Actually Myself and my colleague booked two family cabins for three nights. That is for work and we were the only guests. As per advertised on trip.com we paid for including buffet breakfast. Following day morning when we went for the restaurant we were told they have not been provided our names and we need to pay for breakfast.. So I had to bring my booking print out and show the restaurant staff breakfast was included. Even though they let us eat there they were not convinced and were suspicious I guess. So that day my colleague went to see the manager of the accommodation and he said to me she was not convinced about breakfast was included. My colleague said it was very unpleasant and embarrassing. She told him I need to come down too. But later when I went to see her she said everything is sorted out and problem was they didn't know anything about Trip.com and trip.com send the booking through ******* and wrongly mentioned each of our booking included three adults and the extra payment is for additional adults as they understood. So the third day morning we didn't have issue at the breakfast as our names passed on. But unfortunately last day morning restaurant staff asked us to pay for breakfast because our name was not on the list. Luckily the chef remembered us and he was very politely let us eat. Even though we paid for breakfast we were at mercy of good people. Whole experience was very inconvenient and embarrassing. I think main bungle was done by Trip.com. But management did not bother to completely sort it out. This was my first time with Trip.com and Aaok Moondarra Accommodation Village. My colleague said he did not have issues previously with Trip.com but all those occasions were without breakfast. Other than that accommodation was really good. It had got good Wi-Fi, YouTube and Netflix. My advise is if you book through Trip.com for an accommodation with breakfast make sure with the accommodation that it has been correctly passed on to them.

Ich habe drei Nächte hier geblieben und habe keine Beschwerde. Große Lage, Service und ein Fernsehen, das nicht manuelles Überschreiten oder Kabel-Cluster benötigt, um tatsächlich die grundlegenden Eigenschaften zu erreichen, die diejenigen von uns, die im 21. There was 5 of us and for a boys weekend to wet and wild it was very ideal to house us and had enough space for us all. Bathroom was a great size and felt modern enough. We had the choice of bunk beds, a double bed, and some slept on the couch as the air conditioning was in the living room. A small wall fan in the bunk bed room was pointless but the double bed room had a ceiling fan. Fridge had an incredible freezer. Unsure about the rubbish as we overfilled the small bins. Nothing to complain about, handy to be nearby a lot of shops and food places. Front area had a table for hanging out and a rail for hanging wet clothing.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und ruhig und es wurden Wasser und Schokolade bereitgestellt, was sehr aufmerksam war! Der entscheidende Punkt ist, dass der Hotelservice sehr gut ist. Ich habe meine Brieftasche im Hotel gelassen und das Hotelpersonal hat sie zehn Minuten später für mich zur Fähre geschickt, sodass ich das Boot nicht verpasst habe. Ich war wirklich gerührt! ! !

Nature in city center ! Perfectly located in the center of Airlie beach. The cabine is really good with private bathroom and toilet along with a lovely terrace in front of the cabane. This is quiet after 10 pm even though there is a bar not far from the cabane. The room is wide with double and single beds. And the room was clean. We booked our day trips with Magnums too who can handle the booking for us (Kangooroo at sunrise, scenic flight over whitsundays and heart island, wild Playtipus encounter) and all the 3 day trips went well. The only thing that could be improved is the knowledge of the pick up point (it was actually at Nomads at the level of the roundabout and not the Nomads shop next to the hotel). Also to go the airport of Proserpine there is a shuttle linked to your plane number and the pick up point is also 5 min from Magnums which is very convenient (Magnums can book it for you)

We visited here for my partner's birthday celebration. It has a great view as they appealed, nice and quiet location. It was raining, but still good to stay at the house to chill out. We loved big screen TV with reclining sofa and supa tub in living room area. The bathroom was cleaned up really well, many towels were provided. Breakfast was also provided which was basic western style we cook ourselves. The only thing that we were confused about was there's no one in the reception even during the official check in time. We checked in but gone afterwards, so we couldn't ask extra stuff. We didn't get any explanation about check out and there was also no one. We ended up to ask about it from cleaner. Overall it was good to stay here.

Wir hatten ein geräumiges Zimmer mit vielen Einrichtungen, darunter eine voll ausgestattete Küche, die eine schöne Überraschung zu einem so niedrigen Preis war. Einige der Einrichtungen scheinen jedoch eine Restaurierung erforderlich zu sein, der Fan und A/C scheinen zu dem Punkt der Unsicherheit zu veraltet zu sein, und der Feueralarm halb aus dem Deckel mit Band. Zusätzlich hatten wir ein Problem mit Schädlingen in unserem Zimmer, viele Hühner und ein paar Spinnen über 3 Nächte. Es war auch enttäuschend, dass so lauten Wartungsarbeiten vom Park schon recht früh am Morgen stattgefunden haben, was wäre gut gewesen, wenn es vor der Buchung mit uns kommuniziert worden wäre, aber es war nicht. Insgesamt ist ein gutes Zimmer, aber in der Notwendigkeit einiger Arbeit und Schädlingsbekämpfung.
