Hotels mit Fitnessstudio in Shefa, Vanuatu

The cleanliness and location were good, and the lake view was beautiful. However, the service was disappointing and did not meet my expectations for a resort hotel. The facilities were average and could be better maintained. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but the service experience needs improvement.

Disappointing for a reputable resort. It is very dated, needs an upgrade. Our Lagoon view room and a an adjoining door, the neighbours sounded like they were living in our room. Gym was old, torn equipment & malfunctioning. Room wasn’t ready at 4pm, breakfast kept running out of rentals such, milk, coffee, plates, teacups etc (staff were working hard), when wheeling luggage in path, surface is rough and dangerous. Staff were the exception to our experience, they were friendly and would go out of their way to help.

Viele Hotels in Vanuatu haben keine Klimaanlage, und dieses hier scheint auch sehr teuren Strom zu haben, daher sind die Einheimischen nicht daran gewöhnt, eine Klimaanlage zu benutzen, die Zimmer sind sehr gut, ein separates Gebäude, der einzige Nachteil ist, dass es ist heiß und es gibt Mücken
