I originally booked this hotel on agoda, however as the reception told us that they cant find our booking as we reached them, and she told us that agoda made a mistake on the address of the hotel I booked (which is their sister hotel, on Hobson St) under their address! At last we made a new booking to stay here with trip.com, as the condition of the other Hotel Grand Chancellor was HORRIBLY OLD! Hope the hotel management will fix this issue with agoda ASAP!! Otherwise, this new Chancellor hotel is perfect!

Very friendly staff, very clean rooms - location in Mt Wellington close to Sylvia Park shopping. Did not try the food although the menu prices look very reasonable.

Auf den Renderings fand ich das Hotel toll, aber bei meiner Ankunft war die Bauqualität extrem schlecht. Der Boden war hohl, und das erste Zimmer, das ich bekam, roch furchtbar, sodass ich wechseln musste. Kurz gesagt, die Qualität der Ausstattung entspricht nur etwa der Hälfte dessen, was man in einem vergleichbaren Hotel wie All Seasons in Deutschland vorfindet.

I’ve stayed at Heartland Hotel twice and both experiences were excellent. The location is very convenient, being close to the airport, and the free airport shuttle makes travel stress-free. The customer care service is outstanding—staff are friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. The rooms are spacious, spotless, quiet, and cosy, with all the amenities promised readily available. I especially appreciated the complimentary room service, which was a nice touch. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, with breakfast served buffet-style offering plenty of variety. The hotel also has great facilities including a gym and swimming pool, which added to the comfort and relaxation of my stay. Overall, Heartland Hotel provides excellent value, comfort, and service. I would highly recommend it to anyone travelling through or staying near the airport.

Es war ungefähr eine zehnminütige Fahrt vom Flughafen entfernt und ich blieb eine Nacht auf der Durchreise. Am nächsten Tag eilte ich zum Flughafen und stellte fest, dass das Kind viele Bisse am Körper hatte War, aber es schien zwei Bisse zu sein, es gab keine Schmerzen oder Juckreiz, aber es waren viele davon. Als ich landete, ging die Schwellung nicht zurück. Ich hoffe, dass der Laden sein Bestes tut, um Schädlinge loszuwerden

Sehr glücklich mit den neuen bedienten Wohnungen. Viele Platz. Kundenservice war großartig. Die Dame am Rezeption war sehr hilfreich. Sie wird sicherlich den Ort anderen empfehlen.

Pros: The lobby was nice and breakfast very good. Although the hotel wasn’t at the airport like a couple of others, it was close. Parking was ok, 10 dollars. It might be worth it to save money on taxis by renting a car or use $8 paid shuttle. Cons: the rooms although decorated felt old and dark. There was a humid quality to the room. There didn’t look like there were bedbugs and we checked the beds, but I got bitten up with itchy bites. I did see flying gnat like things in the room. Not sure if those are the bugs that bit. There was no complimentary water like in other hotels.

This praise is not given to the boss, but to several service personnel. When I checked out on March 10, I forgot the wallet with Australian dollar cash and bank card in the room. When I went to the hotel again, my wallet was still there. In particular, I would like to thank a male young staff member who works on Sunday. I explained the situation, he took me to the room to find it, and found it. Thank you very much for this young man. Send this praise to him and other service staff. Thank you!

Das Hotel ist 17 Kilometer vom Flughafen entfernt, wenn es nicht durch die Straße gefahren ist, fahren Sie mehr als 30 Neue. Der Taxi am Flughafen ist ziemlich beeindruckend. Es ist besser, ein lokales Internet-Verbindungswagen zu fahren. Das Hotel befindet sich in einem Geschäftsbereich, sehr ruhig. Die Einrichtungen im Hotelzimmer sind komplett, super gerne mit trockenen Handtüchern und die Waschbecken sind völlig ohne Druck. Das Hotel hat kein Frühstück, es gibt drei Frühstücksgeschäfte in wenigen Minuten, um rechts von der Tür zu gehen. Eine im Bild beitragende, Kaffee schmeckt sehr gut. Die Freundschaft erinnert daran, dass das Hotel um 8 Uhr geschlossen ist und eine Zimmerkarte benötigt wird, um einzureisen. Wenn die Ankunftszeit zu spät ist, müssen Sie die Mitarbeiter des Hotels zuvor anrufen, um die Aufenthaltszeit zu behandeln; die vorgeschriebene Abreisezeit ist 10 Uhr und die Beratung kann auf 11 Uhr verlängert werden. Außerdem haben Kollegen, die mit dem ursprünglichen Plan reisen, kein Visum für den kanadischen Pass nach Neuseeland geplant, und sie konnten nicht reisen; ich habe eine Wohnungsversicherung bei der Buchung gekauft und hoffe, dass sie die Berichte nach dem Bericht wirtschaftlich behandeln.
