Stayed for my 30th birthday and arrived to a very clean, decorated with banners room and a little gift and card waiting. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, a few gem finds around the hotel too. I'd definitely stay here again, I read some of the bad reviews on here before I stayed, I was a little worried but honestly, so glad I didn't listen because I had one of the best hotel experiences here.

Everything in this hotel was excellent, from the grounds upon arrival, to the checking in process, the room, the restaurant and the Wi-Fi. Stayed here on a business trip prior to a meeting. The room was spacious, modern and equipped with everything you need for a decent night’s stay. The bathroom was huge, one person mentioned there was enough room in their shower for twelve people! Room had its own air conditioning unit which meant I could set the perfect, comfortable temperature. Shower had all the necessary toiletries and there was plenty of loo roll provided. Restaurant was fresh and modern. Food was excellent and service was friendly. Would definitely come back.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, modern und hat alle Bitze, die Sie wollen, wie eine Verkaufsmaschine, Mikrowelle und sogar eine Babyflaschemaschine. Wir mussten unsere Flaschen erwärmen und wissen, wie einfach es wäre, nahmen viel Stress weg. Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und hatte einige schöne Zusatztouch wie Bean Taschen, Kuchen Kaffee und Tee und kleine Pegs für die kleinen Beine der Familie. Meine einzige Kritik/Empfehlung wäre eine Art Tür zwischen dem Lounge/Hauptbereich und den Kinderbetten. Es ist schwierig für Eltern, TV usw. zu sehen, während Kinder schlafen. Wir hatten einen großen Blick auf den Park und sahen Tapir, Wölfe und Mara, die die Kinder lieben. Das Frühstück am nächsten Tag war lecker mit viel Wahl! Meine einzige Frage war die Zeit, die es dauerte, zu sitzen. Insgesamt eine große Erfahrung, die von der ganzen Familie genossen wurde.

Wir blieben hier die Nacht, bevor wir von Robin Hood Flughafen fliegen und was ein Gestein eines Hotels! Personal ging oben und darüber, um unseren Aufenthalt wieder und komfortabel zu machen. Simon der dienstleiter war sehr freundlich und hilfreich! Simon hat unsere Bedürfnisse beeinträchtigt und uns näher gekommen, um unseren Transport zum Flughafen mit uns aus zu fragen! Der Kundenservice, den wir erhalten haben, war viel größer als jedes andere Kettehotel, auf dem wir verblieben haben. Das Frühstück hat eine umfangreiche Auswahl und obwohl es am Morgen besetzt war, wurde es sehr gut verwaltet! Das Zimmer war komfortabel und erfüllt alle unsere Anforderungen für unseren Aufenthalt. Insgesamt eine schöne Nacht weg, bevor wir auf Urlaub gehen! Danke!

We booked our evening wedding reception here in October and couldn't have been more impressed with the venue and the staff. Although we didn't actually book as a wedding package (we booked the VIP party package) the staff couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. My wife stayed the night before and enjoyed a lovely meal in the restaurant too. Despite the function room being booked the night before, meaning we weren't able to set everything up until the morning, the staff actually took over and decorated everything for us so we didn't have to worry on our wedding day. It looked amazing, even better than we could have imagined, and everyone loved the hot buffet food. Even though there was about 120 guests there was never much of a queue at the bar due to the excellent bar staff, and so many people commented on how great a night it was. There was one lady in particular who was very helpful to my partner and helped organise the day and sorted everything the morning after too. Unfortunately my partner is rubbish with names so I'm sorry I don't know it, but it was the blonde lady who works on reception. Thank you so much you were fantastic! If you're in Doncaster and looking for somewhere local to hold your evening reception, or even just a party, I would highly recommend! The suite we stayed in was brilliant and very spacious too.
