Location in downtown Baltimore was excellent, a block from the Convention Center, across the street from a subway station and 2 blocks from a light rail station - subway runs east-west ( including the Inner Harbor) and light rail runs north-south for over 40 miles with 1/2 hour direct connection to/from the BWI Airport. - one way tickets on both are $2.  My corner room on the 9th floor was spacious with good views. I had business all afternoon in the area with no car - when I asked if I could check my luggage 4 hours before check-in time, they actually checked me in then and there and gave me my room key at noon.  The lobby is elegant and the the room rate was very reasonable for a downtown location hotel.

Es war sauber. Wir schliefen gut. Der Service war schön, aber die Einrichtungen waren enttäuschend. Ich habe auf Fotos basiert, aber der Pool war voll von grünem Goo und es gab keinen Pooltisch wie abgebildet! Das Frühstück war gut außer keine Eier und Sie mussten um einen Joghurt bitten! Wenn wir eine Sekunde fragen, wurde uns gesagt: „keine Mas“!

This was a short, one evening stay, out by 8am the next morning. I am rating this as a two star hotel, as it was what I wanted to keep everything in perspective. The location for me was perfect, as we were visiting the Cult Classic Brewery for an event. It was extremely convenient. The hotel wasn't busy, but check-in and check-out were efficient. The front desk was pleasant and fulfilled any questions I had. Our 2nd floor room was quiet and very new looking. I believe this is a ”newish” motel, and everything was very fresh inside. All room amenities worked, or did what they were supposed to do. I say this because too many motel rooms have outlets, USB ports, even lamps etc that don't function... so I don't take anything for granted. Everything was perfect in our room, just like it is supposed to be. This was a pleasure!!! This motel sits close to HWY 50 but we heard absolutely no road noise this time of the year. The location was convenient as I stated for our event, and even more so because a great restaurant was right across the street. If we walked 100 feet that was a lot, so we didn't need to move the car. The front of the motel faces toward the west (rear to the east) so we got a piece of the setting sun, and in general the ambiance of being so close to the water. There was also the Kent Narrows Christmas tree exhibit right across the street as well as the Fisherman's monument. So, a bit of fun items to view without needing to get in the car. The morning breakfast at the motel was included, and contained all the standard breakfast fare we have come to expect. While not busy, it was served as you would want it and neat and orderly. All and all, the hotel added to this short, get away trip from the Baltimore area nicely.

Wir haben dieses Hotel speziell gewählt, weil sie auf der Website angekündigt haben, dass es einen Pool, eine Heizungstube, kostenloses Frühstück und Kaffee im Lobby. Wir besuchten unsere Enkel und wollten den Pool, damit wir sie zum Schwimmen bringen konnten. Wir waren nicht überrascht, als wir erzählten, dass sowohl der Pool als auch der Heißräder ständig geschlossen wurden, und der Kellner hat sogar erwähnt, dass sie wussten, dass es immer noch als auf der Website angekündigt wurde. Wenn wir das Frühstück kostenlos gefragt haben, wurde uns gesagt, ob wir das Frühstück wollten, das war eine zusätzliche Gebühr, wieder, einige falsche Werbung geht voran. Als mein Mann am nächsten Morgen in die Lobby ging, um Kaffee zu holen, keine Überraschung, gab es keine, nur ein Kunststoff-Saft Wasser. Es gab einen Kaffeemacher im Zimmer mit 1 Pode, also haben wir das verwendet. Wenn wir um eine Ausgleichszahlung für die falsche Werbung gefragt haben, wurde uns gesagt, nein. Wir hätten dieses Hotel nicht gewählt, wenn nicht wegen der Tatsache, dass sie den Pool, die Heizungsrohre und das Frühstück kostenlos angekündigt. Oh und nur um einen Knopf auf sie zu setzen, gingen wir zur Bar für eine 12-oz-Bleistift. $7.25 für 1 Bier, 12.00 für ein Glas Wein, dachten wir, dass es ein wenig tief war, vor allem, da die Bar in der Lobby war ohne Atmosphäre. Wenn Sie nur einen Schlafplatz suchen, werden Sie in Ordnung sein.

I booked an overnight reservation for my husband's birthday celebration. The entire experience was unique and simply outstanding in every way! We were made to feel VERY SPECIAL by each and every staff member with whom we engaged. We were CONTINUALLY welcomed throughout the stay from the person who opened the car door and greeted us by name to the very knowledgeable concierges, the room service staff, the culinary staff, the bellman, the driver, Lottie Dottie and EVERYBODY! The hotel was very clean and beautifully adorned with pictures, books, furniture, plants and artifacts that told the story of the hotel. This includes the very accommodating bedroom with a comfortable canopy bed and a pristine, spacious and updated bathroom. One could ALWAYS count on soul-stirring music playing in the background of every public space. Each tune moved us to murmur the lyrics regardless of where we were and what we were doing. Ever had a snack attack? No worries! The room was well stocked with a variety of goodies and beverages to soothe those evening urges. And, finally, let me praise the food selections offered to us at teatime and breakfast. Homemade jam, almond butter, muffins, oat flapjacks, chicken sausage, eggs, and more! This was quite an awesome getaway! And, yes, we would do it all over again!

The hotel is new, clean and there's a very nice breakfast. It's a city hotel, so the room was smaller than other Hampton Inns, but comfortable with nice amenities (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, usb ports) and a big TV. Home2suites shares the building and the floor. The self-parking is expensive ($20/day) and is a walk up a hill to a public lot.. The valet staff was nice and let me unload and check-in before parking. The front desk staff, however, was remote and unfriendy. It wasn't explained how parking worked - other than that the charge would be added to the room. It meant a trudge back to the car in a thunderstorm to get a ticket previously left in the car. It is to be validated at the front desk. I won't be going back. There was no maid service for a 3 day stay. Service is supposedly ”every other day.” I had to ask for extra towels and put trash outside the door when the baskets were full. (I also know nose rings are popular - but people wearing them are hard for me to look at. After seeing too many kids with runny noses, what looks like metal buggers coming out of people's noses, gives me a startling bad physical reaction - Sorry - can't help it.)

Gesamt zufrieden. Das Hotel fühlte sich sicher und hat einen schönen Vibe. Lage ist in einem weniger skizzierten Teil der Stadt, obwohl ich nicht unbedingt für einen Nachtwandel in der Gegend gehen würde. Bequem gelegen zu einigen umliegenden Attraktionen wie der Innenhafen und Lexington Market. Das Zimmer war ohne Spott sauber. Die Wartung konnte verbessert werden, da es einige gebrochene Kleidertüren und Loch in der Wand gab. Ich informierte das freundliche Personal und sie sagten mir, dass sie sich bewusst waren. Andererseits war es gut ausgestattet und alles war da und funktionierte. Die Reinigung ist nicht täglich und hängt von der Dauer Ihres Aufenthalts ab. Wenn Sie jedoch etwas brauchen, was Sie fragen können und es könnte bereitgestellt werden. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ok, nichts besonderes. Es gab eine begrenzte, aber genug Optionen. Für frische Früchte hatten sie nur rote Äpfel jeden Tag. Die Bar war während meiner Aufenthaltszeit zum Mittagessen geschlossen. Sie hatten ein kleines Geschäftsfeld mit einem Computer und einem Drucker für Gäste. Der Fitnessraum war gut ausgestattet. Das Personal war freundlich, willkommen und Sie können jedem sagen, dass es versucht hat, die Gäste eine schöne Erfahrung zu machen. Ich würde es überlegen und zurückkehren.

Location might seem bit far from downtown of washington dc but its worth it. Near by there is so much to do. Parks, big malls etc. Hotel was nicer than i thought. I liked the breakfast buffet. Clean and better.

In den nördlichen Vororten von Washington ist das Parken kostenlos und bequem. Dreißig Meilen Fahrt vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Das Zimmer ist groß und der Preis ist günstig. Das Servicepersonal war freundlich und checkte schnell ein, außerdem gab es mir Mineralwasser und Kekse. Das Frühstück gibt es im ersten Stock, es gibt Kellner und es schmeckt ziemlich gut. Sie müssen den Kellner um Kaffee bitten und er wird Ihnen eine große Kanne geben.

我女兒在酒店附近的公司實習，所以先後在這住了28天，因為有全套廚房設施，所以平時做飯很方便。房間很乾凈，舒適。 酒店位置便利，可方便前往I-270 高速公路，附近有許多餐飲和購物場所，Shady Grove Metro 地鐵站也在附近，可輕鬆直達華盛頓特區。 免費冷熱早餐美味可口，選擇多樣。員工會保持座位區清潔。 住宿期間，要換毛巾，補充紙巾都可以去前台拿，快遞包裹前台也會幫着接收，工作人員很熱情，友好。
