mich anmeldete, als auch der andere Mitarbeiter dort zum Zeitpunkt der Tötung schien völlig verwirrt und sogar verdächtig, dass ich nicht mit dem Gebiet vertraut war und grundlegende Fragen zu den nahegelegenen Erinnerungen (Supermärkte usw.) hatte. Es gibt keine 'Weiss nicht stören' anzuzeigen, was dazu führt, dass das Personal in die Kabine kommt, um zu reinigen, während ich im Zimmer schlief. Wir beide haben ziemlich eine Angst! Keine Schädigung getan, aber sehr leicht zu vermeiden, vor allem für lange Wochen Aufenthalte in Selbstküche, die Sie erwarten nicht, dass Sie Reinigungsdienst erhalten, bis Sie sich überprüfen.
