Wir haben 7 Nächte geblieben und ABBA Hotel sisites Familie von 4, 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern 5 und 3 Jahre alt. Wir hatten eine halbe Board und absolut liebte es. Schöne Frühstücksoptionen und es gibt 2 Restaurants, die für ein Abendessen wählen können, wo Sie einen Tischservice haben - Italienisch und Menu Restaurant. In Italien gibt es verschiedene Pasta und Faccacias. Menürestaurant jede Nacht hat ein anderes Menü für Erwachsene und eine gute Auswahl an Lebensmitteln für Kinder. Wir haben zweimal Italienisch und fünf weitere Nachtmenürestaurant versucht. Das Hotel bietet auch einen kostenlosen Shuttle zum Kabel und hat eine kostenlose Lagerung für Skis, die super handlich war. Es gibt Spa für zusätzliche Kosten, aber nur 16y plus. So finden wir einen anderen Prinzessin Hotel Spa, wo wir mit Kindern zwischen 2 und 6 Uhr kommen könnten. 5-6pm sind eine gute Option. Das Personal im Hotel ist außergewöhnlich! Sie helfen immer und super freundlich und haben uns als Teil der ABBA-Familie fühlen lassen! Wir lieben unseren Aufenthalt und können nicht warten, hier wieder in der nächsten Jahreshälfte Februar. We had a lovely stay here for our skiing holiday. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Perfect for what we needed. There are no coffee/tea making facilities but I knew that before we went and took my travel kettle. There are a few supermarkets in the town with one very close by on the way to the gondola. Fairly reasonable prices and very friendly staff. There is a locker room in the hotel car park which is free to use. Keys are given out by reception (10 euro charge if it gets lost). The gondola to the resort is within walking distance. We found it difficult/hard work to carry ski equipment and walk in ski boots to the gondola and then up the stairs to the entrance so we went in trainers (not much snow during our stay) and then put these in our rucksacks when we got to the top. The bar is good with sport playing on the tvs. There is a pool table, table football and darts. We took some games and played them most evenings before dinner. Apparently the beer was very reasonably priced too! The restaurant for breakfast and dinner is buffet style with chefs available to make omelettes in the mornings and also cooking meat to order in the evenings. The lady greeting us for each meal was amazing. She was so friendly and smiley. Her name was Ayelen. She got to know where our favourite table was and what room numbers we were in. A great asset to the hotel. The food was delicious, The chicken curry mid week of our stay was the best! Our whole party had it with some going back for seconds. We had a couple of fussy eaters but there was always chips, plain pasta, bread and salad for each meal so all were catered for. The evening service didn't start until 7.30 which was a little later than we would have chosen but not really a problem. We had a small problem with a safe but it was resolved within 30 minutes. We had an early morning check out (before breakfast) so was given a breakfast bag when we left in the morning which was a nice touch. All in all a great stay, with no complaints. I would certainly recommend this hotel for a stay in La Massana.

The only hotel I stay at in Andorra. Continues to offer a great location with a brilliant team. The breakfasts are superb, the pastries fresh and hot food cooked to order. The dining room in the evening just gets better with each visit. Only 10 minutes by car from the town.

Wir kamen auf Empfehlung unserer Freunde, wir kamen auf dem Grünen, ein schönes Feriendorf mit leichtem Strand, ich mag Sand nicht, also störte mich nicht, dass die Zimmer renoviert, einfach und schön, die Tagesreinigung ist sehr schön gemacht. Ich gratuliere Ihren Team und Managern.Rosey Gesichter, ein wundervolles Team, Handtücher, ich habe nicht viel Hoteltextilien, aber ich bin jung.Animation war gut Essen war nichts anderes Ich konnte nichts anderes sehen, Süße, ich konnte nicht jung sein. Gästebeziehungen sind nur für Russen Sie können nicht einmal auf Ihre Fragen antworten, ich habe die Qualität des Getränks bemerkt, das im Servicepersonal betraf.

La ubicación un poco mala porque está en la carretera con curvas. Tiene el hotel en un sitio y spa y bar en otro edificio... para ir al spa tienes que ir mojado por la calle... La comida y el servicio bueniiisimo
