Das Zimmer war geräumig und bot eine schöne Aussicht, die Ausstattung ließ jedoch etwas zu wünschen übrig. Heute Morgen platzte von selbst ein Wasserrohr und verwandelte das Badezimmer in ein Schwimmbecken.

Ich hatte vor kurzem die Freude, im Monarch Hotel zu bleiben, und ich muss sagen, es übersteigt meine Erwartungen auf jeden Fall! Das Zimmer war sauber, komfortabel und schön eingerichtet. Ich fühlte mich sofort nach Hause, als ich ging. Das kostenlose Frühstück war eine wunderbare Überraschung - die Auswahl war beeindruckend und das Essen war lecker. Aber was wirklich machte meinen Aufenthalt stand aus, war der außergewöhnliche Service von der Mitarbeiter. Sie waren freundlich, unterkünftig und gingen oben und weiter, um sicherzustellen, dass mein Aufenthalt genießbar war. Insgesamt empfehle ich das Monarch Hotel jedem, der einen komfortablen, bequemen und nützlichen Aufenthalt sucht. Ich werde sicher zurück sein! Bewertung: 5/5 Sterne

Die Hygiene ist gut, der Service ist sehr gut und das Personal ist sehr geduldig. Das Essen im Restaurant ist auch köstlich. Abends können Sie auf dem Balkon etwas trinken und mit Freunden plaudern, während Sie der Musik im Restaurant lauschen und die Rasenlaternen betrachten.

We had an absolutely enchanting experience as a family. We booked a weekday getaway and were fortunate enough to enjoy the resort almost entirely to ourselves. The resort was impeccably maintained, showcasing its clean and pristine condition. The expansive stretch of fine sand was nothing short of breathtaking, inviting us to relax and soak in the beauty around us. The staff were exceptionally friendly and approachable, making us feel right at home. It truly was the perfect spot to witness a stunning sunset, with vibrant colors painting the sky as the day gracefully came to a close.

The hotel and the location is perfect for peaceful and easy access area to go to the Heart of Vigan we stayed 2 nights we did 1 day in ilocos sur travel to ilocos norte the next day and came back to the same hotel.its clean employees have a pleasing personalities restaurant menus is okey food is great. The only issue i have since i am used to stay on a buffet breakfast hotel this place requires you to choose your breakfast on the small option list.and drinks option are weird so if you choose juice thats all you get you cannot get a coffee even if you offer to pay for it very weird way.but overall the hotel is great! Good for group families and kids friendly

Sehr freundliches Personal. Am Tag, an dem wir geblieben waren, hatten sie die Band und kostenlose Cocktails. Der einzige Nebenanteil war das Zimmer-Aircon, nicht so kalt, genau wie eine Bewertung, die ich irgendwo gelesen habe. Das Buffet Frühstück war super schlau! Das Hotel wurde voll reserviert und nach dem Essen gab es endlich auf meine Anfrage ein, wenn wir das Frühstücksplatte zu meiner Tochter in das Zimmer bringen können, die nicht nach unten gehen konnte, weil sie schwindlig und Fieber hatte. Wert für Geld. Wird sicher zurückgehen

Das Hotel liegt mitten in Vigan. Alles in fußläufig zu erreichen. Vigan ist eine kleine Stadt im spanischen Colonialstil. Ist man dort oben in der Ecke unterwegs, lohnt sich ein Abstecher. Das Hotel ist sauber und ordentlich. Durch seine Architektur hat es ein Alleinstellungsmerkmal in Vigan. Service war nur durchschnittlich. Bestellungen haben ewig gedauert, bezahlen ebenfalls. Da wir am nächsten Morgen früh los mussten, fragten wir nach dem Beginn des Frühstücks. Uns sagte man, dass das Frühstück ab 6.00 Uhr beginnt. Wir betonten dann nochmals, dass wir auch tatsächlich um 6.00 frühstücken werden. Leider war 6.10 Uhr noch kein Mensch zu sehen und es waren auch noch keine Vorbereitungen fürs Frühstück zu sehen. Wir mussten morgens der Rezeption druck machen, dass wir eigentlich pünktlich frühstücken wollten. Die Mitarbeiter erweckten den Eindruck, dass sie es mit Aliens zu tun haben und kein Mensch morgens schon frühstück haben möchte. Sie haben es dann zwar noch auf die Reihe bekommen, daher okay. Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, sind dunkel und schlecht zu lüften (ist der Architektur geschuldet). Alle Zimmer verfügen über eine Klimaanlage.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit großen und sauberen Zimmern. Das Frühstück ist mit Liebe gemacht und ins Zimmer gebracht. Der Service bei der Rezeption ist auch sehr hilfreich und freundlich.
